Avastar Cryo - Delray Beach

As a recent Cancer Survivor and Ex Division I college athlete who stills play Tennis 4x per week this is one of the best ways to recover. Its also the only true medical Cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen. The alternative while gets cold is just an air conditioned box which can be claustrophobic to some. Ive been doing Fire and Ice 2x per week for several months and with a change in diet and working out its helped me loose over 35 lbs. Its helped with stress, travel recovery, blood pressure and detox. I have more energy and am sleeping better. I would recommend this to anyone at any age.

I’ve been to a few other local cryo places and this is hands down the best one. Super clean and great atmosphere. On top of that, Kayla is absolutely awesome and beyond friendly. I go weekly for sauna and cryo and will certainly continue.

First time using iCRYO, had an amazing experience with Bill and the rest of the staff. Definitely would recommend their services(red light services and infrared sauna) to everyone I know. Will absolutely be back!

Place was recommended by a friend of mine and smashed my expectations! Tried cryotherapy for the first time and the pain in my legs just went away. Kayla guided me through the whole process and was brilliant. The in-house aesthetician also sorted out my eyebrows and did an amazing job at fixing what seemed to be a lost cause :)All in all great experience, would definitely recommend!

Delray Cryo is the best, great facility and treatments. I love doing the fire and ice, it really helps with sore muscles and makes your skin look great! Kayla makes the experience even better, she’s so knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

Cryo Therapy- You have to try it! It takes a couple tries to make the three minutes, but afterwards you feel refreshed, even lighter than when you started! It gives you so much natural energy you want to do everything!!!! Try it, you won’t believe how great you feel after your first visit!

This is hands down the best recovering lounge in Downtown Delray Beach. The place is so nice and clean. Kayla is always so welcoming and helpful. She is amazing! The Cryo chamber gets really cold, but it takes away my pain and boosts my energy level. I also tried their infrared sauna and the compression boots on their relaxing “chill room”. Catherine is an excellent aesthetician in case you are looking for an great professional to do your lashes, brows and Cryo skin slimming/toning. She is so sweet! I super recommend this place if you want feel better and improve your quality of life.

I made an appointment in the GPS. Got me messed up and trying to get over to the appointment. I then spoke with the gall on the phone and she did not seem to really want to help me try to reschedule. Just said that there was not a good time and to call back. I was kind of taking back by the lack of interest in having a new client.

Catherine Dubois is amazing!!! When I saw her and her daughter I just told her, I wanted these eye brows and she did a fantastic job! I understand why she does very important people. Highly recommended! Ill be back for more.. Thank you Delray Beach Cryo!! Keep it up!

This was my first cryo therapy ever. Not only was I greeted with a warm smile but Brook and Kayla were very patient with me. I felt extremely comfortable and when I did not, Brook was there to assist and work through the actual treatment with me. Also, she knew what made sense for my aches and pains. I trusted her fully and I’m glad she was there to guide me. Please go check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

What an amazing experience! I had ACL surgery a few months ago and still have inflammation in my knee. I work on a boat and it is generally pretty sore after getting off the water. I went to visit Delray Beach Cryo after work one day and my knee felt so much better after leaving! Not as achy or sore! I have to admit I was hesitant to try this place after a previous review about the staff being unfriendly however when I decided to give it a try I found the team to be extremely friendly, professional and courteous. The check in process was easy and stress free. After checking in the staff walked me through the facility and explained the different type of treatment options as well as giving me a private space to prepare for treatment. A great experience overall and would highly recommend giving it a try!

I have been going to Delray Beach Cryo since February 2018. It had just opened up and they had the Kriosystem for facials and their Whole Body Cryo machine. La-Kayla Floyd is amazing and so knowledgeable on everything Cryo and sold me on this and gave me a couple of complimentary Cryo-facials. I really enjoyed the treatments and the chilly air blowing on my face reminded me of being outside in the cold of winter and felt so great and refreshing. My skin after 5 treatments was looking smoother and a dark spot on my cheek was just about completely gone. The treatments are super affordable and they always have discount packages available for purchase. They are always giving back to the community and are very heavily involved with local athletes and teams. I highly recommend everyone of all ages to try this place out and get beautiful without surgeries, injections, or make-up.

Place is awesome! Nice and clean very helpful employees! I use the Cryotherapy treatment, infrared sauna and compression pants! I feel fantastic leaving each and every time! As a 55 year old male it’s made a tremendous positive impact on my overall well being!

Love Delray Cryo! The staff was so super nice and informative and made freezing your buns off for 3 minutes a fun experience. I slept amazing after doing it - not sure if thats related or not but I cant wait to go back.

Loved it! It was my first cryo experience and lived up to all I thought it would be. I tried the full body cryo the first time and then went back for a second appointment to try the cryo spot treatment for my knee. I am going to try and make this a part of my weekly routine! I hit the whole body Cryo and the Compression Boots the day after a 8 mile open water swim. This will become a post race habit with out doubt. Owners are very kind and welcoming !

At first I was a little intimidated, being from Minnesota I know cold and thought anyone trying to subject themselves to that would be crazy!And then .... I gave the full body cryo a try.Wow - what an amazing experience.First, don’t let the cold intimidate you. It’s dry cold and very tolerable. But even if the cold was tough (which it’s not) ... it’s TOTALLY worth it.Afterwords I experienced an endorphin rush, and was immediately in a good mood. My body felt good. It was awesome so I did it again. Same benefits - good mood and just relaxed, feeling good.Everyone should try this but especially people struggling with weight loss or insomnia / anxiety. Brings the body into a state of calm and will put a smile on your face.Don’t forget to use the rebounder right after

I was very excited about trying cryotherapy for the first time. Unfortunately, I walked out because the woman working was awful. I had an 11 am appointment and was trying to call a couple more minutes before 11 am because I couldnt find the place. My calls went directly to voicemail. When I finally found it, I got to the door and it was still locked. The lady was on the phone, and she unlocked the door. She asked how she could help me, looking surprised to see anyone, and I stated that I had an 11 am appointment. Then she immediately starts getting defensive, saying its only 11:05 and shes just getting started for the day. She asked what I was here for, and again, I simply stated that I made an 11 am appointment. And she said, well, I just got here and havent looked at the appointments yet. At that point, I was really turned off, because when you have an appointment system, it is your responsibility to know what is going on with the business ahead of time and to pick up your phone. She asked what was what was wrong because I didnt look happy walked in the door. I said, well I have been trying to call because I couldnt find the place, and then she immediately jumps into the whole, its only 11:05 and I just got in speech. I just said forget it and walked out because clearly this business doesnt understand what it means to be prepared for its clients and provide good customer service. It’s not even so much about running late, it was her confrontational attitude about it. It’s obvious she has received a similar criticism before, based on her defensiveness. This now explains all the available appointment slots a couple days ago for a Saturday appointment. Heading over to Boca Cryo now, as they have great ratings.

I recently had surgery and wanted to find an alternative to help relief some of the aches and pains I was experiencing . I am not a fan of taking pain medication therefore decided to try Cryrotherapy and cryroskin. Cryro has significantly helped in so many ways from giving me more energy, taking away muscle soreness from my daily crossfit workouts, to just helping my overall well being. The facility was extremely clean and their staff went above and beyond to make experiences remarkable. I highly recommend you check this place out and try Cryro!

Wow, I slept like a baby after my Cryo treatment! K-la was awesome to work with and I will be starting to use the Infrared Sauna next week for my blood pressure...I cant wait.
