The nicest employees I have ever come across! So friendly, so kind, so polite, so helpful just top tier people working there! My mom and I always joke that we stop at Cool Vapes as our last stop during running errands because after the chaos of the Cranberry Walmart and Costco, we need to restore our faith in humanity and the employees at Cool Vapes do that for us lol! 💗 So grateful for their kindness and helpfulness!

I went in June 9th on a Sunday and they opened at 12:00 p.m. its hard to find good juice for my mod and I walked in and the gentleman working was able to help me with ease he pulled out several bottles that I would like and I picked 3 of the 7. He was fantastic and I will be back

I have had not one, but two amazing experiences here. The young lady that helped me both times was very friendly, and polite, and easy to talk to. I had absolutely zero issues with the workers here. I will definitely be back for future purchases, and will recommend this shop to my friends and family!

I love cool Vapes! They have a nice selection of house juice and many different brands. They also have a good selection of mods, coils, drip tips, glass pieces, replacement glass for tanks, a variety of tanks to choose from. The staff is always extremely helpful and kind. They are always very helpful an knowledgeable about all the items that are sold in the store. Cool Vapes is my primary place to get my juices! Today Kate and Nick helped me with my selection. They are so kind.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Lots in stock so chances are they have what you are looking for. They have everything you need for vaping at great prices. Just the amount of flavors of juice they have is completely ridiculous but thats a good thing I think.

Friendly staff here, fantastic section of everything from hardware to juice. I specifically came in for Theyr house juice, they have me some samples based on the flavors I was looking for to help narrow it down. It has a great taste, not harsh at all, and burns clean. The manner in which they helped the customers that seemed to just be pouring in was very professional as well

Everything I look at was over priced. A bottle of juice that I bought was almost 40 dollars. Where other local places only charged 25. I wanted to buy a new mod and it was almost 40 $ more then other places I looked at. This was a fairly close shop which is why I went. I was interested in a tank and it was 40 $ while other places had it for 25ish. They had some other juices where the small bottles was the same price as what other shop charge for the same stuff but bigger bottles. I prefer to give local places my business but Ill travel farther away and online to save what will be almost 100$ on what I wanted to buy when I came in. I add a pic of the almost 40$ bottle I purchased.

Excellent customer service, great selections… to everyone complaining their prices are above what you see online… that is very normal given the shipping rate and fees you’d pay to buy online. That happens in every vape shop, due to the taxes they have to pay.I walked in soon after they opened and was greeted with a friendly smile. The guy went above and beyond helping me find a juice that would be similar to my go to juice. I never got another juice I actually liked until I came here! So nice! I have had the hardest time finding a replacement juice for the one I’ve used for years. My fave juice has been discontinued. But at cool vapes the guy took his time to help find the perfect replacement! I’ve only like two juices in my life. So this was a dire situation. I’m so glad I stopped at this store. Thank you!

Hello! I highly recommend this place! Have been to 2 other locations for this business and like this one the best! Employees have always been friendly and knowledgeable and the store itself has a good vibe about it! No matter how busy they are everyone even customers seem to be in a good mood! Have made similar observations about other businesses i have visited! This place is great! They have an awesome selection of juices (premium and house) and mods plus all the supplies you may need. Not to mention the staff is super helpful! Will especially has saved me and my old troublesome Vapes. He also helped me pick out a new one. All around though great staff. Theyre all super helpful!! Plus they have an amazing exchange policy on their house juices. I highly recommend this place (and location in specific)! They definitely have a lifetime customer in me!

Im a regular at the Cool Vapes in Cranberry. The store is always well stocked with flavors and supplies for vaping. All of the employees are very helpful. Audrey happens to be my go to. Shes awesome! Shes always smiling and helps me w/any issue or questions I have.

The apology is all I really wanted, but the points are really appreciated and I plan on continuing to come back!ORIGINAL REVIEW: First of all, this is my fav vape shop. Reasonable prices, good flavors, friendly employees. I even make a point to do other errands in cranberry when I need juice just so I can make the 20mi drive to this store.They gave me the wrong flavor juice. Not a big deal, they have a return policy. But I did have to drive the 40 miles RT to pick it up, and all they did was exchange rather than let me keep both bottles which in my opinion is the better business practice when you screw up. There wasnt even an apology given for the mistake, either on the phone or when I came into the store to make the exchange.

Always friendly and helpful, I’ve been shopping here for 2 years. Dylan, Zach, Audrey and Tim. (also used to be Joe but he’s not there anymore) I love these people as if they were family. If you ever need help this is the place to go!!!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and easy-going. Even the lowest rating here--that of Mr. Herschk--expounds on how they take time to educate those who are new to vaping. Sometimes they get busy, and yes, you may have to be patient and wait your turn (as it is with most things in life).

They dont know much about vapes themselves and even the products theyre selling. They have no idea how to fix the simplest problems and they try and screw you over if they can. They sold me a new box mod and sold me batteries that were unable to recharge and the box mod wasnt working when I bought new batteries. They said they wouldnt refund me even though I brought the receipt and everything back within 20 minutes I brought the stuff I bought to slate and he fixed the box mod and let me trade in some things to get better quality products for way cheaper. John at slate didnt even sell the mod I bought and never used it before but fixed it withing 10 minutes

Excellent customer service. Not knowing much about vaping, I ended up with a mix that was much too high in nicotine. They were nice enough to mix some new ones for me free of charge as well as explain why anything more than 6 or 8 mg of nicotine is too much for a sub ohm vaporizer. Definitely gets repeat business from me in the future.

Bottom line is all their juices are marked up from online prices substantially. Mods are the same way if not worse. Save yourself some travel time and buy online. If youre not sure what to buy watch a few YouTube videos and youll be just as knowledge as the employees there. Unless youre in love with their house juices I would recommend going somewhere else or researching online. You also cannot taste test any premium liquids. Which is understandable if they were being sold at a normal price. They are marked up significantly though so its worth taking your risk online and waiting a few days for the juice to arrive.

Experienced and friendly staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. HUGE selection to choose from. Very nice and clean inside. Popular music playing. Convenient parking. 10/10 will absolutely visit again.

Stopped by for Crown IV coils, which many places are out of. I asked if they had spare glass, since I break mine pretty often and mine has a small crack. They can be hard to find. They ended up being out of spare glass, but a team member gave me her spare. I dropped her spare when I was checking out, which was pretty embarrassing, but it didnt crack.

Very helpful staff and they carry many juices including premiums and house juices. They also carry many mods and parts that are essential to vaping. If you stop their definitely try the stars and stripes flavor.

READ MY STORY.So I had purchased the Smok Aio vape exactly 10 days ago, on March 5th.It had randomly stopped charging. The red light indicator would stay on & then turn off two minutes later. So it was an obvious battery issue because there was nothing wrong with the charger, or chargers I was using. I tried multiple charges, outlets, power adapters, everything. There is no damage done to the vape at all. It is practically brand new. The store manager said that they can’t do returns on vapes that have tanks built into them because you had already put your mouth on it, nor do they do returns on tanks.The store manager had also told me that they are just middle men, who don’t handle warranty claims at their store. They then told me to go to Smok’s website and process my warranty claim through them. My problem with is that it hasn’t even been a full two weeks yet, so why can’t they return it or do warranty, especially it being brand new. I didn’t want a return, I just wanted my device replaced. I don’t want to have to wait two weeks to a month for Smok to replace my vape because I need my vape at work.I don’t think that this was fair to me, as a customer at all.Now I’m out $100 and without anything to smoke. I have a dead vape, juice, and coils that I can’t use. I’m reporting them to Smok’s website for not attempting to give me a warranty replacement. This store definitely lost me as a customer. There are a lot of shady vape shops, so just watch where you’re spending your money. There are a lot of shops who will sell you trash to make you come back to buy better devices. It’s a scam. They at the very least offered me a 10% off on a new vape. How thoughtful of them to offer to remove the tax off of another device, so I spend more money? Get out of here. I posted a picture of Smok’s statement about in store warranty claims. Go to their website and see for yourself.
