I had never gotten a spray tan or my eyebrows waxed before, but when i scheduled these services with Makena, she was phenomenal! She explained everything happening to me clearly along the way and was very friendly, i was so comfortable and felt so confident afterwards! i will definitely be coming back to her soon!!!

Ive always enjoyed my Swedish massages and the friendly staff but my last visit topped the cake! Jason provided a deep tissue massage. He unlocked knots that I thought were permanent. I can stand longer and sleep better

As an esthetician myself, I’ve always found it hard to go to another esthetician and get the same level of service that I provide to my clients. Let me just say… APRIL KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! She made me feel completely comfortable in the most uncomfortable of waxes. She was fast, meticulous, and beyond professional. Everything that I tell my clients to expect was everything I received. I will be making waxing a regular occurrence because of her level of professionalism.

The old lady that work on Saturday July 20th in the morning was incredibly RUDE!!! Had an attitude right from the start.

Yesterday was my first visit to the Body Bar in Cranberry. I was in desperate need of attention to my super unruly eyebrows. I had a 3:30p appt and arrived around 3:20p with a friendly greeting from the 3 women behind the desk. My appt was with Kristen and I can’t rave about her enough. She was so helpful, friendly and professional. She explained to me what she thought would be the best route to start with my eyebrows. She showed me what she wanted to do and made it such a wonderful experience. She also gave me some great product ideas and how to apply. I would highly recommend Kristen if you need an eyebrow service. I will definitely be returning .

My wife and I have been going there for about a year. Very neat and clean, the staff are very professional and they are reasonably priced. August is very good at relaxing my muscles and working the knots out of my neck. My wife usually schedules Jason who does an excellent deep tissue massage. We would both highly recommend the body bar.

I have been going to the Body Bar for years. Since covid, it is not the same. Out of my last five massages, my appt has been cancelled three times. On one appt it got cancelled twice. I look forward to these massages, and with little kids I have a hard time finding available time. My appt today was cancelled two hours before it was scheduled to start. If Body Bar doesnt start employing back up masseuses to cover for call offs, then they will lose more business than just mine. The owner responded back, and I agree with covid and the customers health, but employ more than one massage therapist a day so call offs can be covered.

Went in fir a 1 hr massage. Weather is 46 degrees and they were running the air conditioning. The “ heating table was not warm and they used thin towels over me. It was so cold I could not relax to enjoy a massage that cost $80. Would not go back. They either ask you how your service is or they don’t. My person did not even ask but the person before me was asked. Not sure why they ask how your service is because I don’t think they really care. Not a very friendly staff. There are better massage places in crenberry, do t waste your money

Had a Microdermabrasion facial with April. I can not recommend it enough. She was super sweet and my skin felt amazing afterwards. The next few weeks my skin looked air brushed when I did my make up! I cant wait for my next appt.

I got my first massage here. It was a far better experience than I expected. It was clean, professional, and relaxing. They were careful and professional when moving the sheet to work on different body parts and I never felt uncomfortable. I thought the length of time was adequate as well (wish there was a napping room for after because the last thing I wanted to do was get up and leave). Overall, a great experience and I will definitely be visiting again.

I love the Body Bar and its services so much that last year I became a massage member! I switch between two therapists that I absolutely love - James and Emily. Both are super professional and knowledable, which is exactly what I need being I go in with actual muscle issues more than for just relaxation. The spa is always clean and the front desk staff is always super personable. Would highly recommend!

Got My Girlfriend a Gift Certificate In August For A Massage for Her Birthday, Recently Used it, She Said She Loved The Lady Michelle. I Sat in The Meditation Area, while I waited, it was so relaxing. My Girlfriend Came Out after and said I wanna come back and she giggled. So Great

I usually just go tanning here which Id say is the best in the area, but I also decided to get a massage. The masseuse was super cool and allowed me to relax. I saw a review below me that the masseuse talked the entire time and that was honestly the reason I left the last place I went to. This was not the case at The Body Bar. I apologize I cant remember her name but the hour massage went well and the little extras such as heated towels on the feet and others were really nice.Going a little further into the massage I should state that Ive gotten Swedish massages from many different countries but it seems in America they steer clear of going deep. If you are like me and require a deeper massage, then I have to recommend a deep tissue because the Swedish (which is what I received) is mostly just rubbing with very little pressure. At least from my masseuse. YMMVWhatever you go there for, Ive always found the staff to be super nice and will answer any questions you have.

I had my first experience with a Dermaplaning facial here with Elena. She was fantastic and walked me through everything before getting started. She completed 2 skin analyses and took a lot of time to get to know what my regimen and concerns were. My skin looks and feels amazing, even the front desk noted on the glow! Highly recommend and I will be going back before the wedding!

I was advised by my dr that I needed to start going for a massage due to the enormous stress I have been under. I have to say, Jason was amazing! He listened & knew just what to work on & how much pressure to apply to work out the knots. I feel better, but know that I will need to keep going to find the level of relief I will need after years of not taking care of myself. Highly recommend!

I love getting a massage at the Body bar! The therapists always ask what areas you would like to avoid or concentrate on and I have always been told to let them know if they need to apply more or less pressure. It is a very relaxing atmosphere with dimmed lights and light music. I definitely recommend Body bar to anyone!

I got a gift certificate for a massage for my birthday and got it right before Christmas. Not only was the massage excellent but it was a relaxed atmosphere in the spa area. The staff, though busy with Christmas sales, managed to ring me out quickly and be bubbly and cheerful. Definitely going back with my mom and recommending it to people in the area!!!

I LOVE The Body Bar!!! Ive literally done everything they have to offer - tanned, massages, facials, and my waxing all at The Body Bar!! The bathrooms are always clean, staff friendly and the therapists and technicians always make sure that Im satisfied with their work!! Highly recommend!!

Wow! Great microdermabrasion price! Tamara was excellent, I will definitely recommend her to friends. Other spa’s prices would add on extra cost for the perks that came with the price here. Tamara also gave great suggestions for a skin care regimen. Very happy and will be returning and will request Tamara.

This was my first time at the Body Bar. I was at the Cranberry location. I got an airbrush spray tan, Alaina was professional and good at her job-no complaints! Super satisfied with how it turned out. The only negative thing I have to say is how rude the girl at the front desk was to me.. not friendly, and not helpful and overall I thought she was rude. Would consider getting other services there because of Alania but what stops me is the girl working the front desk. Sad-because its so close and convenient to me.

Booked a massage Wednesday for today (sat) to have them cancel on me 45 mins before my appointment. I have a horrible muscle strain that ice been looking forward to this for days. Best They could do is Monday night. Oooo but they going to send me a coupon.. great

Never had a massage before and it was the best experience I couldve ask for very relaxing. Definitely would recommend and will be going back. The staff is very polite and very helpful to make sure you have the best experience possible

Great service from girls at the desk and management. Had an issue that I had to miss 2 weeks of my monthly tanning package and with a doctors note they gladly extended my package. I have run into the same issue at other places and they would not extend at all. Bulbs are always good too!

I stopped by last Saturday at the Cranberry Twp location to inquire about a spray tan and bikini wax. I’m leaving for vacation Memorial Day weekend. I was told appointments weren’t booked out that far. Someone would call me this week. Going into almost a week later, no one has called. I even inquired about the VIP Membership.I tried to call the Cranberry location several times however it’s just a recording. I tried one final time tonight to submit an appointment online this evening. Hoping to get a response or call back.

Edit 9/7/2022- Same thing- bulbs in bed 2 have not been changed in quite a while. I’ve been coming here since Frank opened. I am so disappointed 😔I’ve been tanning at their Cranberry location for years. I purchased the gold package this month and last month. The bulbs are old … last I counted, 5 bulbs are out in the stand up bed (this isn’t the first time). When I stopped in last week, a manager asked me why I don’t just drive to their North Hills location. Ummm, because I live in Cranberry! I need to find somewhere else to tan.

I was very disapointed in the service I received at the cranberry location. I paid for an hour long massage and only received a 40 minute massage. I arrived plenty early and was not only seen late for my session but then cut short on time. When I told the girls at the front desk they brushed it off. I let it go until, today, I received advertisement flyers from Body Bar. I called to ask the manager if she would take me off their mailing list and pleasantly explained why. She then, instead of appologizing, asked me if I showed up late. After explaining I showed up 10 minutes early, she asked, \oh are you sure?\ Then said, \what do you want me to do about it since you obviously don\t want any coupons.\ I wasn\t looking for extra coupons, as I explained to her, I just wanted off the mailing list. It was insulting to get the flyers after they had done nothing about my poor massage experience. Most of the staff, especially the manager were unprofessional and flat out rude. I was polite the whole time and made it clear I wasn\t trying to get my money back or receive any free service. Aside from the staff, the actual massage was great...wish I could have got what I paid for. Maybe I will try Mcknight rd. body bar next time. I was told the staff are pleasant there. Hopefully that is true? I never bother complaining over this sort of stuff, I was just amazed at how poorly I was treated. I have never had service so lousy. Not even at fast food restaurants or gas stations. Amazed!!

Really good price for an A++++ massage. Im made of jello now...very, very relaxed and happy jello. Id write a more thorough review but my brain is still blissed out.

Worse massage I ever got. It wasnt relaxing at all. They rub you down with oil which is good but she kept massaging my head and got it all in my hair. When she finally got to my back, which is what I put down that I wanted them to concentrate on, all she did was hurt me. To top it off it was freezing in the room.

Very pleased with the customer service and also the quality of spray tan received. The color turned out great and the price was affordable.

Love tanning here! Bulbs are always fresh, great prices and friendly, knowledgeable staff! Ive also had the Airbrush Tanning done, very natural and amazing!

They never answer the phone when you call. It goes to the premade message. I just tested it this last time and i was on the phone for 10 minutes and still no answer. Unfortunately i can’t even go somewhere where they don’t answer the phone.

The massage was pretty good and the place was very clean but the masseuse talked throughout the entire massage and i had zero relaxation and did not enjoy the massage. I will not return.
