This place has HORRIBLE customer service and MANAGEMENT!! I too have been a member for almost 10 years. Not only did they refuse to acknowledge the “pause” they gave members during COVID because my credit card expired 2 days before the pandemic (did they call or text, no!) they weren’t even in the office! I tried to call to pause my membership and then thought it was when I got the email. When I called to schedule my first massage after the pandemic, they charged me for 8 months because “I wasn’t active” on the day they sent out the pause to everyone else. I tried to talk to a manager then and nothing - never got a response. For the last year, trying to schedule is 4 - 8 weeks out and then I get a text the day of my massage saying they canceled my massage because the therapist wasn’t available. Do I get a credit back on my card? No! Do I get a reschedule call, no! They text and don’t have any availability to replace what was scheduled. I’ve called and every time I get a text back. I’ve asked for an owner to call me and nothing. They have no concern for their members or memberships. Do not give them your money!!!!!!
If I could give zero stars for the company and the administrators that run this establishment I would! I have had satisfactory facials here but my last massage, the massage therapist FELL ASLEEP while massaging me! My 60 minute massage was also approximately 40 minutes and the staff only gave me a partial refund. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company as a whole. I signed up for an annual membership and while at the location, I requested to cancel it and not continue for another year. They stated that will be handled and my membership will not go longer than the year. I have been charged for additional months and upon speaking with a manager I was informed I have to send an email to cancel the membership. The front staff has proved to be incompetent. They do not provide accurate information and they have scheduled me for the wrong services. I feel the front staff lack any customer service skills. Overall experience here is more frustrating than anything. Does not provide relaxing environments as there is always an issue. More stress and waste of money than any benefits from their services.
I’ve made appointments that their front desk confused with other times. After moving to a new location, I tried to transfer my massage credits. They required a utilities receipt in order to change locations. Why would I provide any sort of information like that to an organization that can’t keep its appointments straight?After a lengthy email exchange explaining my intentions to end my membership, they continued to charge me. They did everything they could to continue charging my credit card. The customer service of their management team is unresponsive. They generally refused my requests to transfer my membership credits to another massage envy location. After all of these infuriating experiences, they had the audacity to suggest taking one of their massages in the name wellness.
I have been requesting a cancellation form from the franchise manager at the Edgewater location and am receiving no response. Their tactic is to not provide the form during your membership, give you a small window to cancel after your membership, and then not respond in that window. Not sure if all locations are as shady as that one, but probably best to avoid entirely.
After being a Massage Envy customer for over 10 years, this place has really REALLY gone downhill. First, there are only 6 massage therapists at the Belmar location and so there is very little availability - you must schedule WEEKS in advance. You want a 90 minute massage or a 2 hour one? Forget it - they literally refuse you!! The receptionists are so rude. The recommended gratuity is way WAY off the charts. If you get behind and have an abundance of subscription credits - good luck! Youll be forced to let all your money go down the drain unless you PAY to freeze your account. Want to gift someone a massage - DONT! They will charge YOU $30 to transfer 1 massage (and only 1 per month). They have some really horrible business practices - just this location alone has 9 BBB complaints (soon to be 10). Whatever you do, DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

I am disappointed and concerned about the lack of helpfulness and empathy from the manager, Monica.I have been to 10+ massage envy locations and have never had a customer experience issue like this.I love the therapist, Isaac. But the way the overall location is run is to try and take advantage of customers.You can see the trend of comments and reviews on this thread, that this is not an uncommon occurrence.I truly hope the owner of this franchise makes corrections.
After months back and forth, the manager still refuses to cancel my membership. She acts like she isn’t receiving my emails, and I keep getting charged. I thought this was canceled months ago. I’ve been told I have to fill out and email a specific form to cancel, which I have done multiple times. I’ve tried to cancel with another location/club as well - but I can only cancel through this one club, and this one person. After several overdraft fees, I had to get an entirely credit card. I’m not the only reviewer to complain about this manager. PLEASE replace her with someone who receives, reads, and answers her emails. Please replace her with someone who cares about the human beings she is supposed to be helping. She is a very poor representation of the company as a whole.
Be very careful when you come to this location. They are terrible. My mom went in for her 1st ever facial it was a Valentines gift.Supposedly we had the wrong date/day of her even after I confirmed her next appt. Her 2nd appt for her facial she went to cancel & it was supposedly that same day so they charged her card $35.00.Their printer was down, they could not go over any paperwork, let alone sign any paperwork, they have for a 3 month membership.Trying to talk to someone or the office manager is a joke, they dont answer the phone, or return phone calls. Im thinking about reaching out 9News for Steve Staeger is on your side.BE CAREFUL WITH THIS LOCATION.
This place is terrible. I have been trying to cancel my account for nearly 2 weeks, and no one will return my calls or emails. When I try to call the front desk, it goes to voicemail. Do not join at this club. Head to another location in Sloans Lake or even a different place all together. There is one in the area off Wads and W Virginia.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I am a first time customer with a gift card. I scheduled a last minute appointment and woke up with a cold. I called to cancel so I wouldnt get anyone sick. They charged me over $70 for a same day cancel. They were very rude as well. This place has some terrible policies.
Dont waste your time/money. It is downright IMPOSSIBLE to schedule a massage here. They wont work within your time frame for appointments, and the only appointment times ever available are during work hours - a lot of us cant leave work for half a day to have a massage. The only availability (few and very far between) are at the most inconvenient times to do it. I have not been able to schedule anything with these people and they have gone absolutely out of their way to be obtuse and unhelpful. Go elsewhere! You cant freeze an account without a bunch of attitude and really snide commentary from the management and you cant cancel or you lose the load of credits you have! Freeze for 6 months really means chasing the manager down EVERY MONTH to freeze the account and or you get charged anyway. Run.
This seems to me to be a giant scam. They sell their membership, take $75/mo from you every month, but they dont deliver the massages. First, it is almost impossible to get an appointment (I guess theyre understaffed). In the eight months My wife and I have been members, we have only been able to book 6 appointments. With 4 of them, they canceled the appointments either the day before or day of. My wife has had 2 massages this year, she said the first one was awful, and the second one was mediocre (acceptable, but not very good). What a rip-off $900 for two massages. I wish I had paid attention to the reviews before we signed up.
Do not I mean do not get a membership with massage envy!! I don’t even recommend going here at all!!! The only good massage therapist at this location is now gone so there is no reason to spend your money here. They have horrible customer service!!! I tried to cancel my membership and still got charged and then told there are no refunds even though I haven’t received any services.If they happen to cancel an appointment on you the day of your appointment you have to reschedule but if something pops up on you the day of your appointment you still get charged. No exceptions!!Look at the other reviews and you will see similar stories. So save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else!!
Dont sign up for a membership with Massage Envy unless you want to have your money stolen and be harassed with phone calls and text every night.In February 10, 2022, I purchased memberships for my husband & myself to Massage Envy in Belmar as a birthday gift. We used the service a few times for massages but availability of appointments very limited and it was almost impossible to book a massage. If you look at other reviews they say the same thing. Massages are impossible to book and the techs while nice are very sub par in experience and technique.We stopped using the service after a few times but continued to pay our monthly membership for the 12 months required. In late March 2023, I called Massage Envy Belmar to cancel our memberships. There is no information on the website about how to cancel. No one returned my call & I believed I had done what was needed to cancel. In October 2023 we started receiving calls & text messages stating that our credit card had expired & we had unused credits we would not be able to use until we had updated our card on file. When I spoke to Annabelle at Massage Envy, she said our membership had not been canceled because we had not emailed the obscure email address (not available on their website) to cancel. I asked to have a manager call me. Annabelle texted me the email to cancel, which we believed we had done 7 months prior. I emailed the address she gave me on and requested that we be refunded for the unauthorized 7 months of charges for 2 memberships. Someone responded that evening asking for the phone numbers associated with the accounts. Multiple emails from me since then and no one has responded yet. However, my new friend Annabelle has continued to call and text both me and my husband and told us that she will call every day until we have updated our card on file. Massage Envy has locked our online accounts and we are unable to see the total credits. We have been billed $160/month since February 2022 and only able to use 4 massages. No one other than Annabelle will respond to us and when she calls, she is unprofessional and demands a credit card number. This place is horrible. Dont give them your money.

I have had zero luck scheduling appointments for the past few years. I had the account originally for myself but being a first responder, I often could not schedule weeks out for an appointment as they were constantly backlogged. I transfered the points and account to my daughter. There was never appointments available for her either. She moved to a location with no massage envy. I transfered them to my son to use. He couldnt get anyone to work on him as a minor after months of trying to schedule. We called to transfer it back to me. They refused to do so, as they claim its my minor sons account, even though its technically my account as Im the adult who signed the contract and pay for the services we never get to use. Its been over 3 years and the manager at Massage envy Belmar just makes excuses. They also claim months of massages expired.... expiring credits is not in the contract anywhere. Its a breach of contract with zero consideration and reciprocation. I would either like all the credits to my account made available for me to use, or my money back.The consideration component of a contract is a legal term of art that generally requires that both parties to the contract receive something of value, even if it is of little value.Massage envy is in breach of the contract and has been for years. You cant even cancel without losing all your money.They try saying well we will give you 20 days for you to use up the credits after cancelling the account. They think over 40 massages can be used up in less than 30 days?They are a racket.
Dont agree to anything watch your account they will take money when you have credits tried to cancel my year membership that I finished! Got the runaround finally got paperwork after several phone calls and emails sent it back with no response after several more attempts canceled it for them after finding out they cant steal anymore money from me a month later I get several calls saying they cant cancel my account because its delinquent WOW! Be aware if you sign up for a membership with massage envy, it will be a part time administrative job using your credits. I have been a member for 10 years and have lost numerous credits due to the improper tracking along the way (I caught some but eventually just gave up and wanted out of this place). Given you can NEVER get appointments, you will always have credits built up.The icing on the cake was today, I cancelled my membership and have credits to use before Aug 18 and I have four left. I went in today, had my session and the system said I had 0.5 credits left so they charged me for a half credit. I was given no other option but to pay and sort out the issue with their accounts team after. I called my home location after this who confirmed I had the four credits that I knew I had.This company is just waiting for another class action lawsuit.
Went today for a 90 minute massage. Justin was the person I was scheduled with. Let’s just start by saying I left in tears. I felt rushed from the get go. He was late arriving for the appointment. Rushed me back to the room. I explained that I am in healthcare and on my feet 12 hours a day. He didn’t seem to care. I asked for a full body massage. What I did in fact get was a cold room and a cold bed to start with. I had to ask him to turn on the bed warmer. He worked on my back for literally an hour of my 80 minute massage. I was just about to ask him if he was planning on working anywhere else on my body when he said his bottle of lotion was empty and needed to step out to refill it. When he return he left my shoulders and back uncovered in the cold room. 5 minutes on my arms, 5 minutes on the middle of my feet and all he did was push on my hips. Nothing else. He came to an abrupt stop said the massage was over and left the room. The bed was sky high and I had to jump off the bed. When I walked out of the room he was there. Showed me a hand to get out AND THAT WAS IT!!!! I was sooo upset that, that is what I paid $128.00 for. Please DO NOT schedule with JUSTIN it is a waste of your money!!!!!
My Husband scheduled me an appt for my birthday. Unfortunately it was the worst experience.. They were pressuring me to sign up ..I just wanted to enjoy my birthday gift. Angel was a lazy worker , she barely put any pressure, more like baby rubs and penetrating her elbow for slow periods of time. Like she was doing the least ..at the end she told she wanted to work my neck more but since I had my necklace on she couldnt...lol . Dont waist your money!
Do not sign up for membership. They rarely have appointments to use your monthly credits on. They repeatedly sell you that you can freeze your membership at any time for up to 6 months, but this is not true. A few years ago maybe the membership worked but they keep raising the monthly price even as they have appointments to use them on. The masseuse were always professional and well trained is the only bright spot.To respond to the review - I contacted the massage envy location before posting and I was going to just leave it at the review. I gave the manager a fair chance to address any concerns, was very unsatisfied with both the attitude I received and the answers, which was basically we can give you an hour or two notice and then you can come use your credits. If I could not plan around their open times with at most 1 day notice, I would not be able to get a massage. I have terminated my membership and will not be coming back.
DO NOT SIGN UP!!!! THEY CONTINUE CHARGING YOU OVER A YEAR LATER AFTER YOU CANCEL!!! This has been a non-stop nightmare trying to get them to stop billing me. I canceled back in 2021 and here we are - July 2023 - and they are STILL billing me. I dont even live in the same state anymore. I have not set foot in a ME since 2021 (nor will I ever again after this experience!!!) I live nowhere near one anymore. I have messaged and called multiple times and NOTHING. I have to file chargebacks on EVERY SINGLE CHARGE. Do NOT signup with them for a membership!!!! Be warned!!!!
Two months in a row I have tried to cancel my membership, and I have gotten the excuse that the manager is out. I spoke to someone today, and they said that even after the manager gets my email, it will take 10 days for my membership to be cancelled, so I will have to pay for another month. It is nearly impossible to schedule, so I am basically throwing money away. Last time I went in, the person doing my facial told me that some customers have 40+ credits built up because it is so hard to schedule. Massage Envy is offering services that they cannot actually give, but people feel obligated to keep their memberships because they dont want to lose the money theyve already paid. It feels like a scam.
I rarely write reviews. This one is both positive and negative. Positive - there are some good therapists, the music is relaxing, this place is great about putting you on a wait list and then calling you when a slot opens up, masking and social distancing in the lobby make me feel safe. Negative - Miranda needs to remember she works for a massage company. People go there to relax. I called to book a few appointments because many therapists are booked for months, and the online calendar only shows next month. Miranda talked a million miles a minute and continually made me feel rushed off the phone. I hung up too soon; so I called back to finish, and was practically scolded. In decades of getting massages, Ive never had such a stressful massage booking experience. I will be sure to immediately hang up if she ever answers the phone again. But shes not the only employee whos forgotten where they work. The last time I was in there, multiple employees walked in while chatting on their cell phones in full voice. Again, people are in the lobby, trying to unwind and mentally prepare for their massage, or they have just had a massage, and are now entering a room with people speaking loudly. Its just very jarring. The lobby should be quiet. Dimmer lights in the lobby would also be nice. This could be achieved by putting in some blinds.
My wife and I are done with Massage Envy. When we first started 5 or 6 years ago they were great, but since COVID its nearly impossible to book appointments. Bookings are often months out, and twice Ive had those cancelled because the therapist had quit. The recommended workaround is to call around 12:30 to check for cancellations later that day, but half the time no one answers. Today was the last straw: I called three times and got no answer; the recorded message said to leave my name and number and theyd call back. Its now 8 pm and no call (and again no answer when I called).I strongly recommend NOT signing up for a membership and paying a monthly fee for a session that you cant schedule. Massages are supposed to relieve stress, not add to it.
Massage availability is awful and I have been canceled on 4/6 facials that I booked weeks in advance. With these cancellations they were unable to make it right by rescheduling me for a similar time. The girl on the phone was also just making lots of excuses for the high amounts of cancellations. While I’m sure things come up, 4/6 and not making it right is bad business.
Unfortunately this was the worst massage I’ve ever had in my life, couldn’t wait for it to end. The masseuse talked the whole time and would tell me stories while barely massaging me.. bizarre experience. On top of that they asked me to get a membership 3-4 times during my visit. Do your research before booking a masseuse here.. I wanted to get my money back but felt bad doing so based on the stories my masseuse was telling me.
No one told me I had to wear a mask to come in this location and it’s the only one that does this. No one said hello when I walked in and I had to and then was immediately asked about my mask and it’s been over for a long time now. Plus, you should really tell us when we book the appointment. Won’t be coming back to this location again. I would’ve been turned away. The front desk attendant told me as she gave me the “last mask” like I was lucky. Bad customer service. Amazing massage though.
I would give less than one star if I could. The massage therapists are great. The management and administration are beyond abysmal. Ive never lived in Florida but thats where they put my membership. Over two years of trying to get that fixed - dozens and dozens of calls, email and in person - still hasnt happened. This means a fiasco every single visit FYI....Dont get the membership! ....Have a year worth of massages you didnt get and want to share them? Nope, just once if its your wife but you could give them to everybody else. Want to charge your insurance card instead because they told you that you could? Nope. Good luck. Waiting on that one for about for about nine months now. This place is a joke. The different locations do not communicate and if they stick you in the wrong location - youre stuck. Theyll tell you theyll fix it but they wont. Going on vacation and want you use your membership while youre theyre? You better not.......You better not expect them to follow through on anything. ....Looking forward to my options now. From the rest of the reviews below cancelling is impossible too. Horrible place! Wanted to treat my daughter to a nice 90 minute massage, took me in at 8:30, then my daughter was told they werent ready for her and told her she needed to wait outside! Its 8:30 at night and 10 degrees outside! Who does that?! If I wouldve known this before they took me back I wouldve walked out with my daughter and never looked back! Then they text her at 8:37 just to go back and spend another 5 minutes asking her what kind of massage she wants! Didnt start her massage until 8:50 and she came out at 10:02. And get this, I was back in the lobby at 9:50 so my so called 90 minute session turned out to be 75 minutes! I then pay for both massages, give a $30 tip for each of the guys only to find out my daughter received a 70 minute massage AND was forced to wait outside in 10 degree weather for 10 minutes! I paid these people for my daughter waiting out in the cold because they were running late!! Im so disappointed and disgusted with them! How did they feel so comfortable taking my money?! Dont go to this place unless you want to be cheated out of time and left out in the cold!
I wish I never signed up at this location. Buyer beware, Issac the manager makes things as difficult as possible when trying to cancel, or freeze your account. I have multiple credits that I accumulated because the location nearest me since I moved, didnt require masks for a certain period of time, and I didnt feel comfortable coming in during that time. Thats not his fault. However, what is his fault, and his bosses fault if you are reading this, is how they CHOOSE to run their location. Because I signed up here, no other Message Envy can help me. Issac the manager at this location does not allow customers to do the Freeze Plus option, like other M.E. locations allow. Meaning, if you have credits, you can have access to use them while paying a lower monthly fee. Issac stopped doing this back in 2021 he says. AWESOME! Lucky me I guess.During these times you would think they could be more flexible, and they can be, if they so choose, since other M.E. locations do offer the Freeze Plus option. This location, Issac and his boss, chose not to be flexible. They chose not to be helpful. I cant wait until my credits have been used up and I can cancel my membership with M.E.All you had to do was be flexible, Issac.
Massage was 5stars, facility is clean and comfortable. Staff actually answers the phone. Only complaint is the incredibly intrusive and inappropriate questions at checkin, all leading to an attempt to sell memberships. Total turn off.
Manager Ari was rude when I called to ask questions about my membership I signed up for. She talked over me and wouldn’t listen to my questions or concerns. Very frustrated with how they handled the membership program I’ve been a part of for over 2 years. I will be cancelling my plan with them!
Even though we were members for two years, a whole year past their mandatory membership time period, they made canceling almost impossible. They did not send the cancellation form the first time I requested two months ago, so I was not able to cancel and received four charges, two for each member, that they refused to consider a refund for.I understand that I have to fill out a form or drive all the way to their location to cancel (which is archaic by the way). But I do not understand why the location would not take responsibility for failing to send me the form the first time I asked, which made it impossible for me to cancel, barring driving back to where we used to live to cancel. Even though we lived in a different area and could use massage envy services at another location, this other location could do nothing about my membership. They could take my money and review my credits, but they couldnt communicate with the system that managed my membership? This is difficult to understand.I called Massage Envy Lakewood after I never received the forms and my call was never returned-blocking me third attempt to cancel.So they wouldnt send the form, wouldnt return my call, and wouldnt accept my cancellation at other locations.The location should have taken responsibility for not sending me the form the first time I asked for it.Really pathetic. I wish I could give zero stars.
My massages have been wonderful here, the staff has always been professional and friendly until I spoke with the manager today about my reminder phone calls. Every reminder phone call Ive received has been from an actual person. On my last appointment I didnt receive a reminder call and missed my appointment. When the receptionist notified me I explained I could have come in but but I forgot. She said that they couldnt find my number and thats why they didnt call. I asked not to be charged for the hours and she said that it was their fault and she would get back to me. I visited the location today to inquire and the manager said that an automated system dialed my number and a man answered and hung up. I explained how that would be impossible because the number she said they dialed isnt my number. She then told me that if that happens another automated phone call will go out to your real phone number at which point I had answered and hung up. I couldnt help but just smile and say okay because this lady was making up stories now. It blew my mind that the manager would go to the extent of making up quick lies to handle such a trivial problem. I wouldnt have cared but I was booked for a 2 hour massage and a chemical peel and thats 4 hours! Needless to say I cancelled my account!
Ive been a member for years. I used to take my mother and wed use couples room so I could help her. She had Alzheimers but still loved a great massage. The staff has always been great.Last week had one of the best massages ever. Thanks Derek.
I have had two HORRIBLE experiences at this location within two weeks of one another.I went in for my massage today and inadvertently forgot my mask. I peeked my head in the door and asked if they had an extra mask I could use, the girl at the front desk asked if I had one in my car. I explained my car was several blocks away because I parked between massage envy and where my daughter was headed. She told me they had masks but only for employees and then she told me I could go to the nail salon next door and they would give me one. I reluctantly walked over to the nail salon and asked for a mask. I was told they weren’t giving anymore masks to other people’s customers, how could anyone blame them?I have been a paying member massage envy member since 2013 which means I have spent nearly $6,500.00 with them (and that is ONLY because I can’t cancel without loosing what I have already paid for.) and they couldn’t give me a .15 mask??!!!! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!
My husband and I had a membership for a year. Most therapists were great! However, the manager, Isaac, at the Lakewood, CO Bellmar location was rude and unprofessional with every interaction. Prior to one of my husbands massage sessions, my husband purchased a CBD enhancement for $30 extra. The therapist at the time was uncomfortable using CBD but agreed to use it during his session. For whatever reason, the $30 1/2 oz. cup of CBD lotion was never used during his session. The next day, my husband called to speak with a manger for a refund. He left several messages over the course of a few weeks. I called twice and left messages both times. After, several weeks, we received a call from Isaac the manager. He would not agree to a refund, but agreed to replace the $30 CBD enhancement. At the end of our year-long membership, my husband and I scheduled our last 60 minute massage appointments to close out our membership. My husbands appointment was to include the $30 CBD enhancement promised by Isaac. We completed our massage sessions on the same Wednesday evening at the same time. When checking out, my husband was told that his session only included a Basic Enhancement and that he owed a balance of $15. Of course, both my husband and I disputed owing anything due to speaking with Isaac who agreed to replace the enhancement previously purchased. We advised the receptionist that there must be a mistake and since it was late we would address the issue the following day. The receptionist was rude and told us that we couldnt leave. As she was talking with my husband, another receptionist was accepting a cash tip for my appointment. The rude associate then advised us that she would call Isaac and we could leave. I advised the receptionist to take the cash I left for tip to accept payment for the $15 balance. She refused. Again, it was late. So my husband and I left. I then received a text from Isaac threatening to call the cops for nonpayment of service.My husband is a professional MMA fighter and has been for 20 years. Our presence in the fight community is well-known and respected. We will be telling everyone NOT to do service with any Massage Envy due to this ridiculous and disrespectful interaction with a childish man who has no business being a manager or employed to work with the public.
Unbelievable really. Having moved here from MO and having a membership there that I was pleased with, I tried scheduling a massage at this location. I called in on March 4 to book a Saturday appointment due to working M-F, 8:30 to 5:30. When it came time for my massage today, the staff was calling me and texting me about an appointment yesterday, on a Friday. When I called on my break, after holding for 10 minutes, I spoke with the manager (Isaac) and he me told they were charging me half for my no-show but that they could get me in with Rex today for a massage. Forget that. I will never go to this location for a massage! I would give them less stars if I could. Isaac should be fired in my opinion (business owner for over 10 years).
Please be aware you must wear a mask here, which no one told me when making my appointment. Besides the fact I find it very unreasonable considering masks have been optional for months now including public transportation, the fact they did not have masks to hand out to customers who had no idea about this policy is ridiculous. I visited the Arvada location 2 weeks ago and was not required to wear one. I was told I could go buy one and come back and when I refused they finally said they may have one in the back. They made a huge deal about this publicly. My facial was nice but was cut 5 minutes short which is also frustrating given my initial interactions with the salon. When I went to explain afterwards about my frustrations and to let the staff know I understood this was not their fault, but how disappointed I was that I was not made aware of this beforehand, I was greeted with an unfriendly response in addition to the front desk person telling me that not having a mask was like not wearing shoes into their building. That was such a ridiculous response and I will not be back to this location ever again. If people want to visit a massage envy with friendly people that allow the choice to wear a mask, I HIGHLY recommend the arvada location on 64th and Indiana.
Booked my massage with Brandon because I had been in an auto accident and was looking for relief from the whiplash. He listened to my concerns and was very professional. He was very aware of my injuries and paid attention to how my muscles were responding to the pressure. He really did an amazing job. He does all pressures including deep tissue and seemed experienced as well. I used to have a massage envy membership years ago at a different location and quit going because I had tried several people and never felt the massage was worth the money. I would definitely see Brandon again and highly recommend him. You can tell when a person genuinely cares about what they do, and I really felt Brandon cared about helping me feel better. Massage envy has updated their website and booking platform since the last time I have been in and loved how easy it was to view availability at multiple locations. I like that you can view what each provider offers and can find the best match for your needs. I think its great that they have added other services as well add ons. Be aware you have to wait in your car or outside until they are ready for you because of covid so plan for that accordingly. I was checked me in with plenty of time to start my massage on time. The facility is very clean and organized. The rooms were comfortable and I felt comfortable during my whole experience. The front desk staff was friendly, efficient and more than happy to assist me. In all it seemed like a very positive environment and I had a very positive experience.
I can’t believe how terrible the service is here. I called at 10 am asking for any availability, they told me they had an opening at 11. This was perfect, then they asked if I was a member and I said yes. She then said sorry this appointment is only for non members.I’m sorry what did you say??? I’m a paying member and you have an opening in one hour but I can’t have it??? I was blown away.I called back 15 minutes before 11 and the appointment was still open but I still could not have it.Clearly they are more concerned about obtaining new customers not accommodating current members.I will be going elsewhere and suggest you do too.
On my way driving to my facial appointment ME calls my 20 min before my appointment because of an emergency which I understand. If it was me I would be charged one of the Girl at the front desk is rude on the phone Bad Attitude
I signed up for 1 year membership and because of my schedule would only come in about once per quarter for a 2 hr or 90 min massage. So I asked to terminate my contract a few months before my contract date and unfortunately summer got away from me and they only gave me 60 days from end contract to use up all of my of my credits. When I called they said my 6 months worth of payments had expired and there was no way around I tried speaking with a supervisor to no avail owner was out of town and I was told they would reach once back from Australia or wherever. Never heard backJamison us a great therapist but otherwise this place doesnt do the little things to keep you coming back for the same amount of money you are better going to Hand and Stone massage in Belmar. Better ambiance, service and availability of the therapist. Unfortunately I paid twice the amount for the services rendered would never go back or recommend.
The facility was clean and staff was nice. My wife and I went in for the couples massage for a spur of the moment booking. We got the introductory price of $55 for a 60 minute massage which never seems to actually be 60 minutes after you get in the room and the massage starts. The setup had us each fill out a digital body map of where you want focus on and having a conversation with my massage therapist, she didnt take either of my instructions to practice and I left feeling about the same as when I went in. I have had many other massages for around this price point and this one falls towards the bottom of the scale for a quality massage. I personally wouldnt recommend this location but maybe others are different.Update: I reached out via the link the owner provided so they could make it right and no response yet from anyone attempting to act on that statement.
After receiving a VERY light massage after communicating to both the front of house staff and my therapist Id like more pressure, I was offered another (free of charge) massage at my convenience only to have it revoked a few hours later. According the the front of house staff the district manager, Issac said I needed to not only pay for the session that day but for the second massage that I had booked for the next day as my re-do.Death to the corporations who fail to take care of not only their customers, but their employees. I will NEVER step foot into another Massage Envy again.
This is the worst place by far.. Never even stepped foot in this franchise once. Staff over the phone are very unprofessional in every aspect. Branch Manager is a complete scammer.. there is a policy of cancellation of appointments that “Kira” failed to mention as the appt was set. I had called to inquire if this location had an opening for an extremely needed session of some sort. Was told there was a 9pm cancellation, so i had her set me with that in desperation. She mentioned they needed a card to set appointment even though i said i would be paying with gift card and cash. She reassured that was fine. NEVER ONCE mentioned a single word about the cancellation policy before I told her i would call back if things changed. The day went on being a father emergency importance over my massage came up and i was not able make it across town. I had called with no answer as i was driving. Not put on hold, no nothing as if they werent there. Had a child in the back seat so i did get to their “voicemail” while driving. They called me at 8:50 and left a message. At this time, 10 minutes before said appt. they decided to leave me a message with “cancellation policy” saying its 50% for a same day cancel and 100% for no show. I had only scheduled that same afternoon! The branch manager and front desk lady argued with me that she told me as i was setting the appt. she most certainly did not mention until minutes before the appt. Im 24 in colorado with a child and times are rough. I would not have scheduled anything knowing i could lose 80 bucks just for cancelling an appt. thats right 173 dollars was charged to my card. 173 dollars for an NON MEMBER 90 minute massage. I only wanted 60 minutes but they said thats not an option for the 9pm.(scam). Let me mention again. I am NOT a member to a single Massage Envy. I have NEVER once used their website. and again... I Have NEVER once stepped foot into this Belmar, Co location. Therefore i have never once been notified of the policy. I have NEVER signed anything in regards to said policy or any membership policy. I have NEVER AGREED to use their website. I did NOT authorize an over priced 173 dollar massage, charge by this company, by any means. I never received any sort of service from this Franchise and they still charged me with out telling me the policy ahead of time like they claim to (arrogant Kira didnt want to lose her job) (Branch manager didn’t want to lose out.) This Franchise will steal your money from service they never preformed. With Covid and being a father I did not have 173 dollars to lose. The BBB has been contacted and so has an Attorney for Dispute.. Do not go see these thieves And liars. Overall very bad people.
Massage therapist was great, I rated a 1 because of their poor customer service and being overcharged. went in there with a gift card had to put my credit card on file. After I was done they told me it was already paid for because my gift card was on the account. They were mistaken and called me as soon as they realized it was not on the account. They left me a message and it took me a day to get back to them by then they had already charged my credit card for more than the original amount ($80) I spoke to the manager about this and that I would like the chrarges on the gift card for the correct amount ($55). They said they charged me the extra amount to leave a gratuity for the massage therapist which I had already paid in cash. Manager said she will fix it. 5 days later They had yet to fix the problem so I called and they said they had been really busy and they would take care of it yesterday. Still hasn’t happened. I understand being busy and making mistakes but this should be a priority for them to fix and can’t believe they added a gratuity without my consent, that I payed in cash. Hopeing this gets fixed soon.

Not sure what others are complaining about! Front desk was so nice and chipper (it was 730pm and I was expecting tired and rude, as others noted), very welcoming! My therapist was Joe, and he was amazing! I only wish I knew before the massage that aromatherapy was available before my session-i would have loved that option-it was the only thing missing from this experience. I feel amazing!

Called today to book an appointment and they booked me for 5pm. Got there and they said that my appointment was cancelled because there was no credit card information in the system so they gave my appointment away. They never said anything about giving them my card information over the phone!!! They booked it and said see you at 5pm. I would have gladly provided it if they had asked! I drive 45 minutes to get here and they have no availability. Unacceptable.
This location used to be better, now it’s terrible. They’ve called me THREE times to cancel my massages. Three different times is ridiculous to call a paying customer and cancel their appointments. When I was on the phone with them not one apology or courtesy item was offered to make amends. I basically have waited two months because they keep cancelling me and re booking me to cancel over and over again. Don’t even bother coming here.
Nothing but bad experience after another in this massage envy location! Front end staff is anything but friendly and helpful. First was told I wouldn’t be charged anymore monthly payments, 2 months prior to my contract end date in which I informed the staff I wouldn’t be interested in renewing another year. I was told I didn’t need to do anything to cancel and that after my last month the office would simply not charge my card anymore. With no call to ask me if I wanted to continue service with them another monthly installment was taken out of my account. Even though I was unhappy about the charge I did not fight the office or make a big deal but instead again let the staff know I was no longer interested in being a member. I was then told I would have to come into the office and fill out the appropriate forms to terminate my membership. I had the form emailed to me, filled it out, and took it into the office in person. I was then told that I would be charged a final monthly payment because the cancellation isn’t effective until 10 days from the time I fill the form out. My monthly payment was being taken out every 31st of the month but because November only has 30 days and I brought it in on the 20th I was going to have to pay a full monthly payment. This office staff has made me feel like they could care less about their paying clients. They are usually rude, quick to get you off the phone or out of the office. After years of office management experience myself I am dumb founded on the way I’ve been treated these last 14 months I’ve been a member. Ending my contract was the best thing I’ve done even after being over charged $100 I am extremely happy to be free of massage envy Belmar!!! Please be cautious when signing a contract here! I hope no one else has to experience the same things I did at this business!
I had managed to make it to 40 years old without getting a massage. Im a super active person and pretty hard on my body, and somebody gave me a gift certificate to Massage Envy and recommended somebody specific at the Belmar location. That person was not available and I randomly picked Buck as his scheduled worked with the time I was available. Buck was super great and I really enjoyed my first massage! He communicated areas that he thought we should focus on if I came back. I didnt think Id be able to afford to come back but then Massage Envy texted me with a discount to come back, and I did! I cannot afford to come regularly at this point in my life, but as soon as I can Ill be back. I cannot believe how much this helped with the shoulder and back pain I experience regularly. Buck was amazing and I really had a good experience! Thank you so much!
We were asked by text message the end of April if we wanted to “continue our active membership”. I said NO and they continued billing me. I am discussing with manager and they are disputing language and not offering refund after erroneously billing. I would not recommend entering into a contract with ME. Based on principal we will hire an attorney for the $130 refund owed.
I am a member with Massage Envy and the last 3 appointments (1 at this location and 2 at the downtown location) I have had scheduled canceled 3 hours prior - ALL OF THEM because of different reason. The thing about this location is that they would not never offer me a free massage for them canceling on me. The best they could do was a $10 gift card. What a joke.
I sure do miss my former massage therapist! She knew my body better than anyone else before her! But the last therapist I had did a pretty good job! Better than most Ill give her that credit due! Over all Im pretty satisfied with the service and professionalism.
After a decade of being a member the average massages and terrible communication and service prompted me to cancel with 10+ hours already prepaid.I live less than 2 miles from a location. I got tired of showing up for a massage only to have them tell me the therapist couldn’t make it it today... I decided that I would just go to the Lakewood branch where the same thing happened again.I would recommend paying up for a massage and go elsewhere - after all don’t you deserve better!

The reason for 1 star is solely because of their membership deal. You pay $59.99 a month for a 1 hour massage, if you miss a month (or like 6 as I have), you cant cancel your monthly payments and then use up your banked massages. If you have any paid for massages you lose them if you cancel your monthly membership. Now I have to go in like once a week for the next two months to use up all the massages Ive paid for (while continuing to pay my monthly fees).Service is ok, but their monthly deal isnt a deal at all unless you can absolutely get in once a month (I just dont have the time or I would). And theyre not at all clear on this policy when you sign up.
Worst experience of my life. I am new to messages and got $100 gift card for Christmas so I figured I would get a couples message with my boyfriend. Right when I walk threw the door I feel like Im getting judged. No one is welcoming, they treat me like Im stupid because Im new to this. I left after making the appointment under the impression they would call me to confirm my appointment because the lady told me they would 5 times. I work and do college full time and so does my boyfriend. Of course they get my details wrong and some how dont have my phone number, (even though the lady asked me if this number was correct and I repeated it back to her) they did have my boyfriends number and did end up calling him the day before trying to confirm the appointment but my boyfriend didnt make these appointments for a reason, he never checks his voice mail or answers random calls. ( so thats why I even told the front office to make sure they called my number because theres no way he would recall them ever calling) and of course because of our hetic scheduling and their lack of calling me we ended up missing our appointment. So my boyfriend then gets a call(10 min after our appointment was suppose to start) of course he answers this one and its them asking us if we were planning on coming in. Or else they will charge my card with half the fee which is 60$. So I decided to go in and speak to the manager, we figured out the number they had on record for me was somehow my moms number and that it was my fault because they got two comfirmation calls the night before. They count two conformation calls (even if it goes to voicemail and no one answers) so they say its my fault even though they were the confirming WITH THE WRONG NUMBER. Then after paying the outrageous fee of half for not getting anything the oh so nice manager goes you can get 10 min of a neck rub if you want. Yes I totally want 10 min of neck rub after the message therapist just started me and my boyfriend down when we walked threw the doors judging us the whole time for a mistake that could have easily been prevented. Worst costumer service ever, worst management ever and worst experience of my life in a place thats suppose to be the busiest store in Colorado. Never felt so cheated out of my money ever. A lot of my family member go to message envy and have memberships but after the story I told they are all ending it. Congratulations
One of the most disappointing and frustrating customer service experiences I have had to date. My girlfriend booked 2 appointments in person, for her and myself to get separate massages at the same time. When we arrived for our appointment, we were told one of our appointments had actually been booked for another time. After explaining to the staff that she had physically come in to schedule, they asked if we had our appointment card, as if the would somehow serve as evidence. We tried explaining that it wouldnt make much sense for us to have scheduled for differing times, but there was no understanding or attempt to remedy. After about 20 minuets of awkwardness, the front desk informed us they would not be charging us for our missed appointment, and that we could always come back another time. Complete lack of understanding, empathy, responsibility, and problem solving.EDIT- after following MEs portal to re-submit the above complaint, I have still not heard back after waiting about 2 weeks.
I just left the best prenatal massage of my life. I was skeptical going to massage envy because I love where I usually go, however, they couldn’t get me in last minute - totally fine. So, I decided to try here. I saw Kai for a 90 minute massage and I was instantly relaxed. I even fell asleep, multiple times which has never happened at my usual place! Being pregnant, it can be hard getting use to a growing body but I felt comfortable and respect 100% of the time. I am definitely going back.
I most certainly love this store and chain.I used to travel a LOT on business, and as such I would accrue many hours of massages before I could get a chance to use them back in my home state/city, so Im very familiar with Massage Envys membership policy.For the previous negative reviews maybe you shouldve put your account on hold so no monthly charges would accrue, yet youre still able to (I think) use previously accrued passages.At this particular store I have had nothing but the highest level of service, both from my massage therapist & and front desk.Massage is my after work drink so to speak, and as such Im very well versed in massage therapy.This store has several top notch therapists, in particular, circa 2015) Jennifer, Issac, and Sean, in no particular order (all three are excellent therapists)One word of advice, dont try calling them on the hours, of half hours, as clients are checking in & out (duh)
My message was just OK and the administrative staff was disorganized and arrogant. I had gift card for $150 but they only honored $100 and then back charged me on my credit card. When I called to report the discrepancy someone who wasnt a manager told me she could correct it and when I went to the location I was told she couldnt. Now Im waiting till the manager comes back from vacation to make it right. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and I wont Ever go back!
I just left Massage Envy in Belmar. Any benefit from my massage was quickly negated at checkout dealing with inept manager, Isaac Correra! I had a gift card for a one hour massage. Last week when I scheduled my session I upgraded to a 90 minute massage and was told I would owe an additional $23. So, today after my massage, Correra informed me I owed a balance of $43! After I advised him I had been quoted $23 he told me they had made a mistake, but he would not budge on the $43. I questioned what he intended to do about their mistake. He said he would use it as a training opportunity with his employee who gave me misinformation. What!? So, at my expense, he would train his employee? Seems she should have been trained long before my encounter with her! Corerra has zero people skills. He was rude, unwilling to correct their mistake, and is totally void of any customer service skills. My intent was to purchase one of their spa packages, but after my encounter with Carrera I will never go back. Before writing this review I read massive online complaints and also found their F rating with BBB. The massage industry is very competitive. So, if you are in the market for a massage, pick a spa who values your business and doesnt engage in dishonesty! That ISNT Massage Envy.
Had set up a appointment on Monday for my daughter and her mom. Was quoted one price and was over charged by $16. Called and spoke to the front desk her name Ashlee and her assistant manager Isaac. Even though they acknowledged they made a mistake in price they wouldnt refund my money for the over charge. The reason was their manager is the only one with this ability to do this. It is a sad day when business can over charge, acknowledge they made a mistake and refuse to fix it. I will not be using their services again.
Had an appointment scheduled for a service in the couples room. Show up and they said their employee had an emergency. Which it happens, I get it. I had a missed call from an unknown number 4 hours ago. Didn’t think anything of it because THEY DIDNT LEAVE A MESSAGE. Show up and the girl behind and the desk and the manager argue with me, they were leaving messages. Why on earth would I lie? LOL and drive all the way there and waste my time if I did get the message? Makes no sense. She said she also called my husband. And he said he answered and couldn’t hear anyone on the other line. I asked why they wouldn’t call and CONFIRM when they are canceling a service. She said they were very busy and had 10 people to call. Hmmm 3 people sitting behind the desk when I am there staring at a computer screen. No one waiting in the lobby. Membership is cancelled. So many great places to get massages in this town no need to bang my head always trying to get in and have rude service.
A month ago I had requested that my service be cancelled and was told by the staff there that I would either have to come in with a hand written note, or email a photo of it in to verify that I wanted to cancel my service. Issue number one, they make it as difficult as possible to cancel your service.After getting the email address and emailing my note to them they never responded back and I had no idea if they even got it or that my service was canceled. Issue number two.Finally I called up to ask about it and the staff member, Courtney, put the phone down so I could hear her talk about me in a disrespectful and insulting way to the manager about issues that never happened when all I wanted was to know if she simply got my letter and my account was cancelled. Issue number three.I caught her and told them that I was aware of what they were saying about me and that it was untrue and did not receive an apology from her but was put on hold until the manager could talk to me. Issue number 4, no accountability.Beware that some of the staff are unkind and unprofessional who slow insulting service.
My husband got me a gift card 5 years ago. I just wanted to go in and use the card. I had to sign up. I didnt want to. And I only went a few times. I havent been in in 5 years. Im still paying for my membership even though Ive repeatedly asked to cancel it.
The management lacks the skills to run this massage envy... it’s obvious as I’ve been a member for 13 years in boulder and only 1 year in Lakewood and I have yet to see a consistent staff over 2 months. Unfortunately, , the trickle down of lack of empathy from the management is apparent in his staff.The girls that work there are very sweet. I feel sorry for them.
The staff here are extremely rude, unprofessional and uncaring. Expect to leave frustrated and not relaxed. I would never recommend this location to anyone. I have had great result from other location but the staff at Belmar lie constantly to customers and do not have competent staff. I went in for a massage an add on. The massage staff didnt complete the add on but they changed me for it. So I paid for a foot scrubI didnt get. They never even touched my feet. I hate this place and would recommend going somewhere else.
Love this place--most important part is the therapists obvs, and they are great. If anything, theyre too great, because some are often booked out weeks in advance. No biggie--schedule with just about anyone and its a joyous experience.I can understand if others have a beef with the membership pitches, or cancellation practices, or other corporate-y aspects, but as a long-time member who no longer gets pitched nor needs to cancel, its fantastic. If you dont want the membership, think of it like the time-share barker you have to listen to for your free tv (or discounted massage).
My Veteran brother made an appointment at this place (I gave him a 125 dollar gift card for Christmas in the assumption he could relax) just for them to fraudulently use his information for another account. They overdrafted his bank account, made his rent late all costing him over a 100 dollars. Beware of this place any VETS giving your card number to this place. Dealing with an angry VET who has served this country and getting no compensation just an apology and the money should be back in 3 days is not enough. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They wont even refund the gift card...they told me to sell it on craigslist
My boyfriend and I received coupons for a free 60 minute session we went, both very happy with the staff but when we went to check out they said the coupons didn’t have a balance and wouldn’t work after a little they told us we would have to pay for the sessions and call the store we got them from but we got them as a gift from a friend and she lives in a different state. Over all besides the whole check out it was an amazing relaxing time
Massage started late and was done 10 min before.and my debit card was charged twiceit took them 20 days to clear the issue and they did not even apologize or anything.Ironic how I wanted to relax and was stress for days.
I regret ever signing up with this company. If i operated business this way, i would be homeless. Management was absolutely no help whatsover and i wish i could have my breath wasted back in my lungs. I walked in over a year ago after hurting my neck. Electric shocks down my arms and through my jaw. I couldnt turn my head without tears. id been to my doctor and my chiropractor with NO RELIEF. One session with their therapists and I immediately felt better. They literally worked a miracle! Ive been going back every month since. This isnt just a feel good spa, this place is about wellness and health and caring for yourself!
ME member of 3 years, have been in Denver one. Like this location - promptly answered phone calls & thorough with finding appointment to fit my schedule as well as masseuse with correct pressure. Sheri was my masseuse - recently back in Denver & just right on deep tissue for small injury and stress relief.
Tried to cancel my subscription almost 3 months ago. They refused to take my cancellation over the phone or online even though we moved away. Requested cancellation forms by mail and they never sent them. They insisted that we have to travel back to the store and cancel in person. They havent stopped charging us.
I have not visited this location BUT, 5 starts because of Kyra!! We attempted to call 4 other locations, while open, all SENT directly to voice-mail.This location, Kyra answered and was very patient and helpful with all of our questions.
Beware that they keep your credit card on file without disclosing that information to you. Had to call several times to get a person to answer the phone. Was not satisfied with the massage as well, needed to visit the chiropractor to fix the massage.
If I could do less than 1 Star I would. Terrible, unresponsive management. They “lost” my cancellation form and continued charging me. When I tried to figure this out, I called the location multiple times asking to speak with the manager who never called me. Never sign up for a membership or do business with this location.

I got the recommendation for Bo from a trusted neighbor who had a knot in her back that would not quit in exactly the same place as mine. He can do as light or deep as you want. He starts pretty deep, then invites you to share feedback. If you dont, its your bad, he wants to do what you need! I needed the knot crushed, and crush it he did - but it took 2-3 sessions to completely fix. The PT I went to tried massage, acupuncture, electrodes, then acupuncture with electrodes attached. Horrible, but I love my newfound curly hair. Cant wait til the smell of buring hair dissipates. Just kidding! But now I can comment intelligently on what those Turkish prisons are like. Skilled massage will keep me happily active rather than augering into the fossilized state of old age!

One individual at the front desk was rude and said things that should not be said in a customer service position. I love my therapist but not sure I would ever go back from the way I was treated.Only the praises of the store are recognized and not the complaints, that sure says alot!
Nice place for massages. They have helped me with my aches and pains, but not a big fan of the business sense of get in and get out as fast as you can. Wish they had more of a personnel touch to their customers. Only thing lacking.

I have a membership, It consists of 1 hour massage a month the, but if you dont use your massage for the that month it rolls over, there is many massage therapists available, try some to find the one for you, it may be pricey but worth every penny.
Sara N is the best massage therapist Ive ever went too. I have never enjoyed massages until Sara. Ill be returning only to see this magic worker! !!!
They do a pretty good job, and prices are pretty competitive. However, be very detailed in what you say in regards to what you want. Some therapists seem to be new, and arent the best at reading non-verbal cues.
I was going to leave well enough alone and not give this place a bad review until the management contacted me asking what they could do to resolve my bad experience. I told them I came in because my ankle hurt and i wanted it worked on, the person I got didnt listen and gave me a very general massage instead. The response I got from management was nothing but excuses and blame shifting.
Its a pretty nice, clean place. And the massage therapist that I have had have been great. My only complaint is that its hard to get an appointment within the same week that you call

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE IS.THEY STATED THEY CONTACTED ME TO IMFORM BE ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT N I NEVER RECIEVED THE VOICEMAIL THEY STATED THEY LEFT THEY STILL REMOVED 70$ OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND STATES ITS THEIR CANCELLATION FEE SINCE I DIDNT SHOW UP TO MY APPOINMTNENT. I HAD 2 DATES FOR THE MASSAGE CANCELLED 1 AND OBVIOUSLY THEY CANCELLED THE INCORRECT ONE. NOT ONLY THAT BUT SOME OF THEIR THERAPISTS DO TERRIBLE WORK AND JUST WANNA CHAT THE WHOLE TIME, CERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY

I show to my appointment and they cant do the facial because I did laser 2 weeks ago so why waste my time please common sense you should ask !!! I could have called other places and actually get a facial now there all closed and I got NO FACIAL THANKS FOR NOTHING... I will never come here again...Awful experience! Apology not excepted !!
The vibe is awkward and cringey. The sheets did not smell clean. The massage was mediocre and overpriced for the level of service and atmosphere.
I had a great facial, relaxing and loved my esthetician. however, the man who checked me in was very rude and i was very unhappy with his customer service.
Started 20 minutes late, kept trying to sell me on membership that I declined. Very pushy. Massage was terrible, deep tissue was way too light. More like sweedish.

Horrible Horrible customer service. Front desk ladies never know answers to questions and the manager as well. They never answer the phone and when I got there they never took my temp and or asked the covid questions. I have been to other ones where my temp was taken as well as questions asked.
The therapists are wonderful but the staff up front are awful. I can call at different times of the day and no one ever answers. Poor customer service because I can’t ever talk to anyone.
Never go hear they will steal your information and never let your credit card go, you will have to cancel your card on file to have them stop charging you
Paid a ton for a Chem peel and it did nothing for my skin super disappointed since it was a lot of money. Now Im constantly bombarded with emails to get another one why would I waste money twice.

Chelsea is amazing ! I constantly get headaches and lower back pain, she not only tremendously reduced the pain, she also taught me stretches and how to prevent the pain ! She is extremely knowledgeable and amazing at her job !
Ive called 3 separate times to try and schedule, all during business hours and no one has picked up the phone or gotten back to me.
The branch manager Isaac was extremely ridiculous after trying to take our temperatures and they were the exact same temperature just a few degrees over their limit on we were sitting in almost 90゚ son he said we would still have to pay for our service after the lady in front of me canceled because of the same problem and then I wanted to cancel I do not want to pay for that service or I will literally discontinue my subscription to massage and be altogether

This place stole 798 dollars from me since I couldnt use my banked massages from my account due to personal issues so they got a free 798 for nothing no massages will get an attorney good luck
The worst scam ever, took $370 from my son, closed the location and said his $370 was no good at their other locations, tried 3 times, said they would look into it, nothing!! RIP OFF
