First time at this location, got a good deal on Groupon for a deep tissue! Paid for 60 minutes but with I did longer!! Mary Lu was amazing! Sweet, knowledgeable lady with magic hands!!! Will definitely be coming back! My neck and back feel great!! Thanks Mary Lu!! The ladies at the front desk are also very nice. Didnt have to wait long. Very Clean and I felt very comfortable!

I have been a faithful attendee of Massage Heights in Delray Beach for several years, ever since a friend gave me a guest massage for a Christmas gift. All the therapists are excellent - I have Hector and Ricky occasionally, who know exactly what type of deep tissue massage I like, and they are consistent, courteous, and I am always very comfortable. The front desk personnel are exceptional as well.I HIGHLY recommend Massage Heights...the best massage establishment I have ever frequented, and of course, I am a member!The membership agreement is very fair and reasonable - they do not try to get a year up front for their yearly membership, just a commitment which you can terminate at any time with no trouble, no penalty.Thank you Massage Heights for the years of memorable massages!Still the BEST...5/24...Thankbyou Hector!Gayle C. I went with my wife for their Fathers Day special on Fathers day. It was at Delray place Delray Beach. We had a 90 min massage booked with add on free CBD. The massage started 15 min late and then ended 15 min early!!! 30 minutes they took just from the beginning and end. The male masseuse barely used a light touch with no technical skills of massage. The CBD was about 60 second over promised under delivered! After alerting the front desk they stated that someone would call about it. The owner of the franchise called to try and sell more of this scam massage. The manager never called I have contacted them three times and NO ONE CARES OR CONTACTS BACK. If you are looking for a unmemorable light touch inexperienced massage that they take time away and then never want to hear your complaints this SCAM is for you.

Had the most life changing massage from Suzanne who paid attention to what my muscles needed and it relieved a lot of pain. She was wonderful! Come see her!

Got there early for my massage 6:30pm and it did not start until 6:40pm. It finished at 7:30pm. When I told the girl at the front she said would you like to tip with the card on file. What a joke.

Got a 60 minute couples massage.The appointment was for 3pm. We started at about 3:08. The people that were doing my massage said finished at 3:44.If i pay for a 60 minute massage, i expect to get a 60 minute massage. It felt extremely rushed. Would not recommend.

The atmosphere at Massage Heights Delray Beach was wonderful. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Patricia, my massage therapist, was amazing! I can always tell when someone is experienced or just going through the motions. Patricia definitely knows what she is doing. I did not specify my problem areas in detail, I do this on purpose. Patricia was able to find them and work them out perfectly, which left me with less pain and feeling relaxed. I highly recommend Massage Heights Delray Beach AND Patricia!

Had an introductory massage here yesterday. Front desk staff was friendly upon arrival. I met with therapist Colvin and he took time to ask about any problem areas, needs, etc. Left feeling relaxed and with less tension in my body. I did not sign up for a membership at this visit, but they did not push, which I appreciate!

I’ve been coming here for years. I love this place but I had the worst experience. I called at 3 PM on Tuesday November 21 and a female answered the call. I said my name and I asked what was her name? She just said this is Massage heights then I said I know I was calling Massage heights but I wanted to know your name, who am I speaking with and she hesitated for three seconds and then just hung up on me! How can Massage heights hire staff that is unpolite and that gives a bad image to this massage place?

Front desk Management-ZERO interpersonal skills- Incompetent- Booked a prenatal massage, days in advance for preggo wife’s birthday. 2 hours prior, manager Sonja calls me and says they can’t do it, as she failed to confirm the appointment and make sure a prenatal masseuse was available in time. She offered no apology for the inconvenience. She couldn’t have cared less. She was rude on the phone and seriously lacks interpersonal skills. Unprofessional vibes from this manager, making the business look bad.

I am not allergic to anything. That said I booked a last minute 1 hour massage that cost me 69.99 plus tip. After the massage I began to Itch all over my body. I’m not sure if it was the lotion they use, but my stomach was never touched by the lotion. My stomach was only in contact with the sheets on the bed. You can see the results in the photo. I developed welts and a rash immediately after the service. It is very unusual for me to get any kind of allergic reaction and these welts are extremely itchy and had to check with urgent care. I was given 2.5% hydrocortisone. I would really like my money back.

I cant believe there are bad reviews for this place! I live in Boca and have tried at least 25 different massage places. Massage Heights in Delray is the best I have found! The place is spotless and they always take you on time. They have great communication in reminding you about your appointments (Anita at the front desk even e-mailed me a spread sheet of all my upcoming appointments that I put on my fridge).I have used about 5 different therapists and every one of them gave me a relaxing, professional massage. I bring my dog with me and everyone treats him like royalty. But best of all is how easy it is to check out. I stopped going to Massage Envy because it took so long to check out (sometimes 25-30 minutes!). I even reached out to the owner to make her aware of the problem, but she was too busy to contact an unhappy customer. At Massage Heights I am usually out in under 5 minutes, as it should be. Try Massage Heights On Linton Blvd and you will be happy and relaxed, I guarantee it!

My boyfriend and I decided to do a couples massage for an early Valentine’s Day. Worst experience. I am used to going to 5 star hotel spas, so my expectations were not very high but geez this was just awful. First of all the room was uncomfortably FREEZING, second, the lady massaging me did not focus on the area where I circled and told her I wanted her to focus on. She also asked what kind of pressure and I said deep. I honestly felt like she was just rubbing oil on my entire body. I don’t understand what other people may see but I would save my money and go elsewhere. I cut my massage short because it was just a waste of my time.

My boyfriend and I are celebrating our 3 year anniversary and decided to do our first couples massage together. Our expectations were exceeded! Ricky and Renee were amazing! We started the massage on time and finished on time. We were so relaxed and both of us decided we are definitely coming back to see them on a regular basis. You will not be disappointed with either of them! Great experience!

Update regarding the resolution to my complaint regarding my request for a refund for the $69.99 that this company pulled from my checking account without me signing a contract:Even though I did not sign a contract, the company advised that they had every right to pull $69.99 from my checking account and NOT credit me because they videotaped me stating that I wanted to sign up for the monthly massage program. I initially did not end up signing a contract due to their printer being broken but I then fractured my ankle within a few days and ended up in a cast so decided to put it off until I recovered. Lesson here is that a signature is no longer required to seal a contract with this company to pull money from your account which I cannot believe is legal. All they have to do is videotape you at the front desk…just be warned.My first massage at Massage Heights in early September 2022 was amazing! I decided immediately afterwards that I should sign up for their 12 month monthly massage offer at $69.99/month but unfortunately their printer was broken so they were unable to print the contract for me to sign. I advised that I would print the contact at home and return it to them. When I returned the next day during their published hours at 4:00 pm, , the door was locked so I left. A few days later I had a very bad fall and fractured my ankle which required a cast. I then contracted Covid the next week so decided that I would not join the monthly massage program given all that had happened. On October 11th, I was balancing my checkbook and saw a debit for $69.99 for Massage Heights. I never signed a contract so this withdrawal was not secured legally. Someone had signed me up without my signature. I called their venue on October 12, 2022 and was told that I would be credited the full amount. When the credit didn’t come through I called numerous times and was told I would receive a call back. I went to the venue several more times asking for the credit and was told that they would leave a note for the manager. It is now November 8th and still no credit. Suffice it to say, I will never do business with this company again. I am a business person so understand the importance of great customer service which is apparently lost on the management of this company.

First time going. First two times are great after the price gets much higher but if you need a great massage with them being extremely sensitive to your needs and worries. Colvin was my therapist and is amazing. Will def come back!

Lucky did a great job. I went in with about a 3 day migraine, a lot of tension in my shoulders, neck, and back. She asked all the right questions prior to the massage and got right to it. I would definitely recommend her!

Not your average place. Honestly, I have never been a fan of the massage membership-type places and Ive been to several. The heavy pressure sales pitch is such a turn off, but that didnt happen to me here. I originally purchased a gift certificate for my bf at the Boca location (not knowing it was a membership-based place) and his certificate went unused for like 2 years. When I finally made him schedule an appointment, we found out that they closed Boca and only have the Delray office. Regardless, the staff was super nice and accommodating. The hubs was reluctant (not a massage guy) so I went with him and scheduled a massage at the same time. Both of our services were GREAT. After the massage I expected the pushy sales pitch. They informed us of the options, but were not overly salesy. Thank you! I normally go to a specialist in Martin County, but I enjoyed my massage at Massage Heights so much that I \decided to do the membership so that I have a closer option between my Martin County appointments. Its been 4 months and I have seen a few different therapists. I have my favorites, but none of the massages Ive received have been disappointing. Additionally, the manager here is a gem. Shes been super helpful in several situations (I was looking for a post-surgical service that they dont provide) and I really appreciate the professionalism of this office.

Had an amazing experience at Massage Heights Del Ray. I had Chloe and she communicated with me throughout the massage and targeted the areas I needed help with. If you’re an athlete or desk jockey with knots all over… she’s your girl.

I went in for a much needed massage and my therapist Chloe was great. Her attention to detail on my problem areas was spot on and she spent extra time making sure she really got all of the knots out. I walked out feeling great and will definitely be going back.

Today was my first experince at Massage Heights! Mindy was my technician and was amazing. The whole staff was beyond warm and welcoming. Danielle the director is running a top notch luxury establishment. Can’t wait for my follow up appointment with Mindy. My boyfriend and I went for a massage. Either of us enjoyed it, we felt the ambiance was off, poor quality of the massage and the staff was unprofessional, speaking very loudly.During my massage I felt the massage therapist didn’t know much about massaging, he focused a lot in stretching and moving around my body rather than massaging. I had marked on my screening that I didn’t feel comfortable him touching my face nor gluteal area, he did both. Also after I got up from the massage table and I looked around the floor of the room it was super messy there was towels thrown on the floor. I actually picked them up and left them on the chair.After my massage when I walked out to the lobby, one of the staff members asked me how was it and I merely said “it was good...” I could tell by his facial expression that he knew I didn’t enjoy it however he did not proceed to ask me further about it, he just focused on settling the bill.Then When I was sitting in the lobby I could hear them discuss about another client who walked out without settling her account.One goes for a massage to relax, so the ambiance, tone and communication should be calm and relaxing. Unfortunately we left stressed out instead of relaxed.

Wow! I had my first massage ever tonight with Jessica. It was such a positive experience! She was very knowledgeable, gave just the right amount of pressure and could tell exactly where my pain was. I will definitely be returning!

I had a great Experience. Relaxation is definitely what I was meeting after this whole Covid thing. They are doing an amazing cleaning job and I felt very safe and comfortable. I definitely would recommend services to anyone I know at this location. Massage therapist and aesthetician was great. Maris did my facial and Luckdjina did my massage.

This is honestly the best massage I have ever had. My masseuse was Michael and I had came to delay for the weekend for my fiancé’s birthday but I was in sooo much pain , i had to try to get some type of relief. Michael was very patient and attentive to my pain- especially my back pain. He applied the perfect t amount of pressure to feel relief and not be sore. 150% recommended !!!

I have almost $500 and built up services that I do not feel comfortable using due to the coronavirus. Its not a service that I wish to participate in any more. They basically told me to use it or lose it. We are in a very different world climate right now. Some people are going to choose not to participate in services that dont allow for social distancing. They will not refund any of my money. Im basically being robbed of $500. I cant believe there isnt any consideration for long time clients. When I try to have a conversation with someone about it she literally told me she was just a front desk worker and there was nothing else she could do to help me. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!!!Update- the owner of the business keeps responding to my reviews stating that I misunderstood the communication and to email her to clear it up. There is no misunderstanding. I do not feel safe coming back. Do the right thing and refund my $480. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Wow, my husband and I went to a very much needed massage Saturday 07/25 we both walk in a where are greeted by a customer getting out and she as bragged about how nice was her massage done by Sonny and she ask if youre getting a couple massage and we say yes... She goes I hope you guys get Sonny and Jessica!! Sure we did and was amazing we both feel alive again. There extremely professional massage was so perfect, the ambient, the smell, the light, the pressure everything was on point. The place was extremely clean all the employees are wearing a mask, temperatura check, hands sanitizer every where felt very safe. We are truly recommend this place and make sure you requested Sonny or Jessica.

Massage Heights is one of the most professional and dependable in Boca/Delray area. The membership program is the most visible in terms and easy to make appointments. There are so many voices for massage in the area but none are at the highest level of trust as MH! There are no bully sales people here. Yes I am a real client and The massage therapist are great. My favorites are Ricky & Max but all are great!

Esneda Lee did my facial today and she did an excellent job. My face is glowing and free of blackheads . I’m a tennis coach and under the sun daily and she removed all of my blackheads and made my skin look and feel smooth. She does manual extractions like it should be. Many facial tech uses machines that doesn’t work. I highly recommend her. She has many years of experience and worked in high end resorts . Please book with her. You will love your skin after she’s done with you!

Really enjoyed two relaxing massages by Luckdajina Lucky (hope I didnt butcher her name) while on vacation. She and the sweet front counter girl made for a great massage experience. Highly recommend Lucky if you are vacationing like me. She used great pressure, was never painful, and has a calm and professional demeanor.

A few weeks ago, I was vacationing in Delray Beach at my timeshare. I had been suffering from lower back pain for two weeks. I made an appointment at Massage Heights, and I was really fortunate to have Hector as my massage therapist. I made two appointments with Hector. He is by far one of the best massage therapists that I have ever been to. Hector cured my lower back pain. Had it not been for Hector, my next step was going to be a cortisone epidural injection administered by an ortho physician. I am forever thankful to Hector for helping me. Unfortunately, I live in the Chicagoland area and cannot go to Hector for massages on a regular basis. But, I will be sure to have one every year when I visit Delray Beach:) Thank you, Hector:)

Horrible massage. Lacked rhythm and continuity. Excessively long pressure on a rib with no muscle involvement. I dont believe this “therapist” even knew how to locate a muscle or tension in a muscle and massage it through. She had plenty of opportunities! At checkout I was shown a sign where they “suggest” a tip of $30-45 for a one hour massage. Completely laughable!

Amazing experience. Felt very comfortable and safe, they following all of the COVID guidelines and more. Had an appointment with Steven and I’ve truthfully never felt more relaxed and revitalized. I can’t wait to book my next appointment with him

Worst experience ever, I was terribly humiliated in front of staff. The esthetician freak out when I told her that I had Covid three weeks ago. She said to wait in the room for her. Then, they call my name on the speaker to report to the front desk. The manager told me in front the staff that the esthetician did not feel comfortable to give a facial because I had Covid and I lied to her. I had to literally explain myself in front of everyone and tell them that I forgot to fill the consent form. I am very upset, I was humiliated and embarrassed in front of the employees and on top that they call me a liar. Poor management and absurd policies.

Treat yourself to a massage with Hector, he is the best! I have received many massages in the past where I didnt always feel comfortable speaking up about what I needed, and ended up going with what they offered me. Clean facility and great specials, check it out!

I just joined massage Heights in Delray Beach snd i must say the Yvona is one of the best massage therapist i have experienced. She combines different techniques to her massages that leave you relaxed yet invigorated ! I highly recommend her. Massage heights is a nice clean environment with a professional staff! I love this place i would never go anywhere else for a massage again . Hot stones is my number 1 elevation to get. Its been over 2yrs since i start going to massage heights and its gettin better and new treatments to try. For my back pain issues 1 of best male therapists i can count on for dead tissue is SUNNY he can get to all the knots and at the end inform you what he did and how u can do after the massage.

Unfortunately, the practice of charging the credit cards for services that have not been performed is not a good practice but rather more like a scam. I have been trying to resolve this issue with the Massage Heights Delray, FL manager and owner but have not been able to make progress. Emails are not being returned, voice mail is full, and it is very frustrating to be billed $475 for services that have not been received.

I asked for more pressure like 20 times and he didn’t do anything. I explained what areas hurt the most and still didn’t receive in those specific areas. It was such little pressure that I didn’t feel half of the massage. The man was sweet though.

I made an appointment yesterday afternoon at 3pm for a massage at 2pm today. I called at 9:30am this morning to cancel because I could not make the appointment. They tell me I cant cancel because its not 24 hours before the appointment. What??I made the appointment less than 24 hours ago! How am I supposed to cancel in that time frame? LOL. They did not even warn me over the phone about their cancellation policy when asking for my card details.Now they are telling me too bad, they are charging my card no matter what.

Massage heights in Delray has started my journey to my wellness I got information on the skin care products and how to use the products like dermalogica. Also the staff are all professional and are all in the best interest in my overall health to the extent of care which they can carry. If you’re looking for a place of peace this is where I would suggest to find it.

I walked in the front doors. The lady was on the phone. I waited at least 5 minutes, no eye contact, no acknowledgement, no Ill be right with you, nothing! I will not be going back. I wanted to give them my business since they were close by.

This location charges 8% sales tax when it’s supposed to be 7% . I didn’t purchase something from them because of that. As a business you should really obey the law especially if it’s a franchise risking people’s job because the own of the place decides to break the law. I will be taking this further. And the girls upfront barely care about their job apparently cause they didn’t care and just wanted an answer if we’re gonna buy it or not. Dishonest business and one of the lady’s with blonde hair was so rude and snobby

Ive always had good service there and a good massage, but staff there changes too much. I dont mind staff changes at reception, but its difficult to see the same therapist as they dont stay long or cut back their schedules

There is a Lack of consistency in the ability and training of the therapists. Many come and go. It just seems that the Establishment is more interested in filling up the tables and doesn’t pay a lot attention to what the clients are looking for in their session.

The spa is beautiful and everyone is so nice. I had a massage from Kia and it was wonderful. I felt so relaxed after. I cannot wait to go back soon for a massage.
