Been loyal to PPV since 2008. And I keep going back for the reasonable prices mainly. I drove all the way from East Dallas to this shop because at my local shop. Some of the pieces are double, triple the price. They do have great customer service. Ill keep coming back. They multiple locations across the metroplex.

I visited a couple of days ago and I am very thankful for great customer service they explain things very well to me and were patient and had a great attitude and great demeanor definitely well go back! Doobie snacks all the way!

We live out of town and love coming to stop by the PPV shops. The atmosphere is great the customer service is amazing and honestly if I wasn’t two hours away I’d visit everyday. Great place to buy whatever you need with a super friendly staff. They have some good 80’s pop culture murals. Huge selection of items for all your needs with fair prices. I had a good conversation with two of the staff and will come back again and again.

This store is knowingly selling fake goods, what Im referring to is the packwoods pre-rolls, these items arent safety sealed and are repackaged items they also have a QR code that links to a foreign hosted web page with stolen/forged lab results from a small 5 person lab in California ( I talked to the lab directly and they said they have had multiple reports of this happening) one of the other PPV locatios agreed that the items looked fake. When I brought this to the attention of the store manager she told me to kick rocks and that there are things they think look sketchy but its her job to sell stuff not to care if it might be fake.All in all visit a different store because the manager at this store has a real attitude problem.

This place is legit, solid pricing and great service. Sam was super helpful and acted like she’d known me for years. Super clean store, stocked with a good assortment, including Cardi BBQ potato chips- so good! I’d go back just for more of the rap snacks.

Always a friendly face in this store. Knowledgeable staff and they have good sales. You can earn points from purchases and use them towards future sales. I saved $90 the last time I was in there.

Ronnie is the man, super great service. The place is always clean, the employees are hard working and very nice, you come in for papers and leave with a feeling of being surrounded by positivity. Everyone is awesome there.

Pretty good selection of different items! But what I went there for, they had but only one kind. (Liquid Kratom) But they did have different size bottles. So you can buy larger bottles with more then 1 dose in it and it is cheaper that way.

Awesome looking store (amazing mural painting all over), friendly store manager, plenty of choice and very good prices on refills. Paid $12.95 for a 50 ml. bottle. Will visit again!

I would give 5 stars for the inventory and options alone. However there is a girl that works there who is not helpful and is just down right creepy. My last two visits Ive had her wait on me. She isnt much help and just gives me a disturbing stare. I asked about pipe cleaner products and all she did was point and offered no info about what was good or bad. As long as she is there you will not get any important info or insight into the products. I feel like that I should independently research my options myself. Fire that girl!

This location is well stocked and Josh and Steve were extremely knowledgeable about the products. Both guys were very helpful, and I will be back again! Best glass shop in dallas, hands down.

These guys are my favorite. I used to live in Arlington and I always went to that location. I love the custom juice flavors and a wide selection of everything. I will never get the same time and knowledge I get at PPV anywhere else. Plus they have the best membership program ever

This place is awesome! I went in for some ejuice expecting that they would have twenty or thirty flavors like the place that I was going to before but I was pleasantly surprised. They have about fifty+ flavors that you can get in 12, 24, & 36 mg! They also have a beautiful selection of glass pipes. I know where Ill be going from now on.

Friendly lady, standoffish, unfriendly guy. I was trying to determine if some capsules I was pointing at were green or red label & the guy says Well, those arent sold for human consumption. Non answer and a little off putting. Wasnt asking about consuming anything. Thats probably my first and last visit.

Really good shop, prices are a bit high on some of the vape items, but understandibly so considering they do not have sister stores I dont believe. Very helpful and opened way earlier than other smoke shops on a Saturday morning...they open at 9 whereas others dont open until 10. I grabbed some batteries(18650) two for 20 which is not bad. Location is not good as you cant see it from Preston Rd which is bad for drive by business.

I just ordered some vape supplies online, but my stuff did not all make it to me on time so I dropped by here to fill out what I needed. The people inside were incredibly helpful in getting me set up and then getting me started using the new vape. Not only were the people helpful, but there was a good variety of stuff in the store for vaping or smoking. Also the wall art is awesome.

Best prices of any headshop in dfw without a question. also good quaoity glass and a lot of locally blown artwork which is always nice. I also have had great customer service everytime I go in there. they dont make you feel like an idiot with sarcasm anytime you ask a question about the glass.

PPV is the cheapest for the functional and quality glass you get there. Gas pipe and retro are always 20-30$ more expensive on standard products; have been coming for over 5 years and Ive met so many staff members there because they all are so passionate about the craft. These last two times, Ronnie(sorry if I misspelled your name) was that guy; thanks man! If your looking for THE BEST shop in Dallas based of price per quality, look no further.

Great selection of items, but I remember reading a review about a girl who wasn’t very helpful and I believe I had the same person help me the other day. Wasn’t very helpful, very short, some could see it come off as rude.

Love my crew at PPV DALLAS! Always top of the shelf customer service even for the smallest of purchases. I buy all my supplies exclusively from PPV DALLAS yes the moved from Coit Rd location to Preston Rd and yes psrking can be tricky but so glad they stayed in far north Dallas. At PPV, its ALL good

I have been in this store on a few occasions. The first time I went in I bought a water pipe. When I got home I notices a small chip in the base that compromised the integrity of the glass. I brought it back and they replaced it because they knew the chip was not made by me. The second time I went in I brought a Kangar Pro Tank 2 and some e-juice. The juice was ok however I wasnt too thrilled paying 10.00 for 10ml of juice when I can go elsewhere and get 30ml for 14.00. That was a bummer. I think as e-cigs circulate more their pricing will go down. The other thing is on every occasion that I visited the store- there was excellent customer service. The people in the store took the time to educate me on what I was buying as well as the equivalents available to me. Great store!

Pipes papes and Vapes is a top notch establishment. Really great selection and veriety with fair prices on all the products. The current location that they are in is pretty new, probably not more than 3 years old, but theyve been around for years. The old location was tucked behind a hotel a CVS and a couple of other questionable businesses so the new location is definitely an upgrade. Staff is really friendly, of course theyre not going to give you a class in how to use every single item that they offer, but they will help you. I would describe the environment at pipes papes and Vapes as being laid back comfortable and discreet. Also they offer a loyalty program where you can sign up and earn points which is really cool if your frequent shopper. They also have a lot of local glass which is really cool. You can definitely find not name brand good quality good price glass here along with good price name brand glass. Altogether ppv has what you need you should go check it out for yourself if you do youll be back trust me. The hours are great they open early and stay open late their there in a pinch. The name says it all straightforward. also check out the holiday specials you know what holiday Im talking about wink wink.

Regular here for 50g bag of Kratom. Tried some of the Kr8om extract oil and had no effects. Seriously nothing at all. I think it might have been old or something. Their website (kr8om) isnt up and they havent been on fb in over 3 years. am hoping I can get refunded or just get a 50g bag as I am a loyal and frequent customer. Employees are great there too!

Could not get a conversation out of this guy, he was sitting on his gameboy the whole time. He did however remove the additional price of tax on a piece i bought here for $300 i asked if they could give me a box for it. they guy comes out with a box that fit half of the piece i bought here. After this experience i would not ever go back to this store to buy a piece again. i spend $300 on a piece that i feel was overpriced and you cant even give me a box youre throwing away that it will fit in????

Been here a few (12-20) times. For smoke shop equipment they are pretty good but not the best. For e-cigs they have a small but good selection of vapes and cheap vape juice as well. There rewards program works great especially for e cigarettes. The employees who vape there know what they are talking about, the one or two who dont vape typically seem clueless (not only about vapes) and arent that great with customer service.

So rude, asked me to leave my 6 year old outside like a dog while I was getting some e-liquid. I am a regular customer with a membership and I spend a lot of money in this place. I will never be coming back. They didnt mind selling that bong to a pregnant woman but having my kid in the shop while it takes them 3 seconds to check me out was too much.
