Teddy and AW Page and Naz at this location killed it with the customer service and sweet vibes. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone. Open late and great interior, they answered all my questions and still had time to help the other guests with a smile! Stellar. Full coffee menu with THC infused products and a cigar lounge. My cousin and I came in here looking for a vape while on vacation and I am so glad we did. We were greeted by Aaron who indeed is amazing! He knows everything about every product in the store and knows exactly what to recommend! I did not leave empty handed or unsatisfied and I will be recommending this specific location to my family and friends out here in Florida. Also the cafe part was the coolest thing ever. I was there a couple of weeks ago while passing through the area. They have great customer service and drinks. Their kava is excellent. Aaron helped me while I was there; his customer service is outstanding.
Went to get a 2.5g torch vape and it was 25 but went to 49 in total I was told because of “tax” when Florida has 7% tax. Tax is not 100% of the item and I’m very disappointed that he offered no solutions and gave me no receipt or check my id. Very over priced….
I cant understand it, me and my girlfriend came in last night (06/19/24) tried to get two items that are very basic, CBD vape and CBD cartridge for an ignitor. I was told we dont have cartridges only vape pens, which in that moment, we bought two, got home and one of them just blinks red and doesnt work. Tried calling most of today and no answer. Ridiculous! $53.00 wasted!

One of the cleanest vape shop experiences I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to multiple vape shops throughout the country traveling and this is by far the most relaxing. If the show friends would be hanging in a vape shop this would be the spot they go to. Great variety great coffee great people. Leave Jon and Jorge the biggest tip you can because their fantastic. They need to open more stores I would follow them wherever they go.

We are visiting the Tampa/Orlando area for vacation, and were looking for a local coffee shop. We only saw Starbucks and didn’t want to get it from there. One of my friends saw this place on google, and saw it was so unique that it was a Vape shop and a coffee store. So we were kind of skeptical if the coffee would be good, but then we got there and it was AMAZING!!! like above expectations. The coffee was incredible, we came again to get coffee and will probably come here each day of our trip. The two men who work there are incredible and made us feel so welcome. Im only giving 2 stars because the place was very well planned and laid out and the gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable and tried his best.That being said, I called before stopping by since it was a half hour drive and instead of answering my question, the gentleman told me to just come in and hed take care of me.I drove the half hour and walked in, asking about the product I mentioned over the phone and he instead showed me 50 other products that were not what I asked for that he liked better.What should have been answered on the phone or as soon as I walked in and asked took an ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES of listening to him be excited about things I wasnt interested in.Again, I respect the passion but my advice would be talk less and try to find out what the customer actually needs.All in all, an hour and a half wasted and driving around when gas is $5 a gallon. Not a good experience.

Today I was recommended to come to this location while on vacation. As soon as I entered the shop I was impressed with the scenery inside and overall beauty of the shop. While looking around, Naz was there at the front desk casually checking on me and asking if I needed anything. One word for Naz customer service is IMPECCABLE. Two words, AMAZING AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. He answered every question with great detail! He made me understand my reason behind my purchases and helped me decide what was best for me from my description of what I needed. Naz made me fall in love completely with the Vaperior Cafe smoke shop. I am still impressed and extremely satisfied since having Naz to help me. About 3 weeks ago I stopped by Vaperior to grab some kratom tea I heard about. Ended up speaking with Naz about my usage and any alternatives to help me slow down.Naz said to me nah bro, thats not good for your body and he recommended Kava to me. He went and explained to me its effects, some light history and how to take it responsibly.Its been 3 weeks and I went from taking around 90 grams of Kratom a day to only 7.5 grams a day.You meet guys at vape shops that are cool, sometimes really friendly... But never one that you feel like genuinely cares about their customers.Vaperior is amazing, and the crew/managers are easily the best Ive ever encountered. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I bought a disposable. Went home, opened it and tried to use it and it was blinking and not working. Brought it in and explained and showed him. He said he had to talk to his manager. Said theres nothing they can do. I asked to speak to the manager since I just spent $20 on this disposable that isnt working. He said no. Pretty poor business ethics. Definitely just lost some customers since a lot of my friends and family shopped there. We wont be anymore.

Wanted to share a real gem of a find, very friendly establishment that serves a real fresh coffee and the Kratom tea is served directly from their tap. The owner is very knowledgeable and a joy to talk to. Hope others get to enjoy it like we do.
We go to Vaperior because the owner is there with his employees for most of our visits. The all recognize us and give us a warm greeting. Everyone is helpful and honest about any product we ask about and that gives us a peace of mind the other vape shops in the area dont give us. If its a last minute thing you need and are close by, theyve waited for me to get there even though it was after closing time. The have a large variety of units from many price points and will work with you to get the unit that will work best for you in the price range you are looking for.
I recently moved to Davenport FL from New Jersey. Ive been here for about a month and been to a few different shops. This one is by far the best place. Just as other comments you read, this is a great place. Out standing service and very friendly. They arent just trying to sell you product. Forgot guys name that helped me but he asked where I moved from and why also what I did for a living. Trying to get to know me not just have another profit. It made me feel welcome and I look for that in service. Answered all my questions and pointed me to the right flavors.
I popped in on Tuesday the 28th of feb the gentleman behind the desk was very knowledgeable and helpful then I also popped in again today 2nd of March there was 3 gentleman serving at the time they all had really good knowledge on all their products they had in store I would highly recommend this shop to anyone I would give it 10 Stars if I could well done keep up the good work youre doing great
I dont smoke, but I do drink coffee and they have the best in the city. Every time I would come to visit Davenport my sisters would stop in to get vape flavors and iced coffee and wouldnt buy from anywhere else. Now that I moved down here I stopped by today and ordered one myself and omg Nas makes the best coffee! He really made my day with that. I literally finished it before I got home and I only live 2 minutes away.

Came here after having issues with the 419 smoke shop west on 192. this shop is literally night and day difference. The guy helping me (im sorry i didnt get your name) was awesome, explained everything amazingly and was very knowledgeable, even told me that my last pen wasnt a battery problem that it was most likely just a air block which i wish i knew before i broke it apart trying to save myself from losing 50 dollars. The vape juice is over priced they tax you for $10 to $15, the reward system is a complete joke/ ripoff. Their selection of juice are definitely not top quality and half the time I go in they don’t have any premade coils for one of the most popular tanks available like you guys should of just stuck to selling coffee!

Not only did I get a great deal on juul pods here...Did you know they sell coffee!? Not Dunkin Donuts kinda Coffee, this is a brilliant cafe that hand makes each cup! Best ice coffee I’ve had. If you haven’t tried you MUST go! Your welcome 👍🏻
First time here and was treated like family. Had an issue with a purchase and the shop owner was beyond eager to help me out. Concise but awesome selection of hardware and juices. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
I’ve been a customer here for awhile now, on and off, but my recent visit was one I do not regret in the slightest. The big boss of the joint recommended to me the Uwell Caliburn! And let me tell you this, it is by far the best I have ever had, compared to all other vape mods and disposables I’ve owned! It’s small, portable, and completely satisfying! 2mL pods makes for a great amount with a 30mL bottle of salt Nic! A grand combination to where you have plenty of juice to last you a while! And not to mention the pods last two weeks (I’m on two weeks with the same pod I started with and it still hits like a new!)I highly recommend it!
I stopped by to check out the shop. I met the owner who was super cool and helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he was a great help. I got my boyfriend a new Smok and some Naked juice. He showed me how to set it up and take care of it.Great prices and great service. The shop itself was beautiful. Will defiantly be going back here when I need something for my Vape.

Was craving kava because back in fau there’s a kava shop and fell in love w it and decided to hunt for a place and unexpectedly found vaperior , right across from my house too, and fell in LOVE! and don’t get me started on the latte george made for my friend and i and loved the vibe! definitely coming back for more

Im a regular there and im always impressed at the variety of assorted Juices and every week they introduce new juices and try to keep it at random while having the same stock of juices as before. Since the closest Wawa is in Posner park and the closest Starbucks is in Celebration I always come to this place for an Iced Macchiato and they do such a good job on it..... perhaps more better than Starbucks and wawa combined. Better customer service and they answer any questions you have on vaping.

With that said, THE COFFEE, ESPRESSO, and TEA ARE AMAZING HERE!!!As a frequent customer to many purveyors of fine e-cig equipment, other shops in the Central Florida area cannot hold a candle to Vaperior. Very friendly and laid back atmosphere, upscale yet classic, and the coffee bar is a hidden gem that will leave your mind blown (dare I say it is 100xs better than Starbucks usual offerings).Prices are very good as far as brick and mortar e-cig places go, and these people will help you if you are starting out vaping, and they will not sell you a kit or mod you do not need. Highly recommended even if you dont vape, as aforementioned, the cafe stands on its own.
