It was my very first time ever having a spa day an I choose Wood House,it didnt disappoint. An the staff was very helpful,nice an an nice. The front desk Ashia was so kind an helpful an everyone made me feel at ease. My cousin Stephanie that lives in New York gifted me this spa package. She said pick the best spa an I did Wood House. August the 2nd was my Birthday and thats when I went. And I received a Birthday gift as I checked out. Which was a very nice surprise. I would encourage anyone who is indecisive on picking a excellent spa, choose Wood House in The Green Beaver Creek, Ohio.God Bless the wonderful ladies who made my experience the very best!!

I love it here so much! My husband and I come for couples massages on special occasions, and today we came for our anniversary. After amaaaazing massages, the front desk surprised us with a bottle of champagne as a gift! They are the sweetest, I wish I could go every day! ☺️

Ive heard really great things about Woodhouse Spa and was treated to a facial for my birthday. I booked online and the process was super easy! The day of my appointment, I walked in and was greeted immediately. Sierra checked me in, showed me around, and offered me a beverage. Monica did my facial and she was so incredibly sweet. We had such a great conversation and she gave me great recommendations based on my skin concerns. The overall experience was amazing. I loved the heated bed and the steam and the products that Monica used felt amazing as she was putting them on. My skin feels and looks so refreshed! I will definitely be back!

I had a deep tissue massage, my therapist was Jodi. She did an excellent job and was very considerate, checking in with me throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was satisfactory. The entire experience was perfect and just what I needed. The company really hires the best therapists. This was my second time coming here and both therapists have been amazing.

My facial with Katie was outstanding—probably the best and most informative one Ive ever received. The ambiance was incredible, with a beautiful facility and soothing music. My skin is glowing. I will definitely be back!

I went here for a back to school surprise and I got the soothing + hydrating facial done by Cassie. It felt absolutely amazing and I wish I could come back here everyday. Thank you so much for the amazing experience!! 🥰

Edit: We called back to schedule 1 more time and spoke with Sara who was very apologetic and went above and beyond to accommodate us and was able to schedule us on a day we were both off work. Looking forward to giving Woodhouse Spa another chance.Called in to schedule the complete transformation package for me and my boss (looking to spend over $1000) and when we show up they dont have us in the system and they are unable to accommodate us or offer any services to us at all. This was an hour drive away and my boss had to pay for coverage at the office for us to take off to celebrate our accomplishments & hard work. This was a costly trip all to be turned away.

Was a wonderful massage. Actually it was the best I’ve received in years. Marcela had the right amount of pressure and hit the areas that really needed the attention.The ambiance is secondary to me, I want a great massage in a clean environment. Got it!

I LOVE the quiet room!! Mimosas and cucumber water are a very nice touch!! So relaxing and pretty!! Love the ambiance! Great customer service!! Amanda really knows how to deliver a deep tissue massage!! I will be back!! Thank you to the entire staff!!

EDIT: Spoke with Sara - the spa director and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. She is giving us our services for free and even managed to schedule us on Labor Day so we don’t have to take off more work.Booked a spa day in mid-July for August 6th for my assistant and myself. Took off work and paid for someone to cover my office only to get to wood house and them not have our reservation. They had our name and credit card info, but forgot to put us down for today. So I’m out the money to take a day off of work, and to pay someone to cover my office. I will not be going here again.

I always have such a relaxing time here! Everyone is super friendly and I love the calm ambience of the waiting room and the massage room. There are showers in the changing room in case you want to shower after your massage and they also offer complimentary drinks which is a nice touch to the experience.I definitely recommend Paige for a massage! Shes very good and has the perfect pressure. Theres minimal talking which I absolutely love because Im very much an introvert and prefer a quiet room during the massage. I will definitely be back! 💜

My first visit to the establishment was located inside the Green Beavercreek location. The atmosphere was very tranquil. The dressing lounge had all the perks showers, complimentary mouth wash, shampoo, hair spray, and hand location. Once checked in, you are asked what type of beverage from water,tea, wine,champagne, and, of course, mimosas,then to the lounge where you will receive your plush thick robe and slippers and excorted to a waiting room that was quite inviting. With high back upholstered chairs and ottomans or a sofa with lighted candle diffusers, its very nice. Once your masseuse calls for you, then lead to your room where they ask about your day, what issues you may be having, what area to target, etc. They then leave the room so that you can prepare yourself at the table. I myself had on thongs and that all are covered at all times with the most discrete care and the up most professionalism of the person I had. TIM. He did a great job, and the stone treatment I received was my first and by far the best. After my appointment, I was offered, I offered another choice and led back to the tranquility room as I would call it for as long as you wanted. I really enjoyed my visit and when I save enough $ I will return.

10/10 recommend! This was my first time here, and I will definitely be back! My package was a Christmas gift from my daughter and son-in-law! I love the resort feel! The robe, slippers and mimosa is a great touch! Ive had numerous massages at other places, but have never felt this relaxed and cared for as I was here! The girls were awesome, and knew what they were doing!

I had a micro dermabrasion facial done by Melissa. It was an amazing experience. She was very nice professional, and we had great conversation.

One day, two appointments, and two opposite experiences!My first appointment was scheduled for 11:00 with Rachel for a Boby Balance Massage. Thank you for a relaxing experience.The second appointment was for a Deep facial.❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌Im currently sitting in the quiet room while writing this review. I was called and informed the was a spot available for 6 pm, and there was a spot open for my friend at 7 pm. We could come together and receive the services back to back. I told the lady I was going to be 5 min late then and she said that it was no problem.As soonest we arrived, we were great and asked to sign up as soonest we come upstairs Tory, RUDELY told us one of our services will be short since we were late. I tried to explain myself and what I spoke with a co-worker of her on the phone. If I knew this information up front I would not have accepted the offer of changing my appointment! She brought me to the quiet room and I tried to explain again how I felt that it wasnt fair to cut our services short and she reply is now 6:13 and we close at 8. I brought my friend for a RELAXING TIME and as it now it has been ruined. Im waiting to be seen. I will be paying for two complete services and not receiving them and on top of that had to deal with the rudeness and attitude of this person.I came for a relaxing second visit on the same day and even brought a friend and so far it has not been relaxing at all.I understand we are humans and we have good and bad days but working on a place that customers come to relax talking to them with a bad attitude is huge issue.I will update after my Deep facial service is done.

I had a great experience for my first time at Woodhouse spa. tarren did a great job on my pedicure. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back.

I cannot say enough great things about my first experience to The Woodhouse Day Spa. I got a Pedicure by Marybeth and a massage by Leyanna. Both ladies were kind, professional, and did a great job on the services. Marybeth was extremely sweet and easy to talk to. Since I came for my birthday, when I checked out they gave me a cute little bag filled with samples and candy. Extremely impressed with the entire experience. If you are looking for an amazing spa experience look no further than Woodhouse!

This was my first time here and it was amazing from start to finish!!! I had never had a facial before and I will Def be getting another one in the near future!!! The deep tissue massage Def worked out some sore spots that needed worked out!!!

The experience was nice, however 3 days later and the paint on my nails are already chipping. Too expensive for substandard products. First two pictures were taken while I was still at the spa. The third and fourth pictures were taken three days later. This was a $50-$60 manicure and so not worth it.

Absolutely amazing! I was pleasantly surprised by the beautifully done decor. The ambiance was unmatched. Pricing is also very fair. I enjoyed every second!

I had my first massage and facial here as a Christmas giftTim was amazing and was very respectful during the massage; he even asked about my history and was worried that the pressure he was going to use might scare me off from getting more massages in the future.I left the spa feeling the most relaxed I ever have in my life; I might make this a yearly gift to myself!

My experience of getting a maternity massage was sadly not great! I was in my second trimester and excited to get some rest. My massage therapist talked the whole time and even mentioned trigger items such as pregnancy loss. I was so excited to lay on my belly with the nice hole in the pillow everyone talks about but they did not have this. My massage therapist just had me turn side to side.I was so excited and loved the beginning with being offered Tea and a comfy robe. However it was not relaxing at all and I’m so sad I spent that much money just for increased anxiety.

Great atmosphere, staff was very friendly and inviting, massage therapist made me feel very comfortable and checked in with me throughout the process, easy simple check in and check out process. Would highly recommend!

Using a gift certificate, I decided on a deep tissue massage. I have had deep tissue massages before at another spa and know that they can be uncomfortable at first but did not have any issues afterwards. This experience was completely different. I have never had bruising, continued muscle pain, having to take ibuprofen, and using ice until this latest massage. Therapist asked if it was too much pressure and I said yes in which she eased up but this is unlike any deep tissue massage that I have had in the past. I am three day removed from massage and still have constant aching. I would think twice before having a deep tissue massage from this establishment

First time at a dedicated spa instead of a more sports oriented massage establishment. It was great to be transported to such a luxurious atmosphere so quickly. It made my wife and I feel as though we were on a short vacation! I would have definitely gotten there earlier if I had known I would be able to relax that much before the massage started. Kelly was great and put his back (and forearms, and elbows) into my deep tissue massage. Very respectable place and accommodations.

The ultimate spa/massage experience! The Woodhouse Spa is a beautiful and relaxing place. The staff were charming and lovely. The environment was calming and Samantha provided a very relaxing Body Balance massage. I definitely will be going back again. I highly recommend treating yourself to this experience.

**UPDATE**2024: Terrible experience. Their online site wasnt working and my husband had tried to make a reservation and process it through the system. He called in her on a recorded line with somebody at woodhouse spa and made sure that the reservation was in for noon on a Sunday. They confirmed and said that he was good to go and That the reservation was set. I went in and they said that they were sorry but I wasnt in the system for an appointment that day. When I told them that we had a confirmed call on the system stating from somebody that there was a reservation, they said that unfortunately they cannot help us. They said that to reserve it has to come through through email and unfortunately they didnt have anything for me. My husband went in and made sure through that recorded call that they did indeed say that there was a reservation in for us. They just said that they could make it for a different day and that they apologize but unfortunately they couldnt help me. Debating on using somebody else for future massages.2019: Fantastic experience! Ive had a couple of massages other places, but nothing like this. Youre pampered from the moment you arrive. Theyre wonderfully sweet to you. I highly recommend it!

I found my lady! I’ve had a few individual massage sessions at Woodhouse, but this was me and my husband’s first couple’s massage. My masseuse, Paige, was amazing! She made time for exactly what I needed. I will be requesting her in the future.

This was my first time getting a deep tissue massage here, and I’m impressed. The whole experience is so wonderful. The people are super friendly, the atmosphere is peaceful, everything is so clean and decorated beautifully. Tim did an amazing job! I do a lot of inversions in yoga and needed that deep tissue on my shoulders and neck. I also added the volcanic stones to my massage, which were superb! Thank you all so much for a wonderful experience!

The women that helped my partner and I were very sweet but out of the many massages I received in my life this was easily the least impressive. The website was extremely unclear and I ended up paying a very large amount compared to what I expected… thinking 160 total vs 160/a person. In my opinion, you’re paying for the location. Not the service. If you want a truly impressive massage go support a small business and get your moneys worth. I still gave three stars because, again, the women were very nice but overall I was incredibly unimpressed.

As soon as you walked in the building, its absolutely beautiful. The fixtures are amazing! The set up is absolutely wonderful. You just have to see it for yourself. The staff is absolutely amazing! I will be coming back! Its such a beautiful place! The massage therapist Irene was fantastic. She was really great! She was very knowledgeable of her work and I really liked her a lot! I will be going back to her! I really loved the way the store was set up and how everything was displayed. The upstairs was just beautiful!

My wife really enjoyed the Mother To Be massage she received from this place. Her masseuse was Savannah. Highly recommend!However, there was a little bit of an issue with scheduling an appointment for my wife in the beginning. The Woodhouse Day Spa cancelled on us twice on the day of the appointments. This was so annoying that I left a bad review on Yelp and Google Reviews.I commend the Spa Director for reaching out to us and hooking my wife up with a free Mother To Be massage! They made it right!

We book our birthday massage here every year. The staff is always wonderful and they do an amazing job.

Overall, my experience was ok. I had a gift card to use and I was thankful, I’m not sure I would have paid for the experience on my own had I known how it would be.I am very pregnant and my coworkers got me this gift card to treat myself to a prenatal massage. So nice and I was excited.I have had two prenatal massages earlier in my pregnancy. One I had to side lay for and the other had a donut pillow to put the bump in so you could lay on your stomach - which felt AMAZING since it had been months since I could.My pregnancy has caused horrible carpal tunnel which is aggravated by laying on my side. I called Woodhouse ahead of time to explain this, ask if they had a donut pillow or if I would have to lay on my side for the treatment. The person on the phone seemed confused. She assured me my massage therapist could use lots of pillows to make me comfortable. I asked specifically “So will I be able to lay on my stomach?” And she said yes. I was relieved and excited.Well, I got there and the check-in experience was very nice, it’s a beautiful location. The robes are perfection and the time in the quiet room is very relaxing.My massage therapist came and got me. She was VERY sweet. I will say I could tell immediately she was pregnant too. I felt a bit guilty that another pregnant person was giving me a massage - I know how hard pregnancy is and I felt bad she was massaging me when she’s probably so sore and tired herself! But she was lovely.However, their massage setup is just not good at all for a prenatal. The beds are so narrow. There was no donut pillow. I had to side lay while hugging a bunch of regular pillows, which made me so hot. I was so sad. My carpal flared up multiple times during the treatment due to having to side lay. My massage therapist worked on my hands for ages but it just didn’t help - not her fault.Honestly, getting a massage on your side just really isn’t the same. I never really relaxed unfortunately. I left feeling bummed and wishing the person on the phone hadn’t gotten my hopes up. If they don’t know I’d rather they say that.This is probably a great place to get a regular massage but I do not recommend it for a prenatal.Woodhouse - please get a donut pillow for the sake of pregnant women everywhere!

Had an 80 minute deep tissue massage with Christina today. It was nothing short of amazing. And the massage lasted the full 80 minutes which unfortunately isn’t always the case (massage places in general, not sure about here) so that was a big plus in my book! Definitely on the pricier side but sometimes you just get what you pay for! Will definitely be returning.

I never leave here in a bad mood----such amazing service, accommodations, and attentiveness from every staff member. Your experience starts the moment you walk in the main entrance and continues until you walk back out. Every massage therapist and salon tech Ive had here has been so knowledgeable and great at what they do.One of my favorite things about this place (besides the actual services) is that the locker room has a private shower, so you can rinse off your day and feel rejuvenated before you even start your session. There is a wide range of toiletries and even a hair dryer offered in the locker room as well, so you can indulge in some self care, if needed.The quiet room that is available before and after services is a great way to decompress and get yourself in a relaxing headspace.I may be biased, but this is one of (if not THE) best Spas in the area. They are also EXTREMELY reasonably priced for the experience you get.

It was my first experience having a massage service. I had a warm welcome from the front desk staff who assisted me with check in as well as answer my multiple questions about the products on display.I had the Woodhouse escape package as a gift. It was the perfect package for a first timer and would highly recommend it! I had Tim and he was extremely professional and very good at explaining the services and the goal of each component. I felt AWESOME!I added an illuminating facial and had Melissa. She was so thorough and my face felt AMAZING!My experience from start to finish was so lovely. I already booked a return visit.Highly recommend this establishment!

I had the lazy days skin renewal and it was a blissful experience. When you first walk in the building, it was beautifully decorated and serene. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the staff performing my service explained exactly what it involved and her massage was so very well done. You could tell she truly cared about relaxing you. The aromatherapy was amazing and the waiting room was very relaxing and beautiful. Definitely will continue to go.

What a wonderful experience! I walked into tranquility the minute I entered the door. I was shown the facility and given the most comfortable robe Ive ever put on. I was offered a beverage and taken to a dimly lit room scattered with chaise lounges and chairs to relax before my treatment. The massage I had was the best Ive ever had and the therapist knew exactly what I needed. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed my first time at the Woodhouse Day Spa!

This was my first time here. I loveded the experience! My therapist Chelsea was wonderful and I really enjoyed her skills and combination of treatments. I say all that as a former massage therapist and were notoriously hard to please when it comes to massage and spa services. Woodhouse Day Spa is an incredible value for the experience. I highly recommend making a trip here.

Woodhouse is very nice, dont get me wrong. Only gotten massage there. Upside is that you are treated well. Rooms are nice and you get a robe, drink, private waiting area. The downside is they are the most expensive massage in town and while advertised as 50 minutes, they are usually more like 40ish. They grab you right at the hour (sometimes a little after) and between rooming you and letting you get undressed, its usually 10 minutes after the hour when they start. And then they always end ten minutes before the next hour. So I dock them points for an expensive, short massage.

I have been here before for a facial but I forgot how great they were. My technician, Monica was the best. She made me feel comfortable and she was very professional. The facial made me feel great even without makeup! I enjoyed being able to relax and enjoy my time. I will have to return soon for another great facial with Monica. Everyone I came in contact with at Woodhouse Spa were very nice and professional. Thank you for a relaxing and wonderful day!

I have been to this spa twice now and each time I’ve been so happy with my experience. The first was after I was given a gift card from my husbands boss when I was pregnant. I had a pedicure and massage the week before my sons birth and I was amazed with the care and experience I was given. The second time my husband gave me a spa day for the year mark of my sons birthday to celebrate and again, even during the Covid restrictions they did not disappoint. I was given the same care as before. I would recommend anyone to Woodhouse that will listen!

My mom and sisters and I shared our annual spa day at Woodhouse yesterday. We had a lovely afternoon and were very happy to be given a private area for the four of us to wait for our services with a glass of wine. We then enjoyed our facials and massages and gathered again with each other after our services in the private area. It was so relaxing and everyone we encountered treated us like royalty! We are already looking forward to our spa afternoon next year!

I have been coming to the Woodhouse Day Spa at The Greene (Dayton) for several years now and it is always a wonderful and first class experience! I have done full and half-day spa packages (that my husband purchases for me for special holidays) which are always such a nice treat. I also just come in to get a wonderful manicure and pedicure and will never go back to usual nail salons for that again. I always look forward to an hour or more away by myself by indulging at The Woodhouse Day Spa!

Very unprofessional. I had a a scheduled appointment with them and received a confirmation email and text just to find out the day of my massage that it was cancelled or never came through their system. Which I don’t understand how that even happens and I was not accommodated for my reservations.

Although pricey for certain services, the service has been pleasant and consistent within the last year. And if you ever need a waxing, Melissa has been consistently awesome for the last 8 years that I’ve seen her!

My first trip to The Woodhouse Day Spa was an awesome experience for me. The staff are very professional, yet personable, and every person I came in contact with always asked if I was okay or needed anything. My children bought the Blessed Package for my Christmas gift. I had never had a massage or facial and it truly was the best gift ever.

My daughter and I received manicures. The manicurists were chatting with each other the entire visit and complaining about other clients they’ve worked on. The service was to include arm and hand massage which was a matter of putting on a mask and then wiping the mask off. My manicurist did not touch my cuticles which clearly needed cleaned up. The facility was very clean, but the service we received was not worth the price and was not in the relaxing.

Woodhouse Day Spa made me feel welcomed the moment I walked in. The aroma in the air smelt amazing. The ladies at the front desk welcomed me and took me upstairs to change into a robe and slippers. The changing rooms are private and they provide lockers for your personal items. The quiet room was just that; Comfortable and relaxing! Cody was my massage therapist and he was very professional and make me feel comfortable. My massage was very relaxing and the pressure was perfect. I would definitely recommend Cody to all my friends and I look forward to my next visit.

I am a regular here and love my monthly mini vacation @ Woodhouse. I get a facial every month and some months, a facial and a massage. I became a Woodhouse fan years ago and drove to their Montgomery road location. I was beyond thrilled when they built one at The Greene (minutes from my home). Melissa is my esthetician and she is amazing. You are treated like royalty at this spa. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating, their services are stellar and the staff goes out of their way to make sure your time there is relaxing and enjoyable. Heather is a great masseuse too. I highly recommend both of these ladies. The front desk staff are so nice too. There have been times when I have had family issues, health issues, etc. and upon departure they have given me a little gift bag to cheer me up. Love this place!

Super friendly staff, great ambiance, clean facility, and the best Swedish massage you could ever ask for! I just had my first experience there today. One of the front desk girls was VERY nice and friendly, the other... not so much. The atmosphere was wonderful, but the services were lack luster. Im already looking forward to getting my nails redone somewhere else! They are uneven and look unfinished. The massage is incorrectly named. They simply spend 5 minutes rubbing warm oil on your legs. The entire experience was disappointing and felt awkward. I wont be visiting again.

I have been for a few different experiences ranging from massage therapy to foot treatments. Both of the experiences have been out of this world with very friendly, helpful staff. And timely, replenishing care with a peaceful serene environment. I would recommend the services at Woodhouse to anyone no matter what your in search of (get away, quiet time) whatever it is, this is your place. Its always worth it to pay more compared to other spas, because they are unlike any other and are held at a higher standard. Thank you again Woodhouse for great services!

Second visit to Woodhouse Spa! Had a massage with Tim last year....it was excellent! This time I went for a pedicure with Kayla...one of the best I have had! Loved their house tea...I even bought a few tins when I left! The entire experience was wonderful...I really enjoyed relaxing in the room before and after my service, and the entire staff was so pleasant and helpful! You definitely do not feel like you are in Dayton at this spa...it reminds me of a Grove Park or bigger city spa!

My daughter treated me to a very relaxing pedicure at the Woodhouse Day Spa and it was absolutely blissful! The atmosphere was so relaxing and I truly did feel pampered. A return visit has already been scheduled for my birthday - I cant wait! Let the spoiling continue!

The atmosphere at The Woodhouse is calm and welcoming. The front desk always does a great job of welcoming guests and escorts you upstairs to the locker room and then the quiet room. Rachel does amazing work! She’s very professional yet friendly! I love coming to Woodhouse! I always feel pampered when I am there!

I would rather pay a little extra to come to Woodhouse day spa. The atmosphere is relaxing, they offer you drinks, and actually give you a massage during pedicure. The pedicure room is small, only allowing four customers at a time which makes it nice. The employees talk to you throughout. I am currently in a walker due to surgery, the staff helped me get upstairs and into the spa chair. I would recommend them every time.

This is my treat once a year for my birthday except once I started coming it turned into more than once a year :) I love the staff and their services! Truly a one of a kind place!This is still my absolute favorite spa to go to. I have recently done the couples massage and had a spa day for 4 of our friends and were treated so well, especially being in our own quiet room together. I enjoyed a wonderful facial that didnt feel too heavy for my combination/oily skin and included a mini-massage for my arms and hands. She even recommended great products for me. Then I had a massage that really helped to work out my extra tension!Finally, I had scheduled a warm agave pedicure and asked for a last minute gel manicure. They graciously accommodated me and did both at the same time. Both sets of nails look great and I felt incredibly pampered!

The atmosphere is very relaxing right from the moment you step in the door. The staff is very professional and attentive. Once I checked in, I was taken upstairs to the womens changing room which is very clean and very well decorated. After I changed, I was offered a beverage while I waited for my massage therapist in the waiting room. My massage therapist came in to get me and introduced herself and listened to the specific areas I wanted her to focus on.

I spent a day here and received a massage, facial, and pedicure. All three services were absolutely wonderful and the women that performed them were so kind and so professional. I left this place feeling so relaxed and so refreshed. I cant put into words how much I enjoyed my experience here. Fellas, do yourself a favor and purchase your lady a spa package from here. You wont regret it. Looking forward to coming back!

I did a mother, daughter spa day. It was amazing and so relaxing. They use amazing oils that smell so good. The spa is so beautiful and the staff is amazing. I would absolutely love to go back. They also gave us wine while waiting for our rooms. We had a great time.

I did a couples massage with my wife. I have no complaints. Was offered a selection of drinks in the waiting room. Changing room had a lot of accessories. Since it was my first time and I did a deep tissue, the massage therapist kept checking in and ensuring the pressure wasnt too much and to see if I was enjoying it. Was truly relaxing. Ill definitely be back.

Amazing is all have to say. Royal treatment from the time you walk in. I don’t know how they train their employees, but they’ve got it down. Truly the best spa experience I’ve ever had, even better than one of the best spas in Miami. From the robes, to the details of the locker room, to the tranquility of the quiet room, and to the quality of products, you’ll be amazed. More than highly recommend. I adore Woodhouse. The quiet room alone is a treat without even receiving any services but the services are divine. My pedicures not only clean and care for my feet but they also are beautiful and have lasted a minimum of three weeks typically a month and a half. I am due for a spa day soon just writing this review is making me miss it.

This is the best Woodhouse Day Spa I have ever been to, it has the best quiet room with soft lighting and wonderful comfortable furniture. Plenty of chases to lay down. Also, enjoy the complimentary wine and even the fruit infused water is refreshing. Definitely a must if you are in the Dayton area!

I’ve been here a few times now. When I first started coming I always had top-notch experiences. I was so impressed by the environment and the hospitality of the people here. The last several times I’ve been however, I really feel my experience can vary widely. I’ve had some of the best massages of my life here and I just left one that was probably bottom 3 of my life (including beach and cruise massages). I always leave here relaxed, for sure. And it’s a great way to practice self-care, but it’s a little heartbreaking and stressful to spend so much on something and leave disappointed. I’m probably going to take a break from this point and See if I can find somewhere else.

My husband and I recently had a duet Swedish massage at Woodhouse Spa at the Greene in Dayton. It was wonderful and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere was clean, peaceful and relaxing. The entire staff was very friendly and Cailyn gave me the most relaxing and luxurious massage. We can’t wait to go back.

My first pedicure, and I loved it. Wonderful nail technicians, super friendly. The whole place is very relaxing and I will certainly come again. They even served a mimosa which helped me relax as I have very ticklish feet. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because we had a new customer form to fill out that they gave to us in the dimly lit waiting room. I couldnt see a thing.

Wonderful experience. I felt relaxed as soon as I switched into their robes and sat in the quiet room. I got a Swedish massage, facial, and pedicure. All left me feeling wonderfully relaxed and rejuvenated for the rest of the week. I requested more pressure during the massage, if possible, and the therapist did so! It was fantastic!

I called in for a specific service that was listed as $160. I was asked if I wanted to have a Swedish massage, stone, or deep tissue. I said deep tissue not realizing it would be an additional cost. The employee never said so during the phone call. Although I enjoyed the service and believed the therapists did a great job, I was pretty turned off that nothing was ever mentioned to me on the phone. When I went to check-out, I was pretty taken back with a bill of over $200. They just need to do a better job of telling their customer exactly what their costs are. I felt like they were deceitful.Update... I was called by Woodhouse and provided a refund of the additional amount along with a credit towards my next visit. I very much appreciate the thoughtfulness of the manager in making the situation right. Thank you.

The entrance to the welcoming smiles and awesome customer service sets a great tone. The facility was clean and relaxing. My service was on time and went as described. This has become a Birthday tradition. I enjoy the experience from beginning to end. Both my husband and I had a great experience.

I live in Dayton,Ohio and I called an made an appointment with Woodhouse Day Spa Fisher on 9/29/21 around 2:30pm. I had talked to 3 other Woodhouse Day Spas in the area and none has space available for two Classic Spa Day for 2 hours 30 min which cost $235 each. And the Fisher location had two available appointments so I booked them and got a text confirmation for an appointment for two and I gave them both names and told them this was a birthday gift. This was a birthday gift for a friend. When we arrived at the Spa on 10/12/21 they only had one appointment open. We think someone called off. But they could not and would not Accommodate us. So I would never go to Woodhouse Day Spa again.

A great place to unwind and relax on a lazy Sunday. The atmosphere was total elegance and the staff was superb. I enjoyed my massage, facial and pedi...not to mention the complementary mimosas. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Everything is always perfect at Woodhouse Day Spa. The stress level goes down 50 percent just sitting in the quiet room with a beverage of your choice (including a mimosa!) until your appointment time arrives. This time our choice was a pedicure and it couldnt have been better. When driving away after our service, my daughter was already looking through the booklet again to decide our next choice of pampering. Another job well done, Woodhouse!

I can not say enough wonderful words about Woodhouse Day Spa. As soon as you walk in the front door you know that you are about to experience something special. The staff is so pleasant, helpful and of course accommodating. I have had multiple services done here but my absolute favorite is the lazy day massage and seaweed bath. Its so relaxing and my skin feels amazing afterwards. If you need to relax and melt away the worries of the world, this is most definitely the place that you want to come.

The place is beautiful, the staff are friendly, but the couples Swedish massage left much to be desired. The therapists loved to talk and engaged us in conversation the entire time. I really would have preferred silence so we could fully relax, but didnt want to be rude and say so. So we spoke with them the entire time as they made small talk.I am 4 months pregnant and they made me lay on my side, something I said I did not want to do because the massage wouldnt be near as good. My stomach is not too big for me to comfortably lay on it and my OB doctor told me I can lay on my stomach until it becomes too uncomfortable to do so. The therapist insisted I lay on my side just to be safe. I was very disappointed but gave it a try. The massage was okay... not near as amazing as I was told it would be. The areas I really needed massaged in my lower back and feet I was told I could not have massaged due to pressure areas which would release too many toxins and lactic acid in my system which could harm the baby. She also said it makes everything start flowing more and moving things along too much for early pregnancy. I felt my massage left much to be desired and I was left disappointed overall.My husbands back hurt worse than it did before the massage and he did not enjoy his experience except for the head and neck massage which was brief. He said he doesnt wish to return.Overall, everyone was nice and the place is pretty. They even gave us a slice of turtle cheesecake pie for a belated anniversary surprise. It was delicious and I thought maybe it came from The Cheesecake Factory. I was shocked to learn it came from Costco. LOL!!! It may be cheap, but it tastes great. It was worth a try after reading all the amazing reviews, and I really wanted to enjoy this experience with my husband for our anniversary gift to eachother, but Im very disappointed to say that our $206 would have been better spent elsewhere. I dont think we will return. 😔UPDATE 11/29/2017- Amy, a representative from Woodhouse Day Spa, reached out to me to inquire about our experience and offered to make things right. I have been here twice and really enjoyed my visits. I didnt feel rushed and the service was prompt. I like how you are offered a drink to unwind and also given robs and shoes. The bathroom is nice with showers, fresh towels and lockers to keep your personal belongings. The quiet room has soft furniture and a nice feel. The wait is not very long at all. My boyfriend came with me the last time for a couples message and he made so much noise during his because he says the more painful the better the message lol so they did a good job on him. We will be visiting again!

I visited the Woodhouse Day Spa in Beavercreek recently, and could not have been more pleased with the exceptional customer service they provide!For my first visit, I had to bring my nine year old son with me because of a scheduling conflict for my husband and oldest son (nor could I reschedule the visit), so I thought this was going to be an issue. The ladies at the spa could not have been kinder- while I was receiving my treatment the team members on duty escorted him to a private quiet room, ensured he was comfortable and had something to drink, etc. This is what I mean when I say exceptional customer service- they really went above and beyond to help accomodate us!Additionally, the treatment itself (facial) was absolutely heavenly! The young lady providing the services was sweet, the atmosphere warm and relaxing, and best of all my skin felt and looked better than it has in years following the treatment. I cant wait to go back for my next appointment!

The ambiance of Woodhouse Day spa is by far better than others I have been to. An extremely nice experience on our last visit. Encouraged my significant other to have a professional massage. He is 57, and by the end of the day has a crooked gait because of strain on his back. The look on his face afterward was priceless, and he was able to move his joints and back without pain. Needless to say, we will be back to try other services. We both had the Swedish massage, and everyone involved was excellent. I rate it a 10!

I had a wonderful experience from check in, to the relaxation of the quiet room with a mimosa, but the best part was my masseuse Rachel. She gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had, and also gave me some info on correcting my posture and stretches to help with my neck pain. Thanks Rachel!

If I could give 6 stars I would. I bought a pedicure for my wife because it was her birthday. The Woodhouse let her relax and gave her a mimosa before the pedicure. Then Courtney gave my wife the best pedicure she’s ever had. Afterwards they gave her a hand written birthday card and a present with various beauty product samples. I had a wonderful experience today! I had a 25 minute neck, back and shoulder appointment with Tim. This was my first time there and he was very knowledgeable and wonderful at his job! The one critique I may suggest to the staff: when a customer is paying and getting ready to leave, ask your customers if they would like to schedule their next visit. I was hoping they would but when they didnt I just left. Ill call back later of course, it just finished a little awkward.

It was very disappointing. We had a couples’ massage for my husbands birthday and many massages in life and those were our worst ever. We had Hannah and Britney and with the first touch we both knew they had very little experience. They were both nice but the massage techniques were poor. It was our first time there. We may come back, we may not.

Tim gave a great massage with just the right pressure He is knowledgeable about my knee condition and responds appropriately. The per son who took me upstairs was kind enough to show me how to use the locker and offered a wonderful glass of lime infused water. It is a REAL spa experience with a great lounge area in the locker room and they give you a comfortable robe and slippers to wear while waiting. You are welcome to hang out there after your service.

Mel was absolutely fantastic! Since it was my first time at Woodhouse Spa, Mel thoroughly explained the treatment session. Even when I didnt get off all the salt prior to massage, Mel was patient and helped remove residual from back. Since worked out sore muscles and I felt completely relaxed. My boyfriend and I did a couples massage for 80 min on Sunday. I went in with a pinched nerve and he is still recovering from hip surgery. In 24 hours my pinched nerve is gone! My boyfriend did deep tissue and feels fantastic. Shelly and Miranda are amazing! We are sending referrals and are for sure coming back! This spa was like spas I have been to in Manhattan and Connecticut. Very pleased!

Exceptional spa experience from start to finish. Beautiful receiving area, changing and locker room, bathroom, and showers, and excellent concierge service. The deep tissue massage that I went in for was easily the best massage I have had. This was not a same-old standard spa massage. The therapist addressed my individual needs and tailored the massage to treat my tension and trigger points, and I left feeling as though he had made very real improvements. Will most definitely be back and soon.

My daughter got me a gift card at this spa, so I scheduled to get a manicure with gel polish. When I got there it was a nice experience and nice staff. When I actually went to get my manicure it was done and over with in 40 mins with polish and that was it. I have been getting manicures for years at different spas and have always had hand and arm massages with oils and some places even with warm stones along with oils and a massage (and much cheaper).VERY disappointed in this experience!!!

Our experience was so relaxing and amazing! We did a package of 4 services: the massage, facial and manicure was great. I’d get a pedicure elsewhere. The lady looked like she was massaging your feet and legs but I received no benefit from that and they weren’t clear on the top coat of our nail polish paint😊

I received a message for my birthday this year. My experience was amazing. From the moment I entered the Spa I was greeted with someone holding the door open for me welcoming me. I have regular massages at Woodhouse for a back problem. These massages are better than any chiropractor or physical therapist I have ever seen for this issue. They always make you feel special when you are at the spa. I would like to simply visit the quiet room from time to time. Please be quiet when you are actually in the quiet room. This is not the time to chat with your friend, but rather to unwind and meditate.

Monica provided an amazing illuminating facial. My skin instantly looked fresh and bright. She made great product recommendations and is very friendly. I was also given samples of products she felt may be useful for my skin. It is expensive, but worth every penny (facial and the products) my 46 year old face needed a boost and this provided just that!

I have never had a bad service at Woodhouse Day Spa. They are always friendly and do a fantastic job. Some of the best massages I have ever had have been here. I always enjoy getting spoiled by them.

My experience at this location was disappointing. The lounge and locker rooms are closed due to COVID 19 restrictions and I had to wait in the shop/entrance for my appointment with 4 other guests and didnt even have a chair to sit on. I was then told to head upstairs to meet my massage therapist. I was never sent an email confirmation or told of the new procedures. The massage was fine but the hurry and unfamiliarity at the beginning of my appointment left me quite disappointed.

Brought my husband for a couples massage to share what I love about Woodhouse! From the warm welcome, to the calm, relaxing, quiet room experience, to the main massage event, you didn’t disappoint! He said we need to make a habit of this👍🏻

I had the absolute best experience today.. this was the first time I had ever had a massage and I was so surprised! Everyone I spoke to was so nice and helpful. The place was beautiful, peaceful and SO clean. I will absolutely be returning and referring several people!

My husband and I have been going to the Dayton location for years. Each time they have been pleasant and helpful in scheduling appointments and we al wats leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I had a full spa day scheduled during a time when I was breastfeeding my daughter. They were more than accommodating, securing me a private room, scheduling extra time between services to pump, and even storing my milk in the fridge. That’s probably TMI, but is a great example of the level of service they provide. Make an appointment and experience it all for yourself!

They got me in last minute (within the hour) when I really needed a pedicure. The experience itself was amazing from the quiet room, the mimosa & The Just way above average experience. Definitely recommend.

I have enjoyed my facials and eyebrow shaping at Woodhouse Day Spa for four years. I always look forward to this relaxing atmosphere. It is nice to feel pampered every few months. I highly recommend Woodhouse.

This was my first visit to Woodhouse Day Spa and I enjoyed my experience tremendously. I went in for a deep tissue massage and express mani-pedi. Good stuff first: the express mani-pedi was wonderful. Courtney, the technician, did an excellent job of taking care of me. My nails were beautifully shaped and polished. Woodhouse DS turned me on to Vinylux nail polish, which lasted a week on my nails! This was better than some gel polishes Ive had and came off easily. The deep tissue massage was OK, but not really deep tissue enough for me and the therapist never checked in with me on the pressure. Another tip for the staff, when offering a drink at reception, specify whats available. I arrived at the quiet room and realized wine was available, but didnt know how to go about ordering a glass. I will definitely book a return visit in the near future.

First and foremost, Melissa is amazing. I’ve only gotten waxes and facials, but the facility is clean and staff is always friendly and professional. It’s a very nice place, but being the laid-back type, I don’t feel out of place, (or am treated differently), for coming in wearing comfy clothes like jeans or leggings like I’ve encountered at a couple other places in the area.

Woodhouse is the only gift I continually ask for....Mothers Day, Christmas, or Birthdays.Its always worth the wait and $ well spent! Try to do at least 2 services to enjoy the quiet room....a robe and a glass of wine to completely chill-out is the best.Do yourself a favor, if you get a pedicure ask for Courtney T. Her leg massage is nothing short of WOW!

Just WOW! This place exceeded my expectations! I went in for a discovery facial and I was already impressed the minute I walked in. From beginning to end, the service was so professional and welcoming. I was walked upstairs where I was given a robe and sandals to change into. They have changing rooms within their locker room where you can keep your things. Before I went in for my service, I was asked if I wanted a beverage while I wait in the cozy waiting room. They offered water, mimosas, wine, etc. I didn’t have to wait very long when my esthetician came to get me. We went to another private room where I changed out of my robe, into a wrap, and got under some sheets. The esthetician I had was so friendly and knowledgeable. She truly cared about the health of my skin and giving me the tools I need to make it even better. I was shocked with how extensive the treatment was. My pores were opened with steam, followed by cleansing, exfoliating, a clay mask, and a vitamin c mask (which smelled just like orange juice!). She also took a look at my skin, unclogged any visibly seen pores, and answered any concerns I had with the state of my skin. Once completed, I looked at my skin and I was glowing! I was offered another beverage and if I wanted to wait in a quiet room. I passed, just because I had to get going, but it sounded like a great way to end the treatment. I changed and went downstairs to checkout where they have a plethora of spa-inspired products you can purchase. I paid a total of $118 with tip, which was pretty pricey, but it was 110% worth it!I will be going back for other treatments and plan on recommending this spa to everyone!

This is my favorite spot to get a pedicure. The WARM AGAVE NECTAR PEDICURE is my favorite, but the LAVENDER AND SEAWEED SUGAR SCRUB PEDICURE is great too. Its so nice to unwind, read a book in peace, and be pampered at the same time. The quiet room is a great way to begin and end the service while you wait for your polish to set. I will continue to come back time and time again. Thank you!

I have had several experiences now with Woodhouse and I am beyond satisfied from the second I walk in the door to the minute I leave. The only problem I have is that the services end too soon. I also always appreciate that they help me with the products they sell. They are all very knowledgeable. I get guidance from the front desk staff explaining the services and add ons. I am headed there again soon! Trust me it is worth your time!!

I dont do spa experiences much... so this was maybe my 4th one (in my whole life) and Im almost 40. I did the lazy days package and and added a facial because Im tired and have 9 kids. Didnt care for the smell of the seaweed bath or exfoliation prior to said bath. I enjoyed the massage at the time. I wish I had not spent money on the facial. It was underwhelming and expensive. I now cant sleep from the massage. Im bruised and sore. The environment was calm and relaxing. I just dont think Ill be back. Not worth the 300+ dollars. The people that did my services were very sweet, it just wasnt anything I wanted to be in this much pain after the fact and the facial I was looking the most forward to.

The front desk staff is so unprofessional. At a place like this where the prices are higher than any other spa around you would expect kind, helpful, and expedient. Quite the opposite is true. This has happened on the past two visits there, which I thought maybe was someone just having a bad day. But tonight, my husband called to try and get me a gift card for mother’s day and the same happened. The girl didn’t want to honor the $10 reward dollars that he had. Then he talked her In to asking her manager. When she finally got back on the phone, she was flippant and said she couldn’t do it online, but she would send it In The mail and would have to charge $4.00. REALLY?People, I would spend your money at another day spa for sure!

I have visited the Woodhouse Day Spa several times and am always extremely pleased. I even chose to celebrate my birthday there. The service is excellent from the moment you walk in the door. I highly encourage you to go and get pampered!

First of all I love this place! I had a facial as ne micro derm today. What a treat! They take such good care of you. You slip into a warm robe and slippers, you can have something to drink, then taken back for an ultimate facial experience.. Samantha took such good care of my skin and also an arm, hand and neck massage. Feeling pampered all the while. I will recommend this place to anyone looking to feel pampered and well taken care of.

A few years back I had the good luck to win a work trip to Miami. They gave me a spa day at one of the most luxurious spas in the country. It was amazing and I was totally hooked. From then on I would book a spa day on every work trip. I loved being a spa person but wished I could be one at home.I tried a bunch of Groupons, booked expensive massages at my salon and even tried a womens retreat. No luck. Dayton had nothing to offer me, until Woodhouse Day Spa.This place is 5 star. They bring you a robe, slippers, and you are given a wooden locker to place your items in their ladies lounge equipped with two showers, changing area and amenity packed vanity. Then you are brought complimentary wine, champagne, herbal tea or fruit infused water in the serene and lush quiet room where you lay on a chaise lounge until your masseuse arrives. Dim lights, dark wood soft blankets and Chopin and Vivaldi play lightly over the speakers. Finally you are led to a room where you are treated like the queen (or king) you really are.Ive tried almost all the treatments. Ive had the espresso scrub, the bath treatment, facial, pedicure and of course, multiple heavenly massages. All of the staff are top notch talented people who are worthy of Dallas, Miami, New York, but yet they are here, in Beavercreek, to treat you to a perfect spa day.You will not regret a penny or a minute spent here. Trust me, Im an expert now.

I went for my first spa experience (pre-covid) and it was amazing. They treated me and my friend very well. Everything was relaxing and accommodating from the moment we got there. We got the great expectations package and loved every second. It was great to be pampered and to relax! I’m excited to go back once things get better!

I was so excited to have a reflexology appointment but was disappointed when the therapist informed me that she was not a licensed reflexologist and that what I would be getting was just a really good foot massage. As I was already in the room and in my robe I really didn’t feel I could say anything and just moved forward with the appointment. When I was done and checked out at the front desk. I voiced my dissatisfaction. I asked if they had licensed reflexologist on staff and the girl did not know. She did not make me pay for my appointment but I still left dissatisfied. If you do not have licensed reflexologists on staff you should not offer the service. I do have money left on my gift card but don’t know if I will return.

When Im pregnant I like to get my legs waxed and Woodhouse is where I go for anything spa related. I had Melissa as my aesthetician and she was AWESOME and very accommodating being that Im 6 months pregnant. Its very relaxing there and you just feel calm as soon as you walk in. I dont get to spas very often, but I dont even think of going anywhere else.

I love Woodhouse Dayton at the Greene. The spa is lovely and calming and always looks organized and soothing. The staff is always professional and helpful. In my opinion, the price point is warranted by the facility, staff, and quality of products.

Not only was I treated to impeccable service the evening of Relax for the Cure, (a ticketed event to raise $ for breast cancer research), but upon a stop in visit to purchase a gift, the young woman behind the counter remembered my name AND pronounced it correctly. It is obvious that this company conducts first rate training. She also came from behind the counter to hand me my package and opened the door upon my exit.I booked a facial the same evening of the event, as did my two friends. I plan to spend as much time as the pocketbook will allow at the Woodhouse Day Spa!
