Always a welcoming & positive experience... Honestly don’t know what I’d do with all of my stress without the highly educated, trained & professional service of the massage staff. (Not giving out names anymore so that I can get in there.

I’ve gotten a few massages from here and they’ve all been wonderful. This is my go-to spa to get gift cards for my friends and family as well and they always enjoy their experience. My most recent massage was done by Lemon and she was incredible! Easily the most talented massage therapist I’ve seen. She significantly reduced stress and tension in my shoulders and hips. I wish I could give 10 stars!

Gretchen is absolutely amazing! I started seeing her when I was pregnant and I’m still seeing her over a year later! She works out all my tight areas, gives me tips on how to not get so tight and helps me relax and enjoy a moment for myself, which is hard to do as a new mom! Definitely recommend!

Stephanie is amazing! Highly recommend her. Went here so far three times. Worth the price. Intuitive healing, positive vibes and energy.

Be aware, if you do not make sure to cancel your membership before it ends they do automatically recharge you and will continue to one more time after you decide to cancel. It is clearly stated in your contract!

My facial by Jenny was wonderful, and the staff at the front were so friendly. I can’t wait to come again. I cannot recommend this team enough.

This was my first massage and I am so glad that I came here for my very first experience. I will very much recommend them to anyone looking to relax and get a world class massage!!!!

Okay I had a great experience here. Kayla (hope I spelled it correctly) was my massage therapist and she was 5 star great. The reason for the rating here is because upon checking out and leaving I found out that if I were to come back, it would be double the price. I thought the price was fair for the first massage and would be happy to come back at that price, but double? That’s quite a lot. And if you join their membership it’s the same price as the first one for one massage per month, but I travel for a living and wouldn’t be able to use one per month. I need to just be able to book one every so often, whenever I can. Not to mention I believe that they wanted that rate all up front, it was $20 more to do the month to month plan. It’s really a shame because I enjoyed myself so much here, I just wish they made it easier to give them repeat business because my massage therapist definitely deserves it. I don’t really expect this to change much (although it would be nice if it made a difference and actually did, at which point I’d be happy to update my review with more stars), but I felt it was very necessary to call attention to this as there was no mention of any of it during the booking process.UPDATED: They do run specials from time to time and they do coincide with the original rate. I will continue to come back under these circumstances and have updated my review to reflect.

I always have a good experience here. I called in the morning and was able to get a much needed same day appointment. I went in with a very tight lower back. I had them use hot stones to help loosen my back. They focused solely on my issues at hand which loosened my back up and could actually walk normal when I left.

I have been coming here for over two years and every therapist I have had is always wonderful. The facility is always clean and inviting. I have also been happy to find that they can usually get me scheduled quite quickly on days and times of my preference.

We have been coming here for quite a while. Our family enjoys the service we receive here. Alyssa is awesome and always very professional. The best massage we have ever had.Wayne

I had the BEST massage of my life (thank you Rosemary!) and signed up for the monthly program. Shortly after, I treated myself to a facial and that, too, was absolutely amazing! I love the service here and the experience is elevated from any other franchise massage places you may have been. Highly recommend!

Massage overall was good. She did a great job helping with my shoulders. I was very disappointed that my massage ended 6 mins early with my masseuse waiting outside the door to turn the bed over. I was so excited for an hour long massage because I am a new mom and this was my mothers day gift. I got there a little late and I understood I needed to eat that 5 minutes but it was just devastating that I had my massage cut short an additional 6 minutes at the end too. I wanted to send an email and not write a review but there was no email to be found :( Also, the website is a little messed up and charges twice as much for add ons hopefully that will be fixed soon.

This was my first massage experience ever and was very nervous as I am a really big guy and did not see a lot of reviews from people like me so did not know what to expect. Hailee responded to my email addressing all my and reassured me every step of the way. I have never felt more welcomed anywhere’s and truly had an awesome experience before walking in the door.Olivia was my massage therapist and was wonderful and made me feel comfortable and did an awesome job as I still feel completely relaxed 24 hours later and I have already scheduled by next session with her.I couldn’t give them a better rating than saying I have signed up to their monthly program as it was a truly wonderful and relaxing experience.

Massage Heights has the system for providing a really great massage down! Especially during the COVID Pandemic. They are extremely clean and do a thorough job of sanitizing after every client. They have an excellent system for maintaining social distancing. I felt very safe and protected in that facility. Of course the best part is how fantastic the massage was. I had Mel for my massage therapist and she provides the best massage I have ever had! I left there feeling absolutely wonderful!

Olivia provided a much needed massage last night. Perfect way to wrap up the week. I book on my phone which is super easy. The receptionist was very professional and pleasant. Ive been a member for over a year. The therapists never disappoint! Book yourself today... You wont regret it!

Fantastic experience overall. Best massage Ive had in a long time. Ive been a member of Hand and Stone for almost 5 years and tried Massage Heights because of a Facebook promotion they were running. I definitely saw the difference in quality, signed up for a membership and canceled with Hand and Stone. Highly recommended.

Megan (hopefully Im not butchering spelling) gave me an EXCELLENT massage. I explained that i started jogging again recently after a long hiatus so would appreciate extra attention above my knees. Well she helped stretch and massage my legs better than I have ever experienced. I feel like a new woman. The facial was awesome as usual, too. I recommend this location!

I love being a member here! Its always so clean and inviting every time I go in. The ladies that work reception are so accommodating, and my massage therapist is beyond amazing!! She personalizes each massage session according to what I need the most. Their membership services pay for themselves many times over...its a no brainer! Its a great day when I get to visit this location!

This massage was great! Not only is the staff warm and inviting, my masseuse Christina had great conversation and techniques. Felt very relaxed headed out of the door 😌 Nice and peaceful for a night massage I would definitely return.

My wife and I love Massage Heights! The retreat is beautiful, the therapists are sensational and the experience was second to none. If you really love to feel your stress melt away, try the hot rocks. You wont be disappointed. We loved it so much we joined as members so we can be sure to get back each month and relax.

First of all the location is very clean and relaxing! The ladies at the front desk were great!! Jen did an amazing job with my deep tissue massage. I signed up for a membership and will be going back at least once a month!

Massage heights is a great place..i recommend it highly. Such nice people, very prompt, professional, and the environment is clean, brand new, quiet. I look forward to this at least once a month. Have had a one hour massage and a one facial and loved both. Their member program is a great way to get discounts and services.

This was an amazing facial by Tina! The atmosphere was classy and peaceful. The products were top of the line. Tina did a great job of allowing me to relax while being friendly and accommodating. I would love to make this visit a once a month retreat!

Olivia was very knowledgeable as soon as I told her where the pain was! We decided to concentrate on that area mostly. I’m sore today, which is normal if you have a professional deep tissue massage, BUT I think she fixed me up pretty good! I’m so grateful!

What an incredible place to get fully pampered! The staff and owners express superb customer service and dont leave any leaf unturned as they are experts at follow ups! The place is adorned with aromatherapy scents that will certainly relax those stressful days along with knowledgable staff that know just what you need to help take the stress away from our sometimes hectic lifestyles! I went to Victoria for a massage and she gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. She focused on my problem areas and gave me helpful tips. I have also had a wonderful facial by Tina. She customized my facial to my needs and extremely informative!

I was completely immersed in a wonderful, personal experience from the moment I stepped in the front door. From the welcome and set up through the massage itself, I couldnt have asked for more. The place is immaculate, the treatments are great, and Mel gave me the best massage I ever had. I joined right after my massage!

Love this massage place they are prompt, professional, and they have a great value for the service they provide! There massage packets are worth it! Do yourself a favor stop by get a 90 minute hot stone massage with lavender spray.

The most customized and affordable facials and massage! Highly trained staff, extremely professional and friendly. They even have microdermabrasion and chemical peel treatments for clinical skincare results! Highly recommend.
