Didnt have my favorite flavor yet they actually let you try flavors & I fell in love with the Berry Blast. No ice feeling in my throat..... The young Lady there Was extremely nice & Very helpful too.Highly Recommend supporting them

Kind of absurd that you need to call and make sure theyre open during their hours of operation

Theres not much of a selection between mods and juice. It was alright. Wouldnt recommend if youre driving from Somerset or Berlin PA though. Not worth the trip !When we first went here they had so much more (the pic was from our first trip) but recently we went and they didnt have much in stock at all.

Wonderful shop! Very cozy and welcoming environment, the new owners are so sweet and helpful! They also help out the less fortunate with food drives, have an awesome point system to get discounts and just over all make sure you have a great experience in their shop, even if you are only there for 5 minutes. Most definitely recommend!

The prices are very good and the carry the best gourmet flavors around. Check out their new store in Cumberland,Md. The staff is awesome and they are great people. They have become great friends. The atmosphere is amazing here and its great to chill and relax.

Been there twice. One time to buy juice another time because my mod broke and I needed a new one and didnt have the time to wait on a replacement ordered online since my backup had also broke. They were super friendly once youre in the store, the guy working there was very helpful in helping me pick out a new mod and Im pretty happy with it.My problem with them is their responsiveness online and by phone. I have tried to call them multiple times over the course of months to ask for prices and availability. Today I just decided to give up and go elsewhere, as I again attempted to contact them on FB messenger which I got an immediate (automated?) response to call them and their number. Called, yet again, no answer. Their location is out of the way and with current gas prices, frankly I dont want to drive out to Bel Air unless I know they have the specific thing Im looking for. I understand you get busy with customers in the store, but seriously, Ive worked for a small business also in town that has a social media presence, part of our job was to answer FB messenger when we got questions and we did that well. Without naming the specific former employer, suffice to say our responsiveness was always prompt and within the hour during business hours.Why even have the send us a message feature turned on on your Facebook page if nobody is actually monitoring it and its just all auto responses? Maybe you dont want to do social media, thats fine, but at least answer the phone when people call if your social media page is going to auto-respond and direct people to call you on the phone. This is 2022. Long story short, I called one of your competitors in town, they answered on the first ring, confirmed they had the coils I needed, and they got the sale today and you didnt. Your competitor will get the sale next time I need coils too.

Went in tonight looking for juice, luckily they are open later than any other shop. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, willing to answer any question possible. The best time Ive had in a shop in quite a while. Go see them, make them your local vape shop. They earned my continued business in the first 2 minutes. Best shop around.

I did not get a chance to shop for a vape. I was yelled at as soon as I entered the door. The man behind the counter had yelled very loud, YOU GOT A MASK?? I did have a mask but his rudeness turned me away. I will not be returning. I will take my business elsewhere.

Super knowledgeable staff and good selection. Location isnt as convenient as Vapor Hut, but your experience will be much better here. Prices are a bit better too depending on what youre looking for

Excellent shop its hard to find a BNB store that carries mods for the more advanced user and what I really like is their Sunday hours very convenient also they are very customer service driven I bought a mod off them and wasnt really happy it had a lose battery door they was willing to reorder me one to make it right thank you Vapewerks for your honesty
