Elements Massage - Delray Beach

DO NOT go to Elements Massage in Delray Beaxh!My sister had booked 3 massages for this morning, and the receptionist there told me I had cancelled mine. IT WAS A SURPRISE, my number was never given. She kept telling my sister she texted the right number, but they had actually texted the wrong number. After insisting many times she texted the right number, I finally told her to cancel it all, she then magically realized she texted the wrong number. She offered to book me for later, but the point was to be together with my mom and sister, and it was THEIR MISTAKE. Plus after her being so unkind, I didn’t want to spend a second more of my birthday there. I immediately said, cancel it all! Luckily we had booked through Groupon, so we’ll figure it out with them. Do NOT go here!

The massage by Ed was great. The problem that I have is that I paid for 90 min massage and it was really only 65 min. I tried to talk to the desk when I was dressed and paying for the massage st 79 min. She (the owner) said the 90 min includes consultation time. I the 10 min change time but usually the massages are actually 80 min.I also called in and they told me Andrew would call back to talk to me and never did.Customer service and everyone is friendly but just know what you are paying for and how many minutes you are getting.

The massage was okay until the masseur started texting while pretending to massage. I noticed he suddenly stopped massaging and just petted my back with a couple of fingers. This happened a few times until I decided to raise my head to see what he was doing, and sure enough, he was texting, not massaging. I shared this with the staff while checking out, and they claimed he only received one text, which was completely untrue. This happened several times during the massage. So, if you book a one-hour session, expect to receive 30 minutes of actual massage and the rest of the time with someone just laying a hand on you to make it seem like youre still being massaged.

While my massage with Almir was great, the customer service from Andrew at the front desk was the worst Ive ever experienced. From the initial phone call to book the appointment to leaving, he was very unkind. Im not sure if he was having a bad day or if something happened prior, but no one should be spoken to in the way he spoke to customers.

Sasha is great. If you like deep tissue massage I recommend Sasha.The facility is clean and the gentleman at the front desk is very helpful and professional.

Worst place ever…. Andrew at the front desk is rude and condescending…. Place is dirty and massage bed had dirty sheets.. Carpet had stains…. Bathroom was not clean…. STAY AWAY.

Sasha was amazing and I love her technique! My neck feels so much better.I highly recommend her and will use her again.

Mariano is an amazing massage therapist! He really gets the knots out using deep tissue and trigger point techniques.The lady at the front desk was also very nice and helpful!

I can’t wait to go back! Had a deep tissue massage with Mariano. Wow! He is skilled at finding the trigger points and knows how to work the “knots” out! He was able to find spots that loosen my whole back and neck. Hurts so good. Mariano is a rockstar. Totally professional too. Nice place!

Good massage and nice easy access place to go with plenty of parking. Unfortunately there is a lot of turnover so your favorite masseuse may not be there when you go back.

Had a 90 minute massage with Ivan. He was fantastic and spent a lot of time on my back. Seemed like he was able to read what my body needed and spent extra time on spots that needed extra TLC. Thank you so much! The spa is clean, smells good, and everyone was very professional!

Mariano was excellent and professional and received an awesome deep tissue massage for 60 minutes. You will not be dissapointed! Exceptionally clean and pleasant atmosphere.

I love it here!!! I first had a scheduling issue but Chanel was able to properly handle it and made me feel excited about coming back. She was super easy and nice to work with. My massage from Ivan was super relaxing and I felt comfortable the entire time. I even got the membership since I was so happy. Definitely recommend more than any other massage place I went to.

I had the most AMAZING massage last week with Rose. It was everything I needed. My first experience there wasnt so great, but Chanel who is FABULOUS, urged me to come back and took total care of me. I have now joined the membership, and think it has been one of my best decisions as of late. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

This is such a wonderful place to get a massage! Chanel at the front was amazing and genuine. She was super helpful and made me feel so comfortable. My massage therapist Ivan was perfect. He made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend you come and try a massage at this location. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Chanel up front was so amazing and provided a great experience from the very start. We had 2 people getting massages, one of went with Carlos who did amazing work. The other, whose name my boyfriend can’t remember, did an amazing job on him. Definitely the best part of the experience was being able to experience such a friendly front desk staff! Elements is a great spot with very nice staff. Melissa is a GODSEND. I have had a lot of massages and I gotta say, she gives me the best massage Ive ever head.. I have a monthly membership just so I can see her! I recently got my husband one for Valentines Day and we are both obsessed... She has a great energy and vibe, and gives a great massage. I leave there feeling wonderful.

This studio is new,clean,and they sanitize thoroughly throughout the day which is needed especially in these trying times of Covid. I feel completely safe here without a doubt! The staff really cares about you here and they ask questions to find your initial needs for getting the massage so you are matched with the perfect therapist, not like other places that just try to book you with the earliest massage they have with no care at all. Chanel is amazing, she is the Wellness Membership Advisor and you can tell that she believes in massage which is key and never an issue while trying to book,elements Massage of Delray is truly a step above the rest. I had to get the membership,its so worth it! Its free to sign up and there no contract, you can use it anywhere in the country which is great while im traveling for work! Bianca,Raquel and Carlos are all outstanding!! Thank you Elements!

This is a great location. The team is very professional and friendly. I have been going 1-2 times a month since the pandemic started. They take extra precautions to make you feel safe, including temperature checks. The place is spotless. My massage therapist, Carlos is amazing.

I had a wonderful prenatal massage yesterday. Chanel did an amazing job setting things up for me and explaining how everything was going to work. Megan gave a fantastic massage and was great to talk to. She accommodated my pregnancy and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. For any pregnant mamas out there I would highly recommend going to Elements Massage and letting Chanel set you up with a prenatal massage by Megan.

Staff was very Attentive and nice. Calm and welcoming environment. Masseuses asked how much pressure to apply to specific areas and made their recommendations as well. Cesar was great!!!! I had a scheduling problem in the beginning but the front desk worked with me and made up for the mistake. I felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole time.

Worst massage I have had in my life. I paid for a 90 minute massage, but got up and walked out halfway through. She maybe put a couple drops of lotion on in the beginning, but that’s it. She only used one hand at a time, and it felt like she was randomly poking into my back with her thumb. Imagine getting from a massage from someone who is playing with their phone in the other hand. That’s pretty much what it Was like. Every now and again, she would rub her elbow down my back, butbecause there was no lotion. It would feel like she was ripping my skin off. I’m not sure what was going on, but it was so awful I had to leave.

Went to ed. He was amazing. Very professional and passionate with his work. Can’t recommend him enough. I’ll be back.

Elements Massage 5 star experience. Nice greeting from Chanel at the front desk who explained everything to me in simple terms easy to understand. Chanel is also very professional and kind. My Massage Therapist Raguel was excellent. I came out feeling 100% better. She also pointed out areas that needed extra care and treated those areas. I signed up for membership and will be back soon!

Two days way from my 2 massages expiring and couldn’t even get a email or call. To say your massages are about to expire. Instead I get your massages expired 2 days ago. No consideration once you cancel your membership beware!!! I’m so disappointed with this establishment I wouldn’t recommend them at all. No compassion take your money else where!

Bought a massage package that I could not use (had to leave country). Took weeks to reach someone to ask for refund and they refused to reimburse claiming non refundable (was never told about this or signed anything). Customer service is not their priority.

I booked a massage with Caesar, but when I arrived I was told I had been switched to a different therapist. I was told a voicemail had been left confirming this, but there is no voice message or record of a call on my phone. Caesar was there and came out to retrieve a different client. I had booked a deep tissue massage but 45 minutes into the 90 minute massage decided to call it and exit. It was completely unpleasant and stressful. The owner was at the desk and wanted to book a complimentary massage to fix the situation. Unfortunately what I needed was for her to acknowledge that the problem and I could not move past the lack of acknowledgment.

Had one of the best massages Ive ever had. Incredible professional and experienced. I felt like new when It was done. Will recommend everyone.

Worst massage I ever had. Just like the previous reviewer, I left after 45 minutes but paid for 90 minutes. No skills whatsoever. Elements has a good formula but no value.

I moved here from AZ and had an existing membership with Elements. People may have had great experiences with this location but my personal experience was subpar/unprofessional. Typically I never leave bad reviews because sometimes there is those one off days that should not reflect bad on a company or location. But since the lack of follow up on their end, I felt I had to voice my experience.

I had the best massage of my life with Chris at this salon. It was better than the massage I got at the Ritz Carlton! He is new. Highly recommend him. Thanks, Chris!

The manager has a lot to learn about customer service. I had received a spa week gift card which she refused to accept even though they are listed on the site as accepting the card. She then proceeded to tell me they only accepted spa finder which I happened to also have a gift card from. She also could not process this card even after verifying I had enough funds available on the card. 1. Take the time to learn what programs are accepted at the place you manage. 2. Learn how to process the payment for these programs. I had a 90 min massage to release my stress in which in the 30 minutes . Todqyis Wednesday and she still hasn’t figured out how to process the payment. Not acceptable dealing with Chanel.

Great overall experience at Elements Massage. Chanel was lovely to work with at the front desk and Carlos was a phenomenal Masseuse. It was deep tissue as well as stretching. I feel great and will be returning

I’ve been going to massages for years. During my visit to Florida I tried this place. Lisa was the best massage therapist I ever had. She took my body apart and reconstructed it. Magical hands. Super professional!
