I love this spa. There’s free parking and they have a nice relaxation room before your services that is usually very quiet and relaxing. I do wish they had a no talking rule in there as it can get loud if enough people are in there. Complimentary water, wine or champagne is provided. The ladies at reception are very friendly and make check in a very easy process.Nya Holloway makes me feel brand new each and every time. Highly recommend her for a massage. She is the real deal and will get every knot out each time.For facials I recommend Lauren. She is such a sweetheart and makes you feel truly pampered. She took the time to explain each step of what she was doing and educating me along the way. Her scalp massages are also 10/10.
I absolutely love this Spa!! I have received facials for 6 months and the membership is a great deal for the benefits. I recommend Georgina for facials as she is very knowledgeable and accommodates what your skin is needing that day. The lounge is also relaxing with complementary drinks. Relatively flexible booking options.
My wife made my appointment at Riviera Spa after I pulled my back out. I found out why she goes here on a regular basis. The place is well managed and the masseuse I had was excellent. They met my expectations and more. I walked out with my back in much better condition and relaxed. Riviera Spa is a very professional group. I highly recommend them.
I have been going to this fantastic spa for years. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. It’s inviting, the staff at reception are always so nice and helpful. James continues to give me the BEST facials ever. The products they carry are nurturing to your skin. Only advice I would give is PLEASE change the music to something more “spa”, relaxing and not so well, unusual for a otherwise perfect spa experience.
I was extremely excited to go to this spa based on the area and reviews. I came from out of town to visit the city and unfortunately things took a turn. I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman and that was the only positive encounter throughout my time here. I was Massaged by a gentleman named Jerome who first started out with a stretch that I found was odd being I was there tot a full body massage. Second he asked which areas I wanted to focus on since this was a custom massage… I told him my back specifically. 80% of the massage consisted of him talking and massaging my legs (which made me feel extremely uncomfortable) he also slapped my right butt check. COMPLETELY DISGUSTING! He also said I looked Like a model and he could pick up on body language . I contacted the spa where I spoke to the owner and all he offered was a different masseuse when I’m back in town . I’m not sure why he even thought I would be back there. I asked him for a refund over a month ago and have not received a response. Please beware, I would hate for someone else to be completely violated.

I’ve been here twice. The first time was a gift from my husband for a 140-minute massage and wrap. It was really relaxing and convinced me to book again. I booked myself an 80-minute massage during a really stressful week at work and it was HEAVEN! My massage therapist, Arody, was top tier. Best massage I’ve ever had! He catered to my every need and had a firm but gentle touch. His personality is also great. We spoke a little bit during the service and I quite enjoyed that. Had some laughs. Needless to say, after that encounter I signed up for a membership and joked with Arody to keep his schedule open the first week of every month for me.
My wife and I have been going to Riviera Spa for a few yrs now and we will not go to no other spa. Thank you Riviera, only the best survive and your are the best. Keep up the good work.

Hidden gem, that once found never want to let it go!It is located in the back of Travis shopping mall. (And if we read the introduction email more recently we would have remembered there is parking in the back)They do send out paperwork ahead of time which makes your spa experience that much easier. Though on my husbands computer the link was having issues, but I never found a problem.When we arrived check in was easy just a double check who we were and a walk into the calming waiting room. You do have the option to change at this time, but we were also offered to change in the room. (Which we elected) we were offered drinks and in general relaxation and everyone had such a great attitude.Our technicians, Kate and Carrie, retrieved us and we did the normal talking and general information pull (when was your last massage etc) reviewed what we were doing and left us to undress.The couples room places the tables angled toward each others head but enough room for people to walk around. They have a fireplace set up with a fake fire.The massage was very relaxing and for my husbands 2nd massage he now is willing to come back (his first being at the Disneys high end spa and he couldnt relax) They are very professional and honestly him being a novice made him feel safe and discussed his issues for future. (Thank you!) Me being a avid massage queen I felt right at home and honestly I almost fell asleep (which never happens) bc I was so relaxed.Overall amazing experience and for my husband a first with him wanting to come back! ♡ thank you for this.So overall perfect the only change I would recommend is having a crackle sound for the fake fireplace but this is not a necessity and probably not appreciated in summer but with todays cold day it would have been perfect.
Love how welcoming the Spa is when you first walk in. The Spa has that Sense of Place feel throughout and the Relaxation area is nice and calming. Love the options of having the Float deprivation Zen room and the Infrared sauna.
Very pleasant experience, exactly what was advertised (I did the sensory deprivation float). The staff was awesome and I enjoyed my conversation with the front workers as I waited to be picked up after.
I just had a fantastic float / sensory deprivation tank experience at Riviera Spa in Uptown. This was my second visit, and it was even better than the first (ie even as the novelty wears off the experience gets better). It was cool feeling like I was just a floating mind. I was amazed at fleeting thoughts like shooting stars that you cant see with all the noise and light of the day and the normal barrage from the senses.The Spa itself is a treat, in a very ritzy part of town, with the looks and vibe and amenities to match. Great Zen room to relax in before and after. Comfortable room w the tank, shower to wash off before and after. The whole process is enjoyable. Clean and safe! Great fun! I highly recommend it. And grab a bite and drink at the Butcher Shop or one of the other local venues to add to the experience!
The facility was spectacular. My therapist was even better. She did a fantastic job. She was great to talk to. And she was very attentive.
I had a massage with May yesterday and I must say, she was absolutely amazing! Definitely going back.
Update January 2024: The Five Stars is still very well deserved! I came for my birthday and got the Stone Crop Restorative Body Wrap and Massage from Franky Wilson. I got the Platinum HydraFacial from Georgina Salas, and both experiences were fantastic! The lady at the desk was accommodating, too. 100% will always recommend this place. ❤️August 2020: My sister and I scheduled a couples massage for her birthday, and it was AMAZING! Kerry and Norriah are top tier; they were extremely friendly and professional. I told Kerry I preferred a firm touch and she was just that, I fell asleep on the table and woke up in a state of bliss. I cant wait to go back again. My sister has already requested we make this our new ritual. Lol
I decided to get my first ever facial while visiting Dallas, and I’m so thankful I chose Riviera. Even more fortunately, I was paired with Valerie who made the experience unforgettable in the best way possible. I can’t rave about the facial enough, and I’ll just say: Book Riviera. This was a lovely little spa tucked away in Dallas. My best friend, and I went to Riviera spa to get a facial and a massage, and neither of us were disappointed. The staff was extremely friendly and offered us mimosas to enjoy while we were in the waiting area. The ambience was soothing, and we both thoroughly enjoyed the services we received.
My wife, who is a member, treated me to a couples massage. The experience was excellent from start to finish. We were greeted immediately with kind and courteous service. Our massage was thorough and exactly to our desired level of pressure. Our attendants were friendly, accommodating and extremely favorable to deal with. Without question, we will return. Thanks!
We just love Riviera Spa. Jamie is undoubtedly the best massage therapist ever! The ambiance is great, the music is something that I never thought I would comment about, but I love it. It is soothing and appropriate. The specials just work and I love the scrubs! If you have never done a float tank, I would suggest you give it a try. Very quiet and relaxing. A nice way to just Be. Great Spa! I would highly recommend!!

My massage with Bray was fantastic- she listened to my needs and met them with extra focus on my feet and back knots. It was both therapeutic and relaxing.I was very impressed by the superb customer service start to finish and already looking forward to returning as soon as possible!
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time relaxing here today. The massage was our favorite part of this whole experience. Cynthia was super sweet and gave me a wonderful massage. My boyfriend was serviced by Tayyar he had an excellent massage service by this gentleman. They were both super kind. The front desk staff were very nice as well, wonderful customer service. I had a bit of a hiccup scheduling my appointments and they helped tremendously with me trying to figure it out.
Bri did an excellent job! The environment was calming and I felt amazing following my massage. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend Bri.
What a disappointment. Cancelled my event 4 hours before scheduled time. Weeks of considerations cancelled with a text message “please call us” and didn’t even include their phone number! Now I’m scrambling! All the other opportunities I could have pursued - wasted - for this. Thanks for nothing.
Riviera spa is beautiful and all the staff are friendly. My deep tissue massage with Taylor was awesome. She did a great job and made sure to check on me throughout the process so that I was comfortable. She really worked out the trouble areas in my back.I also had a facial with Jennifer. She was super nice but the facial was rough. She did extractions which I had never done before. It was brutal and while she gave me breaks all I kept thinking was is the intensity really necessary? Looking at my skin 3 days later it definitely was not. I don’t see a big difference and my skin feels like it’s sunburned with some itchy irritation. There are also dry patches around my nose and mouth.The other thing I wasn’t crazy about is the placement of the waiting area. It has beautiful ambience and feels tranquil. But the lobby is right around the corner and you can hear every conversation and all the noise from the front desk. It takes away from the tranquility. Overall I had a decent experience, not sure I’ll go back though.
I’ve been meaning to write a review for this spa for awhile. The spa itself is very relaxing and comfortable. I’ve been here for both massages and facials. For facials, I’ve seen James Hall and he is absolutely awesome. He’s so knowledgeable and great at what he does. I’ve also had massages from Frankie. I went to her when I was pregnant and she was an absolute life saver.
James is the best - He knows skin and what to do to bring out the best in your complexion.
I have been visiting Riviera Spa for a little over a year now & have been over the moon for the services here. I have been seeing Tayyar as my massage therapist for at least a year now & I highly recommend him to anyone I know / anyone who is trying to decide on a therapist! He has taken into consideration the type of work that I do (I work at a trauma hospital in the ER 3/4x a week, 12 hour shifts at night) & has completely reversed the wear & tear on my body. I also had a car wreck a few months back that left my neck & back in pain that was effecting my daily life that he reversed with his skills & left me good as new. I highly recommend Tayyar to everyone & anyone!

Today was my first time visiting Riviera Spa because I was gifted an 80 minute massage for Christmas. I am not a stranger to massages. I faithfully schedule monthly massages & have done so for years. I am loyal when I find someone who provides a great therapeutic massage and my therapist did just that today! I cant say enough great things about Franky! As I said, Im a regular massage client and Franky provided the BEST massage Ive ever received. Im seriously considering a membership just because of Franky. I highly recommend her if youre trying to decide who to use. Thank you Franky! I feel fantastic!

Esthetician was nice and friendly. Hydrofacial itself was extremely lacking. I came in with dry skin and got the platinum hydrofacial to combat it. Less than 24 hours later and my skin is dry once again, I’ve had better (and longer lasting) facials at a fraction of the price… would not recommend.
Terrible service .. from the moment my friends and I walked in. The rooms were not clean. Trash on the floor (candy wrappers), towels had holes in them, walls were dirty. The therapist wasn’t what I expected. It wasn’t a relaxing environment at all. The manager was so unhelpful and had no resolution other then “we won’t charge you” which I would expect because I didn’t even sit on the table to start the services. I have been to many spa’s over Dallas .. upscale might I add. This place by far was the worst spa I have ever been too.
Fantastic spa! I’ve loved every single therapist I’ve gotten for sports massage. They are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Occasionally I have to reschedule and it’s never a problem. Go see them! I promise you will not be disappointed! They also offer you a complimentary glass of champagne after so you really get that spa, relaxation vibe.
I have a membership here, I absolutely love this place and what they offer. However, I had a massage scheduled with Eldie on 3/31/2023 and I must say it was a horrible experience for me and I’m still suffering from it now. She asked what pressure did I desire, I told her medium, she started the massage & it felt like my 1 yr old was “massaging” me. In my opinion, it was as if she was only making sure oil covered my body and not actually massaging me. I told her it was too light, she then went to my back and almost had me folding up because she was too deep in my skin. I’m literally still sore a week later but much better than the first couple of days. Even though it was 50 min, it felt shorter because she didn’t work on an area for too long. She’ll massage oil onto one leg, move to the next leg, and so on. I never experienced this here before, I will continue to be a loyal customer but I believe she needs more training. She’s pleasant but that’s it. Will never book with her again.

I can’t believe I’ve never rated this spa! I love it. I sadly don’t live in Dallas anymore but every time I come back to visit I make a trip in for a facial or a massage. James is always my go-to for facials and he’s so knowledgeable. He always does a great job customizing for what my skin needs at that time. He’s so kind and it’s really a joy to spend time with him during my facial! Jaime is who I’d always go to for massages and he is fantastic. Really miss the ambiance of this place as it was always a place for me to find peace but please go if you live nearby. Their membership is so reasonable for the quality of the service and treatments you get. Can’t recommend enough!

So, I had been searching for a new spa to try out after the last one I had gone to wasnt working out for me, I wanted a higher level of expertise & a nicer place to go to. When I first went I did not choose my massage therapist but was automatically assigned one & I have been seeing her ever since! Briana Jones was amazing, she took into account what I do for work (I am a Respiratory Therapist, I work 3-4 12 hour shifts a week) & she was able to construct a massage that was perfect for what my body goes through. The whole atmosphere of this place is amazing, you can feel the relaxing energy as soon as you walk in, the whole staff are very nice & accommodating. I have since signed up for the monthly membership & highly recommend this place to anyone & everyone I can!

My husband and I did a couples float and massage for his belated birthday… all I can say is this was my best massage experience ever. We were so pampered and relaxed. I loved every minute and am so grateful. My MT Jolene was so thoughtful about my massage and helped with my cesarean scar which was not something I was expecting at all. She really just wanted to help me and I am so so grateful. Wish we lived close enough to be frequent customers! If you’re considering going here, just do it!
I have been a member at Riviera for about a year, and I’ve never had a bad experience! I like to try out different therapists/technicians, and everyone I’ve met has been good at what they do and professional. I will say get the sports massage if you really want deep tissue, but even my Swedish massages were good firm pressure.I used to work in the massage industry, and I really feel like I get good value for $ with their membership. I love that you can use the monthly pass for multiple services, including massages, facials, and the float tank. If you bring a friend to your appointment, they can even get membership price too! And free champagne or wine before your massage.Important tip: this place is in Uptown but there’s a free parking garage for customers under the shops. I didn’t know this the first time I came and parked like a block away lol
I’m usually quite picky about massages (more my issue than anyone else’s), but I can’t say enough good things about Riviera and Jocelyn!! I went for a 50 minute massage with yoga balm where a hot stone was also used. I appreciate how Jocelyn customized the massage to fit the needs of each side of my body. It definitely helped relax and soothe those tight muscles. My friend who came with me also enjoyed her prenatal massage with Lindsey! It was a beautiful place and a comfortable experience. Everyone was very professional and the customer service was excellent!! I haven’t ever been more taken care of when I’ve gone for a massage. Would highly recommend! Also - look into their wellness packages - they have some amazing deals! Looking forward to visiting again soon!!
I received an amazing massage by Tayyar. He customized the treatment to my pressure preferences and the areas where I was experiencing soreness. This was hands down the BEST massage I have ever had. I will definitely be back.
I went to the location to celebrate my Sorority Sisters Birthday with a Relaxing Spa Experience as a group. This was my first time here and it was NOT a Relaxing experience for me. I paid over $200 for a 50 minute massage and the young lady who was my masseuse was just getting over a cold (I later found out) coughed quite often, which gave me anxiety. She did not wear a mask during my service, therefore I couldnt relax to enjoy my service. Although she was very nice, I was not pleased with the service and DO NOT plan on visiting again.
My first experience wasn’t the best and the manager went above and beyond to make it right. They gave me a whole redo of my first spa day and it was amazing. The staff is so friendly and I’m so excited to come back for another facial.
My husband got me a gift certificate to the Riviera Spa and I just got around to scheduling my first massage here. I chose Caroline from a long list of very experienced masseuses and am so glad I did. When I arrived right on time for my appointment (pro tip, arrive a little early so you can enjoy the relaxation area!) She was calm but expedient in getting me settled in to enjoy my massage. She asked a few questions and then got to work. I have not had a massage in over a year and was struggling with numbness between my shoulder blades and some really significant tension over my entire body. In 50 minutes she made such a huge improvement for me. While she did excellent work on my upper back, I appreciated the attention she gave to my lower back and hips, which were much tighter than I realized. I know that Ill be booking with her again when I return!As for the Spa itself, everyone was polite when I arrived and the reception area was bright, light, and clean. They werent too terribly busy (I went mid-day on a Monday) but there were plenty of staff readily available to get everyone checked in or out and settled. I sincerely appreciated that the staff member checking me out at the end politely guided my to the not-too-obviously placed tipping guide on the counter. Sometimes its difficult to know whats appropriate when youre purchasing a salon service and I was very grateful to have a guide. I plan on coming back in the next month to use the rest of my gift certificate and I am sure I will be coming back following that as well; its an absolutely wonderful spa!
Best experience ever. Had couples massage with my wife. Everyone was professional and courteous. It was very relaxing and comforting ambiance. Massage 💆♀️ was excellent and mesmerizing. Definitely recommend the hot stones. I highly recommend Taylor E.. She gives the greatest massages and knows how work the muscles. She has a way of melting the stress away. Definitely got my moneys worth.
The staff is all very bubbly and kind! My custom massage was a complete dream and my masseuse Dulce was such a sweetheart. I would strongly suggest her if you ever visit. I have nothing but great things to say about Riviera Spa!! My last massage was with Linny for 80 minutes. She was spectacular!! I have never had a bad massage here. They work out your problem areas, and you leave feeling very relaxed and refreshed. I happened upon this place by accident, but it has been a GREAT experience. Go get your massage people! Being well helps you mentally, physically, and emotionally! Plus, they have a VERY relaxing ambiance feel in the room before going back with your therapist. And you can choose red or white wine! This place is FABULOUS!

I really appreciate all the COVID protocols that management has put in place, especially now that I’m pregnant. I feel very safe & comfortable coming in for facials, waxes & massages. The membership is a great value and I love the options to gift credits and bring guests with me at my membership rate. I’ve also purchased several gift certificates and everyone I’ve sent their way has had a great experience as well! Love love love this place!
I own a medspa in Tulsa, OK so I know customer service! We were in town for a conference and when we called Liv was the sweetest and got us in for a massage. When we arrived we were greeted by Liv and Mia at the front. They were both so friendly and I know they were smiling under those masks! You girls did a great job!! Oh and the massage was excellent!! I highly recommend this place.
Dolce is a gifted healer and I maintain my membership for the sole reason of making appointments with her!

The good news is that I did have an incredible massage by Dulce. She was great.The downside was the general cleanliness and upkeep. It needs a paint job and a deep clean. The chairs in the waiting area are stained and kind of broken. It was just not the caliber that I expected for the price.I picked the spa specifically because they advertised a sensory deprivation float tank. But the tank badly needs maintenance. There was not enough water so I wasn’t really floating. The music and lights are on the fritz and I wasn’t confident in the cleanliness. It actually started running the water filtration cycle after I had only been in for 20 min. They didn’t charge me for the float but still - big waste of time.Won’t be going back.
We reserved a couples float tank. The ladies who work there are superb! Super sweet. But I was surprised when I saw the float tank room. Not as pictured on the website. Paint was peeling off the bottom of the door. No real place to take your clothes off and no real place for 2 people to put their clothes. As soon as you take your shoes off your socks will be saturated. To get dressed you have to balance against the door because there is no place to sit to get dressed and then as soon as you have your sock on, you need to put your shoe on because you will wet your sock all over again. The float tank had one setting. DARK!! There was no choice as to dark or some light. After we were in there for about 10 minutes, the water began to swirl and the sound was unbearable under the water. They had what they called a glitch. My partner got out because he couldnt take the intense darkness and silence. There is no way to pipe in spa music. She said you could put your phone on outside the floatation room but with the door closed, earplugs in ears and head in the water, how can you hear it. I was bummed that our romantic float time was not as expected. I did fall asleep but woke to cold water! I got out, and while showering, the room went completely to black darkness. I had left the door of the tank open, so I found it and closed it, and the lights went back on. There was no conditioner and the after float soap pump was broken. Not an experience worth repeating.
I made an appointment for an 80 minute massage and received two separate confirmation emails from the spa. I showed up 12 minutes early and was told they didn’t have any appointment scheduled for me but that they could still keep it. I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes and I still haven’t been seen. even if this is the best massage I received, it’s not worth having my time wasted like this. They should at least comp an add on service or something for the inconvenience they created it. If I was this late for a service then I’m sure I would be charged for the full price.
I will start this by saying that the customer service was excellent! It is our anniversary today so we decided we to book our very first float tank. We got a call saying that they were running about an hour behind. Our reservation was for 6:00pm, they asked us to come in at 8:00pm, no problem, things happen. We ended up having to wait in the waiting area for another thirty minutes before we were taken back. Still, things happen, we were excited to be able to experience this together for our anniversary. When we finally got to the tank room, the lady told us that the music doesn’t work and the light doesn’t either. Okay, now I’m kinda irritated, but still, things happen. Oh heck no! The tank was absolutely disgusting! It was extremely filthy! The water was so low that it was next to impossible to float. Every time I would start to kinda relax, water would drip in my face. My eyes still burn so bad. Then, there was loud talking and laughing that we could hear while we were in the tank. I was so extremely disappointed that I just walked out as my husband went to pay. I would load pictures, but it won’t let me. I gave the stars because the ladies at the front are friendly.
Excellent spa experience. My husband and I visited for an 80 minute couples massage while we were visiting from out of state. This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a spa. The staff was helpful and friendly. The relaxation room was quiet, soft, and they provided drinks including a mimosa bar) and snacks like croissants and chocolates. The massage itself was amazing! We had Franky and Elizabeth and both were excellent massage therapists. My husband and I were so pleased with the entire experience. We will definitely be back next time we are in town!!
Came here for my bachelorette party. The spa was great at accommodating all girls and making sure everyone got their first choice of services. I had a deep tissue massage and it was one of the best I had ever received! My masseuse was also very knowledgeable and was able to tailor the massage to fit my specific needs. Thank you so much Riviera Spa!! I will be back!
Linny was phenomenal! For a newbie, we were highly impressed with her technique, skill, and abilities. I loved the infrared sauna...nice and relaxing!Valerie is absolutely AMAZING as well! Either of these massage therapist will treat you right and give the relaxation your body deserves!

My mom has a membership here and recommended I go here, and she was not wrong!! The energy is great here, the front desk staff Nohemi, and Alyssa are awesome at answering all my questions, So I was not hesitant about my service at all! Valerie made me feel so comfortable about my skin and the facials being done. Everyone was so nice, and it was such a professional setting! 10/10 recommend, and will be back!!
This was a lovely spa located just off 75 near downtown Dallas. Becky booked my appointment with Frankie. The front staff was wonderful and very accommodating and professional. She knew exactly what I needed. I have fibromyalgia and finding the right masseuse can be a challenge.Frankie was great! She listened to my concerns, made sure throughout that the pressure was okay but was still able to give me a good acupressure massage that was both invigorating and relaxing. I will definitely make this my number one place to go from now on. It is worth every penny!
I had one of the best massages here Ive ever had by a therapist by the name of Jolene. My wife and I did the whole sensory deprivation float tank and while it was an enjoyable experience, I wouldnt look to do it again. Nice facility and friendly staff. Services are not cheap but you get what you pay for.
I went to get my first facial here. I had an amazing experience, the staff was kind and there were complimentary drinks and snacks. Peyton was great she did such a great job at making sure I was comfortable and had a good experience. She explained the issues in my skin and how to target them. I highly recommend her as she is very personable and kind.
I have never had a massage before and didn’t know what to expect. The staff and our masseuse’s Jocelyn and Tai made us feel comfortable and we had the best first experience. So much so that we are considering a membership. I would highly recommend this place for anybody that is looking for an amazing spa.
My husband and I went for a couples massage and I absolutely loved it! The staff was so accommodating . Everyone makes you feel so comfortable. I cant wait for another experience. I highly recommend Stephanie she worked her magic and brought me back to life!!
I returned to the Riviera Spa for the first time since the pandemic. They have put effective protocols in place for safety. The convenient, well-lit underground parking is a real plus. The front desk staff was friendly and professional, and the relaxation room where you wait for your massage therapist was serene and well-appointed. My massage therapist, Nook Lee, was excellent. The deep tissue massage was just the thing for post-Thanksgiving stress relief. She even added in some stretching, since she also knows Thai massage. (Also, the massage table itself was heated, which was perfect on a cool late November day.) The price was more than reasonable. I give Riviera Spa in general, and therapist Nook Lee in particular, high marks all around.
I had the best massage this weekend with masseuse, Ebony! She is phenomenal! Her attention to detail, her skill, and her warm personality made for an exceptional experience! I am booking again next month! I think I just found one of the best masseuse in Dallas! Thanks Ebony!
This place is fantastic! Been coming here for 8 years and always have a lovely experience. Super friendly and attentive staff. They have fabulous massage therapists and aestheticians. The only thing I’d suggest is they update their waiting area. It’s nice and dark for a tranquil calming vibe, but the furnishings and rug seem a bit old so could use some nicer lounge pieces.
I was greeted by Nohemi right away with such positive energy! She was so warm, welcoming, and immediately made me feel so comfortable being my first time at that spa!!! My masseuse was Frankie....I cant say enough great things about her! She was warm, caring, comfortable, and INCREDIBLE at massage technique! I left feeling so relaxed and peaceful. I keep coming back. I’ve tried other massage places and I just keep coming back here. Every massage I’ve had from here has been excellent. This is true massage, the therapist takes the time to feel your muscles, find the knots, stiffness and tension and then really work the muscles to release that tension. Is it uncomfortable at times, yes, but when that knot releases it is amazing! I can also feel the effects of the massage immediately afterward as well as into the next day. Also, the customer service is top notch!

I visited this AMAZING spa last weekend and I am so glad I did! let me just start with the front desk staff... They are so sweet and attentive. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed with smiles, offered a robe, and a complimentary mimosa bar! Alyssa, who was so helpful with all of my questions, showed me around the spa, and let me know that Kate, my massage tech, would be right with me.Kate was so knowledgeable and knows exactly what she is doing! Working manual labor, my back, shoulders, and arms are always sore but after my massage with Kate, I feel like a new person! I am definitely coming back!
Jaime was excellent. He was very professional and made sure to pay attention (and find) my problem areas. He was knowledgeable and gave advice on how to mitigate some issues in my bad areas. When I asked for more pressure, he went as hard as I needed. He moved my body very naturally into the right positions to get to the bad spots. Great balance of pleasure and therapeutic pain 😁
After reading all the reviews I made the step on booking my couples massage for our anniversary. We were greeted with great attitudes and we got sent to a section where they serviced us mimosa. I have just received hands down the best massage ive ever gotten. Franky Wilson was amazing and very detail oriented and made sure the pressure was right often, not just in the beginning of the massage. She got to all the tension and knots in my body I didnt ever know were there! If you head here, I highly recommend you request her! You will not leave there feeling disappointed nor tight! The last two times I have visited Dallas, I have gone to Riviera Spa for a massage. Have enjoyed both visits and looking forward to my next visit. Best massage I have ever had. The Therapists are excellent, as is the customer service. Also enjoyed the waiting room with low lighting, soothing music and, of course, the Mimosa :)
Beautiful way to start the day. Staff at the front desk was super welcoming. Relaxation area is exactly that. Glasses of champagne kept magically appearing next to me lol. Nohemi was an amazing esthetician during my hydra facial. Very sweet and explained the entire process. My boyfriend and I both signed up for their monthly membership after our appointments! Go you won’t be disappointed :)
My husband and I came early in 2019 for a massage and loved this place! Shortly thereafter we cancelled our Massage Envy membership to join here. We consistently have great experiences here. I also take advantage of the facials which are wonderful. This is a hidden gem!
I was so impressed with the updated health precautionary measures and the service I received at Riviera Spa. My technician Hailee was the best at identifying the best services and treatments to address my skincare concerns during my facial. I felt her care and expertise in everything she did. It was like a total out of body experience in the best way possible; she got me to relax so well I believe I took a little nap in her chair! After my service I felt totally revived and rejuvenated and my skin was renewed and the glowiest Ive ever seen it. If you need to pamper yourself or invest in some self-care go to Riviera and make sure you see Hailee. I am looking forward to my next visit!

I surprised my husband with a couples massage/his 1st professional massage at Riviera, and we both loved it. We had Eboni and Eldie and they were excellent! We felt relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards, and we are definitely recommending this place to everyone we know. The environment was super calming, clean, and comforting! From start to finish we had an excellent time.
Fantastic experience, customer service went over and beyond! My wife and I enjoyed every minute of our couples massage! The staff was excited to help, friendly is an understatement! As we made our way into the spa, 2 young ladies greeted us with smiles! I could go on and on about the whole experience but you have to see for yourself the relaxing and cozy feel of Riviera spa! As we finished the receptionist continued to surprise us! We mentioned we were on a small getaway for my wifes birthday with a child at home, they gifted us a small prize for our daughter! I would recommend riviera and hope your experience is as good as ours, you want be disappointed!
I do not have a lot of experience at a spa, but I can say that the environment was very friendly and clean. I did not have to wait too long after my appointment time to be brought in (covid measures). My only real complaint is that I do not feel like the service I received was worth it. I went in for a facial, and came out feeling like my face was overly oily for the next week. I HAVE had a good facial experience in the past elsewhere, which is why I wanted to try it here. I will not be going back here, but will probably try another place in the future to find something that works for me
**update**The spa manager did reach out and kindly discussed our concerns and offered a resolution. We do appreciate the follow up and attention given to this situation, and can say that she did all she could to assuage our regret, and assured us that our experience was atypical for this location.One of the massage technicians, Tamara, was 40 minutes late. My husband advised she did not appear to know what she was doing, and massage was not pleasant. Float experience was subpar. Heard banging from the room next door, even with ear plugs, and light would not turn off. Also, floating object in the tank and messy, stained towels. Most unprofessional experience at a spa ever. The girls at the front desk were nice, but that simply doesn’t compensate for the level of disappointment. We will not return.
I took my sister here as a gift for being my Maid of Honor. I got her a $135 gift card for a 50 minute wellness massage, which actually ended up being a 30 minute massage. We both walked in at the same time for our massages, but she was done about 20 minutes before me and mine ran exactly 50 minutes. I asked the receptionist and she even agreed that Lauren (sister) was waiting for a good while before I was done, and apologized for the short time and said the massage therapist had more appointments. Lauren had already given the $135 gift card to the receptionist before I had a chance to ask about what happened. I feel like this was a huge waste of money and a total ripoff. I told the receptionist I was not comfortable paying for a 30 minute massage, when it was supposed to be 50 minutes. She said it was too late to compensate us, and she could give me a discount on my next visit, but that was the best she could do. Why would I want to come back? I then asked to speak to a manager, which there was not one there at the spa, and then she could not get a hold of anyone on the phone either. She finally got a hold of someone through the computer? Poor customer service on the management part. After all that, I was given 20 dollars off of my massage that day, but that was the best they could do. Although I really enjoyed my prenatal massage, I would not come back here due to the poor customer service. I typically go to V-Spa at Hilton Anatole (highly recommend), but wanted to try somewhere new with my sister, when I should have just stuck to my normal go-to spot.
I have lived all over the country and had an outrageous number of massages. I have to say that Frankie (female) gave the best massage I have ever had. She was an absolute professional and not only listened to what I was asking for but she also really read my body and what I needed. I feel like it’s really rare to find a massage therapist like that. I will be returning for sure and I highly recommend her.
Truly a bummer that I had such a horrific experience with this organization this morning. To be brief for those that do not want to read the full version, the scheduling process for me was a complete and total nightmare, and the customer service that I received in response to a mistake in scheduling on their part was extremely unprofessional. For those that want the full version, here it is: I initially scheduled the Valentines Day special couples massage on on 1/30/2021 to take place on 2/13/2021. I called in one day before (2/12/2021) to inquire about whether or not there were additional services that myself and my husband could tack on to our couples massage to extend our experience at the spa. It has been an exhaustive week and I was wanting something a bit more comprehensive than just a 50 minute massage. After a long discussion with one of the spa employees, we came to the conclusion together that it made the most sense for me to book a facial at 10:30AM directly following the couples massage which was scheduled to begin at 9:00AM. For my husband, I booked the sauna experience at the same time (10:30AM) that I would be receiving my facial. I thought all was well in the world until the next morning (the day of our appointments). First and foremost, they sent me my appointment reminder text and email less than an hour before my appointment was to begin (not giving me much time to react/respond given that our massages were to start at 9:00AM on a Saturday). The text they sent me was correct in that it mentioned we had two appointments scheduled at 9:00AM (the massages) and two appointments scheduled for 10:30AM (the facial and the sauna session), however, the email stated that the sauna experience was at 10:30AM and the facial was at 3:00PM. I tried calling the spa many times, every single time it went straight to an automated voicemail stating that they were currently closed (not very convenient when youre trying to determine whether or not to leave your house for your incorrectly scheduled appointments). Finally, someone called me at 8:42AM and explained that they were not sure why the text system & the email system were communicating different things, and that I was in fact on their end scheduled at 3:00PM instead of 10:30AM for the facial. My question to her was, why in the world would I schedule appointments at 9:00AM, 10:30AM, and 3:00PM? The entire reason for the facial and the sauna experience was to extend the amount of time that we would be at the spa following our massages. She proceeded to put me on the phone with the shift lead I was met with rudeness, unwillingness to accept the fact that they made a mistake and ultimately ruined our Valentines gift, and lastly, she suggested no way to remedy the situation outside of cancelling the entire thing OR coming in at 7:00PM for my facial because they recently were notified that the 3:00PM technician was not going to come into work. Needless to say I did end up canceling the entire experience (while I was already halfway to my appointment in the car) and will never be using or recommending this spa to locals. There are plenty of better options with employees who actually use common sense in situations such as these when they occur. Whoever owns/operates this spa should probably figure out why their text reminders and email reminders are informing people of two totally different things. Furthermore, they might want to better train their staff on how to problem solve with empathy.
What a great visit, the staff and massage exceeded expectation. The relaxation lounge starts the process, you can have wine or mimosa or just chill out. My message was just amazing and the technician was very attentive to areas we’d discussed. I was encouraged to relax a bit more in the lounge before driving home. I was so relaxed!I really have a thing about communication and customer service. You can tell that they invest in it here. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Great job!
Taylor Elliott made my 50 min massage very enjoyable. I normally go for 80 min massage to focus on targeted areas, but she really dug into my shoulder blades and neck and knew where attention was needed to help make me feel better in just 50 min. Will definitely request for Taylor next time!
I am a member of this spa and went to get my first appointment last week. I got a facial at the spa I spoke with my aesthetician before we started the treatment and she suggested a different option for my skins issues and my needs! She was super knowledgeable and definitely suggested the right option for me! I can’t wait to go back next month and try out a different spa treatment!

My husband booked this for our 14 year anniversary. We did the floatation spa and had a couples 80min massage. It was amazing. Atmosphere is relaxing and we enjoyed it very much. I had been years ago prior to getting married. I think they were located somewhere different… same street. Or maybe they’ve just remodeled the area… either way. I was glad to return.
It was easy to schedule via email. Cynthia was my massage therapist. She listened to all of my needs and did a fantastic job! I was hesitant to get a massage because I am undergoing physical therapy for a car wreck. However, Cynthia targeted my sore areas and really helped me feel better. I can’t wait to go back.
This is my relaxing safe haven in the city. The staff is incredible, the relaxation room allows for you to spend extra time with yourself before/after your service and there’s a handful of service offerings to choose from. I’ve also purchased skin care products from Riviera and I’m not kidding when I instantlyyy got compliments!!Eboni is my absolute favorite massage therapist - both at riviera and from other spas - she’s so dedicated to making your body feel and functioning better, she’s a godsend. 12/10!! I went to Riviera for the first time and it was absolutely incredible! From the first encounter with the wonderful front desk associate Olivia to the amazing massage from Franky! I couldn’t of had a better experience! Olivia was so knowledgeable and friendly and made sure I was happy with my services and even let me know of other things I might be interested in!! Amazing spa! The front desk is always friendly and welcoming. I’ve seen most of their estheticians and massage therapist and they have all been wonderful. I am never left disappointed, they always make me feel comfortable and services are 10/10. I recommended this spa to all my friends and family! I can’t rave enough about Riviera.
Rivera Spa is located in a beautiful shopping center in Dallas. There was plenty of parking and the Spa is located just a floor up from the stairs or elevator.The front view of Rivera Spa was very attractive and expressed the kind of luxury one expects from a Spa experience.The front lobby was beautifully decorated but had a sense of clean lines and surface area. We were greeting by the front desk staff with a smile and accommodating attitude. They were helpful and led us to the relaxation area where we would wait for our appointments. They made sure we had drinks of our choice and left us with a feeling of comfort. We filled out our intake forms via a tablet. Directly after we submitted our intake form the front desk staff member took our tablets and let us know who to be expecting for our services.I went first before my friend as we had the same Esthetician for our facials. I was greeted by Joslyn and she took me back to her room. As I was leaving the relaxation area I overheard the front desk staff member as my friend if he wanted a warm neck wrap while he waited. I thought that was a nice touch.Joslyns led me to her room. The hallways were dim and very quiet. Joslyns room was very nice with clean lines and a tidy appearance. The room was prepared for my services and she explained how to put on the smock and get comfortable on the table. My first service was waxing. The wax was not to hot and was perfectly warm. Joslyn was confident in her application of the wax and the removals was quick. We then moved on to the facial. Joslyns touch is very therapeutic and warm with intentions of healing. The series of lavish products plus her expertise left my skin glowing and clear. Her massage is just lovely. Wonderful job Joslyn! Thank you!After my service with Joslyn, I put on a lovely robe and was escorted to the relaxation area where I would wait for my friend to get his facial by Joslyn. I was checked on by the front desk staff to ensure I was comfortable.The next service was a Couples Massage. Both Massage Therapists greeted us by our names and told us who they were. Nook and Jaime. They led us to a beautiful couples massage room. The fireplace is a nice addition. This couples massage room was very open ensuring both therapist had plenty of room to maneuver and not crowd eachother. My Massage Therapist was Jaime. His welcoming compressions and therapeutic touch was very genuine and intentional of healing. He listened to me if I asked for more pressure and if I wanted more time on an area of tension. I would have to say my favorite part of the massage was the work he did on my neck and upper back. Light to medium pressure with lovely Swedish strokes where there wasnt an issue made me have an ebb and flow of focus and relaxation. Given my issues of tension and the fact I hadnt had a massage in a while he covered the bases and did a very good job. The CBD lotion was a very welcomed addition to my massage. Today I do not feel sore and am still enjoying the benefits of his work. Thank you Jaime.Overall Rivera Spa is a wonderful spa start to finish!
I booked a reflexology appointment with Taylar for my sister today and we had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was very calming and relaxing. This was my sisters first time having any kind of massage and said that Taylar as sweet as she was made it very easy to relax. We will definitely be back!
In the world of facials, I am probably the least qualified to give a review as this was my first ever. My friend and I wanted to do a spa day and picked Riviera Spa as it was recommended to us. We chose the facials and couples massage. We were greeted warmly at the door and were ushered into the waiting area where we filled out our forms and were served a nice glass of wine. Since we both wanted to use the same esthetician, my friend went first and I spent my time waiting comfortably sipping wine. I’ve never thought of myself as one who would get a facial, so as a crusty, 56 year old man, I had no clue what to expect. When my turn came, I assumed the position and instantly Joslyn Bundy, the esthetician, made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Throughout the procedure, her attention to detail and expertise created an even more relaxed atmosphere so much so, that I truly went into the “spa zone” and enjoyed the entire experience. Today (the next day) as I write this, my face feels clean and smooth so I know she did a fantastic job. For what it’s worth, I would highly recommend this young lady to anyone looking for a quality facial.With the facials done, we went to the massage tables. My massage therapist was Nook Woods, and she gave me a fantastic combination deep tissue/Thai massage that incorporated much needed stretching and generous kneading of my tight knotted muscles. Though done on the table and not a mat, it was one of the best massages I’ve had. Her attention and focus to my high stress areas helped loosen me up and I feel fantastic. If you’ve never had a massage that incorporates stretching and the use of the masseur’s feet, knees and elbows, then I will tell you it’s an experience you’ll never forget and want over and over. As with Joslyn, I highly recommend you visit Nook’s table.
Highly recommend. I was immediately taken back to put on a plush robe and sit in a relaxation room with a mimosa bar before my facial. Valerie came to take me back and was really interested in hearing about my skin type and what I was looking for that day with a facial. She was incredibly friendly and talked me through the entire process of what she was doing and what she was using. Ive never had such a light touch on the extractions! I left with a glowing face (that is still glowing so much 2 days later that Im not even wearing make up today) and completely relaxed. Such a wonderful experience!
I absolutely love this place. I got a gift certificate for my birthday to go here, and Ive kept coming back since! First of all, the atmosphere there is wonderful. You instantly feel relaxed the minute you walk in, welcomed by the registrars and offered refreshing spa water while you wait. They even have a relaxation room with comfy chairs and soothing music for you to relax in before or between services. I get regular Signature Wellness massages from Pamela Lux, and she is the absolute best! She knows my body and works certain places accordingly. She applies just the right amount of pressure to help loosen my constantly tight muscles. Plus, we always have a great time catching up! For anyone who wants a massage therapist who knows what shes doing and is also passionate about it, choose Pamela! I have never had a bad experience at Riviera Spa, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a regular place to get massages or facials. I look forward to going here every chance I get!
I really wanted to give this place a chance but they won’t let me. I scheduled an appointment for a prenatal massage two weeks in advance, and then the day before I got a call saying the masseuse was sick. This obviously is no one’s fault but it was still a bummer, and then they were booked out for another full week. So I called back finally and got on the schedule, I show up for my appointment (30 min drive from where I live, heavily pregnant) after having an email confirmation and everything, only for them to not have me on their schedule at all. I must’ve been talking to a ghost receptionist this whole time? What is the point of me booking in advance and having a confirmation of my booking only for it not to be on your schedule? Super unprofessional and super annoying. I’m more annoyed that the receptionist didn’t offer anything - to get me in ASAP or even a discount for a future service. Save your time and money and go somewhere else
The esthetician was very knowledgeable and informative on the treatment I was receiving. She helped me determine the proper treatment I would need for my skin type. Overall, the staff here are very friendly. I would definitely come again as the experience was a great one.
We just started going there and could not be more pleased. I was a little skeptical about getting a massage during the pandemic, but I felt safe and comfortable there. Took my sister to get a massage for her birthday. The staff was so nice and made a relaxing experience for her. She even got to drink a mimosa while I hung out in the waiting area, which was really nice. Super clean and peaceful.
Everything was great from start to finish. They instruct you in every move. Everything is very detailed. They give you champagne or water upon arrival. You pay at the end. The float tank is very private but they are there to help if you need it (call via doorbell). Obviously we didn’t look richy rich but they didn’t treat us differently. You are able to chill in the relaxation lounge before and after your float. Great experience overall! The float tank was nice and clean. They provide the towels, pre and post float wash (clearly labeled), and all the instructions. Your only job is to relax and ask for what you need.
I literally called the spa 12 hours before I was supposed to check in to my hotel for OU/TX weekend. When I called they told me they could accommodate me at 8:30pm on Saturday the 9th which was perfect for me and my friend. I had filled out the intake form before hand which made my experience even easier. When we checked in (30 min early I might add) they were super nice and took us to the relaxation room where we enjoyed mimosas and just an all around quiet environment. Our attendants were very professional and asked us how much pressure to use and showed us the extras we could purchase to make our experience even better. Everything was perfect from start to finish our attendants were fantastic, the spa was super clean and reflected it. The music used when you get a massage was very appropriate but not enough to put you to sleep (although I did doze off briefly). EVERYTHING was perfect!
My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary with a couples massage and were fortunate enough to have Toby and Scott and our experience was all around excellent! The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and communicative, and our massage therapists made sure that we were well taken care of and all of our needs were met. I usually have a hard time with male massage therapists not providing enough pressure (because of my petite size) when I ask for it and Toby did a perfect job! We would highly recommend going here and can’t wait to go back!
This place is absolutely amazing. I go at least two times every month for a massage with May and she’s truly a phenomenal masseuse. I highly recommend this spa. Their customer service is also impeccable. Fabulous pricing too!
Riviera Spa is fantastic. The staff is super friendly and really help you feel relaxed and pampered. I was running late for an appointment and when I called in a panic they were calming and accommodating. I look forward to my next spa experience at Riviera. I highly recommend the infrared sauna!

The Riviera Spa was fantastic! My husband and I FINALLY did a honeymoon after 3 years and stayed in Dallas. I really wanted a massage and this spa delivered! Complete catering to the both of us, comfy robes, beautiful relaxing waiting area, and everyone was so kind and sweet! Next time, we’re getting the 80 minute massage!
This place was amazing…excellent customer service from the time you enter the front door to the exit process! It smelled soooo good and was super clean.Today was my first time getting a prenatal massage and let’s just say I’ll be back. The only thing I would’ve changed was, my massage oil/lotion was cold and I’m used to it being a little warm when getting massages but EXCELLENT PLACE!
Walking in to Riviera spa, I am greeted by the girls up front who are always friendly and helpful. The feeling of peace and calm washes over me as I’m prepped for my appointment with a soft robe and the ambiance of the relaxing room with refreshments. Hailee has done facials for me several times (and she is the absolute best). There’s no one that I trust more to touch my skin and give it the most incredible glow! Ask Hailee about derma-planing! It will change your life! I can’t wait to visit Riviera again next time I’m in Dallas!
The entire ambiance is warm and welcoming. Parking is free, hassle free and covered which is great due to the construction. The ladies at the front desk are always attentive and not overwhelming with their hospitality. Valarie, to which I have known for the past 7 years, is super professional, has great bed side manners and her customer service is stellar. I would totally recommend their services to any and everyone!
My boyfriend and I came on Easter Sunday and we did a couples massage. Both of us LOVED our masseuses! They catered to each of our needs and we loved the atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back!

Ive been to other massage parlors out of state and the experience is always welcoming. I actually felt relaxed and got I came there for. I had serious back pain and sore muscles that even when treated would always come back; especially on my neck. I work in an office where I walk or sit for prolonged hours and that creates a lot of stress. For my job it is required I maintain physical fitness, which can be tough on my body while stressed. Not to mention living alone with 3 kids. I needed this. This time I dont feel any pain and I can feel my body is different and adjusted my posture. I didnt experience any pain or bruising from deep tissue and hard pressure. I have sensitive skin that bruises easily but i didn’t have any issues. I was asked what i wanted to focus on and if anything didn’t feel comfortable I could let them know, just as you always should. Never keep quiet of discomfort. Except I didn’t feel that here. I enjoyed it and came home extremely relaxed. I also received a facial and my skin feels awesome. I love this place and will come back soon
Partner and I did the float tank/sensory deprivation. We needed directions to facility via phone call. One of the ladies helped us get to their facility. We were escorted to the spa room where we were doing the couples float. Clear instructions were given. The sensory deprivation tanks was amazing! Would do it again and recommend it to anyone who will listen. Sat in the relaxation room after and enjoyed some Chamomile tea. It was all a pleasant visit.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience. The couples massages were very comfortable and therapeutic. The float tank had ample space for both of us to float and reap the health benefits while floating together at the same time.
As always, I appreciate the front desk reception staff, who are very welcoming, warm, and courteous. I was in for my flotation appointment, and for me the relaxation starts when I walk in the door of the Spa. I have used the flotation tank since I moved to Dallas four years ago, and the treatment has really helped me physically and mentally. Thank you.
This place is amazing, cant believe it took me 3 years living in Dallas to find it. Everything about this place is fantastic, from the ladies at the front desk to the wonderful treatments you will receive here. You wont feel rushed or pressured into anything, which makes the experience that much better. I receive my massages from Nook, who is outrageously good for deep tissue massages (yeah, youll probably cry, but itll be worth it). I pretty much leave it to her to address what she feels is a problem, from abductor tightness to neck knots, shell get it sorted out. Once a month I also get a facial done by Joslyn, a light spoken, very knowledgeable esthetician. I again, leave it to her to see what my skin is missing and cater the treatment around it, all while having some amusing conversations about life. Bottom line, if youre looking for a place that will really take care of you, give this place a shot.
Elizabeth is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. She’s so knowledgeable and does a fantastic job! I signed up for a membership just to be able to keep working with her on a monthly basis.

I came in today for a facial with James and it was AMAZING!!! Not only did he do a wonderful facial, but also an outstanding neck, back, and arm massage too! The spa is beautiful, clean, and all the staff are professional. I hadnt been here in a while and it was great to be back again!

Had a wonderful sports massage to work out knots in shoulder and recover from hard work out. Double masked therapist, so no worries there. The blend of pressure point therapy and checking range of motion was just what my shoulder needed. My shoulder hurt so much I didnt realize I needed therapy on other parts of my body. Great overall massage. I highly recommend Nickm!!
Front desk reception and waiting lounge exceeded expectations. Very disappointed that my friend and I were given a tank to share. NO private tanks offered despite reservation requesting this. Impossible to get full isolation experience while sharing a tank. Also, we both were charged $70 each for the one tank. RIP OFF. Spoke to the manager for a refund and was given rude pushback. Argued there was NO specified restrictions stated on website for refunds AND service descriptions give every expectation for a private tank experience. RELUCTANTLY manager agreed to full refund. BUYER BEWARE!

I started getting massages with riviera spa in November. Last month during my massage, there was a lot of loud talking coming from the next room and some banging sounds. It disturbed my peace during the massage. I let the front desk know upon checkout and was told a manager would reach out. It’s been a month and I have heard nothing. I had the membership plan with them and may switch to another spa.
I recently took advantage of spa week and booked a facial with Hailee Spear.I also added the pumpkin mud facial for an addition fee.It was phenomenal!!! I left with a glow to my face and my skin felt completely rehydrated!Per Hailee’s recommendation, I purchased a facial wash and has been using it for a week, it has definitely made my skin less oily.The location of this spa is also prime! Right in heart of Travis Walk surrounded by shops and restaurants.Garage Parking is free adjacent to the building.Spa is super clean and the staff is kind and welcoming from check in to check out. Complementary wine also included with service!! Will definitely re-visit!!

My aesthetician Josslyn did an amazing job of listening to my skincare concerns and tailoring a facial that was gentle but effective enough for my face. I’ll definitely be visiting a second time. I felt like the pricing was also in line with the service! :)

I have been going to Rivera for over a year, even with all the change going on the staff at Rivera have been absolutely great and the communication is very detail so no surprises when you arrive. Their massage services are great and feel they are very well priced for the Uptown Dallas area.I highly recommend Rivera my favorite place when I am stressed and just need an 80 min break in my crazy schedule.

Eboni is AMAZING!!! I have been going to her for about a year and wouldnt dream of going to another person. I have received massages all over the world and I can say that she is the best therapist I have had. She knows all the areas to get and has a technique that losens all my knots. I cant wait to go back to her next month.
Ive been coming here almost a year now. I have their membership so I try to go once a month. Always have had a great experience all the way from the receptionists when I call to the technicians that provide the services. I love how regardless of the place having more customers or not it is always super calm and relaxing. And refreshers/light drinks are always offered
I wanted to try this place after seeing the rave reviews. So I had a facial scheduled last week , and I was there on time. The esthetician who was working with me came after like waiting for 10 mins of my appointment time. The facial was supposed to last for like 50 minutes but she was done before that and she was like due to time crunch she couldn’t offer me a proper massage. And the facial was just applying a few masks and washing it off. She barely did the massage ! It was so hideous that I had to spend 150$$ on this.

I absolutely liked the customer service that Riviera Spa has, Some of the people that made my visit enjoyable was Nohemi, she was sweet, polite and her work ethic was just so professional, I truly recommend and to add on the service that I got with Zach and Tamara was enjoyable. Went in for a prenatal massage at 32 weeks with Jamie while visiting Dallas from North Carolina. I can’t believe I didn’t come sooner! The massage was amazing and I’ve never felt more relaxed during a treatment. Definitely worth it.

Ive been a member since 2014 when I first moved to Dallas. 18 months ago I moved 45+ minutes away and still routinely make the drive because this place is worth it. The pricing, especially for members, is highly reasonable. The staff are top notch. I recommend it for anyone looking for a high quality day spa.

My husband scheduled a couples massage for us 2 months ago to celebrate our anniversary. They called us 2 minutes before we walked in the door to cancel saying they had to send one of the girls home that morning. Our massage wasn’t scheduled until 2:30, yet they told us right before we walked in the door. We are also not from here, so it could not be rescheduled. Absolutely poor communication on their part and with NO APOLOGY or even a better way to make it up.
I love Riviera Spa and I am happy every time I go there. My last facial was with Olivia and it was fabulous—rejuvenating, relaxing, and worth every dollar of the cost.
Great experience! Havent found another place that offer such incredible customer service for floating. However, the stars got downgraded because of the chemical in the water are not purely Epsom Salt. The water is bitter and filled with chemicals. My nipples got irritated a few hours after the session when I took of my Victorias Secret bra. The chemical in the water + the design and materials of the bra combined = would be 1 star or 0 at all. I dont recommend coming back to this place if the company doesnt improve their products and water soluble solutions
I train regularly so I’m often sore and I have knots in my shoulders, I requested someone with mid-firm pressure. 50 mins later I felt brand new! My experience was exactly what I was wanting, eldie used a combination of hot stones and essential oils that helped me relax and relieve pressure. My lower back feels much better and my shoulders have more mobility. I strongly recommend eldie! She listened to my body and I have her to thank today.
Visiting my daughter in Dallas and needed a massage. Lisa did a great massage, front desk people are welcoming and helpful. The Spa offers many different treatments. A favorite of mine is the infrared sauna. Your skin comes alive after a treatment. Treat yourself to a very special spa and get pampered.
My wife and I visited here from Iowa. This was hands down an amazing and relaxing experience. The quiet/sitting room is immaculate. They offered a mimosa bar while waiting for our massage. I had Lisa Blount who provided me one of the best and relaxing massages, Ive ever had. I have fibro and this released so much pain and provided me relaxation. My wife had Franky Wilson, and she raved about her experience. My wife is a former spa director and raved about the atmosphere, decorations and the waiting/quiet room. She said, maybe we should travel to Texas everytime we would like a massage! Thank you ladies for an amazing experience.
First time having a facial, and I was walked through everything and helped tremendously by Valerie!! She made me feel comfortable, and explained everything so throughly. Gave me a routine and It’s working well, I’m excited for my next visit!!:) Also, Front desk was everything!! This was such a great experience, my skin loves y’all!! Haha
Riviera Spa is one of the best places I have found since moving to Dallas. From their facials to their waxing, I am always so pleased every time I go here. James is the absolute best and I would recommend him for everyone and for everything.
My boyfriend gifted me a couples message for my birthday. The place was nice and staff seemed friendly itsa week later and I am not happy. I initially wanted a massage to relieve some of my neck pain and get knots out of my back or discuss with him anything he noticed that’s indicated why my neck always hurts.. but the guy didn’t even come to speak with me after or give me a chance to ask any questions. The woman that massaged my boyfriend was very friendly and even came back to give him her card.My neck was in terrible/worse pain after the massage.. I tried to call and email a few days later to see what was going on, but the lady just pretty much told me that it is normal to be swollen and in pain. I asked if the guy said anything and she said he had no notes. They didn’t even give me an apology for my pain. It’s a week later and I’m still having to ice my neck and use a heating wrap because it’s so swollen. I do not think this is “normal,” and now I’m having to a schedule a doctors appointment. Just upset I went to get some pain relief and it’s a week later and my neck hurts worse that ever. :/But the upside they give complimentary wine and snacks, and the place was nice.
I had such a great experience at this spa. I was serviced by Tayyar Unal and he did such a phenomenal job. He was very experienced and knowledgeable. I told him my problem areas and he knew exactly what to do to help me feel relief. I STRONGLY recommend this Spa. ESPECIALLY Tayyar Unal! I can’t stress this enough lol
I love the luxurious atmosphere, including the “relaxation” room complete with champagne and warm neck wraps. All the staff are very professional yet friendly and polite. The whole experience is very nice. It’s a great way to treat yourself or somebody else!
Excellent deep tissue massage with LisaMarie. She is very professional, and provides the most relaxing and comfortable experience. She is great at what she does, checks in with you frequently to ensure youre comfortable, and is very intuitive when it comes to deciding what pressure or technique would work best for each situation. I would highly recommend LisaMarie to anyone looking for a personalized massage.The Spa itself is beautiful. Great front desk staff. Everyone is focused on making sure your experience is relaxing and pleasant.

My massage with Nickm was so wonderful, the best massage Ive ever had. He is highly skilled and got all my kinks out. I was so impressed with his firm touch and soft spoken style. I will definitely tell my friends, encourage them to see Nickm for a massage and Ill certainly return for another myself soon!

Valerie was very attentive to certain parts of my body I needed work on, gave a great massage and was great to talk to. As a bonus, she is from Chicago so we were reminiscing about Chicago in the good ole days.
I made a reservation for a couples massage weeks ago only to be told the Saturday before Valentines weekend they had to cancel. Very disappointed to say the least. With such late notice I am left scrambling to find a spa now!
