Cool little shop with some nice heady glass from local artists along with an awesome selection of smoke shop stuff. Really great prices at GG, I found items for less $ here than online which is rare for small shops. Dudes that work here are super nice and knowledgeable too!-A regular customer

Not sure why this is isnt rated higher. . Dude was chill, willing to help if asked and seemed willing to let the customer shop on their own without constantly being your face like best buy. Plus even though I messed up they gave me an immediate refund and were cool about it. Lots of glass, didnt get a chance to look at accessories but the store seems well stocked. Small vape selection but its well picked plus they arent a vape store so Im not sure about the complaints. Really liked it and will recommend.

AMAZING SERVICE AND PRICES!! I went in looking for a dab rig with no clue on where to start. They greeted me as I entered and helped me find everything needed that was within my budget and answered all questions I have while describing everything that I may want or need. Will definitely be my go to place for future shopping. You have to be 18+ to buy stuff and 21+ for tobacco products they WILL card you. They are super friendly and for everything I got it wasnt even 200!! Its right by my dispensary too so its very convenient for me. Thank you guys for the knowledge :-))

The staff here is great. I have been overwhelmed with all the options for taking my medicine. Each time Ive gone in here they have been super attentive and incredibly helpful - like way beyond any typical customer experience that I would normally expect or hope for. Its why I keep going back. A lot of this stuff I could get online but I prefer talking to the staff here about what the *right* options are for my needs.

Came in looking for a male 10mm quartz nail, browsed for a minute before the guy working came over to help me out. He made sure I had the sizing right and explained the differences between a couple different choices after I asked for his opinion. Very happy with my purchase and experience.

Sold me a Hyde bar for 9.99 when it was labeled at 26.00.. thought I got a deal until I hit it once and immediately it tasted dead/burnt. I would suggest just taking the L on these products instead of selling faulty Hyde bars that don’t work the second you take them out of the package

I have to commend Glass Gallery & Wellness of Cranberry. The selection was outstanding. Even better than the selection was the customer service provided by Chris C at the Cranberry store. He took extra time on the phone, sent photos and made suggestions. Wow, what’s great experience. I would highly recommend Chris C and the team at Glass Gallery and Wellness.Shipment arrived within 24 hours and was exceptionally and discretely packaged. WOW!

Im not sure what there is to be said about a glass shop, but what I can definitely say is my experience was wonderful. The two girls tending to the counter were very, very polite and knowledgeable, and they even managed to rope me into a sale (which is hard to do). They have an exceptional selection of everything you could possibly need. What more do you want from a glass shop?

Used to come in at least once a month, have alot of decent products. Big guy at counter a smart mouth. Done spending 💰 here

The prices are high can get better deals nearby. Grab bags are a total scam filled with junk and mine came with a cracked grinder. Asked for a refund or store credit and was denied. Staff and management dont care about the customer and didnt seem all that knowledgeable when I asked questions.

Some staff is super helpful, others are not. Too pricey for the actual quality of their products. I’ve tried to return multiple products that turned out being low quality and have been told that I need to call the manufacturer without being offered any compensation from the store that sold me low quality products. I avoid shopping here, i would choose any other store over Glass Gone Wow at this point.

I usually like this store but today was not the greatest experience. I purchased a hyde vape pen and realized the juice was leaking out and was dying. I went back and returned it for a different one. The second one is hitting way after I hit it and keeps blinking and tasted burnt.

I absolutely love this place! I mainly go there to buy kratom and sometimes Vape juice. They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. The employees are extremely nice and helpful. The employees are also very informative. Especially the woman that I see every time I go there.

I love this place great customer service and always answers any question I have. Seems like if I want to get a cheap pipe I can and if I want to get a really nice piece you also can find one. They do the best job on educating you on all the new herbs they have. Very clean and well keep.

Heard about Glass Gone Wow from a few friends at work, so I drove up there late one evening to see if it was worth the hype. I thought the place was awesome at first, with a huge selection of locally blown glass, and a great vape selection...but the employees have poor attitudes.Upon walking in, the two girls behind the counter offered me no help or greeting. Instead they began whispering about my figure and how I was dressed, whilst clinging to their phones. Once I made my selection, all I wanted to do was have one of them ring me up so I could leave, but they kept trying to sale me something else. It was rather annoying, considering they both wreaked of marijuana, and couldnt take the hint that I was already dissatisfied with their service. Get rid of the two dumb bimbos and maybe Ill consider coming back.

Now I see why the have WOW in there name! That describes there customer service. Stopped in today with a problem I had from a device I bought from them. They went above and beyond to help me. Very friendly, and helped resolve my problem, even though it was not there policy.I will recommend Glass Gone WOW to all of my friends!Thanks for helping me out Critter! Im am back in action!

There is a wide selection of glass, vapes, and smoking accessories. I told the girl (who is cute) what I was looking for and she went through the various options for me to choose. She helped me pick the best product in my specified price range and I walked out happy with my purchase. Will be coming back again. :)

Excellent selection however the staffs knowledge on the glass is well below mine with the exception of Critter who is the only one who can answer any questions I might have. Also a bit more pricey than other shops but you should always support your local H.S.

Highly inappropriate and very rude to the customer. We bought a coil and a juice already. I was about to buy a new vape machine for $140 but the sales associate was so rude that we decided not to buy it. After that, when I was leaving with my cousin, he had the audacity to say that we wasted his time! Very rude and unprofessional!If you want to buy or test a vapor or buy anything related, DO NOT GO HERE!

I walked in at 10:30am to a decently packed store (5+ customers). Dillon (who confessed to being the owner/manager) was standing in front of the vape section. I admit, Im not very educated in vaping hardware or manufacturers, but I know what Im looking for in terms of functionality and simplicity of design.Dillon was extremely patient with all my questions, wanted to make sure I had the best experience with my new vape kit, and had me try some different flavors of e-juice to find what kind I liked best.He made some suggestions for a new tank and coil kit to replace my unserviceable one, and I think it was a great choice. No pressure to buy, just explaining what I wanted, he found a reasonably priced replacement, and showed me to how use, fix and repair it.I walked out spending twice as much as Id intended, but knowing that Dillon was there and that I could call on him any time I had a question made it worth the trip. There were some pretty bad reviews originally, but I felt like I was treated well, and Im sure Ill be back again for my future vaping needs.

Great selection of all my habitual needs. Had an issue with a vape but they replaced it on the spot and its been working great. I always come here and am always happy that I did.

So one thing is this shop is nice and clean. Its not mixed with porn or other things that might make one feel uncomfortable. HOWEVER. I visited the one in Robinson Twp PA. My first visit was great, then I referred people there . They said the person behind the counter was ignorant and unfriendly. I was surprised, but sure enough the next two times I came in The guy behind the counter was not helpful in the least.I even brought my Brother and his wife there to get setup on e-cigs. This guy was so unhelpful. He was just ignoring us the whole time. Any place else would be excited to have 2 people come in that are about to quit smoking and buy ecig kits.The guy was a big fatter guy with a beard. I wont be going back. E-juice selection wasnt very good either. Go too Steel City Vapors, or Smoke Stack in moon twp. Both are miles better.

Its a decent vapor shop. I really dont care much for the other portion of the store which is mainly selling selling pipes for marijuana. Which I dont really understand how thats legal but nevertheless they have everything I need for my vapor. Decent prices good staff.

Not to happy over a couple of dollars, really. Thought I had was apriciated more then that over past favors an best deals I gave out. There were more then 75% off new product out of box buys. Did not have to do but I did. Thats ok ill go elsewhere.

Went in to get some juice & the guy was a total pole puffer. I asked if he tried a certain flavor & he said in a really miserable dickish way I smoke cigarettes. Dude, smile! You work in a store that sells vapes, e-juice, and glass. Not salesmen of the year by any means, the chick who rung me out was sweet but the dude was a tool.....Def lost my business.

Went to glass gone wow in cranberry on Friday bought a vape and I used it for a couple of times and then it started to leak so I went back on Saturday and they put a new coil in it and had two hits from it and then it started to leak again so I went back up on Monday and they exchanged it for a brand new one I took 2 hits from it and sat it straight up then I took a nap went back to take two hits and I couldn’t caused it leaked again and then I called them and they and told them again what happened and they said that they couldn’t do anything about it I would have to call the company. It’s the worst place to go to get vapes they are way to high and they don’t like taking things back if they don’t work the right way

Everytime i go in it is a great time. The staff is very personable and the manager, Dillion, is a hilarious and nice guy. love the store. They always know how to help with my ecig/ vape problems!

AWFUL. asked for very berry juice and the guy forgot to read the label and gave me menthol. they refused to return it and tried to switch the blame on me. the people are always rude and too stoned to perform their jobs (which isnt hard to begin with), and they dont know anything about their products. wouldnt suggest going here.

Im a regular customer and the glass gone wow is cranberry but today I stopped down in monroeville and was greeted by a great guy named dylan. He hooked me up with samples of juices he thought Id like and we found the perfect one. He was very professional and knew what he was talking about but still kept the conversation fun. I look forward to seeing him again and will definately be coming back.

Bought a new pen kit, but they sold me a broken one instead. Battery didnt work,coils didnt work. Then even though I immediately brought it back wouldnt exchange coils. Did give me a new battery though. I will not be going back.

Excellent place with a great staff and tons of different products that you couldnt find else where. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because everything is expensive and its difficult to find a purchase which has a better value than its price point.

I like glass gone wild but their prices are to high Ive been to other shops like tobacco for less and everything there is way cheaper and its all the same, I gave it 3 stars cause they are a good shop but my main point is their cbd is fake I bout 2 gs from there 50 a g + tax and it literally does nothing at all please dont waste your money buy 99% isolate online for 50 g..glass gone wild charges you 50 for 1/4 of a g thats a complete rip off Ive bout better glass for way less at other places..i understand making money but their prices are ridiculous

Sold me rig that broke immediately due the heat of my nail. If something is meant for using bangers and not nails the staff should tell people that, I made it clear Id be using a nail.Edit: in reply to the response, you are wrong. I did not touch my torch to the glass, the glass broke from the expansion of my nail due to the heat because its garbage glass. Dont assume what I did

Always has been my main glass store, and when I call and ask very specific questions they always have the answers, very knoll gable staff. Prices can be high but for the quality theres no better place.

Friendly staff but I explained the size needed for a nail and was sold a completely wrong size and due to no refunds I just wasted $20 and a 35 min drive. Thanks

Everything you need from a group of exceptionally knowledgeable employees. These guys and gals REALLY know what theyre talking about. I get better info from them than I do from my own doctor.

It is a head shop that has a small vape selection to keep afloat. Not a bad head shop, good accessories. Not a great vape shop, higher prices in lower selection.

Fair pricing, overly knowledgeable staff, I will continue to come to this location. Pricing is well within reason of online sellers, and you can have the product that very day.

Insane collection of glass pipes and many name brand glass blowers but I found alot of the pipes to be a bit pricey and thats why I dropped 1 star.
