I really like the store, but the person who attends really has very bad customer service. He was sitting with his feet on the counter, never got up from the chair, nor moved to attend to me like a decent person... he just kept smoking.I dont know if he is the owner or an employee, but this is the kind of person who ruins a business.

Went in there this morning at 930am as I was up running errands. I needed some coils and was going to buy a couple of vap juice bottles. The lady I encountered acted put off from the start. I explained to her that I was somewhat new to vaping and therefore not very knowledgeable about it. She was condescending, short with me and just seemed annoyed by me trying to purchase what I was there for. I finally said you know what ? I dont need to shop here. There are other vap stores that Ive been to that where FAR MORE HELPFUL AND POLITE Told her Ill never be back as my wife and me walked out the door. They must not need our business. Ill gladly give it to others that will appreciate it.

I come here maybe once a week. Anytime I see that Miranda is working I know Im about to get excellent customer service. She always works with me staring at the display cases for far too long, deciding what to get. Shes patient, always asks me how my day is going, and makes me feel very comfortable. She is also very knowledgeable which makes the experience even more memorable. I always recommend this specific store and for everyone to ask for Miranda.TL;DR: Miranda, if i could give you 10 stars i would. Store is ALWAYS clean. Wide variety of juices and disposables. I have never witnessed any bad attitudes or vibes when I am here. Thank you for wonderful your customer service.

The WORST vapes I have ever spent money on. I spoke to William, he was very nice but the vapes were brought from the back room and lasted half of a day. I bought 2 for $30. The one I gave my husband tasted burnt after a few puffs. The one I kept for myself, heated up to such an extreme temperature, I could not hold it in my hand. I do not recommend spending money on your disposable vapes here.

Not only is the staff very knowledgeable about their products, they are extremely helpful and friendly. The owner was wonderful in helping me with a problem I had, and went out of his way to make it right, which has won my business permanently when it comes to all of my vaping needs. The ease and care in which I received meant a lot to me, which is why I am writing this review. If you want a locally owned business to help you and actually take the time with you, go to Mad Monkey. I used to love this place, but I wish the employees could pause their personal conversations while helping me. I don’t really want to hear all of your business. This has happened every time I’ve gone in the last several months.

Went to get some juice only. Asked about what was cheapest. Was told about a juice that was $26. I was hoping to find a new flavor. Thats not a cheap one. Ended up getting the same flavors as I usually do. Their selection of flavors is nothing compared what the Portland and Flour Bluff stores have. Also, I have done customer service since I was 13, now 50. The guys working DO NOT know customer service. I would rather drive out of my way, then ever set foot into this location again.

Today I stop by the store to get some coils and juice unfortunately I got helped by woman that I didnt catch her name but was wearing a red jacket. I was shock by her attitude towards me made me feel so unwelcome like I was annoying her and even rolled her eyes at me! But what was the icing to the cake was when I was in mid sentence with her she completely ignored me so she can talk and flirt with her boyfriend. I will say the other woman was very nice and very helpful with the people she took care of I most definitely will go to her when I come back. The store and everyone else is super nice so I will come back just wanted to be know how this one woman treated me.

Went in to Mad Monkey to find a particular flavor juice, which they had. While there we were informed that we could try other flavors. The worker, I believe Austin, told me about a favorite of his. Now Im hooked on Graham Mother. I have not even opened the juice I went in for. They are friendly, helpful, and the shop is clean with a good atmosphere. We definitely found our vape shop.

A bit overpriced for what youre buying but overall a decent experience. Nice selection of house made juice but beware...steep it for a few days to get a decent flavor. They rarely have the same coil packs consistently or it seems as though I always ask for a specific type and theyre never in stock, so basically youre stuck with whatever theyve got on hand.

I love this place! As soon as I come in you get what you need! They are always helpful and I’m usually in and out with no issues. They also offer rewards which is awesome especially if you go often, you can get free juice or up to $5 off. Hours are convenient, prices are reasonable, a bunch of flavors to pick from. The atmosphere is nice 👍 they have a good set up. I would definitely recommend this store to all vapers!

Eric was the one to help us, was very kind right when we walked through the door, helped us a lot with picking our juices. Knows his stuff I can tell you that.☺️ Definitely going to go back here! Prices were also just as good as the services I got!

Went there and had the best customer service ever. Fairly new to the vaping world so I dont know much but an Austin James was there and helped me through everything. Learned a TON. Great Mod and E-Juice advise. If youre ever at Mad Monkey ask for that dude. Hes awesome!

FIND ANOTHER VAPE SHOP. Would put zero stars if I could. Their “experts” will sell you the wrong brand and size of coils, then the woman working will BLAME YOU and roll her eyes when you go back in to exchange them. On small business Saturday you’d think the employees would be a little more thankful for returning customers. Will recommend everyone to NOT GO HERE

Terrible customer service. Me being new to vape, they really expect you to know what you want. Bought the wrong coils today, that they told me to buy, when it didnt fit. I returned it and I got blamed and attitude the whole time. Very rude people, both of them.Look at his response on the bottom, still arguing with a customer. And I told you which vape pen I had and never told you what kind of coil I wanted. And I told you I never bought coils before

Non existent return policy even if they made a mistake in selling you somthing. I really did want to support my local business but if I get the worse customer service from a website then so be it. On a side note my wife went in one time and had a store employee actually put HIS MOUTH on her vape. I tried to like this place. Just dont waste your time or money.

Been to almost all the shops here in Corpus and I visited these guys last night looking for an RDA in a specific color cause nowhere else had the RDA.. their inventory is huge the best in Corpus without a doubt.. they are my go-to now.. very friendly people here, great atmosphere but most importantly the customer service is fantastic.

This was the 4th place I went to looking for the glass tank I needed for my VapePen 22. It had cracked. Finally Mad Monkey had the glass in stock. I also bought one of their house juices and I just love it! The only problem is it doesnt have the name of the juice on the label, possibly its number 12?

This place has the best juice blends and prices in town. They carry Space Jam, Beard, Cosmic Fog and their own House Blend. Staff is friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. A must place to visit if youre a Vaper.

Horrible customer service. Purchased a mod from them and it had started to fall apart. They refused to do anything with it other than tell me to contact customer support of the manufacturer. I found the issue and it was just some screws loose. Asked if they could tighten the screws and was told that they wouldnt touch it. Finally asked to borrow a screwdriver so i could fix it and was told they didnt have one. A screwdriver was sitting on the counter. Lied straight to my face.

By far the most relaxed no pressure atmosphere I have experienced in a minute. I purchased a SMOK NOVO2 and a bottle of pineapple vape juice for $55. A huge selection and a welcoming atmosphere. The shop owner was also very quick to help as soon as we walked in. My kind of place... :)

All the staff is BEYOND cool and BEYOND knowledgeable, its a very cool and informative vibe. Me and my wife have lived all over the United States and its always hard trying to find a new vape shop, finding juice you like ECT . Im sure we have all been there. Long story short this team helped me and my wife find our all day juice and our SMOK products

Been using Mad Monkey for a long time now, the Owner Maurice offers military discounts, his staff is very knowledgeable and will not rush you out the door. Theyre not the typical douche staff of other vape shops like monster vape. Best experience from a vape shop since starting in 2015. Keep up the great work fellas! Fly Eagles Fly!!! Just for you Mo!

First time user...had an awesome experience Austin has excellent customer service...knows his products very well and overall sold me the perfect device and flavor just for me...I loved that he answered all my questions and had lots of patience...Thank you so much Austin I definitely will be a continued customer...by the way the Karat is perfect and with the banana kiwi flavor the cigarette had an awful taste now so it is definitely helping me quit smoking

The first time I went to Mad Money Vape shop, I was looking to buy a new vape. I walked in and I was the only one there and nobody said anything to me. It was like they would rather be not be there. I didnt exactly know what I wanted but I got no help from anyone working there. They didnt ask me if I wanted to look at anything either. I finally decided what I wanted and I also got more juice. After I was done paying, I sad thank you and the guy didnt even say anything back. I just walked out without any sort of thanks. I figured they were just having a bad day so I decided to go back and get more juice about a week later. He asked me what kind and I told him and he just walked to the back. When he was on his way to the back, I told him the nic level. He didnt ask what nic level I wanted. I wander what h$e would have brought me?? The same thing happened but this time, when I was done paying, he just walked away, sat down, and started doing something else. Not a single work to let me know I was dont paying. I said thank you anyways but he didnt say anything back. They are overpriced and the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Will not be going back!

Okay first off this is not my first rodeo with a vape. Im in the process of trying to quit smoking I went into this Mad Monkey shop because of his reviews. I went in there and I waited until he was through with all of his customers and I asked him about this one vape and we talked about it and he was friendly but hes very uneducated when it comes to customer service. So I get it home cant turn it on because he didnt educate me to turn it or he didnt educate me how to take it apart how to fill it how to do anything which I figured he would because I was upfront with him and told him I didnt know anything about it second off its blowing hot oil in my mouth is leaking out of the air breather on the side of the unit. So i take it back to him today May 12th 2018 he tells me I install the coil improperly. So he takes it all apart cleans the coil cleans the unit put it all back together and says it should woek fine now. NOT!!!! So now you hold the unit right now and it blows oil out the top and out the side. This guy is here for one purpose and one purpose only to take the dollar from you he doesnt care about whether youre happy with it or not whether you understand how it works or not he doesnt care. I wanted to exchange it for a different unit cuz I told him its malfunction and he swears up and down its fine. So I contacted the manufacturer that actually makes these units and they told me to take it back to the seller because I still have a 90 day warranty while I tried that that and that didnt work. He even took it apart in front of me cleaned it all up reinstall the coil the whole nine yards and it still blows oil in your mouth but he says thats normal cuz all of his customers say they do and he says its normal that it leaks around the rim by the base of the battery somethings wrong with these units or especially mine. So do yourself a favor dont go in there dont deal with this guy or any of his employees cuz they all dont understand customer service they just want to take your money. So I will contact the manufacturer that makes these units and I will file a claim and I will report him to the manufacturer and well see where the Smoke Clears when it clears.

This place is great! I bought a Nord Smok there for a good price and love it! Austin helped me pick it out along with that in house made juice razzleberry ring pop flavor! Very awesome place! Thanks for the help fellas!

The service is top notch and they have a very knowledgeable staff that can help you find whatever your vaping needs are. They also have a huge selection of juices ranging from house blends to imported flavors from a variety of companies. Highly recommend. Its the only vap shop I go to.

Ive been going in since opening years ago, best mods are juices in town. Today was the first time ever I was treated like a total kid with an attitude working the counter. Made me sad.

Same guy, 24 hours later. Knew when I said no I dont need a receipt that that was an error. I knew he would burn me when I told him it did not work. Too bad he couldnt do anything without that receipt. Money hungry shop that does not care about service.
