1ST, NO THE ROMANTIC INN IS NOT PERMANENTLY CLOSED! ITS PERMANENTLY OPEN! 2nd, all these negative reviews are LIES! I have been a costumer for over 10 years and I have NEVER experienced anything unsanitary, any issues with the rooms Ive had, or any problems with the workers. Everyone is VERY welcoming. Ive NEVER seen a roach or any type of bugs in my room. Never had problems with anything not working, including sinks and showers. The are even way better than motel 6s, even others. They provide you with decent hygiene products. Not to mention the rooms are FABULOUS!! Awesome different lightings and amazing displays😉Ive even got my peers getting rooms there. Its very affordable. Never go by negative review. For one, it lies and say they are permanently closed, then all of the sudden its fake terrible reviews. Sounds like to me someone is trying to sabotage this business..
This is the worst I book hotel on hopper they over charged me because when I got there the receipt said 159.0 for 2 night not almost 300. When I spoke with office he just acted nonchalant about it. It was dirty dusty and had none of the amenities that was advertised. So disappointed with this place. It they are a scam the pictures are nothing like the actual room.
If you don’t mind an unclean room then this is the place for you. The room didn’t look anything like the pictures and there was weed shavings left on the table I wouldn’t recommend this place at all we did not stay we left
This is the worst motel ive ever stayed in. Sheets/beds are not clean. Bugs on the window sills and in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. Workers are rude and not helpful at all.
Online this place said that it was dog friendly. When I got there they were not. They told me that dogs were not allowed to be there and I said that I had already booked him. Was looking for a new place to book. They told me I couldnt do that in their parking lot. They had bunny rabbits that somebody owned that stayed there running around which is probably why they dont want dogs
I’ll start with the pros. The king bed is very spacious and comfy but very firm. The mini fridge is a very decent size. Onto the cons. I booked the romantic room for the room lighting and the bed couldn’t light up because the plug was missing. The bedding was dirty. The supposed strip pole was just a polished fence pole. Tv only had 5 channels and one of those was very adult rated. I ended up not having any water all day during my stay so couldn’t shower. The desk staff you can’t hear and they are barely even there. They also don’t seem to speak English extremely well. Also the mirror above the bed is like a fun house mirror and that is definitely not ideal. There also isn’t a gas station or any food very close by especially if you are up late. Closest gas station to them won’t let you inside at night
Was fooled by the fake reviews that claim this place is clean, nice & romantic. This place is disgusting. The room was not clean, the sheets had stains, the bed was uncomfortable, the TV didnt work & the overpowering smoke smell was terrible. But what drew the line were the cockroaches running across the floor)… I didn’t even make it 15 minutes before we just left to find a clean hotel.The pros? The mirrors, red lighting & jacuzzi would be nice if they were actually clean and lights fully worked…
Stay away from this place. Rooms are not what they claim. Nothing like pictures show. Floor was filthy with dead bugs in corners. Barely any water coming out of corroded shower head, stained linens. Paid for the honeymoon suite but there was NO champagne or snacks as listed on amenities, jacuzzi did not work. Mattress was very old and creaky, could feel the springs in it. Vending machines were completely empty with glass broken as if they had robbed. Check in is a non English speaking person sitting on the other side of a bank teller window. Its a complete sham, overpriced and filthy.
This place is horrible, they use fake pictures, the irl place looks nothing like the pictures, it smells horrible and the service leaves a lot to wish, never ever going back in there.

Very dirty, we had to clean the floor and parts of the walls. Its in the middle.of literally nothing so bring food and drinks of youre planning g anything longer than a night. WAY over priced. I still had fun on the stripper pole because why not make the best of a gritty room?

The lights look nothing like the picture 💀but there okay and the room I got which was 120 the sink was stopped up wouldn’t go down🤢 .Also , the shower was as well as I was takin a shower but went down when I got out .The peep hole had something in it .Barely any channels on the tv 😬
First thing first, the lobby is closed so the man is behind a window you can’t pay with cash card only also no Apple Pay, I called and asked how much for the honey moon suite with the jacuzzi and he originally told me $105 then when we arrived he said it was 150$ m.. he did let’ us see the room first b4 we decided but we had to go to the bank and transfer money to our credit card and he said he’d save it and when we got back he said it was sold.. 🤬 also the jacuzzi faucet is sticking out an broken the room smell like smoke.. the lights around the bed are rlly nice… the bed is firm and pillows are flat the room seemed pretty clean but nothing like the picture there was a hole in the wall where a picture frame showed to be in the pictures… the man was awful an rude and he don’t speak English rlly well and it’s hard to hear him..
The location is a little weird, but that isnt why I gave that part of the review a lower rating. I did so due to the road you have to take just to get back on the road into Dallas. The inn is out of the city, though. I appreciate that.The service was by no means spectacular. We only spoke to the front desk lady, and all she did was confirm our reservation, and give us our key.As far as the rooms go, I can only speak about the one we stayed in. I gave this one a lower rating, because their bedding situation was not good at all. The sheets felt waxy and filthy like they werent actually cleaned properly, the bed itself feels like you are sleeping on a plank with a sheet on it( I actually enjoy that firmness on a bed, but my girlfriend did not).The last item I have to note is the stairs leading up to the second story rooms. They are quite steep and feel like they are falling apart. Please make sure that if you decide to stay here for your visit, that you use those stairs carefully. Especially if there is rain or snow falling.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Where to start… trying to book a romantic trip with my boyfriend- the pictures online looked fabulous… we were shocked and horrified when we got here. The nastiest room I’ve ever stayed in - it made me physically ill. I was scared to go to sleep. Nothing romantic about this place. If anything it caused a fight because of this disgusting room I booked for our trip. I couldn’t breath in the room because of the smoke smell. The floors were greasy the walls were sticky! Hair in the bathtub !!!!!!!!!! Horrified
Aside from the leak in the shower, and hard mattress, it was good. No bad smells, no bugs, except for the one fly we let in. Everything was clean and nice.

My stay with my fiancé was pretty cool 😄. We pulled up to motel vibes and I won’t lie my expectations kind of dropped. It was actually clean though! Clean towels, clean and made up (and comfortable) bed sheets, clean shower which worked well. NO BUGS! 🙌🏽 We liked the color lighting, it set the ambiance nicely enough (we wished we brought our other light projector to add to).We came for the pole. The pole was sturdy though rusted a bit. I just really wish it had more space to extend the legs. If there was more space for that I’d give it 5 stars! All in all it served its purpose.The area is kind of suspect and they don’t have a gate (no shade). Yet we got a knock at the door at 6:30am from a random asking to use a phone 😅. So that’s something to be cautious of.
We really enjoyed our stay. My man came in from out of town to have a romantic evening and my room looks exactly the way it was posted online. It was very clean sheets smell the freshly washed and the room was clean and I had the room with the hearts and the red lights and it was beautiful.
So this is under new management and the woman in the front is so nice. The jetted tub was super clean and so was the bedding when I walked in it smelled of bleach faintly which made me feel like they cleaned it well.i had a great time and my bf and I enjoyed the time spent together they didnt rush us out the next morning either which was nice . The only thing that I didnt care for was the cleaning ladies were not wearing a mask but I cant expect everyone to take the pandemic seriously as I do and I should have been out in time and I wouldnt have even came I contact with them so I give 5 stars.my bf and I have decided to go once a month for our mental health during the pandemic
This is by far one of the worst options to stay in Dallas. The management seems like it’s only there for a check, but then again if you physically go you will more than likely get the vibe that a lot of those rooms+the area; had women of the night to handle their business. This place is god awful
I have passed this place on my way to work regularly and not given it a second thought. However it came to a special weekend I thought I would give it a try. I was not disappointed.I tried 2 rooms and both were spacious, clean, and unique. Mood lighting, clean floors, and a large shower. I can definitely see myself going back for another weekend alone with that special someone.So recommend you give it a go, ignore the cliche lighting of the area that makes it seem like a dime hotel. The staff is friendly even late at night and willing to talk to you about improving your visit.The only drawback I have is the beds are very stiff, but I can overlook that considering how well it is overall.
My fiance booked a room last Sunday and honestly I was a little nervous due to the negative reviews. But it was a great price, clean, and really enjoyable. The towels were a little thin, but it wasnt a problem at all. The guy at the front desk was very pleasant and I would definitely go again. Thank yall for making our stay so enjoyable.
Horrible!!!! Definitely a catfish moment! The bedsheets were not clean. Hair in it and stains. Dirty towels hanging in the bathroom. Leftover flower petals and hearts on floor from previous guests. Bed was very uncomfortable. The only two good things about this hotel is that it was very quiet and that the jacuzzi seemed to be clean and operated well. Overall I would not stay here again or recommend it. Spend the money and go somewhere nice!!!! Dont make the mistake I did thinking it was a nice bang for your buck! It was my honeymoon weekend and I thought we could save a little and spend it on our excursions....trust me I would have rather spent the money!
We had a great time. The office was very nice and helpful. It was a regular old place that they cleaned up and remodeled into an incredible escape from reality. The free champagne and chocolate really make you feel welcome. The bed is enormous. The lights, furnishing, and decor really set the mood when relaxing in the large jetted tub.
Stripper pole in my room was slimy and thats against my rules.
The phones in the room do not work and it is hard to get in touch with them late at night. Other than that, its great rooms are clean. Showers / bats are clean toilets clean beautiful Lots they did a very good job on decorating. But one suggestion book online cuz its about 20 to $30 cheaper than if you booked with a credit card or cash just walking up. Enjoy your experience!
So my husband and I planned a romantic get away weekend on Valentines Day. We planned months ahead.This place has potential and its a really cute idea but do not get fooled by the google pictures like we did.The walls are dingy, the shower curtain had mold, the bed was so extremely uncomfortable. Overall Im seriously unhappy with the cleanliness of my room. I know they clean because I can smell the cleaning products. I dont know If this place needs new paint and to be remodeled. There was a huge sign saying new management . I think the new management needs to come have some work done. I dont know how they are passing inspections. We drove to the nearest dollar tree for disinfect wipes and flip flops to wear in the shower. Im annoyed because we planned for this and we could have gone anywhere and we chose this place and it was a huge bummer.Another huge factor is they allow people to play really loud music in their rooms and in their car. So through out the entire night you would hear really loud music. How relaxing right?Im mad I ever left my comfy bed and clean house.Don’t reply to my post that y’all under new management bc that doesn’t mean anything. That room was disgusting!!!!!! I wish I would of never stayed there !!!!
Great staff, extremely friendly! Complimentary champagne and chocolate!! Room was not only affordable as I’ve paid more at a reputable chain motel and the room was not nearly as clean or nice as this one was. The bedding was bright and clean, the shower/bath was sparkling and the ambiance lighting was so relaxing! Totally worth every cent and will stay there again when I’m in the area! TWO THIMBS UP!
Not too bad. Booked the executive suite. Room description didnt match what our room looked like, ie missing a coffee maker, mp3 player but instead we had a microwave. The mini fridge was cold, shower spacious and lots of hot water, down side, the towels were thin and rough and too small. Bed frame seemed to be slightly broken. It served its purpose, good price, good location. Would go back a try the other room options. Staff in the office were very friendly and professional. Overall, had a fun time and will make this my go to for an adults only location.
This was the worst night ever people do not stay the night there. First of all the pictures are deceiving they are nothing like the pictures the rooms are very small and the beds are falling apart. The worse thing was the towels where all dirty and roaches in the shower and in the room. The worse ever was that they had bed bugs on the pillows and mattress we had to leave. I went to the office and showed the manager he didn’t care and didn’t even offer a refund NO REFUND. We had to leave and get another room. This place is less then a one start for not rent here. All the pics are fake and the people at the office

Went in under the new management. Sam was very friendly and walked me and my wife to the room to show it to us.👌🏻 The room itself looked very nice. 🙌🏻I could tell the floors were new. Only issue I had was a coffee stain on the comforter. But overall I very much enjoyed my stay. And will be.We will be back for sure though. 🙂

Ruined our trip by simply having dirty room with a bed made up with hair still present, visible stains on the sheets, and whoever was there before just put out all sorts of cigarettes on the furniture. Kind of felt like we were scammed because the room looked like a cheap prostitution joint instead of a romantic stay as the online pictures show. Without even asking for a refund I refused to stay because of how dirty the room they assigned us was, and the only thing they had to say was no refunds. Im sure there were better rooms, but it just ruined the entire mood. Never going there again. Extreme disappointment.
I was looking for a great get away with my husband and the hotel is a nasty mess. The staff are not friendly at all. The towels were thin and stained. The bed was uncomfortable. I payed for two nights and only stayed one night. The saying goes dont judge a book by its cover well that goes both ways. The web site is very appealing but when you get there you get a simply nasty off the road motel
Definitely not what I expected. When I think romantic I dont think dancing pole I think jacuzzi which is what I thought I was given. Seeing mirrors everywhere especially over the bed really creeped me out. There were handprints on it too. Though it was mostly clean the thought of what goes on in here kinda turned me off lol. My husband was the one who got us the room and even he was disappointed. Wasnt enough channels to watch but if your into dirty channels youll get three of those free. WiFi was not very good. The best thing was your allowed to smoke in the room which you dont find often anymore though their were burn holes in the bed. Water in shower was hot not much pressure. All in all a ok experience but one I will never do again.
2 stars for effort, room could be cleaned better. The room decor is very dated also does not match. The ambiance of the room makes you feel like youre on a secret getaway or Hideaway like youre on the Run. The room is very foggy and Smokey. Very humid and warm in the room. Also the location is in the heart of Oak Cliff area.😶😖😐. Not comfortable at all more like a place you would bring a one night stand.
We stayed here... And wish we hadnt room was nasty! Had to go buy bleach for just about everything! Staff was rude! And the ppl next door had about 5 kids that was running around All night outside! And they give u hot 2 bottle Waters and hot fries in a brown paper bag! So not worth the money! I would not pay anyone to stay here! Plum nasty! And nothing romantic bout it!
Horrible place! We tried to change the channel on the TV and got the following screen ( see pics) . When we went to the office for help we were told by the very rude woman that it was not her problem. She eventually came to the room and told us we had broken the entire TV system in the whole hotel. Seriously. She was rude and combative. She threatened to charge us to have the whole system repaired. Would not give us the owners name or number and said he only came like once a month and didnt care. Only number she would give us was the one on the website and nobody ever answers it. The room was dirty. The AC DIDNT work. TV couldnt be turned off. Had to get our booking company involved. She was rude to them as well. We left the hotel and disputed the charge on the card. DO NOT GO HERE. EVER!!!Edit to Owners response.. When we went the sign said it was now under new management as well...
Went when they first opened and it was nice. Second time about 7 months later and boy had it gone downhill. Lost our reservations (even though we had the confirmation email), asked for non smoking room and wanted the jacuzzi tub. Instead we were given a room that had cigarette burn marks all over the sink, wall by the sink, ledge by the TV and a dance pole in it. They now rent by the hour and we saw why....hookers galore and a drug deal in the parking lot. Disgusting!
This place is a cute concept and has potential. But the rooms need some love, floors, baseboards, and bedbase are dirty. House keeping is lacking. Needs small repairs. Hopefully now with new friendly management (who was very polite)...they will update the rooms take the fun house mirrors out and have better housekeeping services. We have been here twice, plan to keep coming back tosee any improvements. We felt very secure here! Lots of lights n cameras in the parking lot 👍
This place was the nastiest and creepiest hotel I have ever stayed at everything was filthy. The floor wasnt even swept and there was mildew in the shower. It was nothing like any of the pictures either. I dont know who took those photographs but they could win a photoshop award.
Dear managementI am not mistaken. I stayed in room 112 and it was exactly as I described... A mess; I wish I could say I had a ball and I loved my room but I must have been given the worst room you all have... I did not enjoy absolutely Nothing about this room except that my husband was there encouraging me because my feelings were crushed thinking that I could do something special for his birthday, I didn’t take pictures because I was embarrassed to brag; I will never have my friends or family go here for any reason nor will I recommend it to anyone unless they don’t mind the filth and the constant sound of sirens from fire and police, this is a place you take throw away girls or a one night stand Not your Spouse! And of course the room looks great at night, lol the lights are off and the dim lights you can’t barely see but take a day time picture... it’s absolutely horrific!
This was a decent room with mirrors on the ceilings, adult movies, & a romantic vibe. Me & my boyfriend went for a night to have fun & it was worth the money. The customer service at front desk was not so CV great but would definitely go again.
We booked the dream suite but got a normal room on check in (Nothing like the photos). There was nasty brown stuff on the wall. We paid an extra $10 and got a little closer to the room we booked but nothing like it. There was an old man who came into our room when we checked in and wouldnt leave, he kept asking if we needed condoms and lube. We were just trying to stay the night. It was a bit odd from check in to check out. Creepy and not as advertised.
Recently had a stay here, the renovations have made a huge difference they look absolutely nice and neat. The room was clean, sheets were clean, restroom was clean everything was clean. I will be coming here for more stays. Great Price!The outside of the building is clean just looks a little old fashioned but the inside is very updated!Great Job !!!!
Everything was great! BUT... they need bigger TVs & firm beds. The hot tub is relaxing I personally disinfect before using. There was loud people upstairs and outside Also GREAT customer service!
Made reservations for 3/11 on 3/2 but unfortunately had to cancel on 3/7 due to an unforeseen event Upon an attempt to do this and to recoup monies paid, we were refused a refund even though it clearly stated in black and white refund within 24 hours of cancellation. The manager even went as far as to say she had to get approval from the owners as the statement regarding refunds was no longer valid. We went back and forth with her and after threatening to call the police, we were then issued a refund. Will Never make reservations at this place in life again.
Didnt disappoint my room was clean, no bugs, no roaches tv was working good. Got the honeymoon suite, I wasnt going to get the from reading reviews but I just had to try, ask to see the rooms available before paying the guy kindly said sure, its very good for the price, I mightve got lucky and got a good room idk but everything was clean. And yes the pictures are the same. At least to me definitely going back.
I want to make this review as fair as possible. This place looked so cute on the website, but as soon as we walked into our room I spotted two small roaches, and where there are small roaches, there are always more. I squished them with my keycard and brought them to the front desk. (I really wish I had taken pictures.) Needless to say we elected not to stay overnight. They refused to refund our $40 initial reservation and called it a cancellation fee. I wish we would have at least kept the champagne from the room for our trouble.
Room was filthy, we walked on the floors and when we tried to get in the hot tub, black dirt was dripping into the tub. We, at first, thought the water may be dirty but soon realized it was from our feet. The walls were dirty. Its the first place Ive ever been to that did not have a fitted sheet on the bed. There were burn holes in the sheets as well. If you decide to check this place out, be sure to bring whatever snacks or drinks that you like. There is no store or restaurant nearby. Neighborhood is sketch. The photos listed online are not similar to what is in the room. For the price, we could have stayed a night in the Hampton Inn with a tidy room and amenities nearby. On the plus side.. you do get two free water bottles! Ha!
I booked for May and after reading the reviews I changed my mind. After all of these horrible reviews of the false advertisement and bad experiences never mind. Im a newlywed and I do not want to go through the trouble of being disappointed on a special day for us.
This was the worst experience of my life.This is nothing but a click and bait scam. The advertised honeymoon suite is nothing but a glorified cubicle of a room fitted with disco lights with a non working Jacuzzi. I paid a 163 dollars for nothing.The front desk clerk was so rude and condescending like he was doing me a favor by doing his job. Dont do it, run !
The stuff was very rude when we went to tell them about the dirty sheets and towels. We asked for our refund and they tried to fight my boyfriend for not agreeing to the terms of the refund. If I could rate them a zero I would. I am definitely suing them. Never have I ever met such rude people. Dont ever book this place.
Oh where do I start. This hotel was an absolute disappointment. My wife and I got married during the COVID pandemic and werent able to have any form of honeymoon. Once things started to calm down, we decided to look for hotels in Dallas for us to honeymoon at. We found this place and decided to look at their website. We were so impressed! the photos looked amazing, the suites looked perfect for us to have a time alone just her and myself.Upon arrival, the location of the hotel is very sketchy and the building itself is falling apart with paint chipping on the roof, and the parking lot cracked and broken in more places than not. We decided to keep an open mind as we still had a reservation and wanted to try and stay positive about the whole experience and focus on our honeymoon. We went to check in, that process went rather smooth with one hiccup. The person working at the front counter asked for my debt pin code. They refused to run my card as credit and were not able to use a different card than the one we made the reservation with. This was something that set off several red flags for me beyond what we had already seen. We got our room key and started walking to our room. When we got up to the room we noticed the door paint was peeling and chipped off and the smell of smoke was very noticeable. We opening the door to be greeted by an very intense smell of smoke but that didnt compare to the rest of the issues we found.The paint on the baseboards was peeling off, there was yellowing on the walls from the smokers that have been in the room before us. The tub in the room was also falling apart. The tile behind the tub was cracked with sizable holes in the wall. The faucet had mold on it and was lifted and moved off the tub. The lampshades were all bent and broken. The pictures on the walls were dirty, and gross. The mirror was peeling and hanging at an angle with the lights above it chipped and cracked. We didnt even get into the bathroom but I took one look and would never shower in that shower myself.The mirrors that they show in their photos on the bed and ceiling were all scuffed as well and didnt look well maintained. The bed itself also looked in disarray. There were also bugs including flies and Evaniidae. If you dont know what Evaniidae are, they are parasitic insects that eat cockroach eggs, so based on that we knew there were roaches in the entire hotel.We decided after all of the problems we saw that it was not fit for our honeymoon. We went to the office to cancel our hotel. They kept our $40 reservation fee but refunded the rest of the stay.(or claimed they did. Still waiting to see the money back in my account).With all of that said, this hotel is NOT a 3-Star hotel. I have no idea how they even got that rating.All of the positive reviews on this location are probably purchased reviews and the place has no positive elements to it. This is a motel that is probably rampant with drugs and other illegal activities and is not somewhere I would ever suggest staying ever! I wish I had gotten photos, but we just got out of the location before I could get any. Do a favor for yourself when you go to book a hotel, pull up the street view on Google Maps so you can see first hand what you are getting into before going.One final note, the kid at the counter seemed way more interested in the game he was playing on his phone rather than helping me when I checked in and checked out.
Refused to reschedule. Instead insisted on charging us. They openly said they will not reschedule. Never had an issue like this with Any hotel before. Dont go here. They dont care about their customers.
Web site claims that each room has a microwave, however, after being charged $150 for 2 nights, my room didnt have one and I brought food to heat in it. The sheets were stained and the room was dirty (I always take disinfectant wipes) our first morning was interrupted when house keeping tried to just unlock my door and come inside. Not cool.
I would not recommend this as a romantic destination for couples.The staff was very friendly, but the room was not worth the cost.We booked the honey moon suite for our 7th anniversary. The room came with complimentary champagne and was supposed to have chocolate also but they where out. The room had not been cleaned thoroughly...we had to request new sheets (still covered from others body hairs) and toilet paper. We had to clean the in-room hot tub ourselves to remove hairs from previous occupants... the floor and tables where also filthy...if your young, dumb, and trying to impress a romantic interest this place may be better suited for you.
This place is definitely not the atmosphere I think of when I think romance. Unless of course you enjoy bugs (dead and alive) in your room. The towels and bedding were noticeably stained and one of the towels even had a hole in it. There was a bug that had been smashed on the headboard. We did not stay the night and will definitely not be back.
Let me start off by saying my Husband and I did not stay at this hotel (Ill explain in a moment), so this review does not reflect the rooms.Im giving this hotel a 1 star due to the process we went through when trying to book a room. I had called two days before our intended stay. while on the phone I asked if we were going to be in town around 11 if we could still get our room. The gentlemen on the phone told me yes, that they were open 24/7 and Id be able to. I proceeded to tell him what room we wanted, and he said they had some. I asked him if they would hold the room for us, NEVER once did he tell me it was a first come first serve bases and Im thankful I record calls because of this reason here. I gave him my card number to pay in advance for the room we were going to be staying in. He then told me since it was a direct booking the price would be cheaper and i would only be paying 80 a night. We end the call and I go on about my business. A day later i receive a charge of 280 dollars (We were only going to be staying in the hotel for two days, so our bill would have been 160).On the night we leave, my husband gets a feeling and tells me to call and make sure they had our room. I tried to tell him that they said they were going to hold the room and that we can check in when we get there, but he was persistent, so i called. The guy on the phone (same guy) then tells me that they dont hold rooms after 8 and that they were booked up. After he tells me this, i get off the phone, cancel the charge of 280 which was way more than it was supposed to be and try to find another hotel room.They charged me for a room after telling me they would hold it, and then turn around and do this. If you decide to stay at this hotel, plan on getting the hotel SAME DAY.
Horrible customer service, I booked the honeymoon suite on the 27th of January for February 9th. Just moved from Colorado and booked the room with the bank card I was using at the time. They actually charge your deposit the day of your reservation. My card got declined due to not having that account anymore. They don’t call and let you know anything. I literally showed up an hour after them trying to charge the card and they gave my room away. Rita the front desk clerk didn’t give me no type of “real” explanation and waved me off when I was trying to understand what happen and why didn’t they call. It’s not what it’s all up to be anyways. Super dark at night with bed bugs, dirty linen, and I repeat the customer service is absolutely the worst. I will never refer anyone to this place. Plus the front desk clerks smell like they don’t take a shower.. At all. Wish I didn’t have to give them a damn star to post this review.
They get a -20 stars taken, was one of the worst places I have ever been, smells like mold the towels feel like sandpaper the shower curtain was barely hanging on, the sheets had hair, holes and marker marks, the bathroom had other peoples hair, the toilet paper was almost gone the little gel and lotion were used the bed was very hard and noisy. They wouldnt give us another room. I hated my stay never again will I stay there I will never recommend anyone to stay here. It was discussing place. I only place a one star cause other wise it wouldnt let me post but it gets a ( -20 ) star rating. I would like to add photos I took so everyone can see how nasty it is, they should be shut down the pictures they post are gravely exaggerated.
Dont. Just. Dont. We thought this place would be a bit cheeky on our road trip that was filled with mostly super 8s and extended stays, but it was filthy. What everyone is saying about the bed sheets is absolutely true. The mattresses are filthy and you know that because they have a flat sheet, not a fitted sheet, over top of the mattress. They have this pad thing on the mattress which was covered in all different types of hair - didnt look like it had been washed. None the less, we stayed because we got in late. We slept on top of the sheets, did not use the comforter. Also, someone in a previous review had commented on the chalk around the bed, usually and indication of known bed bugs, we saw the same in our room; to be clear didnt see any bugs. So heres the deal, we paid $78/night, it is in a dumb location, right by the landfill. We found a room at the Westin Park Central for $10 more a night for the following night; which was ridiculously nice. All Im saying is that for the cost, there are waaaaaaaay better and more importantly cleaner places to stay for the amount of money youre paying. And just dont stay here, its gross.
Its was nice just take some cleaning supplies for bathroom and kitchen and jacuzzi when I finish cleaning they didnt have to it was sparkling clean and fresh smelling. Dont believe when they say smoke free it not our room smell like smoke, had to burn a candle.

First of all, what you are seeing in the photos is not reality when you arrive at the place I chose. A non-smoking honeymoon suite but they really dont have a non-smoking suite. This place is not to bring your partner if you want to spend a nice days. Dont waste your money. Arrive at the place. And I was not even 1 hour I had to leave the place
Our first room didnt have a working TV, i told them so. They moved us into a new room.When I showed up my GF had to clean the mini fridge before using it. The phone had something on it as seen in the photo. Had to ask for a coffee pot, when it arrived the tray was gross and had a dusting of marijuana on it, like someone had used to roll a blunt. The coffee pot was broken. The bed was super squeaky which I dont think is a good idea for a place that has a stripper pole in the room. The mirror above the bed came straight out of a fun house. The air conditioner made an intense intermittent noise throughout the whole night. All in all, would not recommend to anyone.
If you are looking for a legitimate romantic getaway, this is not it. Its a seedy motel with a few extra amenities that lend to exactly what seedy motels are for. Not knocking it, just telling you outright what youre getting. Pros: Jacuzzi tub worked and they left instructions on how to use it, ATM in the lobby (they know exactly who their clientele are), mood lighting, headboard mirror, roomy shower, comfy bed and pillows. Cons: Not clean. Looks clean after a quick once over, but weird particulates on the bed and stains on all linens if you go past a cursory glance. Towels are thin and rough, all appliances were unplugged when we got in, ceiling mirror is straight from a fun house which, while incredibly hilarious and fun for us, probably not so much for other people. Also we woke up to thr smell of natural gas permeating the room. So theres that. If youre from Luling that part might make you feel at home.
I loved going thru this experience with my husband. We never spend time alone and decided to go here to get away. Loved the setting of the room, light effects and that King size bed. The room was perfect size for a couple. We enjoyed so much we are planning on going back.

Had a wonderful time the Jacuzzi suite is great and not a bad price. Staff is friendly and amazing quite area me and my husband had an amazing experience. They give Champaign and candy bars and other goodies upon arrival for honeymoon suite and chips and other stuff for regular rooms! Will be returning frequently
Every room is its own unique setting with abiotic lights. Some rooms have stripper poles, some have jacuzzi tubs, all rooms are awesome. Just pick a color & go from there. I visit there as often as I can bc I love their unique room settings. Thank you
Cool rooms! Friendly staff! The room was clean and people were nice. We really enjoyed our staycation for our 7 year anniversary together here! I would definitely recommend it to locals who want a little something different from a hotel experience! Oh yeah and I thought it was hilarious that there was a stripper pole in our room and a funhouse mirror over our bed! Lol
After driving from Houston, I wanted to surprise my friend and boy did we receive a suprise!!! The room was nothing like the picture,dried blood on the floor.A hole in the bathroom,comforter set had burn holes as well.Front desk worker had poor customer service and rude,only offered to change the room (which I’m sure were all the same DIRTY!!)I had to call the police to receive a refund!! This is a crack motel not a romantic anything..
This place has bed bugs, I did not get in the bed right away to discover them. Call the office around 3:15 am to tell them I had been bitten by bed bugs (two to be exact) the clerk said it happens. In other words oh well! Did offer another room but who wants to leave out this place at 3 am, if you see the area you would understand why. Smdh never again!!
The only Reason I gave it a 4 because of the location. I was skeptical because of the reviews. Me and my man went to celebrate our anniversary We had a blast!!! The room was clean I am clean freak so I brought lysol and and lysol wipes lol. To wipe down everything and brought my own towels and a extra blanket. The mirrors on the ceiling and headboard was dope we got the jacuzzi room came with champagne and chocalate! I also liked how the room had dim lights. I believe for the price was worth it a.c. got cold and water got hot! Its about what you make of it We jazzed it up with rose petals and candels!Id recommend this place to all the lovers. Value for money.Even if you dont choose the romantic ambients with the mirror on the ceiling or the Jacuzzi, you will find a good standard room: very spacious , king size bed, tile floor, clear bathroom with a lot of sweater and cleaning products.There is no breakfast, but when you arrive you receive snacks and water bottles for free.
A motel with a couples getaway feel. The rooms are not to shabby with mirrors in the ceiling. The hottub is not that big, but its a cool feature. The led lighting is a nice touch.
Need i say i was so surprised to see a hotel this nice esp on this side of Dallas. I was also shocked to see a hotel so Jazzy and the icing on the cake was the strip pole in the room! Made my evening very erotic and fun! Clean rooms and super friendly staff! Will go again!! 10 thumbs up!
Read a lot of bad reviews online. Was super stressed before reaching the place. Once we reached the location, we realized ALL THE REVIEWS ONLINE WERE FALSE! Loved the place! It was clean, it was not exactly accessible, but it was nothing like described in the reviews!The new renovations and the new management really take good care of this place.
A lil raunchy but overall was good stay. I took my own cleaning supplies due to covid but clean sheets a lil noisy at night but otherwise no big complaints rooms similar but definitely not as classy as photos.
Nice place for couples. Many adult themed amenities. Mirrors all around the room, even over the bed. I can honestly say that Ive never seen a stripper pole in a motel room. Xxx rated movies on the TV. They were all from the 1980s and one channel seemed to showcase hermaphroditic porn a little more than I felt comfortable watching. They seemed to feature hermaphrodites about 65% of the time, where I prefer to watch it 0% of the time.
Roaches EVERYWHERE!!! Didn’t even stay in the hotel a whole 5 minutes!!! When I asked for a refund I was told I would have to wait the next day for a manger by the name of Mark. When I called the next day they gave me the run around saying he was not there even though I called at the time the lady at the front told me to. After telling her that it was very unacceptable she hung up on me and all day the front desk did not get an answering. I’ve been calling everyday since and it’s been the same thing every time. They are very rude and the hotel is very nasty. I deserve my refund!!!
No thing like pictures the moment I got there and saw the room I said I want to cancel my reservation towels was dirty bed was old and rough you can tell they remodeled with paint but the furniture was old toilet old shower was new. If you dont mind having the best then stay at this place they ought to be shame to call themselves romantic suite when its not even classy

THEY STOLE FROM US!THE WORST EXPERIENCE! Not only would they work with me to push back my reservation due to a dead in the family, but when my husband and I did get there they ended up charging us twice! It only started there. All of our towels had nasty stains on them, the workers although at first seemed nice ended up stealing from us! My husband and I returned from a movie Friday night and when I certainly through the door I found one of my makeup brushes laying by the door. I then went to put it with the rest of my things and saw that all of my makeup was missing. (Which is the oddest thing to take and very unsanitary. ) They also stole the new bars that I had got from Victoria Secret that day along with some new clothes that we got for my husband. When we called the office they said that they would watch the tapes and get back to us that night. No one contacted us. So the next morning I went down to the office to talk with them. When I walked in both female workers were in the back and didnt here me come in so I was standing around the corner waiting for them to come out so I could speak with them. When they came out from the back they did.not see me and were track talking about us! Them one worker told the other female worker to just go tell them we looked at the tapes but didnt see anything. I then came arou.d the corner extremely angry and they told me that I must have misunderstood and that I needed to calm down and that no one steals there. That is obviously not true as I missing $400 worth of things! The police and a detective are now involved as well and the office could not have been more rude to us. DO NOT GO THERE! I wanted a nice weekend visiting my husband in the Air Force because I am not able to see him often, and THIS IS what happened instead.
Orginally I thought to myself that stopping here for the night was a good idea....but I was wrong. Oh, where do I even start. It was in a difficult place to get to and a bad side of town. I didnt feel safe. When I found myself at a resteraunt after checking in the waitress told me, dont go there its a crackhead heaven. The sheets were burned by cigarettes which didnt really make sense to me since it was a non smoking room. The room also had a certain aroma, that I didnt find pleasing. Im sure someone who was coming here to simply get their rocks off wouldnt pay attention to the smell too much. The towels were tiny, I refer to them as hair towels. The tv didnt work which was whatever. But my main concern is that it wasnt as clean as it shouldve of been. I may be nit picking here but there were cobwebs hanging and the mirrors were dirty. But overall, it wasnt the worst for the price. Would I stay again? Well no, but Im on the picky side I guess. I think its more of a place you make coitus with a hookup or a hooker. These is my honest opinion. :) Good luck!
Room was clean, cozy and very romantic. Staff was great. Took a little time to figure out how to get past the blue screen in the TV, but once we did, we were able to watch TV.
This hotel in my opinion is overpriced for what they have to offer.... The rooms are not anything like the advertised photos show. The rooms are tiny, the beds are uncomfortable and noisy, the rooms smell like mildew. The towels are a big joke.. looks like they were purchased from a dollar store.... Do not believe what you see in the Photoshopped pictures. Everything that glitters is not GOLD.. I would not come back here.....
It wasnt what my wife was thinking. She reserved the room and it was not up to her expectation. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. It just wasnt up to spec. The management and staff were really nice and receptive of the criticism and promised to improve.
Room smelled and nasty funny sheet was nasty had to go to walmart for sheet and blanket service was horrible towels with stains owner open my door without knocking. Left and came back someone had went in my room. Will never stay again I will sleep in my car first or just go home
They have rooms for 150 with jacuzzi tubs in them I stayed and the regular rooms were $85 I didn’t call because it’s my birthday so I said I’d call in the morning and when I called she told me it was cold because a pipe busted but I can’t get the difference back which would be 65$ because I didn’t call them the night before. I will never come back here again and don’t recommend.
Room wasnt clean...sheets were stained. I went back home and got cleaning products and my own towels and sheets to use for the bed (I also had bed bug spray) and jacuzzi. If i hadnt wanted to relax so badly in the jacuzzi, i would have demanded my $ back and left. Thumbs down for the honeymoon suite!
Stayed the night got bit up by bed bugs. They also have lots of cockroaches and the prices that are online are not what they charge you. The maid service is horrible since the rooms arent clean the women there are just rude!

Disappointed in the fact that the management knew when we to arrive,and opted to NOT to have the A/C already running in the room. It was very hot in the room and took almost 2 1/2 hours for it to cool down.My wife sat in our car for the first 90 minuets with the A/C running. Putting a real damper on our 30th wedding anniversary. The room was clean and looked like the web site pictures. Maybe because it was over 100 degrees outside,the only time we opened the door was for only a few seconds to be handed our dinner delivery. Those few seconds made the room become noticeably warmer.Witch started the cool down time all over again. I would say their A/C units are under sized for the Texas heat.The plastic flowers that are on the balconies and window sills where dusty and look cheap and trashy.The in room jacuzzi was on the small size two full size adults (not pluse size)where tight in it. On a positive note the hand rail on the jacuzzi was a benefit getting out when all wet.Last comment : The only place that Grub Hub would deliver was a bar B que place that was not good either. I wont be back
My husband decided to bring me here for Valentine’s Day weekend and let me say it was a nice spot, the rooms were even nicer than expected, the room was clean and the everything was in order. Nice bedding, overall it is one of Dallas’s best kept secrets for a romantic getaway and I would come back again.
Ruuuuuunnnnn the room was smaller then the pics and there was ROACHES!!!!!!! We tried to check back out because as soon as I get in the room I kill four roaches and they wouldnt give me a refund. They said I had to wait for the manager to come back and that it would be four days two weeks later I still havent spoken to the manager and they will hang up on your face. DO NOT STAY IN THIS ROACH INFESTED MONEY STEALING PLACE!!!!! I give it negative ten stars I only put one because you cant post without picking a number.
Their rooms are clean. I love the lights around the room and bed. Our room didnt have a tub stopper so no bath for me :( But the bed was very comfortable.

The pictures are nothing like online its also in a ghetto location its a run dumpy hotel with cheep renovations the if she also charged me $40 separately and got out a calculator and told me to add it up. It was 120 total just go to a normal hotel. You will feel so ripped off.
So I cant really review this place as far as being able to sleep in a room. We had an event in Dallas and decided to rent the jacuzzi suite. We drove 30 minutes out of our way because we wanted the jacuzzi. It was cheap and we wanted to relax. The website says 24 hour reception, so we assumed there was no check in time. We show up and the guy says we are late. We were supposed to check in by 8PM. And they gave our room away. But we can rent another room without a jacuzzi. He had our number, he could have called and confirmed we were coming. We booked directly through their website. I just checked my confirmation email. No mention of 8 PM check in. I just went to their website and read ALL the terms and conditions. No mention of 8 PM check in. In fact, it says you need to check in on the day you booked the suite or its given away. But not by a specific time. Looking at the pictures on here and judging by the people in front of us, I can only assume we were lucky this happened.
Everything looked OK and nice until we got back to our cities. We started filling ichy and with red spots on our bodies 6 days after we left the hotel and it is for sure they had BED BUGS!!!!!!!! on our bed. We spend 4 night there! What a mistake.
Very nice room, just like the picture. Side of town seems a little sketchy but no one bothered us. Clean bathroom. Bed has down comforter. Good price. Bath towels were small though.
The toilets had piss on them. The white towels had all different types of stains and needed to be replaced. Everything in the room seem to be very cheap and didnt live up to the $90 a night rate. First and last time staying at his place for sure

Called ahead to approve a credit card issue, manager agreed and said they would accept it. Arrived at location only to be rebuffed by the manager AND her front desk clerk. They told us to basically step off and there was nothing they would do to help us.
The place is funky and cute! Must stay just for the experience, makes you feel young again. Our room was clean and super adult friendly! Very different but a must see.

You start to smell the mold behind the walls even the air conditioner lets out mold smelling fumes. It sent my allergies way up and now i can barely breath. I was sneezing all night runny nose ,wastery eyes.JUST OVER ALL horrible.It all started when I came here! I repeat ill recommend a regular hotel.Hell the bed wasnt even comfortable you feel every last spring. I could have spent 121 dollers else where. And been ovet satisfied.Was not close to worth the money!!!

I gave it one star because I had too but I called to see if they would have a honeymoon suite for October 26-28th ! The front desk worker just kept saying we sold out not knowing the dates that I needed the room ! They really need better workers because they will never get my money talking to customers the way she answered that phone ! In real life they don’t deserve any stars at all
Awesome place...its almost magical...for what you paid for. Furniture outdated and needs to be replaced, room looked clean, nothing that would stand out immediately but im sure if you looked deeper...In an awesome spot nice ducked off get away. Could use more complimentary things too make a little nicer. But really nice for the price.
This is a very clean, well lit and maintained facility. Very compentitively priced hotel with a slight touch of romantic ambiance from their soft, colorful lighting in each of the rooms. They have a janitor there that will beg for tips even for just answering a basic question but the place seemed safe enough and was right off the highway.
I would give this place NO stars if I could. Today is my husband and I 17th year anniversary. I made the reservation yesterday and received confirmation email with Itenarary. Today I call to let them know it will be a late check in since its a SURPRISE for my husband since we NEVER had a Honeymoon and was told by a woman that our card didnt go through (even though there were more than enough funds available and bank stated nothing was even tried from that company) and she has been TOO BUSY to call anyone back. THANK GOD my sons girlfriend was able to find a room at the Hilton in Dallas. I paid a lot more money for this new room but it was a much better experience.
We stay here all the time! Very comfy & affordable place to chillax with your boo! Our 1st room was good but I hated the bed so without hesitation we were upgraded to a dream suite at no additional charge! No stores or food for at least 5miles...
I’m struggling to find words to describe how disgusting this place is. To sum it up, it’s a trap motel. Not sure how they get away with calling it a hotel. It most likely used to be one of those independently owned places with hourly rates. The security glass at the front desk gives it away.I’m pretty sure it’s a sex trafficking/drug dealing hub given the level of filth, cheap price, and location. Being right off two trucker route highways that connect near downtown, it’s the first place on a street with a cluster of equally disgusting motels. I seriously considered calling the local police dept with my suspicions, but I’m sure they’re there all the time anyway.On the plus side, the rooms are equipped with cool lights installed over the bed and a cute heart cut out in the ceiling. (Kudos to the interior designer.) The cutout has inner ledges perfectly constructed to hide drugs in. The ashes and dead roach were a nice touch. I also discovered a ghetto I didn’t know about leaving the place, so that was an unexpected cultural experience.I normally do not leave bad reviews, because I understand my bad experience could be the exception, but that’s just not the case here.I feel obligated to warn others and stupid for not catching on after reading “free mints and water upon checkout” in the description. Those weren’t offered to me btw.

STEER CLEAR. Tried to plan a romantic weekend but had a horrible experience, unfriendly staff. ac did not work in the first toom after finally being moved to another room that ac didnot work either. they finally agreed to give a refund so we could leave and go to another hotel. we were then given 15 minutes to be out of the room so they could put someone else in right behind us. its a great concept but a terrible hotel. steer clear. ordered champagne and chocolate and was handed a cheap bottle and two hershey bars at check in, not even in the room. i would give zero stars if i could!
I cant say enough great things about our experience at Romantic Inn & Suites in Dallas TX. My wife and I stayed here for two nights while celebrating her Birthday. We had a King Spa Suite and I was amazed with room lights and all! We were greeted warmly at check in and I was surprised to learn they offer champagne package for only $15. The points that sold us on our hotel were: free parking, free wifi, romantic mood lights and price. If I have to list cons it would be: location (it’s secluded near industrial area) and dining place is within 6 miles in downtown Dallas area, but neither of those would keep me from staying here again. I will definitely be returning soon.

This place is NASTY!!!!!!! Checked into our room and opened the door and it was filthy. They gave us a different room and we checked into that one and found a bug nest hanging from the ceiling. Went to the reception desk and was told that they couldnt give me a refund because the manager was on vacation. I will never recommend this inn to anyone... Obviously I did and had questions. We booked with another hotel and will spend our anniversary there instead. With business being slow you think people would be nicer to customers. Its a roadside motel with nothing but big rigs and shipping depos around it. Frequented by hookers and other shady characters. The outside look makes you wonder if you booked correctly bit the staff was friendly and the room was fantastic. I would rethink a wavy mirror over the beds, but the room was clean, comfortable, and the hotel was quieter than we expected.
Came here with my boyfriend for my birthday...Staff is nice I will give them that but the pictures on the Internet...FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! The room we had was so basic....No hot tub in the room no mirror on the ceiling (which is what drew me to the location in the first place) just a red soft lit room with a stripper pole in it which is not the room I asked for.....We ended up leaving an hour after checking in once I saw roaches in the bathtub I planned on taking a candlelit bubble bath in....Dont be fooled, this place looks like a typical hotel for Hookers to conduct their services in. I definitely wasnt pleased and wouldnt recommend
I must admit this place is the best kept secret in the Metroplex area because they got honeymoon suites theyve got suites with hidden lights theyve got one Suite with a jacuzzi and champagne and the service in the management do everything in their power to help you if youre looking for a room anywhere within 20 miles of Dallas consider this place its new rooms Under New Management the guy has been in the motel business for 35 years and he knows how to do service youll love it
Travelocity made it look like a normal hotel. The pictures of it on that site looked all modern and updated. PHOTOSHOPPED. FAKE. If you are a normal, law-abiding citizen or couple, you should think again about staying here. They are accustomed to people only booking a single night at a time (prostitues and patrons everywhere). The place had an old, musky, funky smell to it and there was long, black hair in the sheets when we pulled them back. We also saw a roach. Try a normal chain hotel if you have the displeasure of needing to visit Dallas overnight.
This is the worst motel to visit I promise you. Roach motel should be the name. And NO REFUNDS is their GAME. I have pictures to prove it. Ive called several times to be told the manager is on vacation while an employee onsite said that this man and the other woman are managers. This was a romantic getaway in the heart of South Dallas. The grounds were blooming with beautiful flowers. The rooms were seductively lit. The bed was the center piece. My girlfriend and I stayed up all night long!
At first i pulled up the location and seen it was off 310 in the oakcliff area. I was kind of sceptical. So i went there befor check in and seen it was truly amazing! The man at the front desk was soooo nice and kind with answering all my questions. The room was so super clean and well decorated. The light are so romantic. I WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW THIS PLACE IS WORTH EVERY DIME!!!!!!!! Me and my hunni have decided to make this are little excape out of the city!

We were very shocked when we pulled up to the hotel. Several sketchy characters hanging around outside. Was VERY shocked to see the teller behind bullet proof glass....only to find out why very soon. As i was counting out my money to pay for the room i was robbed at gun point. The man behind the glass was of little help. Had a sick fiance in the car and because he watched my money get stoled and i didnt have enough for the room he refused to check me in. You would think this was bad but it gets worse. I then see the thief in the highway coming towards my car reaching for a gun and soon realized DPD had a road block set up behind my car and a chopper above us. THEN we were advised to go to the police department. Only after about two hours of questioning did the officer finally charge the man with AGGRAVATED ARMED ROBBERY!!! This happened inside the lobby. The thief was already sitting inside; and the tellers response made me feel that he in some way knew what was going to happened or was involved in this crime...i would advise STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this hotel! Rude staff, criminals, and dangerous people surround this place!
The room was fairly recently redone. Great decor. Good room for the price. Only drawback is you have to drive for 5-10 minutes to get near any restaraunts.
It was ok like the bed and the room are clean and comfortable but the day staff can be a bit mean plus you have to pay 10 dollars an hour for late check out. Of and getting to the hotel at night can be a hard its really dark but the hotel its self is lighted up
After getting ready to book the Honeymoon Suite, I called to see if check in could be earlier the 3pm ( as stated on website). A man answered on my second attempt, he told me the time and as I was getting ready to ask another question he hung up in my face. It looks like a nice hotel (on the inside) but the staff are rude! Very disappointed . Customer Service training should be required !
Best hotel ever for a romantic get away. No problems at all. beds are comfy, the ac does take awhile for it to cool down the room but it gets very cold. staff is extremely friendly and helpful would recommend this for couples.

There where lots of ppl hanging out when we made it there at 12 in the morning...no parking spots.. My room did not get cleaned while we where there I called to get clean towels the women got a attuide told me it would be after 3 bc she clam to had left some and didnt even come to my roon

I did a bed bug check just to find the sheets dont fit properly and there was hair all over the place, was not even cleaned right. Very uncomfortable to sleep in the bed. Our experience was ok... not the worst hotel weve stayed at, but we did end up hearing some lady scream in the middle of the night and awoke to officers in the parking lot. Not sure what happened but its a rough area, for sure.

Front desk lady is extremely unprofessional and rude. Questioning everything my buddy and I were doing. No other people in the room and was screaming the requirements to us. We just wanted a room because we drove across Texas with no ac . Rude and unprofessional.
Foreign lady “claiming” to be a manager at the front desk was extremely unprofessional, rude and downright disrespectful . She hung up the phone after telling me I (the customer) was being unprofessional because I asked for a refund 24 hours before check in! My boyfriend called back asking when the managers would be in and this same lady said the managers would be in at 10am tomorrow, so she clearly lied. YIKES
If it was a way to place no star. It would be done.. This is the most horrible place to stay.. I pulled up and it looked peaceful..But to my suprize.. It was horrible.. Feaces in the bed..hair.. Blood apats in sink.. Dirtu doors and tables.. Stripper poles and and cum ataina in beds.. Even saw a bed bug.. Showed dude pics and he was like ok and.. Then made me pay 20 dollars at 12 am to camcel the reservation.. I will be back to get my money .. I will poat pucs because this is horrible ... Oh did i forget the phone and remote had their own infectious desease campaign going.. If the inside matched the outside night time atmosphere it would possibly be better.. Tjats bad when i rather sleep outside after u bury your grandmother than the hotel u rented.

Stayed in room last night and was Eaten up by BED BUGS ROOM #220 we had to check out at 6am because of it. I took pictures of the bed bug on the headboard one on the dresser and all of the chalk that was around the bed and underneath the mattress where the hotel was obviously aware that there was bed bugs and they try to act like their hotel didnt have the bugs and refuse to give the money back its very unprofessional and disgusting

Its possible for this hotel to get 5 stars change the Bed sheets make me feel like Im the only one thats slept here the sheets looked cheap and made me feel dirty not to mention it looks like a cleaner fixed up Bates motel with a few suspect looking people hanging out along there 60 room next to the other room not to classy but very sketchy, change the paint and the brled sheets, not impressed I booked somewhere else not worth the money.

Stayed here 2 years ago and it was a horrible time. Felt worse than staying at a motel 6. We slept and got out as soon as we could. Bad part of town. Small towels. Dirty sheets.

Fun adult hotel for a unique night out. Goofy but cheap, owners were nice. Our tv was broken in one room and we were switched to a less fun room but over all it was ok.
Was not happy with their customer service when complications arrised from an online booking. Unfriendly. Like a just another day blah blah blah attitude. Cant blame it for language barrier eitherI want to go again but make sure I have cash on hand.

Affordable no frills hotel out of the way of a lot of traffic. The exterior is tidy and quiet. Rooms are clean and have working AC.

When we checked in the first room we went into did not look like the room that they post online the lights around the bed did not work so we went to the front desk had to be moved rooms the next room we got put into was disgustingly dirty I had to clean it myself I did tell the guy at the front desk that I have worked in the hotel industry for 11 years as a housekeeper as front desk and now GM at a hotel and this room was disgusting and I had to clean it myself so I was satisfied with staying here there was dirt all over the floors the toilet was disgusting I asked him if they had a housekeeping supervisor if she actually checks these rooms because I dont see how she could have missed all the evidence mistakes that were made cleaning this room there is no plate in the microwave the price is good yes but this place is not worth staying

Loved it was very accommodating and friendly staff was very attentive and understood and respected my wishes to surprise my fiance...they also offer champagne a.d different style room I was in the honeymoon suite and it had a jacuzzi which we absolutely loved the room was very clean and nobody bothered us the entire time.

There were cockroaches all over. They charged me for room service that i didnt even order. They say in the website that they give you bottle water in the room but the only thing they give you is cockroaches.
