Ms. Lydia at Preston & Forest is amazing! I live in Austin, but am in Dallas for a month and a half for work. I had some neck pain due to maybe sleeping in a weird position and decided to make an appointment here since its close to my hotel. The gentlemen working the desk were all so kind, especially one who I wish I knew the name of. He had an accent and was just so thorough and helpful the entire time, from beginning to end. I instantly felt welcomed. I hadnt mentioned my neck bothering me to Lydia because it actually felt better today than the last couple of days, but within a few seconds of her running her hand across my shoulders and neck, she knew immediately something felt off. She said itd be best to do the entire massage face-up. You can tell shes very in-tune with the way the body works and shes clearly incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. Shed have me move my neck and wiggle my fingers to check for any discomfort and increased range of motion during the massage and constantly checked in to see if I was feeling okay. Shes also incredibly funny! Im not used to talking much during a massage, but it actually made this experience a million times better. She explained her reasoning for every movement. I wish she practiced in Austin, but I hope I can get in to see her again before I go back home. I feel so much better and my neck discomfort is gone. So glad I came here!

Im so grateful for Rudy! He is my person. He inquires about my needs and provides suggestions when needed. He is so compassionate and very attentive. Im in tiptop shape after a massage. Thank you Massage Envy for having Rudy. Take good care of him. We need more caring people like him. 🥰

Valerie genuinely listened to my concerns and has suggested procedures and products that have increasingly improved my skin. She is very very knowledgeable, and is hands down THE BEST ESTHI I’ve ever met! She is kind and gentle, and most importantly truly cares about my skin’s texture, moisture level, and glow. She has taught me a routine which has progressively made my skin healthier and healthier over time.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service! I called last month to cancel my membership, and was told my card had been removed and would not be charged anymore. Then I see a charge again this month, so I call and ask why. They say well the manager is not in and I can’t help you, so call back… ( this is the first problem- there should never be a time where you can not help a customer). So irritated, but I call back the next day and they say the manger is not there and she will call me back. No call back. Call again and demand that my account be refunded and still no one is there that can help me. FINALLY a manager calls me and says oh sorry I was on vacation and I am the only one that help with cancelling memberships ( also not my problem, because you all sure can sign people up). So the manager says did you not get the paperwork I emailed you that you need to sign to cancel? I was never advised paperwork needed to be filled when I asked you to not charge my card. So I send her paperwork and she informs me she can not refund my $70 because I didn’t send her back the paperwork??? You are charging me for something I will not use and asked to cancel last month!! Horrible place will never advise anyone to go there. Massages are nothing special either. Waste of money and time!!! Manger was rude and the simple solution here was to just refund me. That’s it.

Rene is a game changer. He is attentive, strong and detailed. He honed in on the exact spots where i was hurting and provided extra focus without me saying a word. Can not recommend him enough.

I have severe backpain due to a pretty serious injury. As such Im in a constant compressed and tense state. I had never received a Thai massage from Massage Envy but the therapist Summer can doing it! but had heard it could be described as the Lazy Mans Yoga.While I was definitely not used to this type of massage, and at some points even I was contemplating tapping out at the pressure. I left after 90 minutes feeling like a completely different person, and my lumbar and scapula pain was completely was gone.I definitely will be returning.

Rudy at Massage Envy is the best!! His hands are like magic, wresting out the knots and leaving you feel relaxed. Happy to have found him at ME!

Here at this location: the massage therapist are amazing friendly and down to earth, and also professional. Working here has also been a blessing plus the work environment makes you want to come to work. The manger is very understanding, kind, and knows how to do her work. Thank you for the wonderful experience of being there. Lets not forget about the FDAs doing wonders too. I dont need name any names, but again thank yall!

Update: I did speak with the manager after submitting this review. She was able to tell me that they did in fact make a mistake & booked my appointment under someone elses name. I was given a complementary massage for the poor customer service I received the first time around.Really disappointing experience. Called yesterday at noon and made a massage appointment for 7:30pm that same day. Was thrilled to get a same day service! I was asked questions about what type of pressure I wanted & if I wanted a 60 or a 90 minute massage. Once I answered all the questions, I confirmed the address & the suite number to be sure I went to the correct location. The gentleman on the phone confirmed.At 7:25pm I arrived & tried to check in but the young woman said she didn’t see an appointment in my name. Confused I asked if she could check again but I had just made the reservation earlier that day. She looked again but still nothing. I looked back in my phone call history & this was the exact store that I had called earlier.There was some back & forth between this woman & another gentleman who also worked at the check in desk. He stepped away to call the manager & after a minute or so, came back to once again tell me I didn’t have an appointment & did I want to come back another day.Poor customer service. Unacceptable & unprofessional in how everything was handled. Never heard from the manager like I was told I would. Will not be going back to this location.

I went last year to have a massage right before my double knee replacement in December. They tried to sell me a membership. I told them no bc i was having surgery and wouldnt be able to use it. In January of 2024 they started drafting a membership fee out of my checking account. I just caught it in March. I called them and they said we will put your account on hold and i said absolutely not bc i dont have an account with you. I got upset but still respectful. I kept telling them i didnt have an account and they were stealing from me. The guy hung up on me. They took two days to call me back and will only refund two months. Never apologized for stealing from me and defended their employees mistake over the wrong they did to me. How do you accidentally withdraw from someone’s account when you dont have a contract or permission. If i hadnt have caught this they would have kept stealing. I asked, so you wouldnt be upset if someone was drafting $70 dollars a month without your permission or contract. The lady wouldnt answer me. Its unbelievable. Massage Envy on Preston & Forest.

I booked a 60-minute massage but it was over in 45 to 50 minutes! My massage was sub-par and the areas I asked to be massaged were not! I would not waste time or money again to go here! Most miserable experience!!

They’re so rude, I called in and didn’t get a warm welcome or even a goodbye after asking one question. They just hung up on me. Luckily they’re not my home location but they need to work on being nice. I wouldn’t go to this location.

James ALWAYS do amazing job every time I go in. Highly recommended him!

Rex was amazing. At first I felt like his strokes were rushed but he knew exactly what he was doing.

Great atmosphere but still haven’t found a masseuse who is able to get deep into my fascia.

I recently visited this spa and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the services were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the massage and facial, which left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Overall, I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a pampering and rejuvenating experience. Five stars all around!

On Friday, 10/18 I booked a stretching session in person at the front desk at Massage Envy at Preston & Forest. The stretching session was for today, Saturday 10/19. When I arrived 15 minutes early for the session I filled out some forms on an iPad. Then Tibi took me back to a massage room to get a massage.I was a little confused and asked Were doing stretching, right? Tibi said No, you booked for massage. I asked if we can switch rooms and do stretching. He said no and asked me to reschedule.Im attaching a photo of my appointment card showing I was booked for stretching.Normally I dont leave negative reviews for customer service for any business but we are talking about peoples health...peoples bodies.I found the miss communication above between the front desk and massage/stretching people to be a red flag. I would not recommend going here.

Gabriel is amazing. He is thorough and always asks how he can help and what areas he can concentrate on. He has been so instrumental in helping me manage my stress. I drive from Frisco because he is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Every time he works on me I leave feeling like a new person. His kindness and calming nature, combined with his extensive knowledge are just a blessing!! Thank you, Gabriel!!! You are AWESOME.

I had such a wonderful massage on Saturday. My therapist, Krystal was great. Very welcoming and inviting. I had some tightness in my shoulders and neck and I was really tense. Krystal worked out those knots, and I feel brand new. She did such a wonderful job :)

Massage Envy needs to get its administrative processes together. Let me be clear, Alicia, who did my facial was fantastic and tried to make things better for me. But her kindness was not enough to overcome the issues I had, just that day.1. Somehow, my two appointments were inexplicably canceled when I arrived.2. I managed to go ahead and snag a facial appointment. However, I sat waiting for 25 minutes because Alicia wasn’t notified of the appointment.3. I had to check with the front desk TWICE to get them to investigate why I wasn’t called back for service.4. Alicia worked it out to get my session comped because of the issues I’d encountered and informed me of such. However, when checking out, they could not comp it after all and we’re only able to give me a courtesy discount.5. Product that was recommended to me was unavailable when I attempted to purchase it.All in all, I will never set foot in the place again.

Ally did a great job! She has a very calm demeanor and paid attention to my skin needs making a solid plan for my facial. The one hour just flew by and my skin felt and looked refreshed. Simply wonderful!E was very professional and conscientious throughout the 90min massage. He paid attention to my problem areas and checked in from time to time on the pressure used and how I was. Would definitely recommend!Overall the experience was amazing and was a great way to relax on my day off!

Gabriel is wonderful! He is always very pleasant, professional, and is an excellent massage therapist. I’ve had issues with my neck and shoulders for years and he has completely healed those. I always leave feeling much more relaxed. I would highly recommend him.I also like the Preston/Forest location. Everyone is always nice and the place is very clean and soothing.

Tibi is a wonderful massage therapist! He communicates well and often, checking in on his pressure and on how he can best treat me during this session. He offers amusing conversation or comfortable silence, whichever I prefer. When he is working, he is very connected and present. I don’t feel like he is on autopilot, thinking about dinner and when he can leave, but that he’s actively engaged in feeling and releasing muscle tension in my back and neck. I highly recommend him!

I normally never review places but because I relied so heavily on reviews to pick the best location to go get a massage at I thought it’s only fair I wrote one. I found this location to have the best reviews and even the bad ones were minor incidents. I also loved that people mentioned specific massage therapists which lead me to pick Ursula to do mine. I had the best experience. The front desk was warm and welcoming, I was taken back on time, and my massage lasted as long as it was supposed to. Ursula was beyond amazing. She made me feel so comfortable from beginning to end. We talked about areas I wanted to focus on and throughout my massage would make sure the pressure was just right and exactly what I wanted and where I wanted it. I highly recommend this location and Ursula to anyone searching or reading!

Massage was good and professional. I cannot recommend anyone go or start a contract because it is impossible to cancel. There is no easy way to cancel you have to wait five days for the general manager to respond and by that point I was already charged for another month. It seems slightly unfair and I plan on filing a complaint. I’m sure this review will receive a response but I would rather it stay posted so that no one else is locked into a contract that they cannot cancel. Go local avoid massage envy

I had a really great massage. Very nice private room and my masseuse used the perfect amount of pressure and it felt really good on my back. One thing I didn’t love was that I received a little plastic cup of water at the end. It was a very nice gesture, but I don’t use much single use plastic and may have been nice to be asked first. Loved the whole experience though.

A massage therapist Summer who just came here, did a very good job, especially the lifting, which stretched my whole body.

Ask for Juana - she is one of the best therapists at this location. In fact, this location consistently delivers great service. You can tell that management prioritizes and values the therapists and they in turn take care of the customers. Great job Massage Envy at Preston Forest.

I absolutely loved my facial with Alicia (Ally)! She was extremely personable and made me feel very comfortable. She took her time to cleanse, exfoliate, and massage the products into my skin. She was gentle with extractions. It was the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had and my skin looks and feels amazing!

Joy Trujillo is a wonderful massage therapist! I always look forward to my sessions with her! She does a great job helping me manage chronic pain and tightness. 💆‍♀️🧖‍♀️ I leave feeling refreshed with improved range of motion!

I have a massage with Joy at Massage Envy at Preston Forest in Dallas TX once a month and I always look forward to it. She is an exceptional massage therapist! She knows exactly where to press, how hard to press and what massage techniques to us on the different parts of my body. I usually fall asleep during the last 10 minutes of the massage when she massages my feet. By that time she has gotten all the relieved the stress points and gotten the kinks out in my muscles and I am totally relaxed. She is the very best!!!!

I did a 30 min stretch session with Alba and it was wonderful! She really cares about her clients and listens. She is careful not to hurt you, but she does try to push you to do your best. I am definitely going back!

Massage envy is always awesome. Great customer service, very sweet people. Just one reason I have the monthly subscription, because its worth it. Whether you call or go in, theyre always top notch. You can hear it in their voice and see it on their face.

Ursula is an excellent therapist. She is very professional and can work out knots and tension I didn’t even realize I had. I highly recommend her. The store is clean with a nice quiet room to help get in a good headspace before the massage.

I had a great massage. I was a little bummed to receive a call the day of my massage asking me to reduce my 90 minute massage to a 60 minute because they “overbooked” my therapist. Not sure how that happens and I wasn’t offered any consolidation.

I’m sharing my review bc I feel scammed. I signed up for the contract. I was told by 2 people you had to cancel in 5 days which is a lie. I feel they tell u one thing to get more money out of you and during times like this it is unacceptable. I’ve only had mediocre massages at this location. I’ve had a good facial but that’s about it. In my opinion stay away from the contract. I was asked a few times to leave reviews. Now here we are.

Despite all the reviews, this Massage Envy was the best one in the area. I was referred by a friend and have been experiencing very bad back pain. The lady over the phone, I believe her name was Felicia, went over all their covid policies when scheduling me. This put my mind to ease since I haven’t been out much. Upon entering, Jade at the front desk was very welcoming and walked me through the process of what to expect. Between the both of them, it was great service. The therapist, Ken an older gentleman, was very knowledgeable and helped ease some of my pain. I will be back.

I signed up for the contract. This was a mistake. My contract was over in June. I was told by TWO people that worked there that I had to cancel in writing within 5 days. I called and was told only a manager could cancel the acct. I was told that a note was being put on the acct. I called the next day and was told no note was added AND I have to cancel within 10 days and I had to pay for this coming debit or they would put ALL of my massage credits on hold. I’m not impressed with the massages so I have like 8 credits. My wife went there her last time going and was suppose to have a 90 mins massage. The person was 38 mins late starting on the massage. It was a hot stone massage. The lady made so much noise clanking around during the massage it was not relaxing at all and it was a 60 min massage. My wife left without tipping. They called my wife at 9:30 PM and told her that her card was going to charged for gratuity. This location is not a good one 🙄

It was ok, but I am still looking for a therapist I can ask for each time. The last two times I have booked an hour and one half appointment because I want a full body massage. It seems every time the therapist concentrates on one area and fails to move on. I usually point out problem areas, but I don’t want them to skip everything else.Yesterday, I pointed out I had problems in the neck and upper shoulder area and the lower back. However, I added “but I do want a full body message. Well she got stuck on my neck and upper shoulder area and it is so sore this morning I can hardly touch that area. She did slightly move down to the lower back, but not like it should have been.

Tyson is a great massage therapist and really focuses on trouble areas per requests! Falicia at the front desk provides top notch service! Alba and Ally do my facials and they’re both informative of my skin’s needs, know their products, and provide great service! I’ll always stick with the Preston location for all my needs!

Between the cancelling of appointments when headed to the scheduled service and employees lying about transferring credits between family accounts, I’m just mentally drained. The girl with the glasses supposedly scheduled my appointment using my husbands credit only for me to arrive at the appointment SHE scheduled with said credit just to be told a credit was never transferred. “I was just informed about the transfer policy.” As a business owner myself, lying is never okay. If you made a mistake, own it. Don’t make the customer out to be a liar. I cant wait to cancel this membership.

Gabriel is very thorough and professional. I truly enjoyed my 90 minute massage. It’s the third or fourth massage from him and will certainly ask for him again. Very nice person and caring.

Ali gave me my first facial, and I am hooked. Before we started the facial, she asked me what my needs were and why I came to get a facial. She then catered a customizable facial to my needs and skin type. She was kind, informative, professional, and social. She made me feel comfortable in her care. At the end of the facial, she recommended some amazing Massage Envy products so that I can maintain a healthy skincare routine between facials. I purchased the products, and while pricey, they are medical grade, dermatologically tested, and great for sensitive skin. She didn’t make me feel forced to buy these products, but educated me about their importance and vitality. She also understood I was on a budget so the products she recommended were those I could start with and build upon with products in the future after booking my next facial. I’d highly recommend seeing Ali for all your skincare needs.

I was disappointed with my massage. The staff was very friendly, but Rex, my therapist, wasn’t a great fit for me. He was nice, but his massage style is very fast, with abrupt, jerky movements that made it hard to relax. My key issue - a localized pain in my scalp, near the hairline, was not addressed at all. That continues unabated.I tried the CBD cream for the first time ($30 extra!) and the smell became overwhelming. I was nauseated for several hours afterwards.It was an expensive failure, from my standpoint. I may go back, but not to that therapist and without the CBD cream.

Tibi did a great job on Monica. Really helped her with her shoulder that she has been struggling with her a while and he was able to reset her hips to make her more comfortable when she’s walking around. He is awesome.

First time going to Julie and she was amazing! I left feeling so relaxed. She was able to work out knots in my back without causing any discomfort. Will definitely go back to her again!

This rating is through no fault of the massage therapist, he was good at what he did and if it wasnt for the complete lack of competence at the front desk and management side of things we would continue to go to him.My wife had booked two massage sessions with the same therapist, one from 6:00pm-6:30pm & 6:30pm-7:00pm for herself and my father-in-law. When she arrived, she informed the gentleman at the front desk that the father-in-law would not be attending his session. He responded by saying its okay dont worry about it. She then finished her massage at 6:30pm and came out to pay when the same gentleman told her that she will be charged for the missed session. We then requested the managers assistance with this problem, to which she replied its company policy we have to charge you despite what the gentleman had said earlier. She would not budge on this stance, and we payed for a missed session. If they had told my wife that she would be charged for the extra session she would have just gotten an hour long massage instead of a spending 30 minutes arguing with the front desk.We payed the fees, promptly cancelled our membership and requested the owners card. The manager on staff said Good luck, he doesnt return calls. There are too many spas in Dallas to put up with this much from one we only went to because of the convenience of proximity. As a business owner myself I could not imagine treating customers this way.

I’m using my husbands google account-I got a massage on Thursday March 31 - it was wonderful and exactly what I needed. It was a woman- who did deep tissue work and who knew what she was doing and how to find those spots that needed to be taken care of. This was my first deep tissue massage but it won’t be my last.JoAnn

I have chronic muscle knots and chronic pain; stress of life and working in healthcare. Massages are part of my life, and I am so blessed to have found Trey at Massage Envy! He is highly skilled in what he does, and knowledgeable in muscles and how the body moves! He doesn’t just go through a massage routine every time you go in like many therapists I have tried over the years. You can tell he loves what he does because it’s like he makes it his mission to knead out the problem areas and he actually truly cares (gasp! People like this do still exist!!!) that you feel better! And with his humor and wit he makes the whole process that much better! He is pretty much the KING of deep tissue!

My therapist Stephanie was AMAZING! She has such a warm spirit and definitely knows alot about massage therapy. I definitely plan on making this location my go to spot.

This location is wonderful. The staff is warm and welcoming and you leave feeling much better than when you went it. Felicia is the best manager I’ve dealt with in a very long time. Gabriel and Trey our wonderful masseuse and I would recommend asking for them!

Alicia the greater is so personable and helpful. She goes the extra mile and is happy to do so. She was so gracious yesterday and I told her the was great, You’re just great! I can see her doing big things.

My therapist Li could barely understand me and I could barely understand her. She asked me my salary and how much I charge for providing my professional services (which is completely inappropriate). She then (from the little I could understand) attempted to ask how she could start a service where she teaches and does massages and how people could Google it. Then after the service, she pulled me into the corner in the back and gave me a pen and literally WOULD NOT LET ME LEAVE until I explained how to Google things and make a website so she could make one for massaging. Overall completely inappropriate. She also cracked my spine and manipulated it in ways I’m pretty sure only a licensed chiropractor is able to do. I will not be returning to massage envy.

Norita is consummate professional massage therapist at the Preston - Forest Massage Envy. She may be small, but she does a great deep tissue massage. Quiet and attentive, good communication. Front desk staff was very friendly and the place was super clean and quiet.Trey is also fabulous for deep tissue massage. He knows how to activate certain muscles to get the most out of the massage. Great communicator and a master at working the myofascial release. I highly recommend.

I booked with Massage Envy for the first time yesterday and they have a forever customer in me!! The front desk agent/aesthetician Issac Had the most phenomenal customer service!! He was so positive and upbeat and when he found out id never gotten a massage he jumped right in to explaining how everything worked as well as educating me on the membership program details and perks. After hearing everything i was excited to join as a member. After we finished all the paperwork he guided me to the waiting room and advised.of the next steps while i waited for my therapist. E was absolutely amazing. He took his time and explained everything, constantly made sure i was comfortable and ensured the pressure he was using was ok for me. Made my first massage memorable and I definitely will use him as my regular when i book again. A huge thank you to both of you guys as well as massage envy!! I will be raving about yall to my friends and family!!

Misty... Freaking Misty. NEVER, in the past 10 years of me regularly getting massages at different spas, have I experienced a massage so entirely pleasing, suprememly relaxing, and exactly pressured. I love this particular massage envy anyway because of the ultra friendly staff, but seriously SHOUT OUT TO MISTY!! She made my WEEK! I say week because I already scheduled another appointment for next week with her!THANK YOU! You magically gifted, hands of gold, unicorn of relaxation.

I was very pleased with my therapist. She explained everything well and made sure I was comfortable. I would suggest more training for the wellness coordinator who broke down my contract. Other than that, fantastic place!

Gabriel at Massage Envy on Preston/Forest is the absolute best. I always leave much more relaxed and with more mobility after his massages. He is friendly, checks in frequently to make sure I’m comfortable and makes the overall experience very enjoyable.

Misty did a fantastic job. She really listened to what I was hoping to address and was very responsive throughout. I’d highly recommend her for anyone looking for a good massage therapist!

The Massage Envy front desk staff were both friendly & courteous & the massage itself was lovely, however I was left disappointed with the massage timing. I had sceduled a one hour massage & even arrived early. I was met by the masseuse a few minutes after the hour which is no problem. When I was left to change & get under the sheet, it took an additional 10 minutes or so for the masseuse to return. I called out, Im ready a couple times, but they did not appear to hear me. The massage itself did not start until around 15 minutes after the hour. No worries, the time would still add up to a 1 hour massage like I paid for, right? Nope. The massage was great, but it felt like it ended quickly. Right after the masseuse left for me to get dressed, I ran to check the time. It was still 7 minutes until the hour was over. The 60 minute massage I paid hard earned money for came out to not even 45 full minutes. It would have been a 5 star experience had it not been for that.

I can’t say enough about Massage Envy and Josephine, my therapist! The facility is very clean and well managed, and I would recommend Josephine to anyone looking for a real therapeutic massage. She has helped me so much with numerous physical issues!

I hate to give yall one star, but Li hurt me so bad. She kept laughing every time I told her it hurts she kept saying a little pain its going to feel better. But it didnt. I got home and had my husband put biofreeze all over my back Im in so much pain. I told her I had back surgery she say her technique will help my back soreness but it did not. So it was one of the worst most painfullest besides I ever had I would never let her touch me again. She say they dont nobody up there notice technique that she learned it from acupuncture teachers and that is supposed to help and I kept telling her it hurts it hurts please stop just the regular massage she was like hahaha little pain or hurt nobodys going to feel better later but it did not once again my back is in pain I went there to relieve the pain and she made it worse. So sorry not a good experience this go around. I will stick with Norita on the future, hell any one but Li

Joy did an excellent job! One of the best massages I’ve ever had!! She was very intuitive and very knowledgeable! I would definitely book with her again🙂

Judge yourself!On the day of my appointment I woke up not feeling well (I was afraid that it might be Covid so, better to postpone than put others at risk).  I called in a few hours prior to my appointment, to make them aware of the situation and to reschedule the couples massage I booked. Isaac answered my call and after I explained the situation to him, I was told that I will lose 50% of my credit for not giving a 24 hour notice. After much back and forth, Isaac was able to reschedule the appointment for a few weeks later (due to Massage Envys quarantine protocol).My girlfriend and I had been eagerly awaiting our massages, for what felt like months, but the day had come! We happily walk inside and tell the receptionist (Liz) weve arrived.. only to be told our names are nowhere on the calendar for that night AND the only record she had of us was from our initial appointment, which showed as cancelled, not rescheduled like we were told. As you can imagine, we were both extremely confused because Isaac had told us we were confirmed for that day / time.. and even gave us the names of who our appointment was with?! We informed Liz of all of this, and she told us Isaac mustve made a mistake or forgotten to put it in the system, etc., however there was nothing she could do and would have the manager (Felicia) give us a call to resolve the issue. Liz assured us this would be a priority but Felicia was out with Covid, so she wouldnt be able to call us for 3-4 days.After a week, we still hadnt heard from Felicia. We decided to give her the benefit of the doubt, since we knew shed been sick. SIXTEEN DAYS later and we have YET to hear from Felicia.. or any Massage Envy employee for that matter! So my girlfriend decides to call them to try to figure out whats going on / if we can get any updates. She asked for Felicia and was told (by Carla), Felicia had just walked in for the day and needed to get situated, then would call her back  *eye roll*  (it was mid-afternoon on a Saturday btw). Almost 3 hours later, Felicia calls back. After a very unproductive 10 minute conversation with her, theres still no resolution. The call ended with Felicia telling my girlfriend that her Area Manager would be reaching out in 24-48 hours... but was unable to provide the name, number, or email of this person for privacy / legal reasons?  Its been almost a week since and no one has reached out  (shocker) !!Speaking to Felicia there was no apology, no empathy for the massive inconvenience this whole situation caused us, and honestly I dont think she had any interest in making things right or coming up with a solution. She was combative and even tried to turn this whole thing into OUR fault by making a baseless claim that I had threated an employee??!  The entire conversation was ridiculous and laughable. Its obvious Felicia doesnt care about customer service or professionalism. Its no wonder the employees act the way they do under her management!! Especially when that manager uses the excuse, I dont know what goes on with my employees, to dignify why she hadnt called??!  Im not sure, but isnt THAT the JOB of a manager??!

I absolutely LOVE Ursulas technique, she uses her hands to find the knots, then she works and works to get them out. I am not a fan of the elbow or forearm in a massage and she has NEVER done this. My only complaint - she is always booked and difficult to get in to see (which means I am not the only one who likes her massages)

I scheduled a last-minute same-day massage due to a very painful pinched nerve in my back. Gabriel gave me a deep tissue massage that took the pain away. I was so impressed that I decided to get a one year membership. I like the fact that the membership may be used at any Massage Envy salon in town or across the country.

So I’m not sure what everybody’s beef is about this place because when I walked in, there were three girls smiling and ready to wait on me. They took care of me quickly and I only waited a few minutes. I got there about 10 minutes before my appointment. Its important to be early for a massage. Just an FYI for those of you complaining that you had to wait...Exactly at my appointment time TIBI came out and took me to the room and asked me what my problem areas were and then we got started. My trouble spot was my shoulders and this little trigger spot on my neck and he really concentrated on those areas. Ooh La La it was so good! He listened to what I asked him to do which some massage therapist’s won’t.The thing I liked about this place is that when I walked in they had a little iPad and I was able to fill out all the areas that I wanted worked on and then you can also list the areas you don’t need work done on which I love, love, loved! There is nothing worse than enduring a 15 minute foot massage when you’re sitting there thinking “oh my God my neck hurts! Just touch my aching neck!”Tibi gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I highly recommend him and this location.

Ally provides not only the best facials as a very expert esthetician but she should also charge as therapist. Every time I get a facial not only my skin heals but also my heart. Through many facials we’ve become friends. Sweet lady with magical touch

Gabriel did a great job customizing my massage to exactly what I needed for some pain I have in my legs. He communicated throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was perfect. Excellent massage!

If I could give this location negative stars I would. Karla scheduled my appointment at the wrong location after confirming the location with her verbally and then I was charged twice for their mistake. How is this fair? I will gladly cancel my membership and take it some place that appreciates my repeat business.

Norita gave me a very good massage . She asked my preferences & followed them exactly.During the entire session, she was very attentive to my body. She is strong and knowledgeable.

I am so disappointed with this location (front desk -Jade, dont trust her word ) and after today, I would never visit them again. I can hardly wait to call headquarters in the morning. 1. Jade (receptionist) is a liar and she knows it. If you lie, youll steal! 2. I made an appointment, talked to Felicia, had a whole conversation why I wanted 2/28, Sunday . The next day... I arrived and I was told I was scheduled for 3/1 to 2 pm. I know for a fact I did not tell her 3/1, CAUSE I WILL BE AT WORK! Trey has a knack for finding the knots and kinks in my muscles and manipulating them into submission. He has a gift for finding just the right pressure. He goes beyond the mechanics of his craft, however, and is able to connect with others using his knowledge and sense of humor. I look forward to our sessions and I always feel better (and stand a little taller) afterward.

First time getting a 90 minute massage and it was easily my worst massage ever. Asked her to focus on my legs and she spent less than 20 minutes on them and only with a reminder. Get massages frequently, wont be returning to this location.

My upper back and shoulders were in serious pain due to an accident. All of the muscles were tense. My therapist Norita listened to what I needed and spent her time working on all of the problem spots. The next day, I felt so much better.

I love this Massage Envy! Ive been to other massage places but Ive never had such a consistent positive experience like I do at Preston-Forest. They front desk staff and the massage therapist staff are always kind, professional, and welcoming. Ive been coming to this location for over a year and Ive been nothing but pleased with every experience!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I showed up at 8:45am for my 9am 90 min massage and 60 min facial appointment. The doors were locked. Therapists and customers started arriving, the doors were still locked. We all tried calling the manager who had the keys but no answer. We also tried calling corporate and other locations to try to reach someone who could open the doors and nobody could help. I waited outside for an hour before deciding to just give up and leave (along with the other customers). This was a huge waste of time. The therapist said this has happened 6 times since October. I’m very disappointed with my experience.

My favorite location! Courteous front staff. An issue I had with Microdermabrasion was taken care of. Also tried facial and deep tissue massage. Thank you!

Walked in wanting a quick shoulder massage while my wife did some quick shopping. I was told minimum was 1hr. Sorry guess the 4 employees standing around can continue standing around. I would have easily paid $40 for some stress relief in my shoulders in a 20 min session. SMH

Meh experience. Was expecting so much more for 115. The back massage had no real rhythm so I couldn’t relax until the end when she massaged my feet and legs.

2nd time with same therapist and was not impressed the second time. Wanted deep tissue got more of a swedish. Came out with just as many knots as I went in with.Had a good massage this time just shorter than was booked. Suppose to have been 90 min and got an hour.

Arrived early to fill out information before my 4pm appointment. Receptionist was nice. My RMT didnt escort me to the room until 4:05pm. We talked for a bit and I told her my concerns. I didnt realize until after the message was over that it was only 4:55. Which means I only got a 40min message (not 50).As I was getting dressed I noticed a sign saying Dont know what to tip your RMT? and suggested that for an hour message at $55 anywhere from $15-$24 !! WOWI feel no relief in my neck. I waited the 24hrs ish period to write this post for the RMT said it can take 24hrs to feel relief.It was a disappointing experience.

I was going to cancel my membership, until I met Tibi. Tibi is magic. Best deep tissue there is, skill - not pain. Thats all there is to say!

It was a surprise to me that mid way through Misty didn’t ask that I turn over on my back. Also it appeared to me she ran out of time before completing service moving to right side of hip and leg.

The staff was of no assistance. I took my friend there as a surprise for her birthday. Not only were they incredibly rude, I did not receive a confirmation email like I had asked when I made the appointment and they offered no solutions for rescheduling. I WILL NOT be giving this establishment any more of my money and I will be sure to relay my experience with friends and family.

These people are trying to SCAM CUSTOMERS.A Family member was hired at this location for an Esthetician job, NASSIMA promised that she would be paying for the training, but after 2 weeks of training NASSIMA decides that she does not want to hire the employee even though the employee did pass all the theory and practical exams. When the employee asked her about the training wage NASSIMA denied that and said she had never mentioned about the paid training. i was thinking of signing up as a member at this location but after what i witnessed i would suggest please be aware as NASSIMA might do the same with someone else.

Have been going to Alba for years and she is very caring and know what she is doing. Alba is punctual in beginning and ending her sessions.

The whole time I was there, it was SO loud. I could hear doors slamming and people talking (mainly staff.) Every other location I have visited makes such an effort to make it a quiet and relaxing place to be. This was the opposite.

Painful. When I told the therapist that she was hurting me, she rudely asked if I wanted to end the session rather than trying something else. Only reason why this is not one star is because they did not charge me.
