Started a little late but the service so worth it! OMG!!! I had never had a four hand massage and baby I must say if you hadn’t had one you better get you one!!! Top notch service!! Thank you! I’ll be back for sure! Relaxing, clean, and professional!

We booked a birthday couples massage only for them to be 10 minutes late, completely unprepared.They apparently open at 9, and our appointment was at 10, and are barely opening at 10:05.That wasn’t the worst part, as the massage was quite nice.Our problem is that we did not have the balloons that were supposed to be there, we did not receive a special gift at the end nor a rose.I will not come back again even if it’s offered for free.I’m leaving a review to warn others to not waste that much money here, and instead maybe get something cheaper here.Pretty much a couple’s scam, and should just go the regular route instead of being hustled an extra 100$.Overall it was below average and I’ve had better experiences

The spa was clean, the front staff was warm and inviting. We had a 60 minute couples massage there was rose petals on the beds when we entered the room. The room was a perfect temperature with a relaxing atmosphere. Our masseuses were well trained and did a great job. We got a full 50 minutes as is normal.We both had a few knots that they worked on diligently till they released. We would definitely returned! I would also recommend them to you.

Overall experience was ehhh…. We were promised wine for our anniversary package and didn’t get it until AFTER we paid. No one here speaks English and it made it very unpleasant to communicate and they were catching an attitude because we both couldn’t communicate with each other. The massage was decent but will I come back? Probably not. I got the Anniversary package and spent over $400 including tipping and I just feel like we got cheated and I’m quite disappointed. It didn’t feel any different than the regular massage package which is priced less than this. And we did NOT get the “gifts” that is mentioned in the description!!!Response to the reply:We were under the impression that we would get wine during the session, not only while we wait for the service. When reading the description, that’s not what we were expecting. When I asked the woman at the end about the wine for during the service she didn’t understand and then asked “well what do you want then” and then offered us a glass of wine after we paid. As far as the gifts we couldn’t communicate that to her either! I just don’t understand how y’all can run this business and not have someone there to communicate in English at all times.

THE BEST massage I’ve ever had. Carla’s hands are those I recommend. And if you’re a birthday person, they do cute decorations too.

My boyfriend and I went here today for our anniversary and oh my goodness I cannot express enough how incredible this place is. It was calming and relaxing right as you enter with the dim lights and plants and crystals and the perfume and scent wall. Everything is beautifully decorated. We filled out a quick massage profile for each of us so they knew our needs. And our couples massage room was decorated with rose petals and candles and dim lighting. Our massages were so thorough and very relaxing. My knots are gone and so are my boyfriends. We loved our massages by Violet and Genesis. We will definitely be returning for more. No one paid us to say this at all I just need the world to know how great this place was because it is a smaller company. They also have calming ambient music and rain sounds playing throughout the spa. 1000 out of 10.

Excellent massage!! I got the Swedish full body couple massage with my partner and it was sooooo relaxing, rejuvenating and delightful. The place has a great atmosphere though the smells can be overwhelming to some. It did not bother me though. Highly recommend!

Today, 8/14/2024 was another wonderful experience. Karla never cease to amaze me. I usually get a 90 minute massage but Im going to start doing a two hour massage. She is just that good. I dont want it to end.Just had a facial. Again I cant stop praising Karla. If you have ever had a facial before or never had one, this is a must. Karla is Gifted.If for no other reason than to treat yourself, get a facial from Karla. Im sure they have others that provide this service, but I can only speak from my experiences. Ive only had Karla. Thank you again Karla for another exceptional job.Karla has hands of magic. I thought that she did exceptional the first time. But this time was insanely incredible. I dont know how she could be any better than she was the first time but she was. YOU WILL NOT REGRET THIS EXPERIENCE! She is anointed.

I booked a couples massage for my best friend and I. It was for 90 minutes. Not only did the girls come in 15 minutes after the appointment time they cut our 90 minute massage by 10 minutes. I made several request to my massagist but she did not understand English, nor could I understand her. I was not told there would be a language barrier for a service we were paying alot of money for. We were even asked of anything specific we wanted massaged or worked on more, we both gave our request, neither were fulfilled. This was a horrible experience.. Dont waste your money here. We were very disappointed.

This place is a 10/10. The ambiance was perfect! Relaxing music with rose petals on the beds. We did a couples massage for my birthday. They were so professional. We got to pick out our scents for the massage and were given a glass of wine while our room was prepared. Im not a red wine drinker but the wine was even amazing. Our masseuses’ were karla and Jenesis. They were so nice. The pressure was great. When they say full body massage they mean it. We were so relaxed we didn’t want to leave. We will be back!

1st visit was with a non-English speaking therapist and the receptionist barely spoke English as well. After nearly breaking my thumb and not receiving one of the services requested they asked for a chance to correct it. I went back and they charged me for the correction or due over. Ever since they have been harassing me to update my review. Well here it is. After receiving nearly two dozen text messages and a few phone calls, I will NOT be returning. If I continue to be harassed I will contact the police. Complete disrespect.....And now lies attempting to cover up a bad situation. Shall I post all the text conversations with your staff? Would you rather I file a complaint with the BBB and atterney generals office over this?

My fiance and I received the Couples massage and it was fantastic! She will not stop raving about Sorelis’ deep tissue massage. Says that all of her knots are gone! I received a Swedish massage from Cindy and it was exactly what I was looking for to feel relaxed and rejuvenated! Definitely recommend

Ambiance was nice and the staff were friendly. The massage (couples) was below average. I was hoping my wife was enjoying her massage but afterwards I found out she felt about the same as I did. It’s great that they offer a wide selection of scented oils to add to your massage but I think it bothered my masseuse. My masseuse was sniffing throughout the session as if she was heavily congested and at one point she grabbed a chair and sat down. I’m praying that’s the reason and not because she was sick & tired. Overall I’ve had much better experiences and hopefully I can find a masseuse that’s worth visiting on a regular basis.

I came for my birthday and got a massage and facial! This place EXCEEDS THE LIMITS. In my package I got free wine and free chocolates. My massage was amazing and I actually fell asleep 🤣. Miriam was awesome with my facial. She really took her time to see what my skin needed and did everything. Wish I could give 10 stars. I will definitely be back!

Sorelis did an incredible job. I prefer deep tissue massages and have a high pain tolerance and she successfully worked out every single pain point in my back. I had a great experience here! Did the “Couples Valentine Package” and was pretty disappointed. Our “one hour massage” package was only 40 minutes, there was no champagne bottle as mentioned in the outline when I made the reservation, and the “masseuses” weren’t even the real deal. I’ve been to authentic masseuses and the experience here was no where near as great compared to past experiences at different places. Would had rather spent $320+ elsewhere.

Recently discover Lluvia and could not be happier. The Corporal Massage is my favorite and every staff member goes above and beyond to be kind. The mint tea is also pretty great!

This place was okay. My husband and I did a couples massage and the girls were very sweet and did a good Swedish massage but never introduced themselves so we have no idea who we saw and we paid for 90 min and only received about 70 min. All and all it was not a bad massage but I wish they had asked where problem areas were and chatted a little first, which some of it is on us to bring up but neither of us felt comfortable doing so.

Valentines Day Extravagarbage packageThis spa experience was a complete joke!My Honey Bunches booked up the top package for Valentines Day.Per their site we were to receive a fancy box of chocolates, a BOTTLE of champagne (which has now been edited on the site to a glass. I have the original screenshot), 1 hour couples massage, and an exquisite facial that left me looking like dry and flaky!Cons:Very dry greetings. No one introduces themselves or has knowledge on the next steps.Poor hosting skills overall.Starting the services late and finishing the services early!The amount of time between services and space between services.The cherry on top was them not giving us any champagne during our stay. I brought it to their attention and showed them under the services, we were to receive this exquisite bottle. They all gathered around reading the service and eventually gave us our $10 champagne after confirming it states bottle and were not offered any champagne.From the lady standing over me whom I should add did not speak english performing my facial to the lady performing the facial on Valentine had to keep pausing explaining to her what to do and there was constant nervous laughter while she stood over me with my eyes closed. I did not care for and found unprofessional.To the mask sticking to my face and I had to wash my own face afterward for our dinner date 🙃Pros:The ambiance upon entry.They gave me rose before leaving.If you.. skip the facial and go for a massage only! Be sure to keep you a timer on, or you will be robbed!Also, it is not worth $540 for 2 45-minute massages and 2 25-minute facials a $5 box of chocolate and $10 bottle of champagne, in my opinion.

Incredible experience. The man at the front desk is attentive, kind, and eager to assist. I did a couples massage and my masseuses were very gentle and patient. Wine was provided as well as really cute roses. They are bilingual here in English and Spanish, very accommodating. They also sell perfumes and colognes and I was able to snatch a Dior I had been trying to find that is sold out everywhere. Great vibe and ambiance, the music is very calming and the hot stones are a great add on as well as the aromatherapy. They allow you to choose your scents and they were incredible about incorporating it into the experience. I felt as if I had an unforgettable escape from my stress and would love to come back and try different services.

My fiancé and I came on my birthday and we had the most relaxing experience. We booked a couples massage with hot stones, 2 full body scrub with shower, and a couples facial. My fiancé has never had this experience before and didn’t want to leave once all of our treatments were over. Me and my husband got a couples massage for our one year anniversary, and it was WONDERFUL! We felt so relaxed, and even though weve never done anything like this before, they were so nice and gentle and understanding. I would 100% recommend their services. The only thing I wasnt the biggest fan of was all the buddha statues, they had at least 3 different buddha statues in every room we were in 😅. Overall though, 9/10 would reccommend!

Great ambiance and beautifully decorated. Emplyees were very professional, but... they only spoke Spanish. Unfortunately, I dont speak enough Spanish to be effective. This caused a problem as I was expecting a deep tissue massage and got a Swedish instead. The therapist, Sopelis, wasnt aware of my deformed thumb and nearly broke it unknowingly. The problem areas I went in to address didnt get the attention I expected again because there was no way to convey this to her. A checkin form would have helped but not for the lack of deep tissue work. I really wish the scheduler would have told me about the lack of English. Now, Ill be searching for someone this weekend to address the problems I went in for. Why is the website in Engish if nobody beyond the scheduler knows English?

We used to love coming here atleast twice a month. Over the last year their service has been inconsistent. Each time we go theres a whole new staff. The last few times the masseuse has very little experience. We would understand if they let us know upfront that these are still people in training. However they charge full price of an experienced massage therapist and its 50/50 that they know what they are doing. Hopefully they can get a consistent staff that knows what they are doing like they did before.

Carla was amazing. This place is clean, quiet and wonderful. Do not the location scare you… the inside is wonderful and they have an amazing place. What a hidden gem!

Some of the therapists give a good massage but they are not completely trained . But most of the therapists here are not licensed! I Hope TDLR ( Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation ) doesnt show up one day. I wish them the best. Give them a try because like said it is pretty decent.

Horrible service, unprofessionalism by the three Mexicans who have that place with bored faces do not want to work and do not know what they are doing with their hands...Waist money and time....They also lie responding to the reviews, saying that the client tried to force one of the therapists with a happy ending ...That is completely FALSE since they do not even know who is the person who is putting the review and they say they have the number of plates of the vehicle...Get away from this place is totally a fiasco without professionalism and liars in everything.

The place is very nice, I loved that the people who answer are Latin women, the massage is good but unfortunately I dont give it 5 stars because the people who answer the phone are far from clear and specific. I suggest better training, if the service is good, do not let customers go for giving incomplete or erroneous information.
