My girlfriend is amazing, always worrying about everyone else before herself. She’s also very independent and gets what she needs without worry. This makes it VERY difficult to do anything for her. She has alot of issues with Osteoarthritis. I thought giving her something that she would NEVER pay for, but would help with stress on body and mind. She LOVED it! I could tell by the tone of her voice. She will be a regular client and I’ll be sure this happens. Michelle made her feel both comfortable and relaxed. I’m grateful that they took care of my future wife. Thank you!

I got a deep tissue with Michelle. I have not got a massage in a long time and this was perfect! I would definitely recommend this place for massage and Michelle. I am the other ladies are just as good 😊

My husband surprised me with a Mothers Day Spa package that was amazing! Elena provided a wonderful facial and eyebrow shaping. I felt so pampered and comfortable.Sandy was very knowledgeable and provided a wonderful massage.I also had a mani and pedi that were perfect!Charlotte the owner was very accommodating and ensured I was pleased with my services.

Went with a group of friends when we were visiting the area. One friend said her massage was more like applying lotion and the woman talked the whole time about how she also had 3 other jobs. And the ceiling lights were on and beaming during the massages. So uncomfortable. we would not return.

Awesome experience from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out! Receptionist was very welcoming and very quick to accommodate! She immediately set the tone when it comes to making you feel comfortable. I got a Brazilian wax by Elena. Her professionalism and knowledge is second to none! I’ve had some very bad experiences with a Brazilian wax in the past at a different spa. Elena made me feel comfortable and proved her experience and knowledge thoroughly throughout the entire service. Very pleased and have decided that I will be coming here from now on. No doubt!

Everyone is always so friendly and sweet from the moment you walk in! They always offer a beverage, and have called me when they got an item in stock that I was looking for. I always get scheduled in quick and don’t have to wait weeks to get in. I have seen 7 different massage therapists and Nataliya is 100% THE BEST!! I will never go anywhere else! Amazing pedicures too! Keep up the great work ladies!

I treated myself to a 55-minute deep tissue neck, shoulder, and back massage at Renaissance Day Spa in Cranberry Twp., PA. Due to the nature of my profession, this was a welcome treat. I did not realize just how tight my muscles were. Sandra worked through the knots all the while creating and maintaining a relaxing environment. She was attentive in ensuring that the pressure wasnt too much and made sure that I was comfortable. This is a great place to treat yourself and have a me day!

Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. I’ve had the hot stone and foot massage with Michelle, pedicure with Crystal, and waxes with Elena. All experiences have been wonderful and welcoming. I can’t say enough good things about Michelle, Crystal, and Elena. These ladies are top notch.

My husband bought me a gift certificate for Renaissance Day Spa for Christmas and I booked a facial, which was great. I then booked an 85-minute deep tissue massage for myself and my friend and I booked a 60-minute Swedish massage for my mom and my friends mom. Our moms went first and we immediately followed them. I had Michelle as did my mom and my friend and her mom had Sandra. Both my mother and I were very disappointed with our massages. My massage was to be a deep tissue and it felt more like I was being petted than being massaged. I left with the same tight sore neck, shoulder, and back muscles that I can in with. Michelle didnt touch my fingers or toes, which have always been part of the massages Ive had in the past. I always get deep tissue, so I know there are varying degrees of proficiency but this massage totally missed the mark. My moms Swedish massage was just as unsatisfying, again Michelle didnt touch her finger or toes and she said it felt like someone was applying lotion to her but not a massage, which was the same experience I had with Michelle. My friend and her mom had Sandra for their massages and they both said she was amazing. She did fingers and toes and she did a deep tissue on my friend and a Swedish on her mom, both said it was one of the best they have had. They did discount the massage because deep tissue cost more, but for me, I just blew $114.00 to have someone rub lotion on me. I received no relief from my pain and soreness. I have already rescheduled another deep tissue massage at a different spa, hoping I do not have a repeat performance. If you do book a massage here I would not recommend Michelle for a deep tissue massage and my mom would not recommend her for a Swedish massage either. Very disappointed. I wanted to post this as 2 1/2, since 2 of us were very disappointed and 2 of us were happy, thats 50% and 50% of 5 is 2 1/2. but it would not let me, so its a two star review.

Michelle was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I stepped in, the staff was kind and courteous (offered to take my jacket, offered me water, coffee, etc.) they answered all the questions I had about the pregnancy massage. Michelle was very kind and checked in to make sure the pressure was okay. I would highly recommend!! I felt incredibly relaxed!!

This was my first time at Renaissance Day Spa. I had a Brazilian Rainforest wrap with Sandra and a 90 min massage with Michelle. Both services were amazing. The wrap also included a lot of massage as well. Very inviting and clean spa. I chose to come here because i was going to be in the area and Im glad i did! I left feeling super soft and relaxed. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Michelle is wonderful! First time having a pregnancy massage, and it was even better than I expected! Very relaxing & relieved all of the soreness in my back & feet. Cant wait to go back! Highly recommend for expecting mamas!

From the moment you walk in the door they welcome you with a warm open arms feel. Very clean, quiet, and relaxing offering a full menu of options. My wife and I have had their massages, eye brow waxing (is the best in the business she will go no where else!) She also had her nails done and much more. I highly recommend it to everyone.

A wonderful relaxing day. My massage was just right( I have had bad experiences at some other places), my facial and hand treatment were very soothing and my pedicure is beautiful. A day of pampering and I highly recommend trying this spa out!

Consistently my favorite spa! Ive been so lots of places in Cranberry and around Pittsburgh (and beyond), yet Charlotte and her incredible staff (Elena, Crystal are my favorites!) continue to impress (and Ive been coming for almost 10 years!). I always feel so welcome and comfortable here. I know Ill get great, kind service and I have always left here feeling more relaxed then I did when I went in. Its so nice to have a spa in the area that is locally owned by such a generous and caring member of our community. Couldnt give a stronger recommendation.

What a wonderful experience. I felt like I was walking on a cloud when I left there. This was the first time for me. I received a gift certificate and wasnt sure I really wanted to use it. My husband talked me into it. I had the full body massage and I have to tell you, it was pretty amazing. Do yourself a favor and take the time to do this for YOU! I am so glad I did and now I want to plan a day trip with my two daughters to do it again.

I experienced my first facial with Elena and she was amazing! Super personable and helpful! Also, I had a deep tissue massage with Michelle! She was really good too! I love Renaissance!

I was finally able to use my 2016 Christmas gift card today and Im struggling to find the words to say how good I feel! Mady was so friendly and easy to talk to about my medical issues that require a lighter touch. In addition, she was attentive to every detail such as tucking me in with the blankets. Her massage was so good that I felt none of my typical pain for hours! Great job Mady!

Renaissance Day Spa was a comforting and liberating experience. My wife has been before as a single but as a Christmas Gift, we did our first couples massage together. As soon as you enter the building, the pampered assistance is immediate. Its very calming, charming, professional and welcoming. You can even have a glass of wine! Michelle and Nataylia were wonderful. My wife and I would definitely be going again in the near future!

Elena is a fabulous esthetician. She is professional, listens to her clients, and I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

My friend and I celebrated our birthdays here with facials and pedicures. The whole experience was great! The staff are all very nice, I felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole time and everything was super clean. Would definitely return again!

The wonderful ladies at Renaissance Day Spa have helped me ease the tension and pain in my back and shoulders and have helped with the chronic headache I was left with post covid. Getting a membership is one of the most important self care things Ive done for myself in a long time!

By far the finest Day Spa in Cranberry Twp. very classy and clean. I was offered an assortment of beverages while getting my nails and pedicure done. Prices are reasonable and work is outstanding! Thanks to Crystal I had a wonderful experience.

Made a appointment last month for a massage, wrap, and facial. I called today to verify my appointment and it was never put in. This is so ridiculous, to call a month in advance, and now there in nothing available!! The simple task of putting info in the computer seems pretty easy, but I guess not. Will not be returning

Ive been going to Renaissance Day Spa since they opened. I have had consistently amazing service each time I go. The atmosphere exceeds any other day spa Ive ever been to and the personal attention lets you know that you are more than just an appointment. I have so many great memories of spa day with my daughter, me time, and even a spa trip with my hubby for an anniversary. This is an oasis tucked inside an ordinary looking building in Cranberry. Dont let the outside fool you, this is the real deal! Id give 6 stars if Google would let me!

My massage was at best just rubbing lotion with a slight pressure. My friend had a difference masseuse and got at great massage. I will not go back unless I can specify I want someone other than Michelle.

Michelle gave my tight back everything it needed, and really helped me loosen up. I was able to get right back into my workout regime after having taken time off to heal a lower body injury. Well I made an appointment for my sister and I and we drove an 1 1/2 hours to get there we called and told them we were going to be late. We got lost. We ended up driving 2 hours one way to get there. We had an appointment for a wrap and pedicure the wrap was from 3-4pm and the pedicure was at 4. We called when we got there because you cant walk in (covid) and they put us on hold for a few minutes and then got back on the phone and they told us we could not be treated they cancelled both of our appointments. They would not even let us get our pedicure .After we had drove all that way. They said we can make another appointment. I will never go there nor do I recommend anyone go there. They only got 1 star because it does not let me not give them any.

I had a certificate for a 1 hour massage but I was taken back to my room 7 minutes late then had to get undressed so she probably started 15 late. She finished up and I looked at the clock and my massage was only 45 minutes. She did not massage my hands or the back of my arms. I am sorry that you are running behind but I should not be getting screwed 15 minutes so you can be on time for you next appointment. I sent a massage to them on Facebook and they have not responded. I would not recommend this place.

I had a great experience today at Renaissance Day Spa. They are on top of their game with Covid precautions and made me feel very comfortable. The massage, mani and pedi were amazing and just what I needed to relax. I will definitely be back!

I received a gift certificate for Renaissance and chose a simple mani/pedi since Id never been here before. It was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was delightful and the atmosphere definitely allows you to take time to relax, which I truly needed. Ill definitely be returning.

It is a delight to visit this place for a massage. My recent visit, I had Michelle and she is very good. I prefer the deep tissue and I felt so much better afterwards. I would recommend this place to anyone. The price is worth it and they are professional yet personable. Awesome experience everytime I go!

I have been a customer for several years and would highly recommend the Renaissance Day Spa. From initial contact through services and upon completion, fantastic!! I’ve had different types of massages, a facial, manicures and pedicures and have purchased services for my mom as well. I am moving out of the area and will miss my Spa!! Thank you all!!

Ive had real hit or miss services here - all massages. Services later in the day naturally may start late, but sometimes up to 20 minutes. Many massages seem to come with a strange lotion/oil that will never leave your skin or clothes without a thorough shower later - after my last massage it was throughout my hair somehow and I felt disgusting returning to work. Different people conduct massages very differently - and dont assume if youre trying to get one service (like neck and shoulders) that the majority of the time will be spent on that area. My last massage resulted in no change in tension except for a sharp, throbbing pain in my head after a strange neck and head stretch. Since this place is pretty pricey, consider shopping around.Tips can only be left in cash, FYI.

I got the best facial they offer on their menu. Service was good and facial products are good. I would have loved a scalp massage instead of just laying there with a skincare mask on though. All in all a decent facial.

Their facials are amazing and my skin looks great. My only issue I have is my facialist left during my facial for a good 5 minutes. It wasnt very relaxing trying to figure out where she went and if she was coming back.

I got my nails done here for the first time today, and I had the most wonderful experience. They are very detail oriented, and my nails have never looked so good. I recommend coming here for anything it’s a very peaceful and calming environment and everyone is so kind. I can’t wait to come visit again and try some of their other services!

Visited over Christmas with three other girls. The services we received were great - massages and facials - and the staff super friendly but organizing the group was messy and there was a lot of confusion. After that, I would not come back with a group but individual services would be fine.

Such a relaxing atmosphere! The massages, facials, and mani/pedis are the best. Highly recommended if you want a day for pampering yourself. Their gift cards make wonderful gifts too.

The Thai foot massage (incorporating the foot stick) by Cindy is a MUST HAVE experience. I dont know what heaven will be like but this foot massage will certainly to its gate...the massage will definitely take you to a state of tranquility never experienced by any other foot massage (reflexology, etc.). It is sooo relaxing!!

If i could give this place 10 stars i would!!! We got the ultimate indulgence package with an added manicure and it was AMAZING! it was so relaxing. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. We will be going back every year!!!!

I just love how beautiful and peaceful it is inside! The massages were the best I have ever had. My poor muscles were so sore, and I came out feeling like a new person!!

A buddy and I picked the Alpha Male package up here. The Masseuse was fantastic, I think I died and/or slept through it. The facial was a bit lackluster, because my face is covered in fur. The most disappointing thing was the manicurist/pedicurist. She wasnt very engaging and kept mostly to herself, which was a bit awkward.

Very clean and comfortable. Most pleasant staff/masseuse and amazing massages. I definitely recommend♥️

Worst spa package EVER!Facial ~ they took a pair of scissors and used them to clear pores??Pedicure~ dirty OLD chair from the 80s that vibrates and in a room that should really be a closet.Massage~ WORST EVER they messed my backup so bad that I needed to go to chiropractor to get adjusted.GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! Dont waste your money..trust me!!
