By far the customer service I have had in a long time! Zach was the only one working, he was able to give me a lot information and answered all my questions( new to vapor). While helping me he was able to break away to help some other customers that knew what they wanted.You could tell he loves what he does.Great facility great juice professional staff.I will be back!

This is an updated review because Sarah has been running my show and gotten me into some new devices and juices. Being someone that wouldnt budge she broke me and said Were going to put your old vapes in a Hall Of Shame just bring them in! Shes the greatest I have to say. Knows the products and will steer you right.-------Luckily for everyone, Zak is still there. Great service on a personal level he went straight to a juice that was a match I had been vaping for years. All of the positive reviews that mention him still apply and they were what made it worth the first visit.

Claude, Roy, and Thomas are all super excellent. They customer service is top notch, the premium juices are abundant, and the prices are really good. From beginner to expert they always have what you need and are very knowledgeable and arent gonna tell you something just to get you to buy.

Pretty good selection of flavors and equipment. The people who work here are knowledgable and friendly.During the worst of the pandemic, they were actually doing deliveries! Not my local shop, but they have certainly earned my business and I am glad to have found a good spot near my office.

I dont live in this fair city, Im only here on a job assignment. But, if I did live in this area, this is the only vape shop I would shop at. Great customer service from someone who really seemed to care! Cant put a price on that!

Their house liquids are amazing. Dead dragon is so good Ive been driving 20 minutes out of my way just to buy it for 4 years now. Their prices are very reasonable and the customer service is always great, especially from Zach.

I came in once and the shop was bare, but they had good prices. They are so inconsistent, I literally came out of my way to stop at the shop and get some juice and no one is there. It’s 40 min after open and no one is there, there are like three other people here also waiting. I’m telling them to go to the shop off Campbell, why even have store hours? They were all Bros anyways that had that “too cool” attitude. Makes sense they don’t even care to open up on time

Zach is a great individual who truly is informative and so friendly! We used to live close to the shop, well we moved. We are very loyal to this shop! We have been shopping here for more than 2 years. We wont go anywhere else!!!! We do miss Claude as well!!

I bought 1 bottle and 1 coil, and they charged me $30. Nice guy, great service.. felt the prices were a little high and he didnt have 24mg so I had to get 18mg.. I will say the juice was good. If I lived nearby, I think I would have to go somewhere else, but I just happened to pull over somewhere because I left mine at home.

This place is so great! Wandered in to check it out and Zack was so helpful and knowledgeable. I got to try a bunch of flavors and even learn stuff I never knew about my own mod 🤣.Fantastic experience. Would recommend!

Their juice is all cut. I’ve tried several flavors and it’s practically water. Owners rude. Saw him smack this females behind, not sure if she worked there, but she. Didn’t even look of age and definitely didn’t appreciate the “gesture”

Zack (Zac?) was super helpful. I brought in all my units and asked for coils and juice and he got everything out and kept track. Also put my coils and juice in for me so I was ready to go in the car. You cant taste test flavors anymore as they did before Covid, but its still a straight up vape shop that rarely has any lines or crowds so you get personalized service.

Zach and the store team at vapen vapor was very helpful. I’m looking for a smoking alternative and they made what seemed to be a very overwhelming experience simple and easy. He spent the better part of 30 min helping me find a device suited for me and very affordable prices. I’m very pleased.

I’ve been shopping at Vape n Vapor for the past 4 years. Moved to Georgia a few months ago and couldn’t find a shop as good as this. Visited Dallas for the weekend and Vape n Vapor was my first stop. I’ll always come back to see Claude whenever I’m in town. Claude initially educated me on the vape industry years ago, and he’s very knowledgeable about the business. And he’s cute too ladies.

Bought a new Regis geek vape and tried out new juices at this vape shop. Zach was so very helpful in helping me with my decision, giving me the run down in comparing the different vape mods, and showing me hands on how to work my new vape. Then in answering all my questions about CBD and all the different products. Nice vape shop and will def be back!

Claude is amazing! I havent vape in years but I decided its finally time to quit smoking cigarettes. He actually taught me that I need to find a flavor that is the opposite of my cigarette flavor - something no one else has told me! He was so patient while I tried over 20 flavors. Will definitely come back here, even though I live all the way in plano! 5 stars for sure!

Always greeted with a friendly smile and kind word. This is how it should be. I go here often as they are near my apartment no matter when I go in or who is working, Im always greeted, given a smile, and treated well. They also give out free lighters when you buy a pack of cigarettes nostalgic of the days when you could buy a pack of lucky strikes from any gas station and get a free pack of matches. No one does thoughtful little things like that anymore. Ill go out of my way to buy my cigarettes, papers, pipes, lighters, or pretty much anything smoking related from here. Exceptional establishment.

The measure of a great business is consistency. There are good apples amongst bad apples and bad apples amongst good apples. After a wonderful seafood dinner with my wife we went to our favorite vape shop. Claude our regular guy was not there. It seems he left the shop in the capable hands of Chris. Again here is consistency the measure of a great business. The entire staff so far at vape n vapor is knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. Chris thank you for the help and a great experience. I am really enjoying the yogurt EJuice. It capped an awesome date night with my wife and I. Google will only let you review a place once so I(Michael Anciro) had to sign in and review under my wifes google account. Keep up the great work. We will return soon.

I have been looking for a vape shop like this since i moved to dallas...tried that 24hr vape shop but their prices are insane and will give you freeze version of the juices you asked for and then not refund or even discount because i opened it....but Vape N Vapor has every brand of juice i like and would be surprised if thats not the case for everyone. I have a great experience every time I walk in. They have deals on vapes and the service is great.

I began my vape adventure at another shop (Artisan Vapor). The guys in there were snotty and not very helpful. I decided to go to vap n vapor because it was right next to the house. I am relatively new to vaping but I do have an extensive knowledge with electrical systems and ohms law. Claude was awesome he helped tie all my electrical knowledge and apply it to vaping. He was very patient with my learning curve. I brought my wife here to introduce her to Claude so she could learn more about vaping. We purchased two devices at his recommendation and are very happy with his guidance and our devices. We will continue to bring vape n vapor and Claude our business for our vaping needs. I would strongly recommend this shop to everyone from the advanced or beginner. Especially the beginner. Thank you Claude for all the help.
