Elements Massage Cornelius

Everyone at the facility was so welcoming! My first encounter with them was over the phone. I called because I was having a little trouble with a gift card. Ashley wasnt able to figure out the issue either so transferred me to another associate/manager, Megan I believe. Megan was so sweet and helpful and worked through the technical challenges until we got everything sorted out. When I visited the facility for my appointment, Ashley was at the front desk. Again, she was just so welcoming. She greeted me by name and welcomed me in. We went over my intake paperwork and she confirmed everything on the forms. She then gave me a tour of one of the treatment rooms and explained what to expect during my service. My therapist was Kathleen. Like the rest of the team, Kathleen was welcoming and genuine. She listened to my needs and ensured that my service was exactly what I came in for. I joined as a member and am looking forward to my next service.

My husband & I became members of Elements Massage in Cornelius when they first opened! One of the best choices we have made in a long time. Our masseuse, Kathleen, is excellent and pays close attention to our needs as older clients. In addition Laurence & Mari (owner & manager) are always friendly and interested in how we are doing…they both really have caring natures about them and we find them to both be sincere and honest about the business and their clients. The environment is always clean and fresh and soothing. Treat yourself with a magical experience, wonderful people and an amazing massage! You will be happy and relaxed when you leave and want to go back again and again!

Alex is hands down amazing, the best deep tissue massage and extra firm pressure just the way I like it! I got precisely what I asked for! I have had many masseuses not give that firmness despite me asking for it. All my knots are gone. He was super attentive and made sure it was never too much. Will be back for sure on my next trip out here to NC!

I havent had a massage in probably 12 years. Alex was amazing. Not only did he ask me questions but he took all my answers into consideration and created the best massage that was necessary for me. Everyone is very polite. The email correspondence has been great. There was a mishap with payment but that was quickly rectified. I look forward to my next appointment in April.

I absolutely recommend this place, the staff is very professional and kind, the place is well organized and prepared. After my first visit I felt my body super relaxed. Me and my wife are planning to have at least one visit at month.

This was one of the best massages Ive ever received! Hannah was absolutely fabulous and did not cut the table time short like so many other places often tend to do. The owner was very friendly, and the studio itself is immaculate! Very comfortable tables, lovely lighting and music, and an inviting reception area. Highly recommend!

Great front desk. Beautiful place. Massage felt good at the time, a little painful, but in a lot of pain in the next day and also today,.. two days later. It may be the fact that I have a fair number of injuries and am of a certain age. I think the masseuse had good intentions, was very professional, friendly and really cared about what she did. I think maybe it was just a mismatch that day. I do recommend this place overall.Update: I just got off the phone with management at Elements Massage in Cornelius. They offered me a complimentary massage in order to compensate for my slightly negative experience previously. I look forward to a more gentle massage coming up in a few weeks.
