I had an absolutely wonderful experience. Was visiting Buffalo and wanted a massage and was able to get an appt last minute. My massage was excellent and would recommend anyone to come here. Very reasonable price as well. Very happy and feeling great.

Great massage and a good price.I was in a rush and in need of a massage for my shoulder pain. I called and was given an appointment immediately. I didnt inform my therapist of my pain and she still managed find the spot and work at my sore muscles. I was so comfortable that she put me to sleep a few times. The worst part of the massage was when it was over. I should have booked a longer massage.

I understand conserving energy so there were no lights on inside. Only one woman there working who did not speak English and had to use a translation app to communicate. We have massages regularly and this was more a rub down than a massage. Also during his time she ran out of the room to talk to someone and he timed her absence at 7 minutes. Not very professional.

I took my mom and mother-in-law for 60 min massages. Booked anointment fairly easily (no long wait). Both moms loved the massage. Very relaxing. My mother in law said she felt 10 years of pain melt away, which makes me glad. We had Mary and Emily as our masseuses. They were very sweet and accommodating. There may be a language barrier, but she understood all massage related conversation easily. Ill be going back for one myself soon.

Came here recently with my boyfriend for a couple’s massage. It was very easy to make an appointment over the phone and the location was easy to find. Susan and Steven were very professional and as someone who’s been to acupressure specialists in the past, I can tell they really knew what they were doing. Steven helped me relieve some chronic neck/shoulder pain. My boyfriend said Susan helped relieve a lot of pain on his feet from basketball as well. We will be back!

Have been getting massages for the last 20 + years, Steven worked on me. Was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. He worked knots out and worked along energy meridians. Felt great afterward. Thank you!

My wife and I went for a couples massage. We get massages all the time around Buffalo and this is one of the best. It was a very relaxing massage. Mary and Emily were great! We enjoyed the hot stones. We both felt very relaxed and refreshed. We are definitely coming back.

Mixed thoughts. Overall - would repeat. If your new to massages this place is not for you. They’re not going to hold your hand through the experience. They were sweet and I could tell they were actually very experienced from the techniques they used.When we walked in it smelled like fried chicken, not what you imagine when going to relax in a spa setting but I was like hell yea rub the chicken grease on me. Lube me up! They suggested we keep our underwear on instead of the usual “strip to your comfort level”. So I promptly got naked anyway. We did a couples massage that was lovely. Their towel wrapping technique is not the best …if I was shy maybe I wouldn’t come back. It was a male and female and we didn’t state a preference and nor did we care. They gave us water afterwards, the price was right and I will be coming back.

Booked massages for my sisters and I and forgot to ask for only women they were quick to help and accommodate us. Very good customer service and the massages were awesome! We all loved them! Also booked my parents for the next day and they as well loved them! I am definitely planning to go back again!

My boyfriends back had been hurting a lot due to work lately. Emily and Mary did an amazing job on both me and him, sending us both home loosened up in the back and in a relaxation state that would have me happy for hours.Mary did an amazing job alone. You’ll never regret it once you feel those hot stones on your back. I will be coming back

My boyfriend and I just finished our first visit at Healthy Spa and the only words I can use to describe it are amazing and refreshing! My boyfriend has been taken out of work due to an injury and I’ve struggled with back issues for over 5 years and we left feeling completely brand new. Both ladies treated us so well, they were so patient and friendly, I even left with a gift! We walked in nervous because we’ve never had a professional massage but it was so enjoyable we even dozed off. We were given waters when leaving and booked our next appointment! Went for a couples massage. They were very hospitable and did an amazing job!

I went in not sure what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised. Emily is a great host and marry is an amazing massage therapist! She knew what she was doing and I feel great. I may even come back before I leave buffalo!!

I went with my daughter. It was the worst experience of our lives. No lights. Tables were awful. We were never told that they didn’t speak English!! She never introduced herself. She was so rough we were sore for days afterwards. She left the room with no notice. Was gone for at least 5 min. When we left we noticed that she only used suave lotion. NO OILS. There was supposed to be a foot massage included. NOPE!!! DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE. So sad that I cannot get my money back. !! But at least I can warn others. 😤 this came up under my husbands name but he did not go. It was his wife and daughter.

It was a very relaxing experience. I went there with my mom for my birthday and we got a full body massage, it felt great. Definitely a fan of the hot stones and would recommend to anyone.

Me and hubby went for a nice getaway to the Niagara Falls for the weekend was looking for something to release our stress from a toddlersaurs Groupon had a nice deal for a couples massage so we decided to check it out and as we got there, the ambience inside was quiet smelled good and Emily was kind and courteous and introduced to us to David who by far was the best masseuse I have ever had especially if you have a lot of knots. I had so many knots that I didn’t even no I had if you’re looking to get a Swedish combo deep tissue, he is definitely the guy to go for my hubby said emily had the magic touch and really soft hands and knew just the right amount of pressure if hubby and I are ever back in the area again we will definitely be going back . Thank you guys so much we really obviously needed it😁
