The staff is very knowledgeable about most of the products they have at the store. If you have a certain preference they will point you in the right direction when it comes to choosing cigars. I really appreciate the friendliness and the hospitality that I have received from all of the employees. Keep up the great work!

I’ve been going here since 1997 and they have met every need I’ve brought to them. Great prices and the friendliest staff in Daytona. They treat me like family and I love them for it.

WOW this place has almost everything Im amazed every time I walk in they have a whole room for pipe tobacco if you do not have a pipe you could get one here it is very affordable 5$ an oz on tobacco depending on cut and blend and you can pick up a pipe for 5$ as well but I prefer old fashioned pipes just got a corn pipe from here it is convenient and picket sized they are located on the shelves with the tobacco jars I will be back to get more tobacco

This place is awesome!!! The people are very knowledgeable. They have a huge selection of cigars as well as a comfortable, cozy, relaxing seating area. They have plenty of air purifiers to keep the air fresh. They have a great selection of other things as well. A variety of vapes and hookahs. They have a nice selection of loose tobacco. Too much to list. Madison and D have great personality. You need to go for yourself and experience the wonderful atmosphere.

Its great to see this place is still up and running. Its been over 20, something years since Ive been to this store. I used to love walking around the place and seeing all the cool things we couldnt get back in Canada. It looks like a road trip is in store for me and the family. Maybe Ill come down for the classic spring break and shock my family with all the chaos and mayhem spring break brings with it.

Stopped in here last Friday . Super impressed ! A massive , well humidified / temp regulated humidor with one of the best selections of cigars nearly anywhere. They have bulk pipe tobacco , which is thrilling to see for guys like me who have been at this for many decades . They have the glass pipe stuff and vape stuff and why not , right . Im glad to see a store that carries every type of smoking instead of ... just a cigar joint or just a vape joint or mainly a RYO joint with chew and snuff . This is an exceptional store . The blonde behind the counter was very pleasant and knows what shes doing . Id love to have this store near me . Seriously , one of the better shops Ive been to in years and Ive been to a ton since I started the pipe 43 years ago

Thought I should save innocent people from visiting this place by sharing my experience. I bought a vape here which was supposed to be 2500 puffs but didn’t last an hour; even if all the smokers in Daytona Beach took a puff, it’ll be illogical for it not to last an hour. I contacted the store to fix the issue which is their sole responsibility as regards genuine human compassion but they failed, rather they played victim of not responsible for malfunction of a product they sold to me/customer. How can you sell something to someone if you aren’t 100% sure of the durability/reliability of that product, Peasant shop? Where is the American trust? I actually saw a trust contradicting review about this shop earlier but ignored it, guess it’s my fault. Avoid this business by all means, it’ll save you money, time and appreciation for human existence.

Very helpful staff. The girl working here was very knowledgeable about cigars and all there other products. Its the only place I get my cigars. Huge selection.

The staff here are simply great. I have never had a bad visit to this business. They make really good suggestions and have introduced me to several excellent choices. This is hands down the best shop in the Daytma Beach area to buy cigars. They have a full selection of quality products. I cant say enough about the place. You should check it out.

I purchase an expensive lighter at the store in Daytona it quit working a week later. I brought it back A couple of weeks later when I was in town and they said they do not accept returns on defective products and that it has been a month all they would do is offer me a couple dollars off purchasing a new one. I think any future purchases will be done on Amazon as they accept returns and are cheaper than this location. its no wonder retail is dying

Was a very pleasant visit when I was down in Daytona Beach had exactly what I was looking for .. for some reason its hard to find chocolate truffle pipe tobacco anywhere in the country but they had it right there on hand and it was fresh not that stale dry tobacco you usually find... That young gentleman that worked the place was very knowledgeable about his products which is also hard to find with someone his age... I cant wait for my next vacation Im going back to tobacco Exotica

Do not shop here. This place sold me USED merchandise. It smelled of resin and had burnt black around the hole. I called the store after getting home and asked about the piece, but they denied everything saying that is literally impossible. This is the most rude, snotty, staff Ive ever had to deal with. Will never be back.

Very nice tobacco shop vape, accessories and smoking accessories. Huge cigar selection, smoking pipes, with numerous different tobaccos. Also some very exotic unique artistry type pipes that I was impressed by. Lots of selection on glass pipes on smoking accessories. A little bit pricey but not too bad I will be back there.

My husband smokes a pipe once a day. He likes loose flavored tobacco and enjoys the variety of choices Tobacco Exotica carries in jars. They weigh the amount desired so you are not locked in to pre-packaged goods. Staff are helpful. Always a few customers when we visit since they have a large array of smoke shop items and even an area to sit, relax, and watch TV with your purchase of tobacco. Very Happy with this merchant.

Disgusting!! It smells like an old dirty bar. I wouldn’t want anything that smells like this place. Lady at the register never said 1 word to us when we walked in, just looked up and then put her head back down. I tried to ask her a question about her merchandise, she said I don’t know, I don’t know anything about... hmm ok! We turned and walked out. Never again! My hair smelt like an ashtray when we left! So gross!

Went inside for 10 minutes to get a vape pen for my girl and came out smelling SO BAD of stale cigarette smoke, I had to take my clothes off and wash them. I cant imagine what its like working in there.Now I understand that, as a non-smoker Im probably more sensitive to it but they really should have extensive smoke eaters and ventilation for the workers if not for the customers, IMHO.

My Husbandman has re-acquired a taste for cigars. Tobacco Exotica has anything that is needed to make cigar smoking pleasurable --a humidor room full of choices, a lounge area, great customer service, and a multitude of other supplies. I highly recommend!

Nice husband & wife team helped us find what we needed when we stopped in on the way home from Daytona Beach. ( On our anniversary trip in 2017) Very large selection of tobacco products and very nice lounging area. Very friendly atmosphere and conveniently located near Daytona International Speedway & Museam.

This place has all your tobacco essentials. They are usually open late, so any of your hookah or cigar needs will be met here. Reasonable pricing on items and the service is always top notch.

Ive been going here since the early 90s, absolutely love this place. I named it the Indian head and when u go youll know why. Great young staff always friendly and informative. For all your smoking needs this is the place.

Cool little place with some nice pieces at some decent prices. But also some outrageously priced pieces but you know how that goes. I wouldnt mind going back again when I have enough cash to waste on that some of that stuff. All in all seems like a pretty dope joint pardon the pun

So I made my first purchase there yesterday, so happy that I found the brand of e-liquid for my vaporizer that I was driving all the way to ST. Augustine to purchase (XO2). Bought 3 bottles (small only 10ml) at $6 each only to get home to find the oils had turned. Now...the girl who sold them to me may not remember but I do, her telling me theyve had them for months and the girl who ordered them doesnt work there anymore but that they have no idea where or how to order them. Well I called this morning to tell her the juice spoiled and long story short....Im out $20. She lied and said we JUST got those so I dont know why theyd go bad. Ok. Like I FEEL like going thru this hassle of wasting my time by purchasing the ones Im familiar with by the way, only to turn around and make this up so I have to haul my butt back there for WHAT???!!! I even said to her that I wanted to switch them out for the brand she told me they sell the most of and all the time. Nope....her take on rhe situation was to screw over what would have been a new reoeat customer since this shop is literally 2 minutes from my home. Hope the owner knows what a treasure hes got with THAT idiot. Hey if they need the $20 that bad....consider it a gift. Because as I said....Id have spent a great deal more than that probably about every other week. DONT SHOP HERE.

Walked in with a good mood and walked out wishing I didn’t even purchase anything from here simply because the woman at the register had a nasty attitude. Disappointing.

Megan was by far one of the worst sale associate ive unfortunately had the chance to meet. I understand that people have bad days, but then she should of been working in the back instead of giving attitude to the customers. When asked about diffrent products the answer given was its just preference if she didnt know about the product, then she shouldnt be selling it. I think she should work for a warehouse, shed fit in much better then at Tabacco Exotica. and also smiling would probably not scare as many customers away. If I could base the stars on my experience I would of not given any stars at all.

I went in a couple weeks ago with my wife and cousin to get some smokes for the beach. I used to be a frequent visitor here when I did live on the beach; it was the only place to get Dunhills. Anyway, it was my wifes first visit and decided to get me a humidor after having spent $75 on Cigars. In total we spent $225 that day. I had a talk with the owner Phil, very awesome at first, promised me a box of Gurkha 18 Cellar Reserve Especial for $140- we had a deal and I would be back the following week. When I got there, the box was there! It had just arrived and was being labeled. When it came time to ring me up they asked $225. HUGE DIFFERENCE FROM WHAT WE DISCUSSED TO WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING. HAD TO HEAR IT FROM THE HORSE HIMSELF. HE SAID HELL CUT ME A DEAL FOR $200. A little bait and switch but I still wanted to support the shop and ended up not buying the box- just two sticks and $75 worth of other cigars. 20 minutes later Im at the jewelers about to light this bad boy Ive been waiting for, and long behold it tasted like garbage- I inspected the cigar and I found MOLD. THIS THING JUST ARRIVED AND WAS BEING LABELED AND HE TRIED TO SELL ME A BOX OF THIS CRAP FOR $200 AFTER TELLING ME $140! But my 2nd stick which I gave to my cousin was just fine and tasted MUCH BETTER! Any way- save yourself some time and never purchase cigars here, go to a reputable retailer. That same day I went to spend $300 at a different shop that was MUCH MORE CONSISTENT.

Came here to replace my vape mode. Didnt really get a chance to look around the whole place but the employee who helped me was friendly and helpful. Ended up buying a new mod. Really like the product.

I was cursed out and followed out of the store by an employee who I believe to be the owner. He threatened to have me arrested when I came in with a defective water pipe and asked for a replacement downstem because the original was defective. The owner stated I could have broken it myself and when I told him I didnt drop it and have proof of purchase he became irate and began to curse at me. Luckily one of his employees offered me a replacement downstem as a condolence for the verbal assault. The owner then found followed me out and then continued to verbally assaulted me.To be clear I purchased a pipe from this store and within 3 days the Downstem snapped in half. It was a defective unit. I called the store asked by what could be done so a representative on the phone said to bring the dirty glass in. I showed they guy my glassware and they said I could have dropped it but there were no marks on the glass, no cracks etc, just some led over resin and grime.I would NEVER recommend this store. The owner is mean, they dont offer any kind of customer service, and they will attempt to have you arrested if they dont agree with you. This isnt my first bad experience at this store. STAY AWAY. There are plenty of tobacco stores in the area. Dont give your money to people that attempt to arrest their customers.

Love this place. They have alittle bit of everything n if they dont they will get it in. They will even call when the items come in . The people that work there are real nice n helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone that smokes. Real chill place .

Extremely overpriced, I went here for a basic coil replacement which they charged me 3x the average price around, and added $1 tax per item you buy. I do not recommend this place for any smoking/vaping needs.

Bought a 90$ Pocket Vaporizer there on Friday, took it home, it did not work after charging, took it back on Sunday and the douchebag owner would not exchange it for another, I even offered to upgrade my purchase, nope, then would not refund my money, told me tough luck. His exact words were, I dont know what to tell you, I wasnt the one who sold it to you. Really? I thought if I bought it at your store, you did sell it to me. Told me to deal with the manufacturer. Their Cigars are over priced too, compared to the other shops in town. I will not be back, they ripped me off pretty good.

Tobacco Exotica is a great place to buy cigars and tobacco. If you are looking here to buy vape products, dont bother showing up and disappointing anyone there. A lounge is inside of the store as well to smoke while watching the football games. They sell tobacco and tobacco related paraphernalia. Richard is the man and he is the most experienced with cigars in the store.

The service at Tobacco Exotica is fantastic, and they have a wide selection of products - including dokha, which shows they have an appreciation for the trends and population of the area and an attention to detail that other smoke shops in the Daytona area do not have! Also, compred to most other stores in the area, their prices (especially for dokha!) are mich more reasonable for the same quality. Be sure to stop by Tobacco Exotica regardless if you are a local, student, biker, or spring breaker!

This place is horrible horrible pricing they do not take care of their customers they do not back their products I bought something within 3 days it broke and it was metal I went in today to see if they could give me any sort of discount since I just recently purchased it and the lady treated me like complete crap and said no theres nothing she can do for me so if you dont want to buy something and have it broken right away dont go to Tobacco Exotica not to mention Ive been there 3 times and one month with the same lady and she does not care about repeat customers I put this on here just to warn others
