Is it so much to ask to greet a costumer when they walk into your store? I walked in to the store the first time, waited several minutes and was not greeted even though there were two people working and only two other customers besides myself. I walk out feeling awkward and then eventually walk back in to get what I wanted. Though the person working politely explained to me the types of product he had, he was also on the phone for half of our conversation. The product is good, service appears not to be.

I have been to various vape shops since moving to Dover and I have to admit Cosmic smoke is my top pick. The customer service is top tier, the staff take their time to talk to customers and not just rush to get to the next sale. They have an amazing selection of products. I’ve never walked out of there disappointed. If they don’t have what I’m looking for (it happens) then they help me pick a substitute, and they haven’t been wrong yet.

Cosmic Smoke is THE best smoke shop in Dover, Delaware. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The level of customer service is fantastic, from your first time smoker to your most seasoned stoner. Whether youre in your 20s or in your 50s/60s/ golden years , the staff will educate you on whats going on, and update you in the ever changing cannabis universe, without making you feel belittled for asking questions.
