The man whoWears the flat billed hat (I believe Johnathon) who works is awesome. Very Down to earth, friendly, not pushy, and memorable. he really deserves an award for his service. I just wanted to let MadVapes know u have a great employee with him and always leave a memorable impression.

I received the 50% off text message for liquids but when I purchased, I was charged more than 50% of regular price I usually pay. The clerk told me it was because of a “nicotine tax”. I don’t understand why I was charged more during the sale than my usual purchases. Do you have an answer to help me understand? Otherwise, I really like MapVapes liquids & staff at Cornelius location on Catawba. Give them 5 stars on day to day service.

Easy store to shop at. Good location, quick in and out. They have a good selection of vape juice.

Always above-and-beyond service. I brought my broken (way out of warranty) mod in and they tried to fix it instead of pushing for a new device. Wasnt fixable, which I expected, so they gave me a discount on a new one. Its worth paying a little more than online just for the service.

I usually shop with Kure and love them. But, I decided to go to this Kure in Cornelius because it was the closest. It is 10:15am on a Saturday, and the store is closed with no one in sight. This is a major inconvenience and I now have to find another vape store in the area.

It just seemed like another big commercial chain store. With people that want to sell you stuff, without giving real thought for what the customer is asking for. Prices are expensive and when asked about certain juices and flavors, I was told that it couldnt be done. That the Corporation has to approve which products people want to use, rather than cater to specific customer preference by region and location. I prefer going to smaller, more customer friendly vape shops, but if I need something in a pinch, Madvapes will probably have it.

Should hire a new “boss”20 mins after it should be open, the store is still locked. This is not the first time this has happened

This place is great! I was helped properly, given a detailed rundown of everything I needed to know, as well as even got me started with a mod I still use today. Overall Id say one of the best vape shops Ive been to by far in a bit.

They got all your vape needs, and the staff is the best! They go out of their way to ensure their customers get exactly what they need! The staff is super knowledgeable and their house juice is actually good!

Im a regular so there is a bit of bias here but, out of the hundreds of times Ive gone they have always answered my questions to the best of their ability and one manager went as far as looking up information he didnt know just to give me the right info. They also call around if they are out of stock to find the best store for you to go to.

Lack of variety compared to other stores, always out of whatever I need so I have to go somewhere else anyways. The staff that was accommodating to me isn’t there anymore. Store is going downhill.

Came in the store today and a gentleman named Connor was working. He is by far the best customer service person I have ever came across since I have been vaping. I have been to numerous vape stores/companies in my vaping career and I have never came across a more friendly and knowledgeable worker. Connor you were amazing and you deserve a promotion for how knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating you were. Thanks so much.

Chill staff, nice selection, seldom busy. Great for a restock or quick pitstop.

Painfully slow store. I have never gotten out of there in under 15 minutes for a 30 second transaction. In between the chatterbox employees and the high maintenance customers, this place is a nightmare.

I quit smoking 6 months ago, an amazing achievement that I could not have done without Madvapes. From pricing to product availability to great customer service this store will always get 5 stars in my book. Vaping has turned into a massive and rapidly growing industry, with new products and vaping varieties everyday. Georgie, who has always been my go to for vaping needs, is not only 100% knowledgeable of the vaping world but also takes the time to help you discover and understand what you specifically want to achieve in your vaping needs.To sum up, Madvapes is where you want to go and Georgie is who you want to ask for when you get there! From a former smoker to all those out there looking to quit, or just take in vaping as a hobby, trust me, Madvapes is the right choice.

Disappointed, they make buy coils / GT cores that soak the e-juice quick, they did not had 30 ml bottles, and make me spend over $50 when I could spend less than $20, I am new vaping, I thing they tricked me to spend more I wont come back to this store.
