Cloud 9 Smoke, Vape, & Hookah Co. - Dallas, Ga

GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. Been going to cloud 9s for several years. Never argue price, always have good interactions with the employees, and never had any complications. However, recently bought a $70 item which no one noticed was entirely empty. I got home and noticed the jar was empty and immediately rushed back to the shop so they wouldn’t think I emptied it on my own. The employee at night said the manager would more than likely just refund me or give me a new one when he arrives in the morning. To everyone’s surprise the manager said I had emptied it(though there wasn’t even the slightest smell of cleaning chemicals or the product.). He insisted that their location was incapable of making such a mistake. Clearly. . . $70 down the drain and nothing to show for it. I suggest going to any other location if you go to cloud 9. The extra time driving will save you money in the long run.08/08/2024Update, they also gave me the wrong pods. Found out long after the visit so that’s on me but now it’s more than $70 wasted. The owner told me to email him which I did twice because I hadn’t received a response in 2 weeks. I don’t expect a refund or a response anymore. Please go somewhere else.

If I could give the business 10 stars, I would for sure. Went to visit them on Saturday and upon arrival I was greeted within 10 seconds by Shaarih. This man was not only professional and extremely knowledgeable, he seemed like he genuinely cared about my needs. The whole staff was AWESOME!The product selection was fantastic and the pricing is very reasonable and competitive. But Ill tell you what, I would pay 10% more at Cloud 9, just because of the way my money was appreciated. Keep it up guys and the sky is the limit! Cheers

If you’re looking for a disposable vape head to another star. This store very rarely has any stock. If they tell you that there is a delivery coming that day that usually means that delivery will show up sometime in the next two weeks I used to come here all the time, but lately I’m coming less and less because they have no stock. You’re better off going to a different store to try to find what you need than coming here and finding out that they don’t have what you need. Staff is great. Selection is horrible and very rarely actually stocked. Better availability and cheaper to buy from an online store rather than driving down to the store to find out if they don’t have anything in stock.

On the eve of Sept. 6, 2023, an employee was requested to put forth a specific device with a certain gimmick. He meagerly mentioned the aforementioned product and immediately went into a bombastic schpiel about topics completely irrelevant to the expressed desires of the customer and did not allow anyone to add a word in edgewise, demonstrating a desire to hawk goods and not to understand anothers druthers. The sale was immediately rescinded upon listening to the shopboys glib. After being equanimously informed of the bungled sale and the products the customer normally bought, the salesperson had the temerity to question the customers erudition - if known of the customers métier from the get-go, the remaining product (about seven disposable vape pens) would have been purchased without neither further questions nor a scathing review. At best, this business contains a bereft repertoire, and it would behoove you to seek out a more apt outfit. Two stars were given as I still made the cheapest purchase to ensure I would barely suffice my predilections and tide myself over until I could continue my patronage at a more appropriate location.I changed my rating to one star because management only responds with a copied template to all reviews which puts the onus back on the customer after they already reached out. Dont support such benighted individuals.

I started coming here since I recently moved and this is a convenient location for me, I honestly used to avoid Cloud 9s because they were usually alot pricier than other places but I paid less for vape juice here than at any other vape shop!!!Nobody has ever made fun of me or been rude to me for asking about flavors or anything, actually today the person helping me even recommended some new ones to try!So far I’ve had a really nice pleasant experience each time I have visited (even times I’ve came and not been greeted or talked to they still were good at grabbing what I needed and getting me out quickly, which I’m personally fine with) and I would definitely recommend this place to others! I’ll have to check out some of their other items now!!Thank you guys for all your kindness and affordability it means alot to me!!!

I went in for delta 8 and the younger man at the counter (upon guessing and being correct I found out he was a Taurus) was very helpful! We chatted and he was knowledgeable about the product and conducted business with gusto. And the gorgeous younger woman (who is a Gemini) with dark hair was SO cute and helpful as well! We exchanged business informations and I hopefully gained a customer at my restaurant as well as a new place to buy my delta 8 in a pinch! 10/10 will go back even if it’s just to talk about my sign with this pretty girl 😊🤣🖤

Amber from Houston Texas here. I was visiting Dallas Georgia and had to go to four other smoke shops until I arrived at cloud nine. I was looking for canisters for whip cream cartridges. Everyone had cartridges but no canisters no crackers or balloons. How can you have a good time without all the necessary utensils to have a good time with? Brandon from Cloud 9 was my savior he even was courteous enough to leave cloud nine location one and go to cloud nine location number two to pick those up for me and brought them back, two canisters and a goody bag that was fabulous he totally went out his way to help me out and that is a rare quality in people today. The people at cloud 9 and are very knowledgeable and kind. Brandon followed up with a text message with me to make sure everything was ok. I recommend the store to everyone who wants to be treated like a human! Thanks again

The laziest worker I have every meet. I asked for a 80w voodoo cartridge for a vape the women refused to read the back of the box. She kept saying she don’t know what cartridge I need and she would have to read each one to find out. It was only out of 3 boxes. Her lazy attitude will keep me from ever coming back.also I was the only one in the store so it wasn’t like I was hold up a line or anything.

Thought the place was outstanding my first experience. Haven’t seen the same employee/manager since. Now, I will not return. They sell products that are defective even on a $20 piece of equipment. They are extremely overpriced on vape mods especially and charged me almost double for my latest model. The employee helping me buy, saw the sticker price of the tank (which was $40) and said it was wrong and charged me $50. How do you not honor the displayed price. This last experience trying to exchange or return a product unharmed that was sold to me defective while employee explained it to be most accurate. I’ve spent prob $1,000 with the place but they just lost a customer indefinitely. I know for a fact if that same manager who took care of me the first time, would have taken care of me this time to make sure I wasn’t ripped off. There’s a small mom and pop shop on 41 by Cedarcrest who are honest and good people. Who WILL NOT rip you off!

Had nothing but excellent experiences so far from these guys. Employees seem to be well versed in the product knowledge and looked up to make sure they’re coils were compatible with my vape. On one occasion an employee called multiple stores till he found the product I needed. Never had a store in this industry do those things for me. Wide selection too so I usually leave with more than I come to get

Wow, would get a zero if I could! I have been a loyal customer to this location and recently purchased a faulty device. I was never told about the 48 hour return rule however I was back in the store within 48 hours to discuss my issues and pacified so that I would exceed the 48 hours. I have had the device 4 days. Was told by the kid it was a great device then Today when trying to return it was told that this brand is notorious for being of poor quality....really? Manager does not care about repeat business. Going to see if Ciggys is any better. Beware buyer of their “48 hours” and scamming sales techniques.

I know if Im anywhere in the metro Atlanta area there is a Cloud 9 not far away and I will be able to get what I need. I cannot think of a reason to set foot in any other vape shop.

I like the vape juice selections. Today, I was there to pick up some juice and my order was rung up wrong. He sold me something I was only inquiring about but was very helpful about it. He couldnt refund me my money but offered to give me another juice. It was frustrating at first but he was very helpful with sorting it out. Adam was great.

I had no idea cloud 9 was into CBD products. Stop by this shop and it offers so many varieties, there is something for everyone. In just breaking into learning about CBD.. I cant say enough about James and the knowledge he has.. not only about CBD but about the entire industry in general. James is awesome, I will definitely be back.

Came in late, they sold me some coils I wasnt used to and was new to. Guy was pretty rude and didnt seem to want to be at work or help me at all. Dumped all my juice out that i paid for. Had to wait awhile outside first because he was in the bathroom. Its nice the hours are late for people who work all day, but if u dont want to be at work then looking for another job might be your best bet....will not return

The individuals working here helped me pick out a vaporizer and showed me how everything worked. After taking it home I learned that it was a defective unit from the start. I returned to the store and learned that they would not allow me to return the unit and that I would basically have to deal with a leaking defective unit or trade it in and only get half of my money back. I suggest never buying from here because they dont support what they sell. My unit leaked from the very moment it got home from the store. The guys working there were great, but the store owner was zero help.

Called for Juno Pods, the associate at the store claimed they had no starter kits but had Tons of juno flavors.I arrive at the store to find 5 of 18 flavors that juno has to offer, not only that but the flavors they did have were all high 48mg nicotine with no other options.EditI really like how the owner replied, I think thats fine customer service and though I have not spoken to him yet I can tell he takes care of his customers well. Great place to find a wide variety of incense, vape accessories, kratom, pipes and tobacco. Staff is always super helpful and they never seem too busy. The prices are a little higher than retail but its justified by all they have to offer.

There is a reason why I avoid ALL local head shops and Cloud 9 is the perfect example. They ALL lie about pricing and the origins of their products. I have been using Medicali and Hi Si glass for a few years now, so its safe to say, that I have knowledge concerning both companies. Cloud 9 sells Medicali at the suggested retail price and Hi Si glass above retail, plus taxes; and the lie they ALL tell is that the manufacturer sets the prices and they cant negotiate. Yet, you can go online to either Hi Si glass, Medicali or 420 Science (concerning Hi Si glass only), and get the exact same products shipped to your front door without taxes and at a cheaper price in ALL cases. Medicali glass is NO different. An example: I was interested in a Medicali piece that retails for $260.00, I able to purchase the exact same piece directly from Medicali for $166.00, no taxes, free shipping, no gas or time waisted negotiating. In the case of Hi Si glass, the prices are higher than Hi Si sells their own products and you can get 15 - 20% off purchasing directly through them. If the manufacturer truly sets the prices on their pieces and you allegedly cant lower them, then I only ask, then why are you selling them at a higher price than the manufacturer itself??? I communicate regularly with Hi Si and Medicali via email or telephone. Both respective companies are very customer oriented and love working with people. Cloud 9 depends primarily on the consumers ignorance concerning a products pricing and general information. There are many companies who claim to be American Made, but are actually produced in China; and Cloud 9 promotes them as being American Made. A classic example, Diamond Glass. Diamond Glass is made in China for an American based company. The are several other allegedly American companies that sells the exact same glass pieces as Diamond Glass with their own respective labels, not to mention, you can also find the same pieces on DH Gate, so I need NOT say any more. As far as the price matching, thats a lie too. I need not define what price matching means. So between ALL the lying, price gouging, and failures to match prices as they so boldly claim to do, please take your business elsewhere. In each case above, I was able to save between $100 - 200 and in some cases, even more. ALL local head shops are dishonest, liars and dumb about the origins of their glassware (or they truly know, but deceive the consumer! ) They purchase ALL of their glass at wholesale prices, thus making their profit margins in most cases 200 - 300%. Do not get caught up in the American vs Chinese glass argument, because the same Americans that advocate against Chinese glass, are in reality selling you China Made glass with their American designed labels ONLY, at American prices (imagine the profit margins.) Bottom line, buy what youre comfortable with or can afford. If a consumer wants an American made product, thats what they should be sold and at a fair market prices. You Always catch more Bees with Sugar than you can Sh**!. If Cloud 9 attempts to address this post with anything other than the truth, I will edit it, post ALL supporting links and expose even more American brands that are being produced in China, and lying saying that they are American Made. Just to show you how serious I am, I will start with Cloud 9s popular brand, Grav Labs. These fools havent made an American piece since about 2007, its out sourced to China and being pushed onto the American public as American Made at premium prices. In closing, its your money, dont just give it away for NOTHING!!! ALL of this information can be found on line for FREE, just as my review is FREE! STAY SAFE and be cautious on who you spend your hard earned dollars with, especially during these times!

Im not very knowledgeable when it comes to vape mods and juices but I came in to this shop looking for a new vape and was not disappointed. I was given a 10% discount on my vape because it was my first time there and also a lower price on their house juices, which are awesome. I highly recommend the strawberry watermelon. The mod was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. He even showed me, in depth, how to change the coils, charge it, and load new juice. Im kicking myself for not catching his name but Im so happy I found this place! If youre in need of anything vape related, this is the place to go.

I went in there this past Friday to get my mother a birthday gift and everything was seemingly fine until Sunday when she received the Grav Labs peice and proceed to fill it with water and relise the base is completely cracked under the paint to the point it was just spewing all water that was put in. I call the the store the following Tuesday to find out what they could do and was redirected to the owner who offered me a full store credit for the peice.Edit went in there today yo redeem the store credit and was told that they where not going to honor their word shady shop shop elses where

I just recently started Vaping. I never really knew what it was, and I didnt want to get caught up in some trendy new thing just to blow clouds. But, I finally researched Vaping, and found that it is far healthier for you than smoking cigarettes, and you can basically start at a high level of nicotine, and slowly bring yourself down from there at your own pace. Research all the chemicals in cigarettes, and youll see what I mean. So now I have a nice Vape Mod and Coil thing, and I continue to get my E-Juice from this place. They run deals like buy 2 get 1 free at times. And they have an awesome selection of hookahs. I plan on getting one of those soon too. If you havent tried vaping yet, go here and get an inexpensive device - then upgrade or whatever later. Its FAR healthier than cigarettes. Google Vape vs Cigarettes and youll be surprised. The staff in here are really nice, and they have hundreds of flavors of Vape Juice.

SO MUCH GLASS AND JUICE!!! Came in to scoop a piece and get some juice and was overwhelmed with the selection but the staff there was awesome and really helped me find exactly what I was looking for also their buy two get one one free deal on juice is the best around
