I have been in here several times getting vape juice. The guys who are working are always prompt and friendly. Went in today looking for a grinder, and the young guy who helped me went above and beyond with the service that he provided. He gave me all the prices for every single grinder. I was looking for a certain color, and he went through every box trying to find the color I was looking for. I ended up settling on another color, but overall, I had a great experience.In response to the owner: you are welcome. The exceptional service made me feel I needed to review my experience.

Great place, people and products. 3 main things I look for in great companies. Along with the people that help run sustain the whole show everyone is a very important part of process and when people work together to help support a common cause the sky is the limit. If you enjoy vaping and the products the store provides I highly recommend you shop around. There are a few vape shops closer to this one that have extremely lower prices. I get juice that’s $26 and everywhere else it’s $20. They have high mark ups. From one vale user to the next just saying it don’t hurt to price elsewhere for better deals.

First time in the store. I have to say I am impressed. With me being new to the vaping community the staff was extremely helpful and patient with my asking of questions. They were very sympathetic of my want to quit smoking and assisted in helping me choose which products would be best suited for my taste. I will be back and highly suggest anyone else looking for a friendly neighborhood shop to do the same!

These folks are great! I had a problem with coils I bought from them, they fixed it promptly...and then some! I was floored. The customer service is absolutely stellar! Everyone there has always been super friendly and helpful too. Plus, they always seem to have what I need in stock. On the off chance they dont, theyre great at suggesting similar products or helping you find a solution. I highly recommend you check them out!(Though during this pandemic thing theyre doing curbside pick-up so give them a call!)

Drove by today and decided to stop. The place is nice and it’s also clean. The guy in there was really helpful and he let me test flavors until I found one I like! You can actually test it there too with a disposable mouth piece and a vape mod. That is extremely helpful. I was so sick of buying juice that I ended up not liking. They didn’t have the 6mg for me so he made a 3mg into a 6mg rather quickly. Definitely worth stopping in!

EDIT; Spoke with owner, rectified issues with pods. Employee was kind as well. Will most likely return. Good selection of products.Went to east coast to get vapresso pods. Went in and was told there was a limit of 2 per person as they were difficult to get in stock. I asked employee (guy with hat and long hair, kinda like a mullet) if my husband and I were each allowed to purchase 2, as we both have a Vapresso XROS device. The guy said no. And pods were expensive. Not coming back to this pricey rip off with inventory limits

This is a great vape shop. I broke the glass on one of my tanks. I almost didnt stop in because every other shop I went to to find replacement glass had nothing, but Im glad I did. This place didnt have the correct glass for me but tried pretty much every type they had to help me out, and they actually carried replacement glass where no other shop did. After that I ended up hanging out and trying a lot of their juices and chatting about our businesses. These people offered great customer service and had a great place. Dont bother going to any other shop.

Great staff. The owner Amy is the best. Throw back to the days when customer service is important. Theyre always willing to accommodate you and glad to help with anything. Whether youre new to it or a cloud chaser they got you.

I go to East Coast multiple times a week. I have only gotten great experience from the staff. The staff is very easy going. They can help solve most problems if you mod is failing. The juice they carry is very affordable, and their variety of juice is great. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and anyone that I come across that needs a new vape shop to go to.

Ive been going to East Coast since theyve opened and even then, the quality of the staff and products was phenomenal. They have only improved and surpassed any expectation I thought possible for a vape and wellness shop. Very friendly faces, with great customer service. Never have I left there unsatisfied or confused with the product I bought. Good vibes and good vapes.

Amy, Katlyn and the staff are always friendly, helpful and welcoming when I stop in. They have a wide assortment of premium juice and some quality house juice. I do recommend this shop to my friends because the service and atmosphere are nice. They answer all your questions even for people new to vaping, or the experienced coil builders looking to chase clouds.

Wow. Insecure much? I dont own a shop that is in competition with you. If you must have a written review, here it is.My husband and I came in when we were new to vaping. We were hoping to find a shop that would be a great fit for us. However we were met with snobby attitudes, unhelpful employees and not that great of a vape juice selection. Answers to our questions were met with I dont know or an eye roll accompanied by a short rude response.Now I will admit this was about a year and a half ago. Maybe it has changed ownership. But I can confidently say we wont be giving them another chance with that sort of childish response.

I love coming to this shop. The staff is super friendly and the shop is always clean. As soon as I walk in the door a smiling face is always eager to greet me and help me with whatever I need. Y’all should check it out😊

The country kid with the mullet and dodge truck needs a new job. Came in for juice, he was annoyed he had 2 other customers before me ( it was a little after 9am when they open) and said if this is how my day is going ill shut it down and go home. This is the most amazing vape shop to go to. All the workers here treat you like family. People come in here to hang out for hours. The prices are fantastic as well. Great place. Highly recommended

Prices are always too much to make it even worth buying from them, and employee today at around noon also accused me of using a fake ID calling it flimsy. Still makes the sale though like he should have, but concerning to see that if it was the other way around what he is doing is illegal.

Great prices , fast shipping. i bought the yocan plus xl coils without a pic to refrence so was alittle sceptical but arrived and exactly what i needed got a pack of 5 for 18$ will definitely be a repeat customer!

Idk I went into this place and Im new to the whole vape scene. The owner is pampas and makes you feel dumb for not knowing every single thing there is to know about vaping. Again Im new to the scene and mentioned this when asking about juices and she proceeded to make jokes in front of me. The kids that chill in the lounge area and emeployees are very off putting and not very inviting. All in all theres a million and 1 vape shops in the area and I personally will be taking my business to one of the more friendly establishments. The pricing is a lot higher then in other shops too, Im from NYC where the prices are steep and this place is comparable to a shop in manahattan almost 15$ for 17m when I had just bought the same volume in Aliquippa for 5 and change.

I have nothing but good news about this place. It has affordable prices and the staff is always pleasant helpfull and very humble to help you. The location is perfect in the heart of Cranberry. I would recommend this place to any person or persons who are of legal age and use a Vape

I highly recommend giving this vape shop a visit. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they had a wide variety of flavors, and it is one of the only true vapor lounges in the area. This was the first place I have been in that had seating for more than one or two people, in fact they had an entire bar and some couches. I planned on just stopping in and spent almost an hour talking with the staff and a few regular customers, it was an overall good experience and it will be my go to vape shop from now on. Five star quality shop, check it out vape fam.

This shop is the best in cranberry. They are willing to answer questions and help you, even if you consider yourself a pro, also any flavor profile you are looking for they have a flavor for you. Highly recommended for all of your vape needs.

I was in there yesterday and I am very new when it comes to vaping. The young man behind the counter was super knowledgeable and he didn’t even try and sell me something expensive. He suggested a device that would work for me that is really rare he didn’t upsale on anything. Super ethical people.

This place is my favorite place in cranberry. There are two other vape shops in cranberry that arent nearly as good. East coast is a fun hang out for everyone with couches and music playing. The prices there are on the cheaper end which i enjoy and staff is really friendly. Highly recommend this place to anyone that vapes.

Purchased a nic salt device that stopped working after 3 weeks. Tried getting it replaced and was told to come back some other time because the owner wasnt there and she wanted to question me to make sure it wasnt something I did to it.? The employees arent educated on what theyre selling and push their personal preferences on you.
