MaddCatt Vapors

MaddCatt Vapors is probably one of the best vape shops in the area. Their prices are always really good and they make their own juices too which is awesome. They dont have a whole lot of a selection of mods but their juice selection is pretty massive. Ive been getting either Nerdy or Grape Bottlecap and theyre my go-to juices now, I sometimes even go a little wild and mix them together!

Not advocating smoking but being a smoker most of my life trying many different vape devices and oils MaddCatt sells the only liquid that doesnt come with all the side effects others do and the customer service has been outstanding from the day they opened there first store.

Awesome group of guys and ladies that were there They are absolutely knowledgeable about all of their products I will not go to any other vapor store but this one in Cumberland. Every time I have come to them with some kind of issue with my coils or whatever Though havent fixed in a matter of 2 minutes Keep up the good work guys

Best customer service in town! I know I can trust them with honest opinions and reviews on the latest products. They make me feel like I am the most important person in the world when I go in and I always leave with a big smile on my face! I have so much love for all in the Madd Catt family ♡

They answer all our questions and even mailed us our order when we couldnt stop by the shop. Excellent Custer service! Would and have recommended to anyone just starting or looking for that personal touch with speedy service.

I love MaddCatt Vapors, they always have what I need, they make the orders quickly and all the staff is knowledgeable and friendly!UPDATE: Since covid began their stock of devices, tanks and batteries have dwindled. 1 worker never has anything nice to say and is always moody we avoid having her wait on us if we can but we can not avoid hearing her.

Great Vape Juice. Kinda Expensive. Especially with MD’s 12 % tax. Super RUDE Girl at counter Kayla. Not sure if she hates her job or hates her life. Zero Respect for a Paying Customer.Not Friendly or Helpful. However, Everyone else I’ve had dealt with is Pleasant for the most part.

Always the best service, fast, friendly and definitely the most knowledgable in the area. New flavor Chai Tea. They could absolutely use a selection of flavors that lean towards those who dont like to smoke the sweet, fruity, desserts juice. Still 5 star

I would not order anything from this place ever again. During the covid you can order and have it shipped within 2 days so they say. I waited a week and call them and they say their is nothing they can do about it that they would send me another bottle to make everything even since all the mix up then calls back and says no Im not sending you another bottle well this is your business mess up that didnt get delivered and sent to North Carolina worst customer service ever very rude will not order from this place again. So you need take it off your message that you will get it 2 days when it could be up to 30 days

I have been to both the Cumberland and Hagerstown locations a few times each. And even though I moved away to Tennessee...I still order through them. I love Gunslinger. Hands down my favorite juice ever. 🤗🤗🤗

I bought e-juice for my vape and I have to say I love the strawberry fuzz! I always get welcomed by a friendly face too. So very happy all round with the products I buy and the customer service.

Was checking out the local shops in Cumberland while on a quick vacation and decided to swing by MaddCatt. Awesome shop setup with a ton of hardware at better prices than Ive seen elsewhere and very friendly staff. They only carried their own house juice, but I left with an 18ml bottle of RYJ4 and Im quite upset I didnt get a larger bottle!

They always take care of you in a timely manner and do it with a smile on their faces. Everyone that works there makes you feel welcome! Their juices are the best!

Great juice selection, custom mixing, knowledgeable staff and nice variety of mods and supplies. Great characters behind the counter. Every visit is fun and a great experience.

I hardly ever leave reviews but They are always happy to help and much more knowledgeable than any of the other vapor shops I’ve been to. I live 20 mins away from maddcatts compared to a shop 3 minutes from my house and I’d rather make the drive to get better more professional service. I really appreciate that they have had the same employees since the start and that they properly train new ones 👏🏻

Love there variety of flavors and employees are very nice as well... But that doesnt go to say that what they sell is all good. They offer you like 20 percent of what you pay for there things. You can go to other websites to find what they have in there store for cheaper and you can get a full refund. I will never go back to maddcatt unless is is for juice and that is a big maybe. My vape i got has been leaking since a month after i got it. They will do nothing to help me fix it. Just want me to spend more money. Im sorry no thank you ill take my business else were.

The Hagerstown MD location is by far the absolute Best! The staff there have become more like family and friends! They are always welcoming, helpful, and go above and beyond to help everyone! It is refreshing to enter a store and always have great conversation with the employees, who actually care about their customers! They know who you are and what you want before you even tell them! If you havent already went by Maddcatt at the Hagerstown MD location Id highly recommend you to go and check them out! You will not be disappointed! If you dont like nice people with smiles on their face, ready to help you any way they can then this may not be the place for you!

Hagerstown location review:Excellent customer service and quality products. Oils basically always taste good (not that anything has ever tasted bad, but more a personal preference thing)and smell yummy. Numerous people have commented on what smells so good, like dessert? when Ive been vaping nearby. Employees are friendly, efficient and professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They remember me which is hard to find in todays world. The convenient ways to order online and by phone are great. Ive tried other vape shops in emergency situations but none stack up to MCV. Theyre the only one to mix oil by hand to your order. Although I tend to stick with 1 flavor, its because I like it that much! Without MCV I would probably go back to smoking, because I cant see shopping anywhere else.

I would recommend MaddCatt Vapors to everyone who vapes. I always am waited on quickly and with great advice about juices. When I get a new mod they always put it together and show me how and Im ready to vape with my new device when walking out the door!

Go here for all my coils and equipment. Staff is helpful, only issues is there is always to many people hot boxin the place up and there’s so much smoke you can’t see. But it’s a vape shop so it is what it is. I’ll just bring my thermal goggles next time.

If there quality juice and excellent hardware selection wasnt anuf their friendly and welcoming staff top it off not to mention the treat of a beautiful remodeled shop from west Virginia to Michigan I have not found a shop I am more satisfied with including the one my child hood buddy owns in Michigan lol
