10/10 service. I notice an immediate and wonderful change in my posture and movement after my treatment. Rachel, Kari and Mo are all miracle working therapists! I also loved the sauna wrap before my treatment that warmed my core and kept me cozy throughout the service.

Sarah was absolutely fantastic! She personalized the 30-minute Bliss massage to effectively create more length, space and range of motion, in a trouble area in my back. Her calm demeanor, expertise, and professionalism made the session very comfortable. She also offered some great take-home suggestions. I highly recommend her!

The intuitive massage with Rachel at Vada Wellness is life-changing. After months of visiting other places for therapeutic massages to fix a shoulder issue, I saw Rachel for a surprisingly gentle but incredibly effective message that got my shoulder feeling so much better after just one visit. Ive been going back for their pain buster treatments with Sara since then and the difference between their practice and every other massage therapist Ive ever seen is night and day. I am obsessed and highly recommend both Rachel and Sara.

I had Sarah for my Restore massage service and it was perfect. I was relaxed the whole time and she really got into the tension in my shoulders with the right amount of pressure.

I will definitely be back. The zen den, salt room were very nice to help unwind and do some breathing meditation and the massage was excellent.

It’s always a great experience. I’ve been going there for Restore (deep tissue) massage for a few months now and I always come out so relaxed and feeling better. I love the sauna wrap before the massage. Kari is great and she works out all the knots making sure to ease my pain from the tension in my upper body. We recently had an extraordinary experience with Rachel, a massage therapist who truly went above and beyond. We are from PA and visiting family in Dover…My 17-year-old son, (he is a 6’2”225 lb varsity football lineman), has been suffering from intense pain in his back that radiated down his hamstring hindering his sleep and overall well-being. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, this incredible therapist opened her office especially for us on her day off!!She dedicated over two hours of meticulous, compassionate care to alleviate my sons discomfort. Her expertise in understanding and addressing sports-related pain was evident throughout the session. Her empathetic approach not only soothed his physical pain but also provided immense emotional relief simply by acknowledging his pain and discomfortThanks to her exceptional skill and kindness, my son experienced his first full nights sleep in weeks. Her commitment to her profession and her clients well-being is truly commendable. I cannot thank her enough for her extraordinary service and highly recommend her to anyone in need of a skilled, empathetic, and dedicated massage therapist.

Ive followed Rachel around for years and am beyond impressed with her space, services and staff at Vada. Not only do she and Dee give amazing massages and treatments, I know for a fact that they are the best of the best on the seacoast when it comes to massage and technique.Ive been to and worked at some of the best Spas in the state (as a receptionist). The little details she provides are so thoughtful-from the welcome clipboards to the cloth hand towels. I adore this place and will continue to support it. I usually go a year in between treatments and in less than 6 months Ive been twice with plans to treat myself again before year end. I did the infared wrap/60 minute massage with the facial tea towel add on - PURE BLISS! Prices are SO reasonable too. Blown away...they offer everything your newbury street spa would offer, but better and a more intimate/eclectic space. Rachel and her team work hard to make it the best around and it shows! I wish them continued success and will tell everyone I know about Vada Wellness.

I have been going to Rachel for years. I originally found her when I needed help with chronic shoulder pain. Rachel has been incredible at alleviating that pain and realigning my shoulder. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable about physiology and how the muscles relate and react within the body. She always amazes me at how she can pinpoint an issue so quickly and fix it. I have also had relaxation massages done by Nicole at the spa and had a great experience.

Such talent at this small spa. I really am blown away! The salt den is magical. I would not have believed it had I not done it myself. I had experienced a very difficult emotional event after having had Covid for a month. My immune system and mental health was at its lowest I have ever experienced. The salt den with the bio-mat made me feel remarkably better. Seriously, I couldnt dispute that. I truly was blown away! There is also a sauna wrap, which I did not do. I cant tolerate the heat right now. Maybe one day. Thank you ladies for all you do and have done for me!

This place is excellent. Ive had many massages around the globe and Rachel is among the best. I have gotten her bodywork sessions a couple of times and its so worth it. I suffer from chronic muscle spasms due to my joints dislocating as a result of my connective tissue disorder. She puts things back where they belong. Ive also had a couple of groupons for treatments with other therapists like Kari and they have all been great. Nice atmosphere. You can book online and they save your card so at the end its easier to tip. Im sad Im moving away because I finally found my favorite place.

Rachel is a miracle worker! I have issues with my ribs, hips and back but Rachel knew exactly what to do, after struggling to find someone who could actually help me. I have never found anyone that works the body like Rachel, she really knows how to get to the root of a problem, instead of just giving a basic massage. This is no basic massage, its truly therapy for the body. I still havent found anyone as good and I plan to go back if I ever am in town again. Rachel is an absolute master at knowing what your body needs and giving you just the right adjustment to help your body continue to heal itself. I have been a client of hers for almost 10 years and Ive followed her to three locations as her business has continued to grow. I visit her monthly and whether its my back, my feet, my neck, etc. she can find the spot(s) that needs work. I recently injured my ribs and she was even able to realign those and take away most of my pain. Thank you, Rachel, for your very special talents!!

I’ve been going to Body Rituals for four years, faithfully every two weeks. When I suffered from a total body breakdown I vowed to put myself first and part of my self care regimen is massage. I work in the luxury hotel/resort spa industry and would rate Body Rituals the best in the region. Rachel is in my top 3 massage therapists EVER and I’ve had hundreds if not thousands of massages. She put my body back together and keeps me whole.

Not the relaxing session I expected to be sending my wife for based on the website. Told she arrived at the wrong time even though she had confirmation email at the time she arrived. The website is very different from the experience. Purchased the buffed ritual and was incredibly underwhelmed hearing what the it actually actually entailed. A salt pebbled room with random salt lamps around not a true salt room. A painted on lotion and short leg rub, much shorter than advertised. Knowing this I would consider other options before visiting this establishment, especially considering the prices.

I have seen Rachel now for 8+ years. She is honest, attentive and caring. She has helped me with my migraines over the years so I now get better sleep and have a better way of living. Her and her staff are very helpful and amazing at what they do. Highly recommend

Im a Veteran with multiple Chronic Illnesses, many of which cause a significant amount of pain. Through a partnership with the VA, Body Rituals is able to offer Massage Therapy as a prescribed treatment. Ive been a client now for several years (and have followed Rachel for even longer) and Rachel, Kari, and Nicole are absolutely integral parts of my pain management team. Ive quite literally experienced Massage Therapy around the world, and the therapists at Body Rituals are world class.

I always feel like I am home when I step foot into Body Rituals. The staff is amazing and very welcoming, I love the variety Racheal offers, as she truly wants everyone to feel their best. I usually see Kari when I go and I’m telling you she is magic!! I have never been to a place where they truly care about you and how you feel!! I recommend you come find out for yourself you will not be disappointed!!

I have had many massages throughout the sea coast area and Body Rituals stands out above the rest. They can customize any treatment to suit your needs. The sampler is my all time favorite and a great mix of therapeutic elements. The recovery session is highly recommended to help you unwind before or after your treatment.
