Great selection of glass. EZ was super helpful, and showed me multiple different pieces. I felt like I was talking to a friend, can’t wait to come back for more.

Jordan served me but not very well. I wanted a flavorings to thin my dab so I could put them in a vape pen I said without tobacco. When I get home I see the flavoring has 2 warning nicotine stickers on it and the receipt has no returns or exchanges. He had asked if I wanted the receipt. I said yeah in case I need to bring something back. I saw Jordan the day they opened so he knows their return policy but did not correct meAlso tried some of their liquid kratom vivazen 2 serving I drank 2/3 to start rest 20 min later. Hopefully to ease pain and sleep. Tasted yuck and no help. New to kratom and saw something posted about somebody suing their estacada store about their son I know theres things you cant say but he did not even try. Now I wish I hadnt thrown any money in there tip jar. Going to take that vanilla flavoring with the nicotine in it back and if they exchange it I will go back but will not buy through him

I visited on 4/19/24 and bought a bowl, today it broke literally in my hand while I was cleaning it. 15 bucks down the drain and now I cant take my medication. I was doing absolutely nothing that should have broken it.

Sold me a product that was defective and refused to exchange it or refund it and it was within 5 minutes of purchase. No customer service whatsoever. Will not recommend. Might burn it down later

Ez helped us out, she’s got rad energy and is the one who makes all the clever catchy signs. We especially loved the “I have so mushroom love for you in my heart” and “couples who blaze together stay together” they sell our favorite vape summer glacier flum which is like a rose mint flavor. Absolute fire 10/10 would come back for the service and product.

The young buck, I think his name is Jordan. Dont quote me. Dude was very friendly, informative, without being pushy. Good guy, must be a good shop. Will be back.

There are cheaper places to get vape juice but i like how this place is close to my house and open from 9am-11pm. And the staff is nice

Sweet shop, decent prices, baller selection. Came in for a cart battery that has the elf bar look, they had them in a few color options. just picked up a cloak xv800 with the help of Victor. Cool dude.

Victor helped me out and it was so easy and helped me with what I needed. They had a great flavor selection for the vapes I needed.

I was in here the other day and I wanted to buy some items that were on sale. The cashier didnt know how to ring up the items at the correct sale price, so she was going to go with the price on a similar product. Oh wait, she cant because she needs a managers code. She doesnt know when a manager will be in, and she can text them, but is not allowed to call them. After waiting for 10 minutes for a text back, I left. I left a note asking for a call from the manager, it has been more than a week and I still havent heard from anyone.

My all time favorite place to go. They have amazing deals and Sam is amazing!!!! She always makes the best recommendations and everything she has recommended I loved! She is the reason I keep coming back. Overall they have great prices and a wide variety of products. Definitely check this place out.

There own brand of kratom is alright but b careful it should always be green even the red one which is a little brown. I’ve gotten old bags that were mis stored and so brown they looked like dirt and didn’t work but when I do get the green color the manga da is great but I guess they don’t know it can expire and it needs to be kept always in a dark cool place not cold just not warm. It will cause the kratom to go bad. I’d say 25% of the time I get a bad bag. To bad. People don’t realize how helpful this stuff is it has helped my wife’s friend micro ritrate from benzos and that’s crazy. Just wish they were stable w there product. No one out here has very good kratom if there is good it’s the best u can get at a head shop.

They give each and every customer their full attention and honestly make you feel like they will do everything to help you. I love the house of pipes. I go in there almost daily, and adore the people that work there. Everyone is very friendly, competent, helpful, and make it a real joy to go in there. They also have great prices, the best around out of all the smoke shops in this area.

Great experience here today, it was nice and pleasant enough I came thru this particular house of glass shop in hilsboro location that I revisited 3 times today... all the employees were so friendly and very informative . I found WHAT I WAS looking for and few extra lil goodies as well.. the evening closer was especially helpful and assisted me with a return and an exchange/upgrade on a particular item I purchased earlier that I didnt feel I liked it as I thought I would.. very good vibes here and good selection.. could use a few more extra goodies to catch customers eyes in the store aside all other great shop. Recommended

Super nice staff! I wandered in, 10 minutes before close and not knowing the difference between vape juice and e-juice. Staff on hand cleared it up and got me my batteries in under 5 minutes! Super impressed tonight - new recurring customer.... :)

The employees are really cool, they have a huge selection of vapes and when i went to buy glass on a budget they lowered the price on the piece i wanted.

The customer service was good. I happened to be out in Cornelius and went in to check out the store and decided to buy a torch for $15...it worked for a day and a half. I went back out there (I live in Beaverton on SW Allen blvd) on the 3rd day after I bought it and was told no returns no in store credit. I could understand if it was a pipe our something. The kid never even tried to make it right.

This location and the Hillsboro location are owend by the same people! Here me out! why did I buy a nail for 35 $ at the Cornelius location but went to the Hillsboro store and it was $29.99 for the exact same nailPrices of disposable vapes change price frequently too! But not at the other store

The entire staff is super friendly. Shoutout to Ez for always remembering what I get!

They sold my boyfriend not one but TWO fake puff bars, one of which stopped working a day after we got it. i live four hours away, was just visiting some family in forest grove so it’s not like i could take them back. would not recommend.

Prices are to much got a dab set up for 25 bucks broke it with in a day ... Not quartz ....went back and they said some of there stuff is glass and some is quartz .. bottom line bad experience with them
