I highly recommend Elements Massage. No matter which location you choose, you will find consistency in their excellent customer service, relaxing ambience, comfortable furnishings, highly skilled therapists, and a menu of services to provide the customized service you desire and expect. Additionally, you will the find Elements Massage memberships are reasonable enough to enjoy stress-reducing, muscle relaxing massages on a regular basis. But dont take my word for it, instead try it yourself and feel the difference!

Been coming here for a couple years and never had any issues. For a 1pm appt I got in at 12:53 and was inside laying down by 1. Check in was fast, did all the pre-paperwork online before coming in. The masseuse was as nice, communicative and made the experience comfortable. Great place for a massage.

I cannot recommend Kahala enough! She is so kind and warm, just makes you immediately comfortable. She also gives a fantastic massage- my shoulder and back pain is noticeably better after seeing her!

I have had such a positive experience as a member here for several years now. It is one of the best things I do for myself each month. The current front desk staff is so welcoming and kind. The place is clean, cozy, and cute. The mints are such a fun touch! And a special shout-out to therapist Aurora for helping ease my headache and neck pain! She is so attuned to the body’s responses and intuitively adjusts pressure and technique to just the right levels and places. And she is so kind and invites deep relaxation. I’m so thankful to be her client!

They have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Except when THEY cancel on you a 90 minute cancellation policy is acceptable. SMH

First of all: The therapists are amazing! I always leave very happy and relaxed. They arent afraid to really dig into your problem spots, to your comfort level, which I appreciate. I dont like spending money on a massage that feels like a back rub!! Next, scheduling is a breeze. Love the online and phone in options. Membership means I never have to think about whether or not I can get a treatment that month. The rewards program is great, Ive gotten a few awesome free aromatherapy upgrades! And the front desk staff is always friendly and inviting.

Im a bigger guy 62 225 and Shannon easily gives one the best deep tissue massages Ive ever had. She really good at what she does. Front desk staff is super attentive and professional. Always has things ready so theres very little if any waiting.

It was okay but I didn’t like that I asked for a lymphatic massage and I told him the areas where I felt it was swollen and one of them it was in the abdominal area and at the end he just told me “we don’t have more time” (I paid for 60 min) in other places 60 minutes is enough for the whole body, other places even gave you a facial massage as well, and we’ll he didn’t did the abdominal area like I asked in the beginning.If you are looking for a relaxing massage is okay but if you are looking for a place that takes more care of the details then this is not the place. Or expect to paid more for additional time. I’m not coming back :) but thanks for the service! Glad I try it that way I can know if it was really worth it or not.

Travon has been a blessing to me because of an increase of my range of motion in my cervical area…(work in progress) Today’s massage focused on a lower back injury that had me feeling 150% afterward!! I walked in barely being able to walk without pain, and I left out feeling like I wanted to go for a run! I found myself roaming the parking lot looking for my car because I was so carefree lol….thank you so much for today’s sessions Travon!! It was a game changer !!

I have been a member at the Lakewood Elements Massage since shortly after they opened. I have had many therapists and all have been very professional and provided a great massage.What truly distinguishes Elements are its policies and its staff. They are very generous with regard to who may use the massages accumulated through membership - basically if you ask if your daughter, husband, friend can use one of your credits, they permit it. Today, my daughter and I had 90 minute massages scheduled. I found out an hour before that my daughter was too sick to go. I called Elements to explain and cancel, knowing there would be a cancellation charge for each - and I expected to pay the cost of the sessions. In fact, the cancellation charge was only $35 per session, but the young woman who answered the phone was able to fill the slots with other clients in less than an hour. She called me back to say there was no charge to cancel. THAT is great customer service!

The facility is well organized, serene and very clean. From the moment I arrived to the time I departed, I was treated kindly and very professionally. The massage rooms are quiet and well appointed. I especially liked that I had control over the music volume and the light level. And, last but not least, Gina was simply one of the best massage therapists I have ever had.

I just had a great hot stones massage with Joel and highly recommend him. This was my first visit to this office but not my last. The massage room was quiet and not too cold, which I appreciated, the facility was clean and well appointed, and the receptionist (Brittany? Tiffany? Sorry - Im terrible with names!) was friendly and efficient. My only regret was that I had only booked 60 minutes!

If you book here there may not be anyone there to actually give you a massage the day of your appointment and you may not know until the very moment of your appointment. They really care about peoples time.And to the response below, I had no missed calls or emails so that’s simply not true.

My masseuse Lyndsay was excellent. Ive been really stressed and needed to relax and the massage took it all away. Lyndsay deserves 10 stars. Im giving the 2 stars all due to the poor customer service at the front desk. When I arrived the lady at the desk asked for my name and I gave it to her. She proceeded to tell me I didnt have an appointment. I asked to confirmed this was the Mockingbird address and she said yes. She asked me what time was my appointment I told her 2pm she told me again I didnt have an appointment. I was about to call my daughter whom set up my appointment when she said I found it my computer was frozen from 11am. Then she proceeded to ask me how are you paying for it. I asked what do you mean it has been paid for already upfront. She says again oh my computer is frozen. Totally unacceptable horrible customer service. Instead of telling a customer they dont have an appointment and asking for payment when the services already paid for she should have did her job by exhausting any attempts to locate my appointment.

The staff are exceptionally nice. I told Reggie I was waking up with tension headaches for the past week. Okay, so pretty much every muscle was super tight. During the session he consistently asked me “How is the pressure?” He said this shouldn’t hurt. He is so conscientious. After the hour was over I left. It’s been 5 days and no tension headache!!!I have another appointment in a week. I know complete relief won’t happen in just one session. 90 minutes next time!!!

I’ve been getting monthly massages for about 4+ years now and Im so particular about my therapist. Reggie at Elements Lakewood is seriously the best therapist Ive ever had. Its so much more then just a relaxing session, I can feel the difference in my body almost right away. I go from being tight and tired to having so much energy and feeling so much better. Reggie listens to me and actually addresses my problem areas it is truly a customized massage. As long as Reggie is here I wont be going anywhere else!

I recieved a massage with Allison. Her technique was absolutely incredible! She does amazing deep, painless work. Her flow through out the entire massage was beautifully centered, grounded, and left me feeling refreshed and perfectly balanced. Thank you so much! I highly recommend!!

I called the front desk multiple times to confirm my gift cards were still usable, to book my massage and to confirm it and not one time did anyone mention a $20 fee for being in the couples room. We got there, filled out the docs, again, no one said a word about the fee. After the massage, we leave the room after tipping both gentleman $20 a piece and then the worker tells us about this new $20 fee. Super sketchy. Definitely wont be back or recommend it to anyone. Plenty of other places to get a massage in Dallas.

Really enjoyed the massage. One of the best ones Ive ever had. Hot stone massage is on point. Everything was good from the atmosphere, the front desk, the Masseuse Daniel he was excellent. I will definitely return again. Also like that they have late evening appointments to accommodate your schedule.

The atmosphere is very relaxing, does not feel corporate in any way. The front desk people are so friendly and kind, easy to work with. Alfredo is very professional, puts me at ease and does exactly what I need in the massage. I have recommended this location to many of my friends and co-workers, is by far the best massage facility Ive been to in Dallas!

Was in Dallas with my son for a soccer tournament this week. Came in town with a pinched nerve in my neck that was becoming unbearable. Made a same day appointment for a deep tissue message to alleviate some of the pain. All I can say is Jose saved my life for the week. I felt better right away !! Thank you and highly recommend him !!!

I absolutely love my membership here! My go to is Reggie- anything from relaxation to specific area focused/ pain and injury/ lymph drainage massage! He will taylor your massage to what you want/need and I’ve always walked out of this studio 100% “post massage” high. The front desk ladies are so sweet and professional- I would recommend, 10/10.

I went to Elements Massage for my first massage ever, and they did not disappoint! I would definitely recommend asking for Lindsey. She made me feel so comfortable and welcome, and was professional throughout the whole process. 5/5 experience!

Rarely do you find such an amazing receptionist that is competent, pleasant and informative as Allison. She was wonderful.Lindsey was excellent at communicating and understanding my needs. I felt SO MUCH better the next day. She did a great job!

Update- I was refunded for the service due to the situation.I came into get a massage last week, and while the massage itself was great, I had noticed my massage therapist had a bad cough throughout. I then received a voicemail the next afternoon saying my massage therapist tested positive for COVID.I have been told numerous times on the phone that the staff is not worried or concerned, and theres nothing they could have done.Clearly, the massage therapist was concerned enough to go and get tested based on her symptoms... so its astonishing they would say this to me after confirming she has it and I was in an enclosed room with her touching and breathing on me.I have expressed my severe concern as I was directly exposed on their behalf, and have been told well its not our fault, you could get COVID anywhere. At the very least, the staff should be taking precautions seriously, but apparently they are not concerned about their patients health.I am writing this because Ive been told at least 10 times they are not concerned or worried, even though they know they have irresponsibly exposed clients.

I have been visiting Elements since October 2014 and am a monthly member. I switch therapists all the time and always have a great experience! Its been a huge gift to myself and if I dont use my monthly massages I can give them as gifts to others very easily! They accumulate and roll over to the next year. Love it.

With a real passion for massage and solid knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics and various techniques to identify and correct your issues, he’s an outstanding therapist. As a licensed massage therapist myself, I appreciate getting a quality massage from someone who cares, and I definitely got that today!

Elements is a very good value when you take advantage of their specials. Repeat visits earn you nice perks...aromatherapy, etc. The staff is very professional with good scheduling/reminder calendar interface. It was an easy sale from my therapist to move from one hour sessions to 90 minute sessions...worth the small upcharge. Beats Massage Envy by a mile!

Reggie was my therapist, and honestly the man is a magician.I dont get that many massages, but when I do I always want them to be therapeutic and I dont come to relax. He noticed all kinds of imbalances in my body since I lift, corrected them, and educated me on what I should be doing differently.Ive never walked out of a massage feeling like the massage therapist cared, but he even went a little over time because he didnt want me to walk out of there without getting some of my issues worked out.I cant recommend this guy enough.

The facility is nice but Im not a big fan. I am an older male and the 2 times Ive been there I got masseuses who went through the motions but had no interest in me at all. And if you buy a $45 massage special they try to get you to tip as though it was a $65 massage. I dont like the hokus-pokus on prices and Ill continue looking to find a masseuse who doesnt dislike touching me.

Natalie was excellent! She was very professional and had firm pressure. I work at a desk a lot of the day so my muscles become tight and Natalie was able to provide relief and stretch me as well. Would highly recommend her and this place. Easy check-in experience and great service.

Do not EVER go here. I had a subscription that I needed to cancel because I was getting specialized massage therapy elsewhere as part of a physical therapy regime.I was informed that I could not call and cancel. I had to come into the location and fill out a form, or they would continue to auto bill me every month.When I asked to speak to a manager, I was informed that this was a corporate policy, and told I could speak to one on Saturday morning, or Sunday evening. Seriously!Avoid at any and all costs.

Most therapists at Elements are excellent! Even the less than excellent massage I had was very good. The front desk ladies are always helpful and kind. I particularly like Lindas approach to massage and wellness. Elements Massage Lakewood is definitely my favorite.

I love that the services at Elements Massage Lakewood are affordable. I also like the fact that you can cancel your contract at any time, although I have yet to do that, even during COVID. I like the Himalayan salt stone enhancement and the Herbal Ritual therapy. I have Graves disease (which is an autoimmune disease), so my monthly massage is very important because it helps me manage my pain.

I had 2 gift cards and I booked the appointments for my husband and I they canceled them without even letting us know. They got a client that offered them a lot more money than what a regular hour of massage costs and they were so dishonest to cancel our appointments. They didnt care they were making us waste our time to show up. But if you dont show up they will charge you a big cancellation fee. Horrible customer service. They dont care. Dont bother to go they dont even have good therapists.

A customer focused business. I appreciate that they always work with you on any request. You dont find that often enough in businesses today. Well done! I found them last year through a groupon offering and have been happily paying a membership fee ever since. I recommend Elements.

Only thing that I noticed is that me and my husband had a couples massage schedule for 6:45, we did arrive 15mins early and had paperwork filled out before our schedule time. Our 2 massage therapist took us back by 6:50 and did not start our massage until 6:55... Although both massages were great, they ended at 7:40.. In our opinion we were shorted 15mins of massage time. For a price $70each total of $180 for two massages because there is a $10 added fee for us to be in the same room, which makes no sense, and $10 each person for aromatherapy, recieve the accuracy of amount of time, would have been more pleasurable. And we also tipped both massage therapist outside of the price, because there were good.

My therapist Joel did an excellent job and Im so glad I added the Himalayan salt stones. I love that Joel noticed it was my birthday from looking at my intake form! It proves he read it over carefully and cares about his work. Very nice facility as well.

Kenneth was such a sweet guy and very attentive to my problem areas! I told him where my tension/knots were and he made sure to take extra care. He was super nice and was a true professional! I recommend!

I use three massage therapist at Elements. Each is professional and very adept in their area of expertise. The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful. I have been getting at least two massages a month for about a year now. I plan to never stop!

Front desk was polite and helpful. Wills skills and attention to detail was fantastic and helped pinpoint areas I needed to give more focus on when stretching before and after workouts. I was glad I got a 90 minute one and signed up for a membership directly afterwards.

1) The staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful. 2) Samantha is the BEST! Ive never felt comfortable getting a massage and she puts me at ease. Shes also a great conversationalist.

Decent therapists and price. Only real complaint and why theyre not rated higher is because they really take advantage of you on the amount of time they take off for getting undressed and dressed. Both my wife and I lost about 15mins each last time we visited which adds up when this is a regular occurrence. It takes 3mins or less to get dressed and undressed. I hope they look at adjusting their policy because when you pay for a 60min or 90min massage you expect to get the full amount of time. Contemplating cancelling my membership.

The masseur Joel and masseuse Mia were AMAZING! However, we were not happy about paying an extra fee. I bought 2 Groupons for my husband and I. When I called to schedule an appointment, they told me we could come at the same time BUT never mentioned to me there was an EXTRA FEE. So, after the massages, we were required to pay 20 dollars. That, on top to the tip to the masseuses made an extra cost we were not counting on!

I love that you can share your monthly massages with a family member. We cant always make it in each month, so its great that they accumulate over time without expiration. Also, the masseuses are wonderful and professional!

Shannon was incredible. My body is constantly under punishment from 13+hrs of physical training a week and things get out of whack easily. She was able to work through some really tough tissue/areas to help get a little more spring back into my step. If you are an athlete who pushes yourself, her hands are magic.

Shannon is about the best damn masseuse in Dallas. Go see her if you have some nagging issue you never thought you’d ever get fix. She will figure out how to make it better. She’s great if you love a lot of pressure.

Michael was the best! He used several different techniques, and got my many knots to respond well. It was the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever gotten, and I’ll plan to ask for him every time.

Closing my account was ridiculous. I was appalled at my treatment by the assist. mgr.The massages were good, just be prepared for a terrible customer experience when you stop your non-contract contract.

Danny was very respectful with draping, and he verified the massagw pressure with you. He told you what he was going to do and most important he didnt chit-chat. The place has a spa atmosphere. Will definitely go back.

I really wanted to give this place a try and called at noon and was told they had an open spot at 1pm same day. I was told they needed my credit card number over the phone just to hold my appointment. Unfortunately I dont feel comfortable having to do that especially since Ive never encountered that before. Sadly they will not have my business.

They refused to give my wife and I a massage that we had scheduled. They asked us to wear a mask during our massage. We explained that we are medically exempt, and stressed our concern about being face down with a mask on. They asked us to leave.
