Green Lotus Massage

I got the solar package (massage and facial- 90min) with Grace and added hot stones. Unfortunately for 90 minutes total I don’t feel like the massage lasted very long at all and didn’t focus on the areas I circled that I wanted to focus on. It didn’t feel as professional as other massages I’ve gotten in Dallas. The facial was very basic and relaxing but I don’t know what was used on me and wish I would have (it felt very basic) so I would probably not return for a facial & stick to a dermatologist for that! Total was $170 with the hot stones added, before a tip. I ended up paying $200 total with tip. I would choose to go somewhere else that felt more worth it to me for that price to be honest. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming! I just don’t feel like the services I received were worth $200. I have no problem leaving reviews, but it’s uncomfortable when the people ask you to do it right then and there and that’s what they asked me when checking out. They offered me a free face mask if I write a review which I 100% was going to either way, but then it was awkward because the front desk insisted I do it right then & I felt pressured to write something good and quick right then vs taking my time to write my full thoughts out when I got home.

Green Lotus Massage was the best massage Ive ever had! I am here in Dallas on vacation from Las Vegas and I really needed a massage, and I am so glad I found this hidden gem. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The ambiance of the place is serene and inviting, with soothing music playing in the background and a calming scent that immediately relaxed me.The massage itself was truly exceptional. The therapists technique was skilled and tailored to my specific needs, providing relief to all the tension and stress in my body. I could feel the knots melting away under their expert hands. It was a truly rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.The facility was also spotlessly clean, which added to the overall experience. This was my very first professional massage and I absolutely loved the experience. I received the deep tissue massage and hydration facial and I loved both! Based on previous reviews I noticed it doesn’t matter if you request a specific person because they’re all great at what they do, and this is true. My mother also loved her massage and facial and I will definitely be back again. 10/10

Polite personnel and very clean facility. They use oils that had almost no fragrance which is what we requested. However the lady that was massaging my wife kept hurting her hip even after she told her - she still kept applying pressure to her hip replacement area. It was also odd that they still had Valentine’s Day decor in April.

I loved this place! Amazing work ! I did the 90 minutes and it was the best. I had knots on my back and back of my legs and this massage helped relieve that tension. Best place to go! highly recommend. They take their time and make sure the pressure is appropriate to your liking.

The most effective Micro-needling Facial session. It’s worth the cost as it deals with my acne scars, hyperpigmentation and skin resurfacing issues. I’m glad to find this place, wish would have gone sooner. I went for my deep tissue massage and ended up talking about their other services and the staff is very friendly, will guild you according to your needs. The massage itself with hot stone combination with cupping was worth it. I’m definitely going back for Micro-needling and Facial as it gets the results.

I had an amazing massage here tonight as a first time customer. The masseuse knew exactly where to pinpoint and what side needed the most work without me telling him. It was really custom to fit my needs. I was also asked during the massage if pressure was okay and if I am comfortable which not many places do and should! I will be coming back.

I had Grace as my massage therapist today. After a long trip this massage was exactly what I needed. I walked a lot and had a long international flight so I felt extremely tight in my shoulders and calves. Grace did a wonderful job and as someone who loves a lot of pressure the technique was wonderful. Thank you to the staff at green lotus for a wonderful service.

As soon as I stepped through the door I was nervous but the environment was so peaceful and the staff was so helpful and understanding. Recently moved to Dallas and this place was recommended to me by my realtor. Best and most thorough massage I’ve had. I have scoliosis and the lady was able to accommodate ensuring I was comfortable. Hands down a must try and affordable pricing for a massage! If you’re worried about not getting enough pressure from going here, don’t! They are skilled in what they do. Highly recommend

Stay away!!!Original Post:No idea who is keeping this place in business, or maybe I got the 1 bad masseuse, but this was the worst massage I’ve ever had.I actually walked out early because I couldn’t stand how uncomfortable everything was. The entire massage was her pushing an oily forearm up and down my back. She was clearly not at all trained. There was no technique to actually work the muscles, no knots addressed, no pressure points. Just skin being rubbed around.I even opted for a “firm” massage, and shared how I wanted my shoulders attended, but there was none of that. On top of that, my masseuse did not speak any English, which is not usually a problem but she did not seek any feedback and there was no way for me to communicate with her.I added the “guasha” option, which was also a joke. She took a stone and rubbed it on my head (did not feel good whatsoever, and I love my head massaged) and then took it to my spine. Nothing felt good, just a stone on my skin, and she was rubbing aggressively which just irritated my skin more. Did nothing for the muscles.I wore underwear during my massage for personal reasons and she pulled my underwear so far down, and touched the inside of my butt crack multiple times. I pulled my underwear back up and she just pulled them down again. She was also rubbing way too close to the inside of my legs for me to be comfortable. That is not what I am seeking in a massage whatsoever.Lastly, the final straw was that she answered a phone call and began TALKING ON THE PHONE during my massage. At that point, I only had 10 min left and was so uncomfortable, I just walked out.Such a waste of time. I’ve never left a massage being MORE stressed than I was walking in. Will not be returning and I really hope they get this woman some training.

The receptionist was very sweet along with the atmosphere. However, my massage was not firm like I requested and it felt rushed. Also, the facial felt like something I could have done at home with my own creams. Maybe I just got the wrong end of the stick 🤷🏻‍♀️

I recently visited this location and had a sub par experience. I’ve gotten massages regularly for the last 10 years, so I know what I like and don’t like. I’m giving an honest review of my experience as I do believe many of the reviews I read may have been incentivized to be biased.Customer Service 2/5I called ahead and scheduled a 90 minute Swedish massage. EDIT: **I scheduled this under my first name which appears on all government forms of ID. Gaby is my nickname that I go by** Unlike other establishments I’ve gone to that have set time slots, Green Lotus doesn’t really have specific time slots, it’s more like you just show up around a time that they give you and an available therapist will take you. That actually works great if something comes up and you arrive a little late. I got the full 90 minutes.I chose this place because of their high rating and glowing reviews. But I believe many of those reviews are influenced by the discount they incentivize you with if you leave a review while there. I do not like that practice and think it’s dishonest and manipulate the perception of people who have not yet experienced the services.The lady at the front wasn’t extremely welcoming but she wasn’t off-putting either. EDIT** Saying that you greeted someone warmly after they said they didn’t feel that way is gaslighting.** I was greeted and given an iPad to complete my intake form. I like that the form asks you to mark the areas on your body that need attention. After completing the form I was quickly taken to my room.The Massage 2/5There isn’t much of an ambiance when you first walk in. During my massage the same song played on repeat for the entire 90 minutes. There didn’t seem to be any air flowing into the room and so I was hot most of the time.I requested a Swedish massage but that’s not what I received. To be fair, the technique wasn’t the worst I experienced. The therapist used a variety of tools (hot stones, tiger balm, lotion, oils, Icy Hot??). The pressure was good as I prefer medium/firm.The massage started with the masseuse climbing on my back??? I usually wear underwear but was advised not to. I was uncomfortable as I did not include glutes as a problem area in my form but the therapist spent a considerable time on them. I have never had my breasts massaged during a Swedish but the therapist also spent time in that area too.The therapist and front desk lady were adamant about stretching during the massage even though I said multiple times that I did not want to. I have a hairline fracture in my lower back that gets aggravated with the type of stretching some massage therapists do. I made the mistake of allowing the therapist do the stretching anyways and am paying the price now.I get Swedish massages as they help me relax and ease muscle soreness/pain. However, the next morning I woke up still stiff and in pain. I’m very disappointed as this not only cost money but left me in a worse state than before I experienced it. I would not choose Green Lotus if I knew what I know now. I will not return to this establishment.UPDATE:The response from this business is exactly why I will not return. I gave an honest review about my experience and their attempt to gaslight and accuse me of being “disrespectful” is indicative of the experience I had. Save your time and money and go where you will be respected.Also, I never said the reviews were fake. I said they were likely influenced.

What a great experience.I had the 75 minute Massage + Facial and thought it was the ideal combination coming here with a lot of tension from the office job in back and neck.The massage therapist had strong pressure which really helped break up all the knots. She used advanced techniques that actually were very targeted. No minute was wasted.You can pick the focus areas prior to the massage and exclude areas you dont need.The facial was super soothing and it ended with the best neck massage that was so helpful.I would really recommend this place. This comes from someone who is an athlete and had tons of sport massages in her life.Do it and book it!

I am not a local to Dallas but just happened to come across this GEM! I came to Green Lotus Massage because I have gotten over 100 in Vegas and they just haven’t been hitting the spot lately. I AM APPALLED AT HOW INCREDIBLE I feel. Although I’m young my body has been through 3 car accidents and I need a lot of deep tissue care. My lady found every knot and took her time to work it out! I will be back even if it’s just for this massage🥰

First time trying cupping, amazing. had 4 long days of workouts and could barely walk when I came in… leaving without a limp! definitely will be back when I visit Dallas again.

Ive came here several times before & had a good experience. But last week I booked my appt a day in advance & when I showed up, the receptionist looked surprised as if she wasn’t expecting me, as if they forgot I was coming. Once in the room, the lady providing the service was not experienced or knowledgeable. I stopped her a couple minutes into it & asked if there was another masseuse available as this service is expensive & worth every penny when it’s done correctly. She apologized & brought another masseuse to finish the job, but she was also inexperienced. I asked her to stop as this was disappointing and decided to leave.I would’ve been less upset if they admitted to mistakenly overbooking or simply forgetting about my appt so I could rebook & come back another time. Because it seemed like they were understaffed & stuck a warm body in the room to “figure it out”.Not sure if they were understaffed or simply no longer have trained personnel. I won’t be returning

75 min pre-natal massage was fantastic. Not a full pregnancy pillow but the therapist was very thorough and didn’t act like she was afraid to barely touch me.

The place was really clean and the front desk was friendly.The massage though left much to be desired. The right amount of pressure requested in the waiting area and once in the treatment room was done until halfway.The therapist left the room a few times to gather and clean up items. I felt like she should have done this afterwards or had appropriate things in the room.For the facial I got, the liquid was smothered in my eyes. So when I left they were burning. (Wasn’t burning before I left, otherwise I would have said something.)Also didn’t know until paying that there’s an additional $3 credit card processing fee.Would likely look into other option before coming here.

I loved this place! We got a couples massage, facial, auroma therapy, and hot stones. They are very kind and accommodating. My masuse was very attentive, kind, and good at her job! I loved the facial and scalp massages. The auroma therapy really helped set the mood and relaxed me right away. The whole environment was cozy and relaxing. At the entrance they ask for any accommodations which is really nice if you have any personal preference, areas of focus or areas you dont want massaged. I loved that they were so understanding!Definitely recommend!

Wow! This was the best 90 minute message I’ve had in a long time. My masseuse was amazing. She heard everything I said and targeted the areas that were the most tight. She adjusted the firmness every time I asked for it and was overall attentive an amazing. I also don’t know if you can beat the price anywhere in Dallas. 90 minutes with hot stone ended up coming out to $130. I can’t recommend this place enough.

The experience was AMAZING. I felt so relax and the ambiance was so soothing and fresh. The hot stones was GREAT. I had the peppermint oil as well, which made me feel fresh and open lol. I highly recommend the Thai and Chinese combination so many pressure points was hit and mind you I work in construction. I will definitely return.

I took a guest and we both enjoyed our massage.The one star is solely based on the male person I encountered on the phone to reserve my appointment and the person I interfaced upon arrival.The male appointment setter told me it is customary for a deposit of 50% for a couples massage. Okey. No problem. I approved a down payment of $85 but the card was processed for $88. No problem right? Except I approved $85.Upon arrival to my appointment the person at the front was preoccupied with her phone and when spoken too she consistently cut me off in communication.I asked her why was my card charged for more than I had approved. Her response was we charge a card processing fee. I understood that, but the principle of the matter is that I only approved $85 to be charged to my card as the appointment setter never mention a card processing fee.She gave me the non-conviction operator speech Thank you bringing this to our attention. We will use this as a learning opportunity...In which I did appreciate, but felt it most likely would not be addressed.What was most repulsive to me is that when questioned whether I wanted to leave a tip. I told her I gave it directly to the masseuse. She got up while I was standing there went to the masseuses and took their tip brought it to the counter, drop it on the counter, and said nothing more. I did not confront her as a couple had walked in.Apparently, there is a system they follow. But it came across like they were slave workers. Never the less it is rude to do this in front of a client.My guest and I determined that while we enjoyed our massage, the front desk and phone encounter has deterred us from making a return visit.We spent $190 and left a $40 tip.

Very reasonably priced and clean. My masseuse asked me throughout the session if I wanted her to go softer or harder and asked if I was comfortable with the way she was touching me which was very considerate.She was also telling me that the right side of my body is probably hurting more because it’s more tense, not because she’s adding more pressure. I liked the added information.I also asked if she could mainly focus on my shoulders and back, which she did.

This was very peaceful and friendly environment, the massage was perfect and and the facial was very relaxing and left my face feeling fresh and clean.

Hands down best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve had a lot, I’m an athlete and I’ve been to super large places and in between. I go to massages for healing and got exactly that. I believe if your intention is comfort and relaxing that they would provide exactly that because they are extremely intentional. I’ve never had anyone hone in the the areas of concern and actually spend the 90mins on those areas. The woman that worked on me warmed up muscles, used point pressures, stones and suction cups on top of a very deep and intentional massage. No frills did exactly what was needed.

My wife and I got a couple’s massage. We both had good therapists who applied consistent pressure. Instead of standard beds with a removable headrest, they have beds with a hole for your face, which I found less comfortable (my wife didn’t mind). They also had a relatively small and thin sheet for coverage, which left me feeling a bit exposed. Still a great value for the price.

My husband and I did a 75 minute couples massage and had a great session with hot stones, relaxing music, and lovely aromatherapy. They took great care and consideration for which body parts we’d prefer and how much pressure to apply. We will definitely come back!! I am giving Green Lotus 5 stars because they truly deserve it! I had a massage today with Anne, and it was terrific! I asked for deep tissue, and she really got deep into the muscles where I have tension and pain. I added the hot stones which was amazing. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I also noticed how clean things were. Its also very quiet and relaxing. I will definitely be a returning customer! I feel so much better!

This was my first time at green lotus and I really loved! I love the hours because I usually work 8-6 so they are really accommodating. I was able to schedule with short notice and the place is very inviting. My massage was actually the full hour and not 45-50 minutes and my masseuse was great! First time getting a Thai massage and I’ll be back for more.

I had bad back pain from years the masseuse was able to focus on pressure points and worked on the knots. So relieved. Gave us free hot stone massage as well. The place is so clean and calming. Update: I now have bruises on my hip from the brief, rough massage after my feedback. Her intent seemed to harm, not heal. This lack of professionalism is absolutely unacceptable.I recently returned for a massage after a wonderful experience a week ago. However, this time was disappointing. The masseuse(iris) seemed unprofessional, spending more time applying oil than actually massaging me. I waited, hoping she would transition to the massage, but she didnt. After over 30mims, I pointed out the lack of massage, she asked if I wanted more pressure and then proceeded to be too rough which left me bruises all over my hip after less than 5mins of massage. Even though I communicated my discomfort, she didnt adjust or check in on the pressure level. I couldnt get massage any longer at that point. After expressing my dissatisfaction, she defensively claimed that I had requested it to be harder. She yelled in the room to the other masseuse that I wanted it. Throughout the session, she never sought feedback on the pressure. I paided fully for the session that I had to walk out in 45mins mark becuase it was too painful and unpleasant. Its frustrating to be charged for such a subpar service.

They used lotion that you can buy from walmart but not any good oil. The package was only about timing but no specific option to pick. It was quite cold in the room while you’re only with underwear on. In general they still have good service and good massage.

Got a couples massage and it was amazing! Joshua did a fantastic job hitting all my problem areas. It was my boyfriends first time and he enjoyed every minute of it! We will definitely be coming back!

I think it was the best deep tissue massage I have ever received don’t walk run here but don’t hurt your self lol I work in healthcare so my body was hurting and the knots were back… Grace did a awesome Job she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and to ensure the pressure was good.

Went and got a 60 min couples massage.The costumer service was great, we were able to get in on the same day we called.I got the combination (Thai/Chinese) it was the perfect balance.I’m a massage therapist myself and am very picky when it comes to massages, because of my training. However this place surpassed my expectations. The balance between the stretching and gliding strokes was perfect. They worked on my hands, feet and scalp, which was amazing. They asked if the pressure was ok, and added a blanket when I got cold.Overall, I had an amazing experience at Green Lotus Massage, and if I ever visit Dallas again, I will be going back.

I’m really glad I came to check them out. This has been one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had and they also offer cupping. This was my first time getting cupping and you can really feel the difference. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Edit after the business response to my review. Please train your therapists rather than blame customers for not liking the massage service. Standing on peoples backs and spines is NOT ok. Being pretty struck with bamboo rods and calling it guasha - come on now. The therapist didnt know what they were doing.The massage itself was painfully rough both the massage and guasha; the few minutes of hot stones were nice. I was sore for about 2 days after as well. The room was quiet and dark.

Definitely recommend!!! Right from the beginning the team at Green Lotus was patient and worked to get us in for a couples massage. They went over the different options and recommendations but ultimately left it up to us on which massage we wanted. We went with a mix of Chinese and Tai for 2 hours and it was AMAZING.

Had a great couples massage with my wife. The masseuse had great strength and really worked the kinks out of my back. My wife loved her massage as well. The facility was clean and comfortable.

I went today for a 90 minute massage. The price is the same as other spas, 120$ but the service is above them all! I had Susan.I only came after being so dissatisfied with other spas and Im like why do I continue to go to places where they stop to answer phones, loud, I can hear everything, masseuse isnt good etc.I kept googling and called and came in 15 minutes later for walk in type appointment. I added vibrating gun and guasha. Im also searching for quadrivas massage. Please add those to your services asap!I do wish they offered lymphatic manual lymphatic massage. I hate driving to grand prairie or plano for it. This place is authentic massage experience so Im surprised they dont have offer lymphatic massages. I know hundreds of women and cancer survivors who need this weekly.

Today for Father’s Day, we had a 90 minute Couple’s massage. This was BY FAR the best massage I’ve ever had in my life and I will be a repeat customer. The spa, though little, is clean and simply decorated. The staff was amazing and the therapists were very attentive to issue spots during our massages.

My first massage here was fantastic! Kemi was thorough and attentive, checking in on pressure and getting out all the knots! I had never done hot stones before, but it is definitely worth adding. 5 stars!

First thing I noticed when I walked in is the spa is clean and inviting. They had me fill out some forms, the typical stuff, then took me back to my massage room. Kimmy was my masseuse and her hands are magic! I was scheduled for 90 minutes with her. I have chronic neck and back pain because my muscles gets so tight. Kimmy noticed how tight and full of knots my upper back and really spent some time focusing on that area and working them out. Her pressure was deep enough to get down in the muscle, it not so deep that it was painful. My back feels so much better. This was honestly the best massage Ive had in years!

Was not esthetically pleasing and they did not give me an option of what type of massage I wanted like they said they would and by the time I realized, the massage had already begun. Just got a couples massage on my birthday, and it was lovely. One hour. I will come back. Make sure you tell them what you need worked on. I said full body but didn’t get much attention to my lower back and glutes. The front massage was much shorter than back, I expected 30 min on both sides.

They also have cucumber water and warm neck wraps if you choose.I visit Crystal for facials every 6 weeks and I cant say enough good things about her service. She has a great memory about your concerns and desires and makes every appointment so calming and a full experience.Irecently enjoyed a Swedish massage with Melissa and left wonderfully relaxed and with many of my knots worked out. Shes a great masseuse for those who dont like to talk a lot during the massage and just enjoy the relaxation!The desk staff is very sweet and attentive and really tops of a wonderful experience. I love having this option so close and convenient and I never feel like Im right off the highway.

I went in semi crisis because I can’t get it with the masseuse at my chiro. They got me about 60% relief compared. I used cupping and asked for a firmer massage and I it wasn’t firm enough for my needs. Overall relaxing but not for the deep tissue needs I had.

I took my mom with me for massages together and she felt so talked afterwards my mom is very picky so I was a little nervous because of it. But her picky self loved it and we will be coming back again definitely recommend and will be going back!

Absolutely will be retuning. I had a 90 minute massage with Kemi who was kind, attentive, and an all around spectacular masseuse. I frequently ask for deep tissue and am frequently disappointed, but Kemi certainly obliged. This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had and one of the few that I actually felt was therapeutic and pain-relieving. The price point is also incredibly reasonable - 90 mins for $120.
