A BIG thank you to Dr. Rivera and staff for all of the help provided after being injured. Everybody was so caring & understanding. I will definitely be coming back for my regular chiropractic visits. I will always recommend this office for any chiro care!

I’ve been to a couple of chiropractors and i have to say this staff was amazing, so professional and attentive and listened to what brought me there. the office was very clean and the chiropractor dr rivera was very nice as well. all around 10/10 def recommend to all my friends and family 100%

Started going after a major accident I had, This the greatest therapy I have ever had. The front desk was so polite and kind I felt so comfortable going with my daughter. Basically treated us like family.The assistance were so great and amazing I would spend all day their if I could.I would recommend this place over any physical therapy place in Corpus Christi. Also every morning they call you and remind you of your appointment and are flexible with your schedule as well.also an assistant by the name of something with a y was sooooooo nice it’s amazing the respect given here just WOW!!!

Reported to this place after an injury. Like no chiropractor I’ve ever been to. Never received a single adjustment and saw the actual chiropractor once in 6 weeks for about 60 seconds.Basically a massage parlor under the guise of a chiropractic office and the over inflated bill was even more shocking than the doctor’s lack of attention and regard for his patients. Go elsewhere!

I recently got in a accident and came to Mr. Rivera and the place was super clean. We went over my injuries and got treatment right away. The ladies who work there are super nice and professional. After 2 weeks of coming in i feel way better with the areas that were treated. Would recommend anyone who needs therapy work to come here . Im very pleased

I was in an accident a couple of months ago and was referred to this place. This place is absolutely amazing! The girls are very good at what they do. Always smiling and making you feel very comfortable! They are courteous and certainly know what they are doing! Since my accident, I feel so much better. The treatments really worked for me! Me and the Dr got along pretty well, really understanding dude and helpful as well as the staff, staff was always fairly happy and fun to converse with during the treatments esp that one Allison chick lol she was a trip, the treatments were very beneficial to my body improvements. Recently started going to Dr. Rivera’s office and all the staff is super friendly. You show up to your appointment and wait no more than a couple minutes for your scheduled appointment! The ladies very professional and very good at what they do. Highly recommend!

Very courteous and experienced staff, make it a point to make you feel welcomed. If you have any questions or concerns, they will address immediately and assure you receive the care you need. Dr. Rivera is thorough in how he performs his exams, with the goal of identifying all and any issues you may have. He will then design a plan to fit your needs and his staff will execute it with precise perfection. Too many times visiting a medical office you feel like nothing more than a number, just going thru the motions, but not here, from the moment you walk in you know they care. I would not visit any other place, as they continually resolve all my needs, all the while never comprising my customer service experience!

Excellent service 👌When you get there most likely youll sit for three seconds until they get you in the room. Every girl is so sweet and very talkative so its not uncomfortable (they compliment you and ask how your day is ). The doctor is very professional (very good looking) I mean, his there for you to tell him where it hurts but its great that his also very handsome to 😉. The receptionist is always ready to sign you up for your next appointment and they call you just to make sure (every single time) that you are coming for your appointment (which I think is really neat). Theres music so you dont have to feel like its too quiet. Everybodys so lovely I would definitely go back again and absolutely recommend you going 😊.

I have been a client for several years and I highly recommend Corpus Christi Chiropractic as your first choice here in town. The staff is always friendly and the doctors are so professional and helpful. I have had issues with my back for quite sometime and the staff has really taken care of my pain and therapy needs. I really enjoy this establishment - and if I could give a 6 star rating I would.

I enjoyed my experience here;Everyone is very kind and the service is excellent. The girls do a very nice job with their work and I think more people should come here. They all work very hard and I think that they all deserve at least one Saturday off a month!

Nope. Nope. Nope. I never even made it to the appointment setting with the lady on the phone. I called to schedule an appointment, but she said when she asks the doctor for his availability today, his answer will depend on whether I am cash pay or insurance pay. I asked her why that would matter, and she said that’s up to the doctor to answer. So, no, honey, I am not setting an appointment with your office.I sure do miss Dr. Votzmeyer and his wonder wonderful staff. They were always happy to set an appointment.Dr. Rivera- take note—customer service is still pretty important to a lot of us.

Awesome service given by entire staff! My sister and I were recently in a car accident and we were both sent on short notice with Dr. Rivera and his team. On this particular day, the office was to close at 1pm, but Dr. Rivera allowed an appointment to be made (mind you this lasted until 2pm)! Two MA’s, Tristen and Ameris stayed an extra hour to provide the treatment needed and both my sister and I felt as if our treatments were not rushed whatsoever! Leslie In the front desk was very sweet and helped with any questions or concerns regarding paperwork! Over all very friendly staff and great service! My sister and I are very thankful, we both walked out feeling much better! Highly recommend!-Chapa sisters

I have been a patient here for about 6 years due to chronic pain. From the very beginning, they have treated me with the utmost care. Dr. V always listens to any of my issues or concerns and has developed a treatment plan and adjusts accordingly. The staff is wonderful beyond words! Always kind, careful, and thorough. Being a patient here has greatly helped with my chronic pain. I highly recommend them to anyone needing or even thinking about using chiropractic care. They are the best of the best!

THESE GIRLS AREABSOLUTELY LOVELY! Highly reccomended toanyone in pain they sure helped mine and theenvironnent is very very comfy and relaxing there is no other place ive seen with as good of service along with the kindness not onky are they great at their work but they really do make you feel cared forWith the best positive attitudes and smiles night and day. Nurses made me feel at home.. very prompt courteous. First time ever having to go to a chiropractor for therapy due to a car accident and they really helped me. It took some time to feeling better but was worth it. Nurses helped me out a lot. Would recommend this office to anyone

I want to personally thank Dr Rivera and the wonderful staff at Corpus Christi Chiropractic Associates for providing me with one on one personal care of my chiropractic needs over the last 2 months. I was injured in a car accident in March of 2020 and the staff are simply wonderful. I want to personally recommend CCCA for your health care needs!

The stuff and doctor are amazing.I always feel welcome.I also was allowed to bring a stuffed animal, blanket and socks cause air conditioner works pretty good there.Dr.Rivera should also be a psycologist also cause he knows what to say at the right time to make you feel emotionally better. I am very happy with the care he and his stuff provided for me and I would recommend all my friends and family to visit his favility when they have pain.

Ive been a patient of CC Chiropractic for more than 10 years..Dr Votzmeyer was an awesome Dr cant say enough nice things about him, but he has since retired and sold his business to Dr Rivera when I was 1st seeing Dr Rivera I liked him fine...but since time has gone by all the good staff is gone unless Tristan is still there I really liked her...they are clueless there now. I had an appointment last weekend 30 minutes before my appointment the office called & said The Dr wasnt going to make it in. Then she asked if I had tried Dr Mauger or the Joint. I made an appointment for this Saturday at 1030 am I get there at 10:15 the girl says I dont have an appointment. I said I did & I wanted to see Dr Rivera she said he was getting ready to leave I again said I wanted to see him. a few minutes later she said he isnt answering he must have already left...I wonder who was going to see the 3 people who came in after me... I wouldnt recommend this place EVER!!!!! Also when I was there in Sept or Oct 2018 I was burned by an electrode...I now have a scar on my back. It was a new girl who never bothered to check on me.....

**Update - The Doctor called and personally apologized and held a consultation of some imaging results over the phone. Stand up guy. Lets see how future appointments go through.My wife came here a few times for back issues and never had any problems with being seen. She was referred for a MRI. After the MRI was complete, they called and scheduled an appointment to go over the results. We didnt set the time or date, we accommodated the offices availability. Well today, at the appointed time for my wifes appointment, the front desk told us they were too busy, and that we would have to reschedule. I get that medical professionals can have lives, get sick, emergencies happen, but this wasnt that. Being to busy when we came in at your appointed time is unacceptable. This office needs to figure out its scheduling problems.

I was in an accident and was referred here for treatment on my neck back and shoulders. Traction, massage and electro therapy has helped tremendously with inflammation and pain. Miranda gives the best massage. All the staff is pleasant and welcoming. Highly recommend.

This Dr Really knows what he is doing, his staff is great. Massages are amazing from all of those ladies, but most Amazing from a nurse named Ameris. This place will never fail you.

I had gone to this chiropractor for many years in the past. He was the only one that could adjust my back the way it needed to be adjusted. He even would take me without insurance. Since the Covid situation started , I needed to see him in April because my back was out and his receptionist said “we don’t have any openings were only taking people that are insurance claims from injuries we will let you know when we start excepting the regular patients again. “ I have tried to get in two or three other times since then, I called recently and now the receptionist says they’re only taking people with Blue Cross so I said “so you’re only taking people with Blue Cross and not any that don’t have insurance when you used to let me come in for adjustment Knowing I didn’t have insurance.Also the past few times that I have tried to make an appointment the receptionist said “we don’t have any openings right now but we will call you if one comes up ,well one never did. I am feeling like Dr. Rivera has become complacent in his practice and lets the therapist do all of the work.. So that he can collect on the Blue Cross . I will be looking for another chiropractor.

This is the place to really go if u r injured in any shape form or fashion. The people there pay real close attention to your needs especially when it comes to pain in your body.. Ive been going there for about 1 month already and I just love em there.. they help me just about every morning before I even go to work. What I really like about this place is that it is a hands on, up close, family type of environment.. just give em a try, believe me u wont b disappointed. Honestly this place is real good.

They are a bunch of liars. Watch how they word things. I called and spoke to the front receptionist who told me about their online coupon. 50% off services and a free back massage. I asked if the massage was an hour massage and she said yes. When I got there I barely even got adjusted, the whole treatment was a joke. The chiropractor said he would have me go on the tense unit and the girls would take care of me and loosen me up and he would look at me after. I got on the tense machine then the girl massged me for 10 min. The she was like all done. I asked if I would see the chiropractor again and she said no. I asked about the free massage and she said talk to the girl upfront. When I asked the receptionist she said I could make my appointment later and they would look at my file. I even questioned it again, so i can redeem my free hr massage later? She said yes. Today I called and they said that 10 min massage was the free massage! Seriously! That is not a $30 value massage! Dont waste your time!!!

Had some lower back pain and spasm that caused pain doing simple tasks (driving, cooking, etc.) After a couple of weeks the pain is pretty much gone. Dr. Rivera and their staff are great and also very friendly.

Me and my husband were both established patients and they would not see us because our insurance changed from Blue Cross to self-pay because we are both self employed now. They are not taking self-pay patients even though we were already established patients. Basically what they were saying is they can’t stick it to our insurance company anymore so they will not see us. Bad Business practice.
