If you have a chance to book a facial with Andrea H I highly recommend! Andrea is highly knowledgable about the products and services available, and treats you like family! She recommended a series of treatments before my wedding in November and I could not be happier with my results! Andrea takes her time to really understand your skin concerns and work with you to develop a treatment plan/skin care routine. All the staff at this location are friendly and really want you to have a great experience!

I was a member here for years and had 3 hours of service that I had already paid for upon electing not to renew my membership. Upon calling to schedule to use it, I was told I had to use it within 70 days of cancellation. No one told me this. I cancelled because I am an extremely busy working mother of three small children, and it didn’t make sense for me to continue to pay to accrue hours I barely had time to use.The manager told me there is “nothing they can do” to even credit a single service. So I wasted hundreds of dollars, after spending thousands as a member here for the many years I was. Highly disappointing, and bordering on scam-like.

Always a relaxing atmosphere where you feel like more than just a client. My facials are always customized to my current skin needs as well as recommendations, not only for their products but products that won’t break the bank and are still safe and gentle for the skin

Going to Massage Envy for a facial with Andrea is so relaxing..she is definitely an expert as well as a genuine caring person providing the best facial ever - according to the needs of each client. I highly recommend her!

Ive been coming to this location for a while now and I love it! The girls know me by name now which feels comfortable and welcoming. My therapist Diane is a miracle worker and I book with her every time! The staff at the front desk is always SO helpful when scheduling me out months at a time or needing to adjust. They never make me feel like Im a bother which so many business do these days. Coming to Massage Envy is my favorite part of my month.

I pursued a massage in hopes that it could bring relief to a weeks long stiff neck I had developed. There was a quick availability with Nick and the introductory price was reasonable so I tried it. Everyone there was very friendly, I never felt out of place being a massage novice. Nick was very focused on my problem area, he definitely gave me his full attention and skills. The experience was just what I was hoped it would be.

Scheduled massage as a birthday gift for my son. They left him a voicemail the morning of the massage that it was rescheduled due to therapist being sick. Ok totally understandable. On the rescheduled day which was Black Friday, they called him less than an hour before his appointment to say it was yet again rescheduled. He had already been on his way to the appointment and was in the parking lot when he saw the message on his phone. They called back again to say the appointment they gave him for 12 does not exist so yet again it needed to be rescheduled. Needless say we canceled and will take our business elsewhere. I will be sure to not recommend this place.

Just had a 90 minute from Malia. I would recommend her anytime she was absolutely incredible. She focused on all of my problem areas and I was able to actually walk out, standing straight up and feeling so good. All of the pressure points that she hit were exactly where I needed the most work and I have never felt better.

I went to a facial, towels were too hot and I got an eye infection, questionable hygiene.I dont recommend this place.

I applied two times for the Front Desk position at this location. Within 4 days of each application I received the “Unfortunately” rejection email. Then about a week later from each time, the position was posted again. I am a senior but if you saw me you would never guess I am 69 yrs old. I have over 35 yrs in the hospitality industry with beyond excellent customer service skills.Was looking for a position that would give me the opportunity to utilize my skills. I have letter after letter of how professional I am. It appears that you were looking for someone who is alot younger than I am. I am attaching a recent photo of me so that you can see that along with excellent work ethics, I also make a very professional appearance. I hope you were able to find someone who will give their all to this position as I have given to my past employersUPDATE…. The position is once again posted on 4/8/2023.

This place is awesome! My husband got me a massage for my birthday, and so I had a one-hour session with Jay. Y’all... it was the best massage of my life (and I’ve had a lot of massages!)!!! She worked out the knots in my back so well in a relaxing way. I don’t even know how she did it, but it was perfect. I loved it so much that I signed up for a membership so I could keep going back to her. I would definitely recommend!

Natalie gives the best facials. She has incorporated a new hydrating option. It was heaven. Thank you Natalie for all you do.

Andrea gives the most amazing facials and she is a massage therapist. Andrew is awesome if you like medium to deep pressure massages. When I first came to see him I couldnt sit up from a prone position. I would have to slide sideways to get out of bed or off the massage table. One day I just sat up like there had never been a problem. The staff has always been friendly and courteous!

Easy to find and very clean, and private rooms. I am sorry I am so bad with names so my massage therapist escapes me right now, but she did an excellent job. She was very nice to talk with during the session, if you like that, or you can relax and listen to the relaxing sounds/music played on there speakers. Well worth the time and relaxation to renew your body and muscle. If you decide to go more frequently, check out the membership option. It is well worth it.

I was experiencing so much neck pain that I was unable to sleep decently for months. I finally tried Massage Envy and felt tremendous relief. Everyone was sincerely attentive and considerate. Nick is fantastic and I wholeheartedly recommend him. I honestly believe it i worth the money. In my case, this isnt about being pampered, but about making sure I am functioning at my best.

We have been to Massage Envy locations all up and down the East coast. (who doesnt like a massage while on vacation/traveling?) We have tried three different locations in the greater Pittsburgh area, and this location is BY FAR our favorite! The best manager; the nicest, friendliest people; and the BEST, MOST TALENTED therapists!!My wife loves Chelsea and wont see anybody else, and I feel the same way about Alicia!!

This was my first ever message. It is completely customized to you and your needs. The table is heated so you can turn it up or down so your comfortable. ask for Bill he was really great! I would come back tomorrow if I could. Its expensive but its worth it!

Who closes 50 minutes early? The gals looked at me with disgust as I tried to open the door almost an hour before scheduled closing. Screw this place, I went across the street and bought my holiday massage gift cards. You lost money for failing to adhere to your own schedule. I will never go to a Massage Envy because of this interaction. Have fun!

Andrew gives the kind of massage you find at a high end spa. Its obvious he holds a deep understanding of anatomy and uses this in his practice. Coupled with his wonderful customer service, he shines!

Andrea did a phenomenal job in helping fix the pain and tension in my lower back. 11/10 massage experience and I will be back!

Of course, it depends on which therapist you get and the type of massaging ones, but they are very accommodating to your needs I had a wonderful experience here!

Massage was amazballs. Lona was simply the best and it was by far the best massage I have ever had hands down. She is so worth seeing
