So yesterday I came in to get a board thinking it was gonna take a while, but they were extremely help in building me an awesome custom board to my liking in no time. He was extremely helpful with giving me information that I needed … being that it has been a minute since I’ve skated. Great shop! It’s organized and clean inside. The guy that worked there, Alec, was super nice and helpful. I needed new grip tape for my skateboard and he helped me. I’m new to skateboarding and know nothing about it. I was gonna get some tape and go, but he actually offered to peel off the old tape and reapply the new tape without me having to ask. I was with my dad and he was super nice, asked for our names and sparked conversation with us. He also educated me on the parts of my board and tightened my wheels. If I ever need anything else, I’m definitely coming back. If he sees this, THANK YOU!

Amazing selection, the paint pens and spray paint are all quality and priced great, and the smoking supplies are plentiful and high quality, great branded clothing, and all with amazing customer service, especially Alec he is a good conversationalist and is educated in helping you find you you need. Went into the hookup today at around noon. Cannot remember the guys name that was in. There was a young gentleman. Very nice. Found me what I needed right away when another store down the block could not respond. After 2 weeks they had it in the store

This goes for all of the other Hook Up locations like Boca / Coral Springs. I have been a long-time customer since 2016 and they provide superior customer service across all their locations.
