I will never return to this place. They charged way too much for a lousy massage. I have been here before several times and could tell the person massaging me had mo clue how to properly give a Swedish massage and he didnt even finish the 90 minutes . He stopped still owning me 14 minutes. I will be looking for a new place that will properly do a Swedish massage. The place is not even nice. It looks like they need to update the appearance in the massage rooms.

The best firm-handed but not hurting massage. She got in there. Ive been to chiropractors, all get upset with me that I dont relax and they cant pop my back. This woman popped my back up and down, my shoulders, my toes, my everything. We used to go to Saratoga but they are too soft-handed even when you ask for a firmer hand. This was firm and efficient and we will be back. I have Plantar fasciitis and I like a hard food rub to get out the pain. This was perfection.

Great service and prices. Clean, nice place. I go every few months for a deep tissue or European massage. The best price Ive found in town and definitely worth it. I usually get 90 minute massage for around $100. I consider it a necessity to keep my chronic back pain in control. So much healthier than taking pain medication and the pain will go away for months at a time

Pros: The guy I had knew what he was doing. They didnt rush me through. The price was very fair. Cons: I do wish the water they soaked my feet in had been warmer.Note: This place has A lot of 🚹 on staff so if you arent ok with that then dont come here. My feet hurt so I didnt care at all. This place was great as far as Im concerned. I will be going back.

Extremely rude. Would give zero stars if I could and they refused to honor a gift card that was purchased from their location. Barely any English, which isn’t the end of the world, but it is when they’re screaming at you that you can’t use a gift card that you called and verified was bought from them. Wouldn’t work with us to honor it at all so now my question is where did the money from the gift card go? I paid for the card and now they won’t use it so I had to pay for the massage and they’re pocketing gift card money without honoring it. Legally I don’t think that’s how that works either. Don’t go here.

I do not like the new receptionist. He was so rude. Before I always love coming here but I walk in tonight requesting one male and one female doing my massage and my mom. They have The availability to do the massage but The massage therapist didn’t know how to speak English and the receptionist took the control and didn’t want to except the client because I come in about 45 minutes to the closing time. The Chinese therapist wanna took us in but the rude man push her inside the door and say it’s ok. He didn’t like it because i was requesting a female do my massage. I can’t tell. But you didn’t have to be rude. Would not recommend this place. Weber location has better service

First time I came here I had Lucy and it was 5 stars hands down. Today the front desk guy looked at the clock 5 times and was super unsure about getting me serviced even tho it was empty… then he rushed me to the back and started with no gloves and sweaty hands on my neck but I was so uncomfortable someone else took over and was just kind of rough and focused on weird parts of my body like the sides of my feet and shins with his knuckles and didn’t seem to really ensure comfortability. He kept slapping me everywhere too, like that hitting/cupping thing and I am a very small female so that was startling. Then they both came out to smoke a cigarette as I was sitting in my car to write this review. Bad experience, absolute waste of money

The receptionist was not professional. She truly seemed to be out of it and kept eating the entire time I was sitting the appointment. When I returned an hour and a half later for my appointment she didnt remember me at all. The person who massaged me did not speak English and continued to hurt me even after I continued to tell him he was hurting me. He just kept laughing. I complained and he sent in the receptionist. She said that was how they were trained. I got up, dressed, and left. The next day I was bruised from where he kept hurting me and pinching my skin. I would never recommend this place and will never return. Very unprofessional!

Came in with no appointment, everyone was friendly the environment was relaxing and they did a great of not only working out knots and pain points with out lead but also the pressure. The ladies were very mindful and did a amazing job.

It was amazing! I would recommend a room with music, its much more relaxing. My husband and I got the Swedish Massage. Our daughter had given us gift cards for Mothers Day and we finally had the chance to use them and we loved it. Next time maybe well get the deep tissue massage. 🙂

The massage was decent but they didnt have music playing if it was it was very low. Ended up just putting my own music on because all I could hear was just laughing from the other room. Wouldve rated it 5 stars but also had a gift card they didnt let me use so ended up paying more than I wanted. Now I have an unused gift card not really planning on going back.

I love this place.. so relaxing.. Any was my therapist and she got all my kinks out. She had good pressure and she actually put me to sleep... thank you Amy 😊😊☺️

The massage I received was great with the people that were at the counter when I went in did not listen to what I wanted they were very pushy wanting me to get a higher priced massage. I finally agreed to a $55 dollar massage the lady that came out to get me kept saying $79 $79 dollar so picked up the paper that has the listed prices on it and showed her. So @ the end of the massage she went out and came back hot stones I told them all 3 of them I didn’t like hot stones. Then once I went out front to pay again they say $79 and point to a sign that talks about tipping. He insisted I put a tip on my card and I told him no I have cash So I took the money out and shook it at him and he said oh oh okay. I will never go back to that one. Made need another massage just trying to pay. 😡😡😡😡

Great massage. My therapist didn’t speak English well but we were able to communicate. Service was beyond expectations and u felt great after. I had a 90 minute treatment and the just flew by she was so good! Don’t be fooled by the low price. Often quality is associated with higher prices, no sir here, low price and great service!

Been here dour times its very relaxing. Just wish they hadnt been on their phone in the middle of my massage this last time. Also would be nice to remind others to silence or turn off their phones too.

More casual than a spa, but very professional. The massage therapists are wonderful! Its nice to be able to walk in and been seen, rather than having to make an appointment. And to top it off, the massages are a fraction of the price compared to anywhere else you go.

I love this place!! The massages are EXCELLENT and priced very well. For anybody that thinks a great massage has to be expensive, give this place a try and I know it will change your mind.Typically, I get a deluxe massage. It’s a full body 60minute massage for $35. You can get a private massage in a room of your own, or get a less expensive one in the main room. You remain fully clothed and covered with towels while receiving your massage. Every experience I’ve had here has been exceptional.

This was my first time there. I did the detox combo and 30 minutes for my back. I went in with a lot of pain and felt so much better when I left! It was the first time I have done the detox at the same time they did my upper body. I definitely recommend

Very unprofessional undercharged me, followed me outside and demanded I pay full which I was fine with. When I got back in they couldn’t do the math right they were adding the tip onto the amount I still owed and insisted I payed it. Ended up giving them the amount I owed and a tip but the tip wasn’t good enough for him. He pointed at the tip sign and waved the money in my face. Very rude!

I went in with three gift cards we received one as a gift while I was pregnant so we couldn’t use it because I had a high risk pregnancy and could not get a massage and we received two more this past Christmas as gifts. One gift card was for $100 another for $120 & we couldn’t remember how much was on the third one and no one spoke English nor did they know how to use their pos system so they couldn’t scan it to tell me how much was on it. They didn’t understand what I was explaining to them and insisted that there was only $220 total without even scanning the third gift card to check it. They mixed up my gift cards so I’m not exactly sure which gift card is the $100, $120 & unknown amount. No one spoke English and they kept using an app to try and communicate but it didn’t work well and they just didn’t understand what I was telling them so In the end I couldn’t use ANY of my gift cards cause they mixed them up and We didn’t know what was what & I had to pay with my credit card. I don’t think we’ll be back, highly unprofessional.

I am not sure what I experienced, but it was not relaxing. First the guy giving my massage could. Not speak English, 2) he massaged my back, neck, legs and butt so hard I could hardly stand it. A few times I would say ouch in pain and he would start laughing and never get softer. 3) he left once and left the door open, people were walking past and then when he returned he kept it open. Finally he closed it. 4) he kept BURPING!! 5) I asked him to be softer and he said ok and didn’t change. Not enjoyable or relaxing at all!

This was my first time at this location and I left there speechless. The guy I had was late, didnt introduce himself, cracked my spine and fingers like he was a chiropractor, pressed my whole body like he was rolling a tortilla had his elbow on my spine. I almost tapped out. I felt like I was wrestling. I left their sweating and hurting. When he was done he karate chopped me and said ok lady youre done. Was so sore the next day, I dont believe I will return to this location or at least not with that guy again.

I went in with a lower back injury. It was hard to walk or lay down. I came out fixed. The person gave me an extra 20 minutes. No joke, i was a life changing massage. Thank you.

I love this place. I’m on my feet a lot at work so I get a foot massage every 2 weeks. The prices are low and you definitely walk out of there feeling better. I don’t always set an appointment because my work schedule is crazy but they always fit me in last minute. If you haven’t tried this place you’re missing out.

I have had nothing but professional and friendly therapists. I go at least once a week if not more. Since this post, the therapists at Airline have changed. I went once after Katie was rotated out, but it just wasnt the same. I was going 1-2xs per week, but without Katie there I havent gone in months!

Go now & ask for Chris! This was the best massage I have ever had. He listened to where my problem areas were causing me pain. I didn’t hurt when he finished and am feeling great the day after!!

The guy that I had is ridiculously strong. Even after I told him lighter pressure he was going full force on my back. Then he started stretching me in all kinds of weird positions that hurt. I felt like I was being beaten. Worst back massage ever! Will never go to this location again.I would definitely recommend the footy rooty on Saratoga though. Everyone there is great and actually listen when you say what kind of pressure you want.

Love this place!! The massage was really good and the masseuse was a professional. love it. i was a bit sore the next day but rustys because the massage was so good and so much needed.

They always do a great job. No complaints this far and Ive been 10 times at least. I always come out more relaxed then when I went in.

Lexi (receptionist) was so patient in explaining to me everything. The experience was awesome. I will for sure recommend it to my friends and family and Ill be coming back for more sessions! 🤗🤗

The lady working today was very rude. My mom won a gift card from a trade show hosted by her employer.. I walked into.this location to ask how much was on the gift card and right away the lady here tells me how I cant use the card here because its from New Braunfels. I ask her how I go about fixing this (or rather my mom) and she continues to explain how I cant use it or trade it for cash... I even specifically asked if we should take it back to the place she won jt from or whatever with no answer in sight. The lady was extremely rude..and I believe realized how rude she sounded...But apparently you can only use a gift card from place of.purchase.. which defeats the purpose of a GIFT CARD because its meant to.be a gift!! And gifts are sometimes mailed.. or given away as prizes such as this! RIDICULOUS DONT DO GIFTCARDS IF YOUR OTHER LOCATIONS CANT TAKE THEM

I love this place. It’s cheap and you get a great massage. I even got a really good prenatal massage from Angela. Full body, 1 hour for $40. Great!!!

This place is amazing. My wife and I went there on a fluke and we were totally comfortable and had a great experience. Definitely going back.

Did then 90 minute one the first guy was on his phone it was hurting my neck but the next guy did awesome I have a sciatic nerve that was really bothering me I couldnt walk the fits me I love this place a little noisy but all in all great.

Was very pleased with service. They took us last minute. Very clean and relaxing. Foot detox was a very interesting process.Overall satisfaction was good.
