I had the pleasure of working with Todd, Todd isnt the normal vape shop employee, he goes above and beyond. I came in, I had problems with a new vape, I have little to no experience... Todd assured me it was a coil issue, and took care of it! I bought the correct coil. He showed me a variety of E-Juices...I will be back on Friday(PayDay) to get some juice. I was in the store today and I shop there all the time because the employees are always so nice. I know there specials but they always remind me. Its the only Vape shop I go to and there are 2 closer 2 me because there service and employees are always great. Today it was Jenna and Alex the owner must be a great judge of people because Ive never have had a bad experience and I always leave with 4 to 6 vapes because of the specials. It was a quick in and out experience with super friendly and helpful staff. Had Devon help me out with buying a new vape, after having lost mine, and recommended a similar one, that uses the same coils, at a lower price. I wouldve hated to have to buy a new one with new coils, having just purchased a new pack of them for my previous one. I definitely recommend this shop to beginners and experienced users alike.

This place is amazing. First of all Felipe was great. I believe he is the manager, and was incredibly helpful. The vapes I get are super cheap, plus 40% off second vape. Also the Kratom was free sample and also great quality. Love it here and will never go anywhere else.

I walked in and explained what flavors I liked; Immediately there was sample flavors set on the counter to see what worked for me, along with explanations for each bottle taste.Also, I was interested in returning for a device upgrade; There was no pushy sales. Instead, there was a thorough explanation of what I should get for where Im at in the vaping game.I left with (2) great juices. Comfortable atmosphere and fantastic one-on-one service!

When I first called the shop, I was helped by Johnathan. He was nice enough, but the conversation felt somewhat one sided. I had questions/concerns, and I felt like they were not addressed.I texted the store manager/owner Justin. Within 15 mins, Johnathan gave me a call back, apologized for my concerns not being addressed and helped me to answer all my questions and look into a new device.Its not everyday that you get this level of service from a company. Ill be a return customer from this experience, and will recommend 1st Wave Vapor to my friends and family as well. 10/10!

Ive been to a few vape shops around, and always wind up back here. I honestly wont go anywhere else. Cody has gone above and beyond time and time again to help me out. I’m from out of town and was looking for something sweet to try. The girl who helped me, Abby I think, was very friendly and helped me pick out something I enjoy very much. She recommended a couple restaurants in the area and made visiting this store a very good experience overall. Her kindness means a lot to someone like me who doesnt know area or the people at all.

Unfortunately, I have Deerfeald . I’m a very loyal customer since day 1 ! Justin is a great person . Need less to say he was going to give me 50% off with the old Smok nord. X . I brought 6-7 of them w/ Proof of purchase . And raced over too Deerfiled.. only to find Seth is not in !! I was there in 20 min. He was not there ! And another employee was told to give me 15% only ) and the employee had no vape education at all ! I was livid had me driving back and forth two employee’s both not a clue ! I hope that Justin see’s this and correct’s the problem. This is my honest opinion and experience . HUGE WASTE OF Time and Money. Nothing Worse! To have you have me drive through rush hour and not even be there or give me the run around!! And then pass me off to a incompetent employee ! Do not go to this Deerfiled location if you don’t know exactly what you want. Sorry Justin your a great guy I hope that you can recover your staff ! I hope you can resolve this problem. This evening I went to 1ST WAVE VAPOR in Deerfield Beach. I will definitely do business here again. I needed to replace my old vaping device. So many different smoking/vaping devices can be confusing. Felipe is a sweetheart. So kind and patient and helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he hooked me up with a very simple user-friendly device. Exactly what I wanted and it was reasonably priced.The store is clean and well lit! It does not smell and is not dark and dungeon-like, like other smoke shops I have been in. Additionally, the store is open till 9:00p, not 7 p.m. like other vape located on Hillsboro Blvd about 1/2 mile west of Military Trail in the shopping center on the right side of the street. Its next to Muddy Waters restaurant/bar.

Called the store to see if they had the vape i use. The nice girl Brianna told me to come in to see her and she’ll show me what they have, she promised me she had something better. So of course i had to go in, and i couldn’t be happier with what i bought Shout out to Brianna go see her! I will for sure be coming back more

Love this smoke shop.Coming here twice a week to resupply my batton pods and juice. They have the original ones at good prices. Just $10 for ceramic pack of pods and $10 for small bottle of e liquid juice (glacier mint). Also you can have their promotion card which they punch for you with a stamp for every $15 you spend. After 10 stamps youll get a $15 off your next purchase. Come visit this place and shop around they have so many things to offer.

Great atmosphere, great crew! They see you more as a friend rather than just a customer. Only thing is that they need to carry a cherry flavor. The other stores/companies are all medicine tasting. Otherwise as an overall rating, wish that I could have put 10 stars!

This place is great. They have a wide variety of vape pens in all shapes and sizes. They also had a spare charger for my vape I thought I was going to have to buy a new one so it really saved me money. They carry the vape juices as well as CBD oil no THC added and no med card needed. On top of all that the prices are incredibly affordable. I was helped by Zack today and he was friendly professional and informative. He made me feel comfortable about my purchase and he never made me feel pressured to get something that I didn’t want.

I went in there recently and the employee was showing me and a friend some different juices. After we selected which one we wanted, we paid and left. I got in my car and realized the guy gave me the wrong nicotine level and went back inside to switch them out. The employee proceeded to tell me we somehow stole the juice because he couldn’t find it and had just thrown a box out. I told him he could check my purse, my car, my pockets. I have no reason to steal.. he kept saying he swore he gave it to us and that we must have taken it. We even told him he should check his cameras.. the guy was super rude and saying he was right. We will NOT be going back to this location again. Horrible customer service

I have tried everything to quit smoking. It wasnt until I talked to Amy that I actually had any success not only did she sell me a great product but answered every question I had clearly but was extremely patient with all my questions and super nice and friendly. I was a little bit overwhelmed by all the great selections they had their but Amy help me choose the product that was right for me and the Juno was it. Thank you Amy for all your help.

This shop is one of the nicest vape store around. Most of the sales people know their stuff & can really help you out. I was there last week as I had Dropped my vape & it broke. Kenny was working. He is the epitome of customer service!! He chatted with me about the different brands & took close to an hour & fixed my vape. He couldnt have been nicer. He knew every item in that store, how it worked, battery life...you name it. I got quite an education. Ive been vaping for about 5 years& just learned how to vape the proper way.

Worst smoke shop. before i bought the stig the guy literally said to me that he would replace it if it didn’t work. the battery light flashes on the first drag meaning the thing is busted and dude refuses to pay for it. now i write a bad review on multiple sites and dispute the charge with my bank tomorrow. left the product there and didn’t sign for it, no sale. also employee tried to sell me overpriced buds.

So as it is known, I love this shop!! I tend to stick to the places I like and once I find it, why go elsewhere? 1st Wave Vapor is just that for me. I love just coming to hang out and shoot some pool or just vape and read my book on the couch. The atmosphere is excellent and so relaxing. The knowledge of the staff is phenomenal so you know you are in good hands, whether you are a seasoned vaper or if you are wandering in for the first time. The one thing that initially drew me to the shop is the selection of liquids. They carry so many different types and are constantly bringing in new lines and flavors. So the individual who loves to try new things, its wonderful. And those that like to stick to the same flavors, they will do their very best to have it for you, even if they dont carry it everyday. Another thing that drew me to the shop was the hours they operate, as it is always convenient should I have a late class and need to grab some liquid or coils after or before. No matter which location you end up at, you will receive the same awesome service but since this is for Deerfield Beach, DJ and John are excellent and super friendly. Their knowledge on the industry as well as the products they sell is amazing so do not be afraid to ask them anything. It is not everyday you find a vape shop that excells at customer service, knowledge and a wonderful atmosphere, but 1st Wave Vapor seems to keep up their first-class service day in and day out. I dont vape. I know nothing about vaping. I only went here cause a buddy of mind is bed ridden and needed vape juice. The dude working here was so cool 😎 He went over all the flavors, all the different capes and why this one is better than that one. I seriously got an education about vaping. In any event... I bought a butter cookie and cake batter juices for my buddy that made me salivate. What an awesome fun, friendly place.
