BeYOU Nail Bar

I had to give Be You Nail Bar a shout-out. This is a great salon. My wife and I have always been extremely satisfied with the customer service, quality of work, and staff interactions at Be You. However, they recently went above and beyond for me by painting a small scorpion design I requested on my nail. I had no idea the design would be so complex, however, they patiently put in the time and effort to make sure I was happy (see picture). They sincerely care about their customers! I highly recommend Be You if you are looking for a new regular and reliable salon. The manager, Alex, is wonderful; he always remembers our names, goes out of his way to ensure that we are comfortable and satisfied, and maintains a particularly calming atmosphere in this charming salon. 10 out of 10 😊

I came in today for a French full set and for my boyfriend to get his feet done. Everyone was so nice and attentive. Lam is great, my nails came out flawless. My boyfriend loved the foot massage. They gave us complementary drinks. Loved that. They’re a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. All together I spent $155 including tip. It’s definitely worth it!

The service is always great here, the salon is clean and service is always prompt (even as a walk in). I was especially pleased with the last dip manicure I received- it’s one of the best I’ve ever gotten! The shape is great and they aren’t chunky and thick which can happen with some dip applications. It’s been about a week and a half and they still look fantastic (photos include day 1 nails and the 1.5 week nails).

Extremely nice, will highly recommend this place. Tommy, who did my pedicure, was such a a sweet human being. All employees are perfect… and to top the list is Alex- the store manager. The paint frlm one of my toes got smudged, perhaps I was getting impatient…. And so I came back to the store after a few hours and they redid it for me, despite their super busy schedule. Now, that speaks volume for Alex, the staff and the store. Will definitely come back!

I really liked my nails but the pricing threw me off.. after I sat down and told them everything I wanted I was given a receipt with a total of $65 and I was asked by Tracy if this was fine and I said “yes, perfect!” & all done on the way out the total was $148. Me with my social anxiety I didn’t question it and paid plus tip each nail tech. On the way home I just couldn’t figure out how the heck it came out to be so much. This is why I try different nail salons I can’t stick to one because pricing is so different everywhere and overwhelming.

This is my favorite salon in all of Dallas. I have been coming here for over four years now, and I will continue to get my nail services 1here. I like to bring my older family members here as well since they feel the most comfortable at thia salon. The attention to detail, customer service, and overall genuine care for their customers are some of the many reasons why this place has such a loyal customer base. Look no further, this is the Best full service nail salon in Dallas! Alex always goes over and BeYond to give all clients the best experience. Tracy is very talented and patient with me. First time visiting this nail salon and I loved the service. Every time I look at nail palettes I get so overwhelmed with what color to choose since theyre all pretty 😍 The staff is great and very kind. Would definitely be coming back when I visit Dallas!

I wanted to try a salon closer to me so made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure here. When I arrived, I got seated for a pedicure but had to remind them that I was suppose to have a manicure a good while into the appointment. It wasnt the worst service but it was kind of awkward and made me want to stick with my usual place.

I have been coming here for a while and have always had good experiences but they are starting to get out of hand with their pricing. For a manicure, it cost $102 not including tip. They charged $45 to do dip, then another $32 to cut your cuticles and do a manicure…which is crazy to me that it is not included, that should be a given. Then, they charged $20 for ombré, which fine, a design. Lastly, they charged $5 for “shaping” when my nails were already almond shaped. All they did was cut them down a bit. On top of that, they have a rewards system where you type in your phone number. I have been coming here for every other month 3 years and have never once gotten any discount or rewards.maybe it’s not just here and it’s anywhere in Dallas. but I am going to have to start looking for somewhere cheaper. Which is such a shame because they do a good job

I was visiting from Canada and desperately needed a gel manicure and after reading the reviews I popped in on a Friday afternoon without an appointment. They took me right away and Jesse did an amazing job on my nails. She took her time and my manicure lasted two weeks no chips (could’ve kept longer but I wanted a change in colour). The staff were all really nice and welcoming and I was also offered a beverage which was really nice. This will definitely be where I come to get my nails done next time I’m in Dallas.

I am a local native of Arlington, who recommends the drive to this establishment. The service was amazing. Very clean and professional. They were able accommodate my request for glow in the dark and showed so much patience. Roy truly did an amazing job on my nails. My hands feel NEW!

Absolute heaven. One of the best pedicures I have had in ages. Did the full pampering charcoal pedicure, and I almost fell asleep in the chair! This one includes an extended foot massage, as well as shoulder and neck massage. Salon is clean and lovely. Justin did my pedicure, and he was such a professional. Very attentive and kind, with incredible massage hands. Will most certainly be back! Highly recommend.

I want to start with the good things first. The woman who did my gel pedicure was amazing omg I’ve never had someone do such a good job with my sensitive toe nails, the colors are beautiful and everything looks and feels super fancy in there especially since the over charge you and try to sneak in more thing that you didn’t order.All of my dip nails are crooked and I asked my nail tech (different woman) to fix it 5+ times but she just kept making it more crooked. I really wanted to like this place. I went in to get a dip full set and acrylic removal… they removed my acrylics with a nail tip, damaging my nails. And then 10 days later one of my dip nails popped clean off. I go in to get the mail fixed and the woman does a HORRIBLE job shaping, and refused to dip my nails so that they would match the pigment of my nails. This place is just like any other corner nail salon, not good.Attached is a picture of my “fixed” nail.

Alex and his team are absolutely amazing!!! If you are looking for a place that treats you like royalty and family, this is the place to be! I booked the entire salon for 2 hours for a private party and they were super accommodating and friendly to my friends. Their services was top notch! Thank you Alex and Johnny!

Love this place ! Currently moved to the Atlantic apartments and needed a nail salon to go to and found them and I’m so happy I did ! Definitely will go again !

I brought my granddaughter and my grandson in for a pedicure as a treat. The kids were treated as adults and the service could not have been better for them as well as myself. Our legs are so smooth and the polish is impeccable. Thank you so much!

This is fantastic place with amazing people who are kind, friendly, and fun to spend time with. They changed name but it’s the same team. I have been a loyal customer from the beginning and don’t see that changing. I’m away excited when it’s time to come. Love, love, LOVE this nail salon! I am newer to the Dallas area and Ive been coming here since I moved. The environment is great, the techs are super helpful and friendly, and the salon is so clean. Every time I leave here I love my nails and get so many compliments! I couldnt recommend them more!!

I’ve been coming here since I moved within mins of the salon 3 years ago. I’ve been serviced by many of the techs, haven’t had a bad experience, but Luca is my FAVORITE 😊. He makes sure every nail is perfect and remembers the pedicure and colors that I like. I can literally close my eyes when I get in the chair and when the service is done I’m never disappointed. Then there’s Alex, whom is supposed to be the front desk manager/guest services but he does everything! I don’t even choose a drink (did I mention they serve drinks?) Alex asked me could me make me something one day and that ended me having to decide what I wanted to drink and it’s always something different. Not only do I get my nails and toes done, I get the knots worked out of my neck and legs. Stopping at Be You is part of my Self Care Regimen. I highly recommend them.

One of the best finds while I was working in Dallas. Received service here over the past couple of months. Every staff member is pleasant. I have pleased with the services provided. I get dip nails with manicure and gel polish with pedicure. The massage is a bonus. Never had a cocktail just water. I most definitely recommend BeYouNail Bar.

Great staff. Amazing atmosphere. Wide selection of colors and different size stones in all colors for nail decore. This is definitely my go to nail salon for now on! This is my local nail salon, across the street from where I live. It is a little bit pricier than some around the area, but the selection of different manicures, the quality and service are great. I love getting the charcoal pedicure, it is so relaxing and I never feel rushed. For my hands, I get a powder dip manicure - Cassidy does an AMAZING job, I have always had trouble with dip (and gel) manicures chipping because they are too thick and the edges lift up at the cuticles, they would only last about a week. Cassidy has solved that problem for me, my nails look great and usually last 20+ days, I only need to go back because they grow out- Thank you!!

Chris is the best!! He is so incredible, I refuse to go to anyone else! His work is unlike anything I have ever experienced and they last so much longer. He even suggested a fill to save me money and still change it up!

These nails are probably the best i’ve ever gotten- so beautiful and exactly what i wanted. and they only took an hour and a half! i think my tech’s name was milo, but i’m not sure. i’ll be back in a few weeks!

My friend and I had an amazing experience here! We both got dip with a design and they look incredible, plus prices are very reasonable. Richard did mine (hot pink) and Nam did my friend’s (light pink). Will definitely be coming back!

I think I found my new spot!! Cassidy did my acrylic nails and she explained things like shape and whats in style. Nam did my pedicure and he did an amazing job! They worked nice and smooth together. My favorite part was they offer beverages alcohol and non.! Its also a VERY clean store.

HORRIBLE. I called the day before to make an appointment, and showed up right after they opened. I needed them to remove my current set and put on another dip set. They left me for an HOUR sitting with my nails wrapped, waiting for someone to come back. TWO technicians were working in one person while I waited the whole time. I was waiting so long my fingers started to burn and the cotton dried, forcing the technician to pry it off.This was a result - my skin was peeling, the dip was still ALL over my nails and my fingers were ruined.No one came back to check on me, I was sitting for an HOUR and now I am leaving with messed up nails and nail beds. They need to do a better job scheduling their technicians, especially if someone calls ahead to specifically make sure there is enough people on staff.

First time visiting the salon per recommendation by my friend. Alex was excellent and took great care of us. Had a massage that was really nice and just the perfect amount of pressure. Everything was so nice that I ended up bringing my two of my friends for aManicure and pedicure. The facility is really nice and a great staff that are very community friendly. Would recommend it to all my friends.

The best nail salon in Dallas!!! They do excellent work, and they have amazing customer service. The quality of their nails is unbeatable.. I’ve had dip nails and acrylics stay on for over a month with not even one popping off. Also super quick service even without an appointment. All around incredible I love them so much

This a great place to get manicure and pedicure, is clean, the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. I love coming here, also the staff is super kind, and nice. My nail technician Jocelyn, does an absolutely fantastic job, I dont get manicures anywhere else but with her. Ill be coming back to this place I really enjoy my visits.

They never hesitate to try out new designs on my nails for special occasions and without upcharging unnecessarily. Service is always top notch and I love going here to relax by myself or even with the girls! Will be bringing my boyfriend along next time for charcoal detox pedicure sometime soon as well for date night!

Walked in for a regular ($22) manicure this afternoon and they couldnt have been nicer! The girl who did my nails didnt rush like other places when you get a basic service. Salon was clean, staff was professional, and nails look great - Im a fan!

I’ve been here on Saturdays and this is what happened on Monday! After 2 days! I saw the technician he didn’t use Base before his work I’m guessing bc he wanted to finish it quickly…Duh?!!! Anyway tried to call no responds, walk in at 4 pm they were nit busy !!! and asked them to fix, manager said it is an hour wait!!!!The Manager just wanna get you in make money it’s not available customer service cuz if it was he could’ve fine someone to fix it. This takes literally 5 min!

I have been coming to BEYOU for over 2 years. I have many technicians and services here. The salon is always clean and sterilized. They manager ALEX is the cherry on top for me. He is punctual, polite, and professional. Today my tech was STELLA and Im sure shes a new favorite. She was sweet and intentional with her work. My color and shape of nail made my weekend. Do not go to this place. Their dipping powder doesn’t even last two weeks. And they won’t do anything about their poor quality products. All of my nails are cracking. I’ve done dip for 2+ years and have never had any other salon be so terrible.

My first time here and my experience was great! I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t have the healthiest nails, and my nail tech noticed and was very gentle with my nails. The nail salon I was going to previously didn’t seem to care and they were always rough with my nails. Not here! My nail tech took his time to be sure my nails were even and recommended the best product for my fragile nails. Will definitely be coming here from now on!

100% recommend Beyoutiful Nail Lounge. Alex greeted me as soon as I walked in, they are clean, have good music and great people! Ryan did an exceptional job on my pedicure. Really good deep tissue massage. I even messed up one of the nails when I put my sandals on. I insisted it was ok (it wasn’t much). But Ryan said, “no this is my job”, and proceeded to fix it right away! He takes pride in his work and I really appreciate that!! Found my new spot in Dallas! Highly recommend!!

They do a good job but wow are they expensive. I feel like I got way overcharged and I still couldnt get my nails the way that I wanted them. For a full set with removal of an old set with chrome polish was $132. I feel like I got ripped off to be honest. A gel polish change on my toes with a few stones was another $43 and that wasnt exactly the way I wanted it either. Didnt even get a pedicure for that price. Thats definitely not worth what they did.

- front desk man (Danny) is not pleasant - borderline rude and impatient.I want to like this place due to how close it is — but the quality of products they use is awful — Im lucky if my $42 + 20% tip basic gel manicure doesnt start to peel is 3-4 days.Nails places are not what they use to be for the prices they charge.Step up you quality care, products and professionalism.

Pedicure! Let me tell you. I rarely leave reviews!!!! ANDREW has my heart!! Absolutely exceptional! He was amazing I had to tell the manager how pleased I was. He was extremely shy but not when it came to the level of service I received. The best pedicure I’ve EVER had. It’s a bit pricey but was worth every penny even tipped more than I planned!I had two martinis from their BAR! Not slushy “margarita” mix! Like two REAL drinks! I’m extremely pleased and will come back!There was one thing I kinda didn’t like but I let the manager know but he already addressed it. Everyone was so attentive it didn’t affect my rating of this place and their service!!!

I’ve been coming for years! A little pricey , but they alway get it right. Which is why I drive from Red Oak to here. There are plenty places I could have stopped but they will continue to get my money.I have come in on numerous occasions and I normally sit with Tuan, but it doesn’t matter who was assigned to me they always gave me exactly what I’ve asked for.I appreciate that the staff stays up to date on the latest nail trends. I went on a Thursday during the day, so it wasn’t very busy. They were very clear in what you wanted and how much it was gonna cost. I drank a cocktail, and I was very relaxed.

They will rip you off. If you ask them to repair an issue with their own work, they will get angry with you. They are very racist and the manager clearly has a mental illness based on how he treats Black women. Keep coming here at your own risk with getting ripped off, poor service, and uneven nails used with cheap products. This review might get deleted because when you call them out for being rude and racist, they argue under your post then your post gets deleted.

A nail tech by the name of Cin was terribly rude. She messed up my nail (dip was not applied right on one nail). I brought it to her attention and asked if she could fix it and she started breathing hard as if it was a problem. She then just put clear nail polish on and attempted to leave without filing the nail back down. When I asked her about filling the nail down she got upset again and said “it’s okay…its fine the way it is.” I immediately got a manager and they saw the problem and fixed it. I have been going here awhile and they are a great nail shop but this particular nail tech was horrible. If you go here…get another nail tech if Cin sits down to do your nails.

My grandmother brought me and my brother to get pedicures, I am very happy with the results. My feet and legs have never felt softer, the people there were super nice and very kind. You are even able to get a drink while they are working. My toe nails are small and I was afraid they wouldnt be able to do it properly, but they did with almost no struggles at all and I feel very confident with how they look. I will definitely be going back there and getting my finger nails done too.

This was the best pedicure experience I’ve ever had! I am visiting from out of state and I was greeted by two friendly faces when I walked in (no appointment), and was quickly brought to my chair for my pedicure. There is a large selection of brands/colors for polish and the entire salon is very clean and nicely decorated. The ambiance is very spa-like and they have a beautifully packaged menu of options (including 2 complimentary beverages - alcohol included). They served my favorite cocktail ever - lychee martini - and I relaxed and was pampered for almost an hour and a half. Amazing experience, extremely friendly and pleasant staff, and wonderful job on my nails. I feel renewed and refreshed! Thank you so much! Will absolutely be coming back every time I’m in town!

Everyone was very nice here, managers and staff. These chairs just hit better than anywhere else and the gentleman doing my pedicure did better than anyone else I have ever used. I will definitely be coming back!

Alex and his team were amazing! Right when we got in they welcomed us and quickly got us ready for our planned services. Their workers were very professional and helped to make us as comfortable as possible. Alex even came around and checked on us and accommodated any needs that we had. They have great drinks as well so go check them out!

Need better customer service!!! They will schedule you then tell you to wait once you arrive. I have been going here for almost a year and multiple times I have noticed the difference in treatment between the minority and …… (yes you know what I mean) One time they even had me get up from my pedicure seat before I was even finished to give it to someone else because “she wanted to be next to her friend” when there were other seats open. Nice nails but the lack of professionalism and the borderline racism made me not come back.

My dip nails always come out great, and it’s very cheap Monday and Tuesday they have 20% off.

My go to nail spot in Dallas! Never disappointed the staff is always warm and welcoming. Each nail tech I’ve ever had has always double checked with me on color and shape. They will constantly ask throughout the process if my nails are good and I like them. Which most places don’t do. They always go above and beyond and are super transparent about prices & designs. I have never had a bad experience here. High recommend 10/10!!

Had a manicure and pedicure, I was very happy with everything, the staff was fantastic and didnt rush me at all.Im very impressed with the guy that did my nails, I bite my nails, work with my hands and have horribly crooked fingers. He was able to get my acrylic nails looking straight and thick so they wouldnt break.The prices are very good and the bar is definitely a bonus! Definitely worth another visit

I had a disappointing experience at a nail salon today. Despite showing a picture of the design I wanted to three different people, they didnt replicate it accurately. The colors used were darker than what I requested, and despite my repeated attempts to change them to lighter shades, the technician insisted on sticking to her choices. The final result didnt meet my expectations, and to make matters worse, I was charged $95, including an additional $45 for colors I didnt even want. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service and how everything unfolded.

I have been going here for about 2 years due to the wonderful job that Cassidy does on my pedicures. Even though she doesn’t work there anymore, I still continued to come. The last pedicure I received was horrible. I asked for the soften soles pedicure in peppermint and received lavender. I also was offered a drink that I never received. I would talk to the tech and she wouldn’t even respond or acknowledge me. The receptionist came over and asked how everyone else was doing except for me. I would hate to think it was because of the color of my skin. I thought I had found a life long nail shop but I can see that isn’t the case anymore.

Fantastic experience!! My tech Rachel was amazing. The atmosphere was relaxing, the mimosa was delicious, and the silk and honey pedicure was perfect. The attention to detail shows in everything here. If you’re on the fence- don’t be! This is the place.

I love the service here. My favorite nail techs are Justin and Andrew. Justin left my dip mani looking the best i have ever seen. It does not look bulky! Also Sofie is amazing at waxing. I got my brows and face done with her and she has a very soft hand it was not painful! Love this nail bar!

I’ve been to A LOT of nail salons in the DFW, however, BeYou is the absolute best!! 1st time here and my nails are perfect. Nam is a perfectionist!! You can tell he loves what he do because the artistry shows!! Bob did a wonderful job on my pedicure as well. I smiled the whole time. Very talented crew. Looking forward to my next visit❤️

Wrote down the number of the nail color the tech used on me (at their suggestion) to use for my subsequent fill during my initial appointment. Came in for the next appointment with the same number of the nail color but then they told me that color was not a polish, it was for dipping. They all looked at me like I was crazy despite my insisting. Nobody bothered to look for the color. The guy managing the front desk raised his voice at me as customers were piling in and I just felt embarrassed so I left because I knew I had the right nail color (their tech is the one who told me to write it down in the first place!!!) and nobody believed what I was saying. Worst experience ever and now I have to find another nail tech in a very, very short amount of time for an upcoming important event. Would never recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend you schedule an appointment. The salon is always busy. The staff is nice and do a great job on manicures and pedicures. If you dont have an appointment, they will work really hard to work you in but you will have to wait. They serve you a cocktail during your services and they have 30% off certain services M - W until 3:00. The staff used to only speak to the clients during your service. Ownership changed due to Covid and now the staff spends quite a bit of time chatting with each other in their native language. My only suggestion would be to get the staff back focused on customer service and not so much chatter.

I have been coming here since the day it originally opened under another name, BUT Im leaving another 5 star review because under the new owners and new name it is a top notch salon for nails, facials and massage. Ryan is an incredible technician and gives the ultimate in care, attention to detail, kindness and customer service. Vinny is also very good as is the rest of the staff. Alex the owner is a great host and makes sure the flow of guests and appointments run smoothly. The atmosphere is beautiful and tastefully decorated with the current season. The attention to detail and double triple checking to make sure the nails were perfect was what sets this salon apart. The staff was very professional and I love that I was able to get both my nails and toes done at the same time making it a much quicker service time. Highly recommended!

First time here and wont be my last! Alex (owner) was super friendly and welcoming. All the staff is friendly, smiling, etc. Plus, free drinks and its very clean and tidy. I also discovered my favorite tech from a salon I used years ago is here! It was a happy reunion.

Amazing nail place! In my 10 years of getting my nails done, I have never had a “specific” nail salon - until now! I love Alex, Alec, Sophia, and Jessie they’re truly amazing!! Absolutely adore this place. Ive been coming here for the last 3 years (before location change). I used to live in Dallas, that’s when I started going here, but moved to the colony and still drive all the way down there to get my nails done, that’s how much I love this nail salon. I have been going to this nail spa for a year now. Cassidy is my go to person she is exceptionally great, respectful and professional. She is very friendly and makes the best decisions for me based on my needs. This is my birthday week and she always picks my colors, every time I leave the nail spa I get so many compliments on my nails. I have a photoshoot this week and can’t wait to show off my nails. Very aptly named due to the fact that the staff is extremely kind and welcoming. Came in last minute without an appointment and they were happy to accommodate! The charcoal scrub pedicure was fantastic and my nails turned out great, the dichroic powder dip that I picked really pops!

We have used BeYOU for many months and each and every visit we have the best experience. Alex and his team are simply amazing. I would highly recommend BeYOU for all your spa needs!!

This place is awesome! I called earlier in the morning and was able to get in 4 hours later. Very detailed my gel pedicure looks great. A little disappointed how they didn’t have a fresh nail file for me... but they have drinks both alcoholic and not! A little bit pricey but I personally think they did a good job.

Had the BEST experience at Beyoutiful Nail Lounge. I had Kathy and Jaden and they were wonderful in taking care of me for my birthday nails. They were very attentive and took their time on my nails. They didnt rush and even made sure I loved the color and style before continuing on to the next. Im glad I found this place because I will definitely be back. I have high expectations for nail salons and was pleasantly surprised that this place exceeded those expectations.

Miranda or Josilin are the only people to touch my nails I usually pick pretty challenging designs and they never disappoint. I love the fact that Alex(the manager) try to learn all the customers name everyone is so professional and nice. Will did my pedicure today he was amazing!! I stand on my feet all day at work so I really need a strong guy to rub on my leg muscles He will be my regular from now on!!! Bri always helps me with picking a color and making suggestions I love her very friendly and great at her job.

I have been going here for four months since I moved to Dallas, and I honestly never want to go anywhere else! Everyone at this salon is so nice and friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work. Ive gotten gel and dip nails here, and they always turn out beautiful and last! Best nail experience Ive ever had! Jessie was the technician and she was awesome! She did a dip American set for me... My first dipping ever, Im in love! I challenged Jessie with a difficult nail shape and she nailed it!!! This is definitely my new location for any type of nail and spa services. My polish had flaws on them, the guy didn’t have very much attention to detail. And I got a specific pedicure the Silk n Hunnie. No herbal neck pillow. The massage wasn’t a massage just rub lotion on my legs.

BeYOU is hands-down the absolute best nail salon I have ever been to. The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff members are professional and kind, and the services are top-notch. The was one of the best mani/pedis I’ve ever had! We came here as the kickoff to our girls weekend here in Dallas. It’s been amazing! The staff is incredibly talented and so welcoming. We had such a good time hanging out with them this afternoon.In addition to the fabulously talented nail technicians, this salon serves complimentary drinks (ask for the apple martini!), has an adorable puppy that’s loves to socialize, and even has a nail happy hour during the week.Love it! Did not like the customer service. I asked for a specific person to do my nails and when I got there, the manager sat me with someone else and never told me when I walked in that the person I asked for was busy at the moment and told me I could come back at 5:30, I’m there at 9:30AM. Then I told him I had dip on, dip is free to remove and $5 for acrylic removal, he looked at me like I was lying and still charged me. I paid the $5 but if you’re a nail shop manager, know the difference between acrylic and dip and if you was unsure, come to the station I’m working at and watch the nail tech take it off so you’ll know. I won’t go back bc of the “miscommunication” even though I kept asking where’s the nail tech I requested days before and they wouldn’t tell me until I asked about 5 times and also bc of the additional charge.

Service was ok. They “complementary” drinks are only about 4 Oz. It’s not a full size “drink.” The Lady doing my feet really seemed like she didn’t know how to? I get my pedicures 1-2 a month at a really nice salon at home. I came here with a friend from out of town, and I wouldn’t go back if I wanted to go in Dallas again

GREAT job on my NexGen nails! My mother in law goes here and we stopped by to get a gift card. I went ahead and got my nails done and I am SO impressed! It took a little longer than Im used to but I had a way better experience than Im used to! Ill definitely make some special trips to Dallas to come back. Everyone was very polite, attentive, and made sure I was being taken care of. They had a wonderful selection of colors and services. They are open LATE! I can still go after work if I need to. Awesome job, great experience. Thank you!

Everyone here is so friendly! The shop is clean and cute. I love the bar and drinks, especially the lychee cocktail. I got dip nails with tips done and they look amazing!! Alex, the manager, kept checking up on everyone and made sure everyone’s happy. Shout out to Joe for my nails & Tuan for the recommendation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Atmosphere is amazing. The manager is very sweet and kind to say the least. He always asks me about my day and actually engaged into a conversation with me and I love that! Great drinks as well! I get the White Wine and it’s all just a great experience here.

I am one of those people who get nervous when someone is giving me a pedicure or manicure. Ive been cut too many times! Also very sensitive toes. But Ive been here 3 times and everytime was great! They listened to my concerns and took their time working on me. The mani/pedis lasted for quite awhile. If you want someone who cares, try the BeYOU Nail Bar. You wont regret it!

I visited this place today for the first time. Sam and Chris did an amazing job. I had the dip nails and so far this place did the best finishing. I got my pedi and nails done at the same time, got out within an hour and very happy. BTW the have great list for drinks to include red/white wine, margaritas, martinis and more.

Waited for over 20 minutes as a walk in. Saw as they took in and served 2 other white women that came in as walk ins after me. Spoke up to ask if I would be served anytime soon, was told to wait longer. Decided to leave because I would rather go to a place that appreciates my business.

Excellent mani and pedi. Of course. In addition, these are kind and caring people, realizing that sometimes we Seniors have special needs…or don’t move as quickly as we used to. This sensitivity is lacking in so many other salons these days. Highly recommend for a totally delightful experience.

Ok so I would love to share my experience after visiting i Nail Lounge for the first time today. After a long and exhausting search of a good go to place in the Uptown area I can confidently say that my search is FINALLY over. Ive tried every salon in the area and none of them is up to par compared to this one as far as quality of work and client service goes. First of all, theyre not your average nail salon! They provide a truly spa like experience. Everything during my visit was just perfect! Jolina (sorry if I spelled that wrong) did an amazing job on my dip. My pedicure turned out excellent, too! Great relaxing massage! Quinn, the manager (again, apologies if I spelled that wrong), is an amazing person! Shes so personable and genuinely cares about every single customer and that shows! This was my very first time at the salon and they treated me like Im a regular client, which I so much appreciate! I felt so welcomed from the moment I walked in. Everyone at the salon is very friendly and personable. Im so glad I found this gem and I now will be a repeated customer and will be recommending them to all of my friends and co-workers. Thank you i Nail Lounge for such a great experience! You guys are one of a kind!

By far the best place in Dallas/Uptown area to get your nails done at. Best customer service, quality products and they really take pride in their work. Sophia has done my nails for years (following her wherever she goes) & I refuse to go to anyone else simply because when she does them I know I’m going to love them and that they are going to last. I‘ve had my fair share of bad, inconsiderate nail salons in my day and I must say this one is far from it!!

I am,a tomboy and this place makes me very comfortable when I feel awkward about getting a mani-pedi. Sophie did an awesome job on my first nail dip. I highly recommend the Smooth Sole pedicure. It was wonderful.

This has by far best the best nail salon I have came to in the four years I’ve lived in Dallas. They are located right off Lemmon Ave, very convenient location with parking!! Everybody does a fabulous job with their services. I recommend to everybody & to bring your friends! :)

Wonderful place with wonderful people. Everyone is so friendly and happy. I was very impressed with how detailed that Kobe has introduced me to the drink menu and my choices for my mani/pedi. That is the best foot massage I have ever had, plus they have full bar with lot of choices for cocktails. This will be my new nail favorite place for me. I will definitely bring my friends next time

While walking around uptown, my friend and I randomly decided to get pedicures. We walked in without appointments and they were very welcoming. The pedicure service was not only affordable but also very relaxing. They were not rushing like most places do. My friend also got the 15 minute master massage and she absolutely loved it.Id definitely go back and recommend it to others as well!

I went to get a pedicure today and everything was going well until I was cut on one of my cuticles. It wouldn’t stop bleeding so the tech kept trying to stop it, when he did he proceeded. Which I was ok with since I’m sure he didn’t mean too. Anyways, once he added the paraffin he was busy talking to another tech and IT BURNED while he was applying it. I kept my cool and just took it in. I honestly just wanted to get a massage since I have not had time to get a pedicure in a while. Anyways, I asked for the pedi that offers a 20 minute massage with a warm neck pillow which I didn’t get. The massage was 10 minutes or less and I never got my neck pillow either.I sat there for a while and kept my pedicure sandals on and about an hour later it was still not dry I’m assuming because there was multiple layers of polish. As far as my dip nails they are too bulky… First and last time going here. Thank you, I do not need an apology nor discount. Just want to share my experience so the techs can be a little more careful with someone else.

I have been a customer since they were The Salon Spa so about 1yr, everything was really good until today. Richard the technician who I had an appointment with (btw he was 20 minutes behind) performed my gel manicure decided he didnt want to do his job. I had to correct his workmanship three times the first time he was not painting my nails to the cuticles, the top coat didnt stay he didnt like the fact of having to leave his appointment to fix the nails then after he painted the nail it bubbled which at this point hes repulsed but then proceeded to fix the nail disgruntle of course... The final straw for me was when he asked if I would schedule my next appointment with another technician as if I was the problem. Also as an fyi several of the technicians had an usual cough....

Very rushed nail service and my service provider was rude as well, not coming back! I paid $40 to get organic powder nails done, it was like she was racing to finish it, there is powder stuck all over my fingers. No beverage was offered while it was offered to other clients there and she kept ignoring me like I was sitting there for free service. Thats not how you build returning clientele. Most of the 5 star reviews are a result of them offering 25% discount for writing a positive review.Response to the owner- about the promotion, you should probably let your staff know about it because they say that if you write a positive review we will give you %discount. I don’t see you trying to understand the situation to improve it? Do you want to know which of your staffers behaved that way and how would you improve the service? I am sure you are aware that there are plenty of nail salons in the area that can probably give better service. Your staffer kept being rude to me for no reason. From start to end she probably spent 10mins on my nails, it seemed like all she cared was about getting a big tip. Well I am for sure not coming back and if this kind of behoviour continues I don’t see why would others as well!

This place is amazing! Great massage, great price. I got the basic pedicure for 35 dollars and it was so good! My toesies were perfect and chris even gave me coupons for my next visit to get dip nails. I cant wait to come back! The atmosphere is very pretty and modern. Everything is very clean also. 1st time visit , i drove a little over a 1/2 hour im new to town just looking for a nice nail spa . I came here because the ratings were good however i will NOT be back. The receptionist was so rude! She was mean to her peers as well. I was a little confused on what i was being asked as far as services i normally just get gel polish didnt know they were old school and still did polish with gel on top so the receptionist made me feel a little dumb that i didnt know what to ask for . I tried to tolerate her since i drove so far but no thank you. Aura Nail Bar is right down the street and had a great experience there so i returned back. I refuse to spend my money where im not treated right. You will lose customers with her at the desk! If she is overwhelmed bc yes it was crowded but its Sat expect high traffic, go take a break and have a better attitude.

Had a wonderful experience here! They were very accommodating when I had to reschedule twice because of my crazy work hours. The owner of the salon was incredibly personable and the staff and manager were all very friendly too. My mani/pedi looks great and the prices were really good for uptown. Will definitely be back! I had a difficult experience at this nail shop. They open at 10 a.m. on Saturday and I arrived at 10:15 a.m. first thing she asked me is why I came so early. I liked the design of the shop but it was still very dirty from the day before. The girl who did my nails was in a terrible mood and was very rough. She seemed to be rushing and even cut my skin beyond on my cuticle with the electric filer. I still gave them a chance because people make mistakes sometimes and it only happened once during my visit. Now that I have taken the dipping powder off I noticed that she filed my nails down almost to the skin because they are so thin and weaker than theyve ever been before. I wanted to get white tips with the dipping powder but it was clear from her conversation and tone that my request was going to take longer than she wanted so she suggested a solid color. The ony reason I went with it is because I had no other choice at the time but to finish getting my nails done for an event i was attending that afternoon. Thank God for the power of selection because I WILL NEVER I repeat I WILL NEVER EVER go back to this shop. There are way too many nail shops in Dallas for me to waist my money and settle for lackluster work and a bad attitude.

Salon En Luxe did a good job but service was not very good. No one greeted me when I got in and I had to go find my technician because I sat there alone for 15 minutes soaking and there were no other customers. She was frustrated that I wanted an efficient service. She also didnt ask how much of my nail I wanted trimmed. There are so many salons so I wont be back.

Brilliant gem of a salon. A must visit for excellent service and great value. Sam gave me the quickest, pain-free Brazilian wax I have ever had, and a set of lovely glossy nails (thanks for the intro to nail tips Sam 🙏🏼) I will be coming back to Dallas to visit her!

The very best nail salon in Dallas, hands down, is BeYou Nail Bar. Their service is outstanding, the staff is phenomenal, and the owner is friendly and professional. Pilo gives the best pedicures EVER!! And the lovely Louise does perfect nails every time!!! I absolutely love this salon.

Im not from the area and I stopped in here to get my nails done before a big event. The nail tech rushed through the process and acted annoyed the whole time. After she was finished there was color all over my skin. The only positive part of the experience was the owner that stopped by for a moment to speak with me. She was the only professional and friendly person I had the pleasure of coming into contact with.

I made an appointment, showed up on time and then had to wait for 45 mins after my appointment time for someone to finally start on my nails. My nail then broke not even 24 hours later. When I went in to get my nail fixed, they said they didn’t have anyone to help me and it would be about 30mins. I was inconvenienced with poor quality and now I have to wait. I’ve never been to a salon that didn’t immediately seat you if there was a quality issue.

I always go here for my nails, they do an amazing job, got a massage and mani/pedi package as a former massage therapist they could do a better job, youre not supposed to take your hand off the client during the massage to get lotion. You break the feeling of relaxation and therapy.

I came to get a full set here with a scheduled appointment. As the nail tech started working on my nails, she wasn’t shaping them right, cut them crooked & didn’t file them after putting on the tips. After I expressed my concerns, she rudely yelled “I know what I’m doing!” I said excuse me, but I’m the customer & you should really watch the way you talk to me. She continued on saying she knew what she was doing & told me to be quiet and let her work. I told her she was being rude & disrespectful & should learn how to talk to her customers. She slammed down her equipment & refused to finish my set. I told her that was fine, since I don’t wish to spend my money where it’s not appreciated. As I walked away she’s still talking, “ it’s always something with you people “ not sure what she meant exactly, but I don’t care. I found another salon right across the street, who were very friendly, polite & appreciated my business.

Will NEVER come here again. I’ve been a client for 2 years even followed them when they switched locations. I made an appointment originally for 5:15pm but switched it to 5:30pm since I was coming straight from work. made an appointment just to sit there for 30 minutes while the person I made the appointment with massages another client. finally after 35 minutes of sitting there I got up and told the front desk I was leaving. don’t even waste your time making an appointment cause you’ll sit there for an hour just waiting. SO disappointed in the staff!!!!

I have been to this place a few times now and each time the staff is so welcoming, sweet, and accommodating. The price is fair for the service they provide. Once I bumped my toe nails and I didnt realize until the next day. They said I could come in and they would fix the polish! I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely fabulous!! Visited from out of town, came in 30 min before closing for a pedicure,and they stayed an extra 1.5 HOURS to fit us in. Staff was extremely kind and friendly. I never leave reviews but this experience was above and beyond!! Very clean, great prices, nails look great!! I just wish I lived closer!!

I came here with my daughter for a pedicure for me a simple one and regular nail polish for her on her hands when i walked in they did tell me about a 15 min wait then i saw ppl walking in .. and i was looking and then i saw 3 ppl come in and say 3 pedicures and he told them the same theyll wait i was listening so im paying attention and i see him then walking them to a chair and i go and i say am i getting skipped he said no they had appointment and i know he was lying the ppl gave no name when they walked in they were walk ins as well they just said 3 pedicures and were told on the wait i was lied . Then he said i can do you but your daughter will have to wait which was a simple nail polish on her hands somehtint that takes 5-10 mins at home but my daughter likes the experience being at nail salon this place must be ran by someone diff it had a diff name before and now the customer service seems horrible especially when they have to lie when i heard what i heard with my own ears i been a customer here for years and i will never be coming back . Idk if it was a a race thing but i was lied and was told mt daughter would wait for a regular nail polish even after i did my toes

The wax lady came in rushed. Didn’t ask what I wanted for my eyebrows, so she just gets started. Long story short. She butchered my eyebrows. One is significantly higher and thinner than the other. The other is perfect while I’m left with a pencil eyebrow in the other. I don’t even know what I’m supposed to do with this.

I love this place since it’s very close to my work! Jolina is great and wonderful. She gives me the best dip powder nails and services. I would recommend her and this salon to all my friends and family. Keep up the great work. You’re the best Jolina. 5 stars🌟 all around.

We had an appointment scheduled nearby for a wedding party, but the place got our time wrong. We went across the street to iNails and had an amazing experience!!! Sam did my manicure and a fabulous neck and shoulder rub. All of us were very happy.

Alex, is the General Manager and he knows customer service! We came here for my sisters pre-wedding pampering day and the staff was wonderful. We had an amazing experience and would definitely come back.

WORST manicure Ive ever gotten (and that includes the manicure where I got fungus on two nails).The pedicure was great, as was the man who did it. But the woman who did my manicure was entirely spaced out. I dont mean to be disrespectful as I dont know the reason she was having issues, but it seemed like she was either on a heavy dose of drugs or that she has some mental struggles. My problem is more with the management who positioned her in this role than with the woman herself.Ill recount the worst of it here, but there was much more:- She would stare at me for long moments with a blank look on her face, not working on my nails at all. She wouldnt verbally respond to ANY of my questions; she would only stare at me. She spoke to other people, but the only time she spoke to me was to ask me if my eyebrows were tattooed and how much they cost (completely inappropriate!).- I got a dip nail in a light color, BUT for the clear bonding polish, she used one that had been stained from prior use on red nails, so it tinted my nails red. I asked her to redo it and she couldnt understand why. I kept showing her the difference between my nail shed painted red and the original natural dip color Id chosen, but she acted like I was over-reacting. I had to ask for the manager, who apologized and fixed it himself. But it took an extra 30 minutes of my time to get it fixed.- She didnt ask for my preferred nail shape and made them all square. When I noticed what she was doing (about 6 nails in), I asked her to make them round. She made ONE nail round (the one she was working on at the time I asked), then went back to making the rest square. So I left with 9 square nails and 1 round nail. I gave up trying to reason with her because it was a waste of time.- She started putting the glossy top coat on my nails but hadnt even buffed them, so they were all still bumpy. I pointed that out to her, but she seemed confused again. Finally, she got out the drill and buffed them but...- ...she was hitting my skin repeatedly. I would cringe and jerk my finger away when she burned/cut me, and she would just stop and stare at me like it was my fault. I left with FOUR bleeding cuticles.A note to the company: if this employee is on drugs, she shouldnt be allowed to work on that day. If this employee is mentally challenged, she could perhaps be put in a role where she massages people or works the register or makes coffee. But its poor management to put her in a role where she has a prolonged impact on someones appearance and where she has to use tools that could leave them bleeding.

Beautiful salon, rude employees and rushed service.Soon as I walked in I thought the salon was amazing looking. I told the front desk worker that I needed a fill (original set not from this salon) and my mom was getting a mani and pedi. She immediately told me to pick a nail polish color. I asked if the had acrylic glitter and she said no so I told her I wanted gel instead. I picked my color and she rudely took my color from me.The tech that was doing my nails was on her phone or Apple Watch texting for the first 10 mins. The tech had a glitter acrylic which contradicted what the front desk lady said. The lady rushed through my manicure and in the end it looks like I need a fill a day later.Overall I didn’t feel welcomed into the shop and I could see and feel the difference in how they were treating other clients.

The lounge opens at 10am, I walked inside at 10:15 to get a mani/pedi. They greeted me , I then showed the lady a picture of the set of nails I wanted (French tip) and she said she was able to do it. Once I got in the chair they started my toes but when it got to my nails the lady said she couldn’t do gel French tip, only dip. She told me someone else would start on my nails since she was no longer to do so.. no one started on my nails and when other customers walked in, they were first priority because of prior appointments. It didn’t matter if the customers were late to their appointments, I was left in the chair and told to wait until they were done with their Caucasian customers.. They said “normal” people call beforehand.. even tho they’re accepting walk ins.. goodluck.

This place has its days when they’re good, pricing is outrageous. The past 2 times I’ve been in there they’ve said 1st it’s too late they can’t do my nails when it was only 6 and they closed at 8. Then the most recent time they had several people in sitting around they tell me there is no nail tech available the one they have has a 6:30 appt and they’re unable to get me in. At this point I feel like they pick and choose what money they want to make. I wouldn’t recommend this place I’ll send EVERYONE to my new place across the street Beverly Hills Nail Spa! They offer PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and pricing well worth it.

Love this place. I just moved here and found my fav place to go for my nails. Everyone is no nice and pay attention to details. Plus, they have full bar. The menu is just right, not too much details and they have so many options for pedicure.

Hands down best salon in dallas! If you are ever in the area go check it out. The staff is amazing and so sweet, they stayed later 2 hours later so we could get pedicures and a manacure. The prices and good and the finished product is AMAZING.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! So I went there yesterday. They open at 10. I got there around 10:15. This was the second time the nail technician did not arrive on time (till 10:40). The first time, I got there at 10 and they did not open till 10:50. So inconsiderate. If you cant commit to the hours of operations posted online and on the window still of the store, change them!!! Dont keep your customers waiting. They have a happy hour where its 20% off all services M-Th between 10-3. Dont be fooled!!!! They over price you and start charging you some BS where it ends up being the SAME price you pay on a regular basis. For example, I ALWAYS get the SAME service (dip and matte with extensions). During regular hours, they charge me $40 for new dip set and $5 for extensions. During happy hour, they charge me $40 for new dip, $5 for extensions, AND $5 for the matte finish. I have NEVER been charged the matte finish no matter what salon I go to! They are just robbing you blind. The other time I went to Happy Hour, they charged me for nail art because I had my ring finger dipped in solid glitter. Thats not nail art. Thats just you trying to get an extra $10 to make up for the happy hour discount. Overall, doesnt matter what time of day you go. AVOID THIS PLACE. They are not honest. If you do, for whatever reason, end up here, ask how much you will get charged before making commitments and try paying beforehand do they dont put in bogus charges!!TO RESPONSE - WOW!! Blaming the customer and falsifying accusations. The pricing was NEVER overviewed with me!! Ive ALWAYS gotten matte finished and was never charged an additional fee for it, unless its happy hour. As you can see, I am a local guide and abide rules to write honest reviews. As for the timing, if we are talking exacts, I know I walked in at 10:20. It doesnt take 15+ mins for me to soak my nails in high purity acetone!! What about the first time when I promptly got there at 10AM and the excuse that I was provided was traffic. 50 mins of traffic? Doesnt sound legit and while the nail technician was working with me, she had apologized stating that the person with the key had stopped by at the market. LIES, LIES, LIES!! Id have much better respect and reconsider going back to this place if a simple apology was given. You just lost a customer.

Hands-down the best manicure and pedicure and any other self-care service place ever. Very clean and welcoming modern chic and relaxing environment. The customer service here is top-notch never forceful or pushy and they always ask you how you like everything without assuming. excellent place for both male and female services

Sam was so great, gave the best massage ever and even came to us to give us massages before our flight back home! I would highly recommend her to everyone! The price was reasonable and definitely worth it!!!

These people are on top of their game! Maybe the only nail place I’ve ever been that is clean, nice, has flawless service, AND (unusual for nail places) able to make and reliably honor appointment times. That’s right,, no sitting with your feet in water for half an hour waiting for your service! Absolutely superb!!!!!

The environment is so open and the help is so nice and professional I couldnt believe it. They serve drinks and I got the martinis, they take good care of you here its so much better than my usual spot and the Happy Hour on Monday and Tuesdays is a steal!!

Met a gf here bc this is the place she likes to use. The nail tech looked away while using the buffing machine and deeply cut my pinky, she apologized but just kept going, even though I was bleeding a good bit. Health violation #1. She kept wiping the blood and pressing on the cut with HER OWN dirty fingers, getting nail dust and bacteria all in the cut, which hurt me even more. I asked her to stop so I could rinse the nail dust off and put rubbing alcohol or peroxide on it, she then said I could after she finished! Lol, no, maam. Health violation #2. I then had to tell her to stop and that I wanted to clean my cut so it wouldnt get infected. She then asked a different girl to finish my nails. No problem. I told the second nail tech that I wanted coffin-shaped nails, all she did was barely file the sides and charged me $5 extra. My natural nails were sticking out from underneath the sides a little bit and snagged on my sweater otw home (which is how I realized they were poorly done), and once I looked closely, I saw all my nails were like that. I didnt want to turn around and go back to have them fixed bc of the bad experience so I fixed them myself once I got home. And, the pedicure... the gentleman was nice, but I asked him to soften the edges after he filed them already and he still didnt, I had sharp-edged toenails until I fixed them at home. I paid full-price for both my services and was polite about everything, still tipped 20%, but I will never go back there nor will I ever recommend it. My regular place is Castle Nails in Mockingbird Station and I have never had a complaint about anything done there.

Worst haircut Ive ever received. The stylist with the short blonde hair cut my hair a lot shorter than I asked. Every time I would look at it I would tell her it looked uneven so she kept cutting. In the end she blamed the bad lighting and left it like that. Plus I had my nails filled and they came out crooked. Never going back.

The service is awesome. Its clean and the pedicure was outstanding. My manicure was perfect, the nails shape and gel polish were lovely.
