Vape City

I went earlier in the day and the cashier was as sweet as could be and I bought pretzels for $2.05 including tax. I went later in the day and it was a different cashier and she was the worst. I was trying to buy 2 bags of the same exact pretzels and she tried to charge me $3.50 for them each. If I ever see that cashier again Im leaving.

Of all the vape cities in corpus Christie this is the newest one. I like how they have by 1 get 1/2 off vapes. But a lot of the younger employees have no idea what theyre doing and have no answers and it can be very frustrating.

I bought a Smok Nord C there about 3 weeks ago it died I went back thinking I would need to buy another one. But the lady said she could look up the purchase and replace the device. It took a minute to get it all done. I learned a bunch about vape sticks and got a replacement at no cost I love these guys. And as soon as they get my brand of Nic Salts in well be set.

I’ve been to every Vape City in town and this location had THE best customer service. I was blown away as that’s not something I’ve come to expect from them. The manager and the girl working (I didn’t get names I’m sorry) were so helpful and even assisted me after my purchase in fixing my vape. The manager wanted to ensure I was happy before leaving! I’ll make the drive to come back!

NOT open 24/7. Open sign on, big 24 hour poster on door but locked doors and no employee in sight.

I came into vape city and was immediately welcome and issac helped me with everything I was looking for and was so understanding on my lack of knowledge
