Normally I have a good experience as this is my main store I choose. However today was different and unfortunately I wont be back.I came in looking for a replacement vape and the gentleman was very helpful. I asked about 3 different devices and he answered all my questions. I ended up choosing to remain with my old setup and just get a new device.I trusted the store to know what device they were selling me. It wasnt until I was home that I noticed they sold me the wrong device with pods that didnt fit.I had my boyfriend call to see if we could return it, and based on the conversation we had it seemed it would be an easy return/fix.So he drove 30 minutes back to the store to be told this wasnt her problem and to call management in the morning.For a 50 dollar device.. you guys couldnt fix your mistake. And it sucks honestly because Ive never been anything but kind and tipful in your store. The young man that helped me just made a simple mistake.. or maybe I did by not making sure I was getting what I asked for..But oh well, I will keep the wrong device and just find a new store. No big deal for either parties.However, we had receipts from a same day purchase, nothing was used-only opened and returned immediately upon noticing the mistake. I just dont understand why this was solely my problem.Anyway, thanks for hearing my feedback. Hopefully in the future you can allow employees to do returns or whatever was preventing her from helping because this was an unpleasant hassle that was left a bad taste in my mouth.Happy Easter.Review update, the manager did everything he could to correct this issue. Bought a cbd vape pen last night and the red head dude with painted nails did not give a recipe for purchasing the productGot home and pen dont work tried charging and still nothin so just cuz he didnt give a recipe for the product now I cannot exchange for one that works are get my money back. SO BASICALLY THEY STOLD MY MONEY AND THE DUDE BEHIND THE COUNTER THREW MY VAPE IN THE GARBAGE AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME A NEW ONE ARE GIVE MY MONEY BACK WORST PLACE EVER THEY STILL YOUR MONEY WHEN ITS THE EMPLOYEE FAULT FOR NOT GIVIN A RECIPE

Im new to vaping and the information that I receive every time I go into the establishment is awesome. I bought a new tank for my mod and it helped me decide what one I needed by the information I received from the employee. And they are always helpful in helping in deciding what juice I want. Over 3 weeks without a cigarette now with the help of all the employees.

Today was not a five star visit to Dallas Smoke Shop, to whom I have been loyal since moving to Dallas 3 years ago. The employees are normally very upbeat and some extremely knowledgeable. The girl today was bordering on rude, she did not seem at all interested in wanting to solve my purchase problem. I feel from that encounter hesitant to return to that shop. I was sold a faulty unit and was told by Voopoo to exchange it where I bought it.

Excellent selection, knowledgeable and kind service from the staff all the way up to the owner. No need to go anywhere else. Great smoke shop.

This place is always awesome and carries the flavors I cannot get literally anywhere else. There has yet to be a time they didnt have a coil I needed. They have a massive selection of glass and other items in additions to TONS of vaping supplies... mods and everything you could need. Theyll even help you set it up! 11/10 would recommend.

Out of all the Vape shops I have ever been to this has by far become my favorite. Staff have always been Nice and even if the Juice Im looking for is not in they are Knowledgeable and able to offer up possible alternatives witch have often become my new favorites. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Great customer service! Always greeted with a friendly smile. If they don’t carry what you need they’ll do there very best to get it. My experience has been great during every purchase. Clean with a big selection of products! Recommend visiting!

Adrian went above and beyond tonight he has been the only person to help me in months with finding an o-ring for my vape every time I have called I’m always told that they don’t have it and he even had it ready for me by time I got there man definitely deserves a raise

A great place of business. The store is always clean and the products on display always look great. So far everything Ive gotten has been amazing or worked extremely well and the employees seem to always have a nice and attentive attitude while also seeming laid back and relaxed. A great place to stop by, 5/5!

I have been going to Dallas Smoke Shop since summer of 2020 and I will say they have given me the chillest and kindest vibes out of any shop I have been to near the Salem area. 50-75% more expensive (for disposable vapes) than Idaho. However, the employees make up for the higher prices with their helpfulness and cheery attitudes. Very friendly staff ultimately make this shop a wonderful experience! They also have several brands of Kratom. Their variety of brands of Kratom with decent price point and good quality makes this a go-to shop in Dallas. The store is also very modern and clean which reflects pride of the owners and employees! (Visiting family here and have gone in a few times now. Gave 4 stars only due to prices, but employees/service definitely a solid 10 🌟 experience.)

Amazing smoke shop! They have a giant inventory and great prices! They just opened up so everything is super new and shiny. Definitely worth stopping by to at least check them out if you need ANYTHING smoke related. So happy with my purchase :)

Love this shop. I live in Monmouth and dont mind the drive to Dallas to get my vape supplies from them. The business hours make it really easy to stop in before or after work. I do wish prices were a little lower but what can you do with the taxes and all right? This has been my go to shop for about 6 months or so now and until I kick the nic (not likely) or they close up (less likely) its the only place Ill get my vape supplies.

First time stopping buy and it was a great experience, great customer service and a unbelievable price range on glass pipes and glass accessories. I would definitely recommend this smoke shop and I’m definitely going back again to pick up more glass work.

Great that the owner responded, but you still are out 10 bucks... Some of the cigars are good, but they won’t take them back if they are hard. Ok smoke shop but when a $10 dollar cigar is bad your out of luck...

I buy the timeless time smokes and theyre expensive here!! I was paying 50 a carton in Nevada and now Im in Oregon and theyre 70 to 75 dollars. Ouch

It is worth the visit, lots of choices, prices are right on. I do not like to clean, so I just buy new, plus you save time from not cleaning.

I recently bought a bong for these guys and as soon as i got home it started leaking. It wasnt sealed at the base. I used to go to this place ALL THE TIME. I am disappointed GREATLY.
