Smoke Council Smoke Shop and Vape Shop

Regular customer, recently had the first interaction with Liz. She was helping a customer (only customer when I walked in) and she said shed be with me next. As I wait for the guy in ahead of me to finish checking out a woman walked in that seemed to be familiar with Liz and she promptly put her acquaintance in front of me. I asked are you serious? With no acknowledgement and being ignored. So I was about to leave, decided to come back in and wait. She rudely stated can I help you? to which I saidits ok Ill just wait till yall are done to get what I came forShe went straight to I can refuse service, so you can leave.

Stopped in this a.m. great people, fine prices, and AwEsOmE product. Special thanks to the pretty lady and dapper gentleman that helped me and suggested some great buys. I dont know how much management is paying these people but it should be MORE! I will shop here again and I suggest you do too.

So I am not one to frequent smoke shops. However my brother had to go. There seemed to be a large selection. If I had to mark it down on anything is no humidor. But I can totally understand.

Was an awesome place! Girl was very nice and helpful and they had the juice I love. Havent been able to find this juice anywhere else. Got 2 bottles of 48mg salt nic for 30$ I got the Pineapple Express juice. Love the pineapple so much. Also really like the Tropical Fruit vape juice by Boss Hog. It reminds me alot of Lava Flow by Naked but this has a bit more coconut, which is my favorite part. This was a an excellent Vape Shop, totally recommend it.

I just heard about Delta 8 but, I was clueless. As soon as I entered the shop, I was welcomed by Dakota. She was helping another customer so, I waited until she was done. When she finished, I asked her to educate me a little on Delta 8, because I had read about some of the benefits but, with all the choices, I had no clue which one would work best for me. She offered a wealth of information and, helped me choose one. I’m still not going to claim to know much but, I sure know who to talk to if I need more information. I would highly recommend this shop, especially if you are overwhelmed by all the different products and aren’t sure where to begin.

They have great product but today 1/21 theyre closed when theyre supposed to be open. Not the first time either.

My husband & I found this shop recently & not only did we find some great flower but we met Stephy as well! The kind of the soul that makes you feel welcomed & makes you come back without even thinking about it. Decent selection but needs some new furniture by the door and needs to remove pin pong table that always has a mess on it

Tucker did a fantastic job and is super professional he really talked me into buying all the good stuff and I couldnt be happier.

I walked into the store and was immediately hit with a wave of heat. I was in there for only 5 minutes and I was already sweating. It’s almost hard to breathe it’s so hot. This is a health hazard and needs to be fixed.

Won’t be back was sold a $40 salt nick vape I come back said it doesn’t work he said I need u to mail it back I said ok can’t provide the adress where to mail it back so I thought I take it home and look it up can’t find an adress just tells me their out of China: but no adrsss thanks for ripping me off stay away from this place.

I dont recommend this smoke shop first time here i was purchasing a vape the lady told me it was $10 and with tax it would b 12 using a card makes it 14 and with cash its 12 when she rung it up she then tried to charge $15 after going get cash from my car literally stole my money i can’t imagine how many other people they screw over go else where

Very disappointed in the customer service. She tried to thank me for my patience but I know what that really means... wont go back even if Im out of everything and no other stores are open.

Nice people who work here. Im from Phoenix and Im not familiar with the area. There arent many vape shops near by. This shop is close to the location in which I am staying. The only thing I would change or ask is the variety of pods/coils ie.. ( ohms) they carry. On the other hand Im sure they carry products that cater to their clientele. That said, I appreciate what I can buy.

Ive shopped at just about every vape shop in Conroe and this place is the best. The best prices. Excellent customer service. Great selection of e-juice and they always keep it updated with the latest and greatest of everything. They also have great mod combo sets. For instance, the mod, tank, batteries, charger AND 60 ml juice for a VERY good price. I would say on here but I dont know if theyd appreciate that. Just go in and see for yourself. The only way to beat their prices is to shop online, but not always. Plus they have all the smoke ware and dab rigs you could want. CBD in every form you could think of at prices no other shop around can touch. Ryan, who works the counter, is one cool kat. And Ricky (owner) is also pretty cool. These guys will NEVER make you feel stupid if you have questions about something. Ive asked a lot since Ive been going there. Other places act like you should already know this stuff since youre coming into their shop. Oh.....and if its youre first time going in you get a 10% discount. Tell them Buzz sent you. You might get a better deal. You never know. I go in there quite a bit so its worth a shot.

Sadly, the sales rep recommended a product to me. This vape pen lasted 3 days and broke. I went back to the store to try and exchange the defective product and the man was rude and unhelpful. Why would i buy something you recommend only for it to break! NEVER GO HERE!!! THEY WILL SELL YOU BROKEN PRODUCTS!!!!

Great product selection and knowledge, but everytime I go by during buisness hours they are not there. Not the way I would run my business. Always have to go by 2 or 3 times before they have decided to show up for work.
