Mandos Spot Smokeshop

I cheated on my favorite smoke shop last night since it was Sunday night and they were closed and went to this one since it was the closest. Biggest regret ever omg the guy was really, really nice, the customer service is excellent but they are definitely TAXING! I spent $12.45 on 1 pack of backwoods and some juicy jays wraps. 1 pack has 5 backwoods. If the backwoods were $8.66, that means the juicy jays wraps were $4 something which is insane. … fast forward to this morning I went back to my favorite smoke shop and got 4 packs of my favorite leafs (basically 8 backwoods total) AND the same flavored juicy jays wraps and I only paid $8.84. I will neverrrrrrrr cheat on my smoke shop everrrrr again! Y’all cool tho and it’s cute in there. (:

Francisco was very helpful today, we had an issue with some slides and he was able to help us and exchange them out. He also gave us some good recommendations when it comes to the product sold here.

I love this smoke shop since it’s close to the house and has cool snacks, but this is nearly the only smoke shop we have off Ledbetter by Kiest and it’s ALWAYS closed. They open at 10 supposedly and close at 11 or 12 but you can come throughout the day and the doors will be locked at 11am, 4 pm, or 9pm, always locked. I literally have only been able to go here twice and I go to the smoke shop nearly every other day. Other than that the service is amazing, love the workers there and the products, just wish ya’ll were actually open so I could utilize the products inside 😅.

Do not shop here. They will sell you expired products, and refuse to give you your money back. Threatened to throw you out the store, as well as mace you and call the police on you. The heavyset, Hispanic male that wears black glasses is extremely rude and disrespectful. The supervisor is no better.If I could get them a -5 stars I would..I will be filing a lawsuit. I will keep you updated.A response to your message you just posted.You need to watch the video footage again because your employee threatened to put me out the store because I asked for a refund for your detox cleanser that had mold growing inside of it. He started talking reckless to me.And pulled out mace, screwing other customers not only me. I did not threading him in any type of way. I did not pull out any weapon. All I asked for was a refund for the old product that I purchased earlier that day. And I also recorded the encounter as well for my safety.

I went in twice 2 weeks apart for vape juice 3 mg. And both times they said they would order it... Whats the point. Not going back.

Highly recommend this smokeshop to anyone. The entire staff is helpful, kind, smart, caring and loves to engage with their customers. The shop has a variety of cool products to choose from. Even a line of clothes worth checking out. The vibes are always good! Worth a stop, that’s for sure, check them out.

Got some good stuff in this place. Stuff I havent been able to find in any other smoke shop. Evan (the guy working there, not me) was knowledgeable on every product I had questions about and set me up right with everything I needed. Good employees and good variety of product.

Been following these dudes since the first Jefferson location and now here they are again. Hands down best vape shop in Dallas for all your smoking and vaping needs. Frio is the best but Evan isnt too far behind.

Mannie helped me figure out what exactly my boyfriend had been saying he wanted and what might be good to get along with it based on what he likes. He was so patient and friendly. Based on that alone, I will definitely be visiting anytime I need help or a great idea for something special.

Great selection but dude with glasses kept skipping over customers. I got in line behind some people in line that were looking when I was done selecting my items, people came in and started purchasing items on the other side of the store. No worries I just got the wrong line, I go over and wait behind more customers. When it’s my turn to check out, the guy tells me to give him a second and checks out the people on the other side of the store that were looking at some items, I got here before them but whatever no worries. As the guy is talking to them about their purchases another couple walks in and starts looking at items at this point I started getting kind of upset but I didn’t want to be a “Karen” about it. He again disregards me and starts checking out the couple that just came into the store. Even the people behind me where snickering “where’s the line at then”. not the type to ever complain or disrespect anyone but man I took it a little personal.

Honestly, the best spot. They have all the essentials and all my favorite snacks. They have plenty of different Bang flavors unlike QuikTrip. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The shirts are so comfy!

I came across Mandos Spot some time ago, now I live 20+ min away and I always love going just because anyone working is always so helpful and nice ! Great prices compared to other places. You can always get a great deal on whatever you need/want. Large variety of products and the owner goes out of his way to get the products customers want. If you follow them on social media you’ll know when they get new products and when they have special sales. All around convenient and affordable place.

Overpriced and liars. They had cheaper prices about a month ago now they are charging nearly double. When asked what about the previous prices the clerk simply states they never had such prices when they clearly did .Dont waste your time and gas coming here .
