This is a cute little spa with easy access. I am an experienced massage client who just moved to the area. I found my therapist to be uninterested and not particularly skilled or intuitive. She was pleasant enough but never asked about the pressure or my enjoyment of the massage until it was over. This was like ordering a well-done steak and having it served medium rare without the server coming back to check in.

My husband and I visited Peaceful Body Spa while on vacation in Delray Beach and have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience. Our massage therapists, Cheryl and Diana, were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. My husband and I spent the rest of the day saying “I think that was the best massage I ever had!” Thank you to Cheryl and Diana for their hospitality, we will visit Peaceful Body Spa again on our next trip to Delray!

I recently visited peaceful body spa to celebrate my husbands birthday, we indulged in a couples massage at this serene haven. The experience surpassed expectations, a perfect blend of relaxation and intimacy. I had a great experience here while on vacation in Delray! Luxury spa with an aesthetically pleasing building/decor and calming vibe to it. I had the deep tissue massage with Antonio as my masseuse. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, and skilled. I would highly recommend this spa!

Upscale luxury spa at its best. Compared to my visits at the Palm Beach Bath and Tennis spa without the membership. The exterior and interior layout speaks volumes at first glance as a place that lives up to its name- Peaceful Body-I was in very skilled hands the whole time. I had the most incredible experience at Peaceful Body Spa yesterday!! My massage therapist, Cheryl, could not have been more kind, calming, and receptive to my needs. Best massage Ive ever had, perfect combination of relaxation, stress relief, and deep tissue - exactly what I needed. I cant wait to come back to see Cheryl and explore the spas other services. This place is amazing, you can tell its designed with healing and customer care at the forefront. 5 stars all around!

I booked a 110 minute massage with Lindsey for Mother’s Day and it was a fantastic experience! She asked me what areas needed to be focused on and while I did answer her I could tell she found and worked on areas that needed attention that I had not mentioned. I hadn’t been to Peaceful Body Spa in a couple of years and I was pleasantly surprised to see the facility had expanded and the new aesthetic has a very welcoming feel to it.

Just had the most amazing massage this morning with Lindsey. Went in not able to look down, extreme pain in my shoulder blade and feeling so much better now!! Don’t go anywhere else, choose this spa!

I just had a Swedish massage with Irene and it was wonderful. I had told her my back had been bothering me and I was having headaches and she made sure to spend the time on my back and neck and skull. It felt amazing. I can never relax during a massage, but this time I was able to. I wish it would never end.

I went in desperately needing relaxation and I came out another person! It was the best massage I’ve ever had. My masseuse was John S. and he was very kind and his pressure was perfection. I finally found my go to masseuse and will definitely be returning to see him!

This was my first ever getting a massage. John explained the whole process to me and was very patient when I asked questions. I have never felt so relaxed in my life. It exceeded every expectation I had. I will definitely be back!!

I had probably one of the best massages I have ever had by Julie. Omg it was fantastic 80 minutes of therapeutic massage that literally changed my life. She and this place are amazing.

I’ve had several sessions now and I’ve really enjoyed it. The facilities are cozy, hygienic, and have a low-key, intimate vibe. Just the setting you’d want for a relaxing massage. Everyone on staff is as friendly and helpful as can be and the care they take in making you comfortable is evident. I keep a collection of knots in my back and shoulders, and Taylor has done awesome work to loosen me up. All in all, a great little spot hidden near downtown Delray. 10/10, would recommend.

Hi, I was there on either 5th or 6th of April 2024 (a month ago). It was Taylor who helped me and she was great, also the receptionist lady was very kind and helpful (Her name might have been Crystal). So no complaints about the staff or the facility, which is warm, cozy and clean.My frustration was about not having been asked if I would rather having a shower, neither before nor (more importantly) after the session.Im always being careful with my hygiene and daily care, but since I have driven for almost 40 mins to reach there I was a bit nervous about causing my masseur any inconveniences. So I thought I would be able to have a shower at least after the session to clean off the oils put on during the massage from my body. As this was not offered as well, I had to spend rest of my day with those oils on me since I was short on time to make it back to my accomodation before calling it a day.I have no idea how it works there, and this was my very first time having a massage in the USA so I was maybe shy to ask for it. But my experience so far in any other country in different continents was having this service, before and after.I dont know why you can not find me on your system, but you may check again one of the dates above (and it was 10:30 am if I recall correctly). This is the reason for my 3 stars.I hope this clearifies your question. Thanks.

First time here was an amazing experience. Physically and mentally felt super relaxed and comfortable. My masseuse, John, did an excellent job. Very professional and friendly staff! I can’t wait to return.

If I could give this experience 10 stars I would!!!I came into the spa with chronic shoulder pain, as well as a lot of tightness in my back. Brian was phenomenal at finding the trigger points that were causing my pain, to the point that its a week later and Im still thinking about that massage and how good my shoulder feels!The reiki portion of this is really like magic - I immediately felt a shift in the things I was holding on to. In a very real sense, I left feeling more balanced and grounded than I have in years. Ive done reiki sessions before, but never like this. If youre going to this spa, I highly and absolutely recommend doing a deep tissue massage/reiki combo with Brian. Thank you to this lovely place - My body and spirit feel top notch and my heart is grateful.

I’ve been to this spa twice now and had a great experience both times. I would highly recommend! My deep tissue massage with John today was just wonderful. He was professional & kind and very thorough in our consult. He hit all my problem areas that we discussed. I feel SO much better!! Through out my massage he made sure the pressure was comfortable and allowed me to have an very relaxing experience. This was just what I needed today! Thank you John. The spa is peaceful and calming. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. This will be my new spa without a doubt!!

When I went there on Saturday for the event that they were giving under Azul Fashion Art And Design it was fun and it was wonderful the owner Stacy and all of her stuff members were extremely so kind and so sweet extremely compassion thank you for having us to experience a wonderful experience with you guys thank you for being so kind and thoughtful always hard. Best Ever! I have had the pleasure of experiencing multiple styles of massage and facial’s! I have loved every one! I am a trainer and I live in the gym so the Thai massage is my go to - Sopa is beyond amazing!!! My facial literally made me look years younger and reduced lines and wrinkles and my massage with Marie was very relaxing. The space is clean, sweet and very relaxing. Staff are top notch! Look no more this is THE BEST PLACE!!!

I’ve been looking for a new place to get massages and I really wanted to like this place. I loved the ambience of the spa. The front desk and massage therapist were very polite. I think it’s more of a personal preference, but I wasn’t a fan of the technique used by the massage therapist. It honestly made me feel worse. However, my 3 stars has nothing to do with the therapist but the individual(s) handling the appointments. My first time visiting, I originally booked with a different therapist but they changed the appointment to someone else. As mentioned above, I didn’t find much relief from that therapist. So, I decided to try out another therapist because I really wanted to find someone I could regularly see. However, again they changed the appointment to the same therapist I saw the first visit. In fact, they cancelled the appointment until I agreed to changing the time, but they didn’t mention it would change to a different therapist.

My 1st time to this Spa was phenomenal, my fiance gifted me the session, which was with John. Funny enough, she asked me if I had an issue because the therapist was a guy, I told her no, but why did you pick this particular therapist? She told me that he has like 15 years experience, which I was very pleased to hear. I arrived at the Spa, the aroma and atmosphere when I arrived there was blissful, the front desk rep was very professional and polite. John the massage therapist, hands down gave me the best massage I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing and then the aroma therapy afterwards just kicked it up a few more notches! I would definitely recommend this Spa, and would recommend John 10 times overs! Beyond well worth it!!!

Peaceful Body Spa is seriously best! It’s in such a quaint little area in Delray and as soon as you walk in you immediately feel relaxed. Stacy the owner is just the sweetest. You can tell she has worked hard to build such a beautiful business and she just cares so much about her staff and clients. I’ve gotten prenatal massages from Holly and Cheryl. Both are just amazing! I’ve been seeing Cheryl a lot lately and I count down the days til I’m back. Peaceful body is probably one of my favorite places and I’m so glad I started coming here. Also Krystal and Osiel at the front desk are just so pleasant. I will continue to recommend Peaceful Body Spa to anyone and everyone!

I needed a massage after a stressful week and after a bunch of research, came across Peaceful Body Spa. And I’m so happy I did! The spa is charming and quaint in a cute little side street with easy parking and I felt calmer the minute I stepped inside. Sopa gave me an incredible massage that left me feeling relaxed and recharged, one of the best I’ve gotten. It was exactly what I needed and I can’t wait to return!

I had a very relaxing prenatal massage with Sheila and it was amazing. Being 27 weeks pregnant, laying on a table could be awkward and uncomfortable (any position is when you’re pregnant) but Sheila made me feel at ease, comfortable and relaxed the entire time. I haven’t felt that good in a long time! The entire spa was zen-like without being too much (like some other over the top spas that tend to lose that touch of at-home comfort feel). Just the right amount of calm, coziness and comfort.

Peaceful Body Spa is the BEST in Delray! My partner & myself went for couples massages & had such a great experience. Cheryl & Sheila were our masseuses and they were both attentive, knowledgeable, and great all around! The spa itself was clean & super well-decorated! Its a great location being close to downtown Delray, but not too close to where you cant find parking. I love that they partner with another local business, Zukes Refillery, for their hand soap, it smelled so good!! Well definitely be back for any massages needed & we cant wait to try a facial next time!!

My husband and I booked a deep tissue couples massage here and when we made the appointment we asked for massage techs that can do a good deep tissue and cupping. We get to the appointment and the girls that are doing our massage say they are not trained in the cupping. The main reason we booked this place is because cupping is an add on to the massage. So that was the first disappointment. The two ladies were nice and a cute environment but the massage was nothing special, we’ve had many deep tissue massages, and we read this one maybe a six out of 10, definitely was not deep enough

Im going to have surgery in 2 weeks and decided a lymphatic massage would be the best way to prepare my body. This type of massage helps to rid your body of toxins naturally thru your lymph nodes. When you walk in the door of Peaceful Body Spa you are greeted by a very pleasant and happy receptionist (sorry I didnt get his name). His greeting sets the tone of your experience. Maria was waiting for me at the front desk. She took me to the room and explained how the massage worked. It was very relaxing and started working within the hour. You have to drink a lot of water (about a gallon thru out the day) to help flush out the toxins. You will feel so much better and your body will be better prepared for your surgery. Im going back after my surgery because the body heals faster when your lymph nodes are clear of toxins. The employees are 5 star people who give you 5 star service. I very highly recommend.

This place is great!! Not only is it super cute a relaxing with good vibes but the customer service and the experience is great!! From the start I was trying to set up some appointments, I got a call within a few minutes and they helped me structure multiple appointments back to back! Then I was running late due to a plane delay, I called and they were able to move me around so I still had my appointments back to back without any hiccups. Then Nicola was amazing with the facial and all of the information she provided! She helped give me the knowledge to build a routine until o can come back again! EJ gave me my massage and he was amazing! Listened to all of my concerns and worked all my knots out!! I would highly recommend everyone is amazing and it’s a great experience!!!

I had the most relaxing facial with Nicola. From the moment I walked in I just felt a sense of peace. The facility smelt amazing and everyone was very welcoming.Nicola took her time to sit with me and go through my concerns. She formulated the most relaxing facial and the products used smelt amazing. The ambiance is everything I look for when getting a facial. It’s something I have been having trouble finding recently. I am so happy to have found this Spa and making it my forever home for all my facial needs.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. I had a complete couples massage with my Fiancé that included aroma therapy and hot stones. They asked us what our problem areas were and what level of pressure we would like. It was so soothing and relaxing. It felt like my tension melted away. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. I felt feeling refreshed and relaxed. Definitely will be coming again and recommending.

I was looking for a local day spa & found Peaceful a few months ago. I have been seeing EJ for massages for a few months now. Hes great. He really understands my lower back issue and doesnt aggravate the area. His massages are peaceful and relaxing. The spa overall is relaxing and friendly.

We went in for a Valentine’s Day couples massage and loved it. The staff was very friendly, it was easy and seamless to make an appointment, the session started on time and it was prompt. My massage therapist, Liane was wonderful and she had the softest hands! Make sure you tell your therapist what intensity to give, in order to maximize the experience. I should have been more clear with that, but that’s on me. The environment was pleasant, soothing and relaxing. They even had treats at the end of the service for our convenience. We are looking forward to booking more appointments and coming back!

My husband and I had a couples massage here and it was incredible. It has been years and years since either of us had a massage so we opted for deep tissue. Each of our therapists were so talented, afterwards him and I were competing for who had the better massage! It was clearly a tie. I’ve been looking for a trustworthy massage spa, and I am so relieved I have found one! Not o my will this be my go-to spa, but it will be my go to gift giving spa as well. Stay away from this place. I bought a package of massages. Upon booking I asked how many I had left and was told two so I booked massages for myself and my boyfriend. A week later I got a call from the front desk person and was informed that I only had one massage left. They charged my credit card for 85 without authorization. The front desk person has no idea what she is doing. Her excuse was that she is new. I’m sorry but this business should eat the 85. Train your staff or get someone that can provide accurate information. The 85 will be disputed with my credit card company.The therapists are not really that good either. The layout of the rooms are very awkward since it’s an old building and the rooms all run into each other without separate entrances. Very unprofessional. I called to discuss with a manager and was charged before the discussion took place. I would not go back. Experience was very unprofessional.I decided to call the establishment to request a refund and the owner hung up on me. She said she read my reviews. My reviews are honest and reflect my experiences with small businesses. That’s my right. More unprofessional behavior. I support many local businesses and will find another establishment that can train staff and keep their records straight. Customers are struggling as well. It was money I didn’t need to spend.

First time I’ve ever had a professional massage. Went for a couples massage for my wife and I’d first anniversary. The receptionist was extremely welcoming, helpful, and got the experience started off very stress free and peaceful. The team of masseuse’s where extremely professional and attentive. Felt amazing afterwards and my neck and lower back pain was relieved. Even explained to me my problem areas and what I should do in a follow up. Will definitely be returning next time we are in Delray!

Debbie was AMAZING! I will definitely be back. I was so sad to have lost the usual massage therapist I was seeing as it can be difficult to start with someone new!Well! It was not hard at all! Debbie was extremely thorough and asked me questions before starting to get to know me and my individual needs better! Ive been through couple traumatic accidents and have been through many painful surgeries and procedures. As we all know, this has consequences later on down the road and I now deal with excruciating pain that affects me every single part of my life. Im only 30 yet I feel as if Im in an 80 year old body. Debbie worked very hard to target the specific damaged areas. Normally when individuals think about booking a massage they think peaceful and relaxing and view at as a treat rather than a requirement. We expect our bodies to perform at high levels all the time and yet we rarely ever do anything to thank it for all the activities our bodies make possible. I would encourage everyone to go not just when you want to treat yourself but most importantly as therapy the keep our body functioning at its peak performance. When I left Debbies table this afternoon I felt so relaxed I couldve fallen asleep on my way home. You can tell she was extremely experienced and also very educated on the body and its specific needs. Its a shame that we naturally go to an MD to pump us with chemicals before we go to someone who works with your body and not against it! In the past Ive experienced massage therapist become inpatient with me because sometimes Im in so much pain I squirm and tense up. However, Debbie never made me feel bad or uncomfortable, she showed me how to work with my pain through breathing techniques which actually helped! I had to choke back tears halfway through the session because Its been years since I felt so at peace in my own skin. I left with a nourished body and soul. Cannot wait to go back! Ask for Debbie! You wont regret it! Another trait I think everyone can appreciate was that everyone Of the staff members I met at this location were genuinely kind and not because it was an expectation or stipulation. You can tell they work very hard to maintain a peaceful environment to promote healing. Treat your body and soul to a healing environment and skip the doctors office!

Absolutely love visiting Peaceful Body Massage! Such an adorable location and such great energy. Marta is my massage therapist and so much more! Its hard to put into words what she does but when she is done you just feel whole again. I have never had such a smooth flowing relaxing massage before hers, theres never any pain or discomfort just pure bliss. She is magical!

My wife and I love massages. We live in Boca and have been looking for a new clean, organized and peaceful massage spot. The experience was more than expected and the masseuse was great. They had excellent communication before the massage, so she knew exactly the areas and pressure I was hoping for. They delivered and I’ll be back !

Holly was fantastic! Booked an 80minute deep tissue massage. My neck and shoulders have been extremely tight/knotted and she really focused on that area to give me so much relief compared to when I walked in. She hit every other area of my body as well and I noticed a huge difference and a relief of built up tension. Highly recommend!!

I got a whole body 110min deep tissue massage with Sopita. She is very skilled — I have an ICD implant (basically a huge defibrillator/pacemaker device) and she worked around it while managing to provide an excellent massage. She also asked me about specific tension and provided deep relief in my lower back. Osiel at the front desk was also very kind.

I have been getting massages in NJ for many years. I asked for recommendations on Delray and this place has excellent reviews. I went and it was outstanding. The staff, ambiance and will be a place I frequent often.

I got a deep tissue massage from Antonio and he is so amazing, made my experience the best possible. I had a muscle in my back that was going numb when I turned or bent forward, that is completely healed after my session. I’ll be back :)

Those of you biased against a male therapist are missing out!!!He is so gentle and respectful in his demeanor and his skill is amazing.I am knotted and he was able to identify and work them out. Not a fan, oddest 80 minute massage Ive ever had. Made an appointment for a Swedish massage masseur used minimal oil if any, and basically ran his finger all over my body for 80 minutes. No pressure, no rubbing, no massaging. Never again, especially at $155.

Ive experienced an awesome massage with multiple amazing therapists at Peaceful Body Massage! The latest was Marta, she was really wonderful with her attention to details, she listened, she was connected and obviously highly trained in massage. I liked the calm and peaceful environment and Cheryl did a great job with the massage. She was able to find my most tense spots and work them out without even having to ask me, which is a sign of a great therapist. Go to Peaceful Body and get a massage - you will not be disappointed!

This is a great place. It has lots of parking which is important seeing that it’s right off pineapple grove. The whole spa area is really homey because it’s an old house. My massage was wonderful. My therapist listened to everything I asked to have worked on and her pressure was perfect. I love sending my friends and clients here and hearing they enjoyed it as much as I did.

My only regret is that I didnt come here sooner. In fact Im pretty sad about it because its rare to come across a great masseuse and now Im relocating out of state tomorrow. I was in so much pain today and only had a very narrow window of time to try to get in a massage. I found Peaceful Body Massage on a Google search and called. Stacy was able to squeeze me in by working magic with the scheduling and I was able to get an appointment within 30 minutes from the time I called. She was amazing and I could instantly tell she really cared about her craft. Ive received plenty of massages from many different people (hotels, spas, cruise ships, in-home, you name it) and Stacy had some really nice touches that I havent gotten elsewhere like a warm neck pillow and hot towels. Great attention to detail. She even threw in some aromatherapy knowing what bad shape I was in. I felt instantly comfortable and really liked her a lot and you will too.

My partner and I both had a lovely experience. Peaceful Body is a very soothing place from when you first walk in and that peacefulness translates to the back of house. Nice dim lighting, scents and music to accompany the massage added to feeling restful. Cheryl and Liane gave special attention to our problem areas, listened, and were very communicative throughout our massages without taking away from the soothing element. This was personally my first professional massage and now I wish I could have one every day after work, lol...Thank you too to Cheryl and Liane for keeping themselves and us safe with Covid precautions that are simple but effective and don’t interfere with the massage.

Antonio gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had, and he was very experienced and knowledgeable. It was true deep tissue muscle loosening. The massages I’ve had elsewhere don’t even compare. Thank you!

I called on a Saturday at the last minute for a massage. I have a rotator cuff issue and SI pain because of it. I was able to book a massage for an hour later. The deep tissue massage I received was the best I have ever had. Bill was professional and quiet. For the first time in weeks, I was able to raise my arm up without pain. I wish I lived in the area so I could get one every week. This place is awesome!

I needed a massage badly and came here. The experience was overall good: staff is very friendly, the place was very clean, I never felt rushed and was treated very professionally.I was expecting a bit more for the hefty price. Id say I paid almost twice as much as I usually pay for a massage that was about 10% better than usual. I think the location and the natural market they cater to, justifies their prices. If you want to save some money look for other options as you will probably get a similar experience at a much lower price.

I went for a pregnancy massage with Maria. I was 37 weeks pregnant, and she made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. The massage relieved so much tension and pain caused by pregnancy, it was wonderful. Everyone here is super nice and I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Just had a 80 min Complete Body Massage with Holly. Aroma therapy, “Sunshine”,grapefruit and Hot stones. Great treat..She did an excellent job massaging all my tight and sore muscles. Looking forward to My next massage.

I had a massage at Peaceful Body Massage and it was awesome. In addition to general muscle soreness, I had a “frozen” shoulder and Donna did a great job. She used firm pressure on my sore muscles and gave my shoulder much better range of motion. She even gave me some stretches to do on an on-going basis. Peaceful Body Massage came recommended to me by another massage therapist. That should tell you something, but after an 80-minute session, I felt better than I have in years. Marta, my therapist, assessed and diagnosed my problem spots and therapeutically relieved a major issue in my hip and leg. The pressure was just right. It was relaxing, and pain relieving.

Im torn between giving an awesome review and keeping quiet because I want to always be able to get an appointment when Im ready. .. Ok, here it is. These people are the real deal massage THERAPISTS. They dont just rub on you aimlessly. They put educated thought into their techniques. It feels wonderful at the time AND you dont feel like someone beat you up the day after. The is hard to come by when the massage therapy field has become a little over populated. They take their craft very seriously, not to mention, the place is gorgeous, clean and calming. I finally found a place I want to come to on a regular basis.

When you walk into this space, any anxiety, nervousness, or worry completely vanishes. The vibrations in this building translate to the massage. Theres not a negative thing to say about the place. Its clean and homey. Everyone who works there is kind, fun, and very professional. They arent pushy about products which is a huge plus for me, but are very good at recommendations for your skin health.

Marta Malecka is absolutely amazing.... I have had many massage therapists over the years. Her technique is more than top notch, but her energy is what really makes the experience so amazing. I came in, late in pain, and frazzled, in 50 minutes, she breathed her calming energy into me, changed my perspective to gratitude and eased some of my pain. What an asset!! I will return weekly!!!

Delray Beach Massage for lower back problems: I water skied a lot as a kid, and I think that ultimately caused my lower back to hurt later in life. After going to Stacy just a few times, her massages really started to help. My pains have practically gone away. Highly recommended!
