This is my go to vape store! I come here every Friday to get what I need and it’s always an easy and great transaction. I luckily always come here and they always are in stock. It’s to the point where my guy Rick knows exactly what I want the moment I step into the store. He’s one of the few left that makes sure he asks how my weeks been going followed by a have a good weekend. I’ll forever be a customer of this brand!

HQD Plus dead the day after buying. Every pen I have ever bought there has an oddly short life span. I don’t understand. I am throwing money away by coming here even though I would like to based on the location.

FANTASTIC place! I have been going in there for about a year now and the service has not changed... my last time I went in to purchase a gift for my best friend and Russell was awesome! Great vapor store it offers all the latest in devices,coils,tanks etc.. and the owner Brian makes sure he has the best of the best in Ejuice flavors the industry has to offer on his shelves. I GUARANTEE you find to many flavors you like and have a hard time deciding what to get because he has to many good ones!If you dont know what you like the staff is the most knowledgeable /professional in the game and I have been to damn near every vape shop around (state to state)they will know their products very well from the ejuice to tanks & coils! This place is awesome. Good products with very good prices. There are probably 5 or 6 vape shops that are closer to my house but I go out of my way to shop at pro vapor.

The Staff at this location is wonderful. Matt & Mike are very helpful and nice. Also very well versed. They really know there stuff. Its nice when you walk into a store and your greeted with smiles & positive attitudes. Plus they offer reward points with every purchase. Those points go towards discounts on future purchases. I always have a good experience at this Deerfield location! The service is great. Wide range of products. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Mark epessically!!! Hes very welcoming each time and is really knowledgeable of the products. Defiantly recommend this shop :)

I absolutely love this store (company) and their employees. They always have great products and a great smile.... With and without the mask. I walked in and the first thing I saw was an employee with a face mask on with a very chipper attitude welcoming me into the store. Cant beat that kind of customer service now can you??

Edit 03/29/2023Best smoke shop in Broward CountyI had to edit my review as for my.experience today 01/22/2021 12pm rikey was extremely rude and not welcoming.For reason ill give you 1 star .Ill will come back 1 more time if i receive the same treat i will never ever come back.Ive been coming here for over 8 months they got variety and great prices. Helpful and friendly staff.They have costumer rewards and and give away free stuff as long you become a regularI got the chance to meet the owner today and I can tell why this is the best vape shop in Broward county respect and appreciation for costumer you cant find it everywhere. I highly recommend this place for vape and smoke stuff. 10 stars shop

I went in this store needing a new mod a few weeks ago. I told the very nice young man that helped me, Devin, exactly what I was looking for me and he found the perfect device for me! I ended up with the Voopoo Drag Mini and I’m absolutely in love with it. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. This store is great and I highly recommend it.

Very friendly staff that doesnt grill you when browsing the selection of sauces. I like their prices and found them to be lower than other vape shops in the area. Its a small shop with everything visible as you enter the store. Its never been to crowded anytime Ive gone so I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and laid back staff. Pretty cool spot, check it out.

This shop is the reason I don’t purchase online. (Juno user) Not to mention, I live 45 min from Vape Pro. I won’t go anyplace else. When I met Mark, it’s been instant banter. Jokes. Laughs. Just all out the reason I make the trip to this location. Reasonable prices is attractive to me but it’s not always about price. Thank you for always making my 15 min with ya good times. Service from Mike was 5 Star. He was very helpful a with finding the perfect oil and I only had a certain amount of money on me, and he made sure I was able to afford the oil I wanted. Happened to be in the area and was looking for a vape shop. I saw the amazing reviews and decided to see what the hype was about. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was friendly and informative. I have had quite a few bad experiences as a newb vapor at other shops, and the staff here just went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and properly educate me on the simple fundamentals of vaping. Up until now Ive only recieved minimum information and left with questions. I will only be coming here from now on, although 30 min east of where I live, the service was phenomenal and all of my questions answered and explained. Legit, worth the drive for the quality of service wish I could rate 10 stars. Thanks for everything!!!!

Today I bought a cart expired a month already, paid 36$ called them to check their stock of TKO delta 8 infused cart, in fact they coomproved wasnt only the one I bought, offered me to return it but I cant because I live far.But its a nice place to buy overpriced expired stuff, owner seems not to care.

Swung in while in town on vaca. First off Devon is amazing! Very knowledgeable and excellent at suggesting new flavors to try according to your preference. Secondly, I only could wish we had a shop near as clean, organized, professional and friendly as Pro Vapor Deerfield!

Pro vapor in Deerfield is my go-to spot for all of my vaping needs. Mike was especially helpful in going above and beyond to take the time to share his knowledge about MOD devices when I was having difficulty with my own. His advice helped and I was able to get my device working right away! Thank you very much, Mike!

Be aware, bought a vapor and leaked 15 minutos after add a juice all over my countertop. When back to check it out and the sales person replaced a coil, got back home and it leaked everything again, when back to this store in Deerfield Beach trying to get a replacement and this guy told me that it is against their policy to replace or give me another kind and no money back also. Besides the he is really sarcastic, very rude person. Ridículos, i never heard a such thing. If they dont solve the matter, for sure we going to see again in the courthouse. Lets see how much will cost them moneywise besides the reputation. Btw, i went to this store 3 times with a bad product and they want me to buy a new tank? That is the option that your weird guy gave to me. Wow. Let your costumers know that, in the moment that you walk from your store and got something bad that they going to lose their money and i like to see how many days your store will survive.

I come to this location frequently because they have the best selection of juices for the best price but really it’s the staff that sells this place the most.Today I was in a emergency my cord to charge my vape broke and it’s a unusual variety.I drove to the store on my last levels of battery hoping they would be open and low and behold during this quarantined crisis they were still available to help customers ( with precautions of course ).The person available searched all of the store for cords but realized they were sold out. Upon telling me of this news he could see the defeated look in my face and realized he couldn’t let me down so he let me have his cellphone cord because it was the same kind! After losing my job this week this little gesture made my day. So thank you pro vapor for always coming in clutch !

Ive been going to different vape shops in my area, based upon a few things - customer service, price, and proximity to my home/work. At one of my favorite shops, I met Devin. Solid guy - always engaging to the customer, honestly trying to make sure youre happy and not just sell you any juice or mods or anything youre not going to be happy with. Dude can call your flavor profile after just answering a few questions.This morning I walked into Pro Vapor on Hillsboro and was stoked to see him working there now. Now I know where Im getting all my juice - period.

Pro Vapor is a great little shop in an awesome location in Deerfield. The staff is fantastic and friendly, and their prices are fair market value. Ive worked with both Mike and Mark Palmiotto for my vape needs. Most recently I picked up voopoos new Panda (which by the way, is one of the coolest devices Ive owned to date), and Mike was AWESOME to work with. I do want to bring special attention to Mark Palmiotto, this guy is the real deal! Ive been buying vape products from Mark for a few years now, he knows his stuff as good as anyone, is a great sales rep, and truly cares about his customers. Mark also keeps me up to date on products (he is the one who told me to stop by to pick up a Panda). Love this place, will be going back very soon!

I been vaping for a while now and been to many places to buy juices or supplies and always felt lost when I left the stores. But when I found Pro Vapor and after shopping there once I became a full time customer. Between their variety, customer service and prices. You cannot go wrong. They have people that know about the products especially Shawn. He is the man when it comes to vaping, products and know how. He will help you till the very end and will help you to the best of his ability. Also if you buy juice you get a card that when you have enough stamps you get a free juice. Which honestly makes shopping a little more fun then just the normal pay, pick up and leave then get nada in return. If I could put a 6th star on this review I would. Been going to Other Vape shops in the area for many years but after my experience at Pro vapor I will never go anywhere else. From the second I walked into the store the two Gentleman behind the counter were very friendly and any questions I asked them they gave me the straight up answer What I should get and what I shouldn’t try you can tell these guys werent just trying to make the sale they were trying make a new customer and I can proudly say pro vapor is my new home for vaping needs thank you Mike and Sean.Sincerely a happy customer

Great store. Bought my Smok Nord 2 & Smok RPM 2 devices there. Great selection of coils and juice. Prices are also cheaper than any other Vape Shop around.

They have a pretty high markup on vape pens and accessories, but the e liquids are priced fair and have a huge selection. You cant beat the service. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
