Always had good experiences here but then I was sold a defective vape, that tasted very off and was definitely not real. The worker was pretty sketchy about it wouldn’t do anything about replacing it. Based off how the worker handled it, I have great suspicion about all of the products they sell. I will not be back as I can no longer trust any thing they’re selling

They cant be bothered. Always super paranoid. Probably do to all the illegal things they sell. Like mushroom gummies, Marijuana without a license, etc. I know they got raided a month or so ago. Maybe thats why theyre so suspicious of new customers. But my God, the flippant What do YOU want, nearly got me laughing. Ive never personally been in there shop before, was told it was a good place to buy vapes. Felt like I was trying to buy somthing illegal with the amountof second degree the geeked out salesman gave me. Just super unfriendly in my opinion. I wouldnt know about their knowledge, they had no interest in sharing it with me. Charged me 15 dollars more than my friend, for a faulty geek bar. To be fair my friend is a regular. But still. Hot Spot is a much friendlier and welcoming place. Its located up the road on transit. Across from the flag store. Id highly recommend them for their personable and customer focused approach. Also, Hotspot has better prices.

Horrible people. how can you do the long time customers the way you do so bad. years of loyalty and I end up with a vape thats started spitting at me and hissing and wouldnt turn off but they wont help and litterally had an attitude about even asking for them to replacing a faulty product. Never again!! there out to get you dont trust them! Sadly its not even the first time cause the last time it was a recommendation I took from them only to have a faulty product that didnt even work. waste of money and time DO NOT GO HERE. no custome care at all just bout the money they dont care if you die from their product even.

Only smoke shop I’ll go to. Mikey is so kind to all his customers and is always going the extra mile to help. To add to it, this location never runs out of my weekly products. Kudos to this location and team.

Just after 10am on Sunday and apparently no one there. Sign on door says opens at 10 🤷🏼‍♀️
