Aimee is amazing! I hadn’t gotten a massage in 2 years and it made me realize I want to get them more often! Very considerate and continued to check in about pressure and how I was doing. I’m going back!

I wouldnt say I get a lot of facials, but Ive had my fair share. Compared to the dozen or so others Ive had at all different places, this one was okay. The esthetician was perfect. She was friendly, knowledgeable and great touch. For me, the drawbacks were the products and the relative cost. The products didnt leave me feeling as smooth as others Ive had, and they were super greasy. So greasy that you will absolutely have to go straight home to wash up. Their bathroom is small and basic - not like a day spa where you could refresh before leaving. Even the waiting room is super basic. No fancy fruit water or great selection of teas - just black. So no reason to show up early for the experience. None of that would be reason for me to complain... except that they charge the prices of the fancy places that have all that.

I recently visited for a scheduled massage. I met Cathrine for the first time. I mentioned briefly my area of discomfort’s. She politely agreed and proceeded. She quickly discovered other areas I was remiss to mentioned and began to fix the areas. I’ve been a member of Massage Envy twice. Once in South Carolina where they fixed a knot in my right shoulder blade doctors were giving me pain meds that eventually ended, and now my lower back and legs in Dover Delaware. This is by far the best I’ve experienced. Catherine was precise, detailed as the massage in Carolina, and has an excellent bed side manner.I highly recommend you check her out. I will be returning later this month to continue my massage therapy with her. She is a new addition I’ve discovered, and a gem! 😃

My mom and i went to massage envy on Mother’s Day as a treat to her, and we both got the customized facial with An add on each. We got the facials done by Maria and she was AMAZING! She was gentle but made sure to she really got all the products into your skin. She was also very personable and listened very well. Definitely recommend her for future visits.

My first postpartum massage and Catherine was wonderful. She listened to my needs & really worked to get me some relief, asking if I’d like her to continue working on anything or move on. Relaxing at the same time! Highly recommend Catherine at the Dover Massage Envy location.

Ashley was fantastic!! I have a lot of knots in my shoulders (requires a lot of pressure) and her techniques got them out. I loved her using her elbows to get deep in there! I feel so much better!!

I walked in with difficulty because my IT bands and musculature in my pelvic girdle and upper legs is so so tight. I walked out more comfortable than I’ve been in months. My therapist Aimee was amazing!

I had neck and sciatic pain left side. I went for a massage to address those issues. Boy, did I need a massage- I was very keyed up. The pain to my neck and butt has not returned and I have another appt in 2 wks.

Nakia is awesome and really helps you to work through post-injury muscular issues requiring a lifetime of attention. The masaage therapy enables me to continue being active and outdoors with greater flexibility and no pain. Thank you!

Sarah did a great job. She was friendly, funny and has hands made out of something special. The facial was very relaxing.Update: I’m changing my review due to some things I just experienced. I still love Sarah because she is great but you can no longer tip using the card on file while paying for your service. You are forced to tip separately and if you want to use a card there is a service fee of $1.08 which is ridiculous. I am also a member and got a service that apparently cost more than the $75 I’m charged monthly so I had to pay for the rest out of pocket and wasn’t able to use part of the 5 packages I have left which I’ve been able to do in the past.Beware

Made an appointment online. When I signed into their website, it showed I didnt have an appointment. Called and the lady said I didnt. Whos lieing the fact I sent an appointment or there computer for taking me off the list. Its OK I went somewhere else that was better.

Communication is paramount for any establishment . I neither received a call - text- or email to indicate that the appointment needed to be cancelled . I loved my massage session! I had Lori and she was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Before she started my session she asked me if there was any area of concern, and my preference on massage pressure too. She gave me a great full body massage and targeted my problem areas with great pressure and technique. Over all it was wonderful experience and came out very relaxed.

Teresa was fantastic as always! Very knowledgeable and kind. Definitely worked out the kinks in my back and neck! I was on cloud nine for a while after the appointment 😊. If I could give ten stars I would!

Love this location. With my membership, I have a great experience every time I go. Ive seen multiple masseurs and prefer those that use firm pressure but they are all great. I have noticed the front desk service has improved significantly from when I started going in 2021. Great service from beginning to end now!

Got a massage from Hellen yesterday night was amazing. Made it very relaxing and comfortable. The people here are so knowledgeable and helpful with any needs to make sure your experience is top of the line. Also would like to mention Gene, by far and this is from experience, is the BEST DEEP TISSUE massage therapist is the state maybe even in the tri-state. Please give these two individuals a chance if you need to get your body right. I am a combat veteran who was hurt in Afghanistan and now an owner of a landscaping company that needs to keep my body right, and massage envy is the place to do that with no questions asked.

Terrible experience. Not sure what was even going on but from the moment I walked in I was completely uncomfortable. Maybe it’s because they knew I was a female and my wife gifted me the message. Anyway, not worth at all what was spent. And the “masseuse.” Cut the message short by 15mins? Asked me how I felt and next thing I knew she was out the door. I was gifted a full hour. I contacted them and was told someone would get in contact with me and so far it’s been over a week. I’m never one to complain about stuff but after that much money was spent and for that to be the service I received? Just don’t waste your time. Go to a small business before this.

Do not I repeat do not book here. I’m pretty sure they have decent massage therapist but their front desk and management are disorganized and ghetto! Especially Meghan.They’ll post payments to your account even after cancellation and offer No resolution. Do yourself a favor and go to heathers holistic.

Lobby and room were clean and orderly. Atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. Massage was top shelf and I feel comfortable with the level of care that I received.

Helen did a great job with my 90min massage. She checked in with me to make sure the pressure was appropriate, was very professional, and seemed genuinely interested in providing me with the best experience possible.

I got told by the massage therapist that I looked/excused of being pregnant after I had my baby 2 months ago. You should never tell a woman that she looks pregnant, never. I continue my service nicely and tipped her even though I wanted to ball my eyes out and run out the door.

I have had a few massages there now . Everyone is professional and kind. Each therapyst has thier own style . I have been worked on by Ci Ci and ashley. Both were able to work out a trouble spot i have. Tried to get fixed for years.

After reading the reviews I chose Willy at capitol station everyone was saying how awesome he was, I wanted a massage but he more or less gave me a “choppy”massage (kinda digging into my muscles) it was NOT a smooth massage and he didn’t address all the areas I needed done. He pretty much talked the entire session! I’m quite sure it didn’t last the entire hour! SMH He’s very nice and professional but the massage was awful! I really wanted a refund but I didn’t want to be “that person” so I got dressed and left!!!

Willie was awesome, I was a little nervous going in because I’m not particularly fond of men massage therapists but he was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. 10/10 would request him again!!

My massage was not good at all. Not sure if he was new or what. I have always had a great experience at massage envy. My facial was great. However not my massage and I will never book with that guy again.

They are not professional at ALL!I had a flat tire and called to cancel my appointment. They still charged me they stated thats the policy. NO ONE EVER went over any policy information with me when the appointment was schedule..I called to speak with a manager Cheryl and she said, she would me the owner call me back. I gave then a week to get in touch with me.. That NEVER happened.I called another Massage Envy to get the owners contact information to the Dover Delaware location. They never provided me with any information and they would help get my issues resolved.Lisa...a manager, suggested was to prepay for 12 massages. That is ridiculous! That does not resolve any issues. they also never follow up either.Very annoyed and frustrated with the whole situation!I WILL NOT PATRONIZE this franchise in the future! I will tell all the military connections I have about this terrible Franchise and not to support them!!

This was my first facial EVER, I am 37, and I felt so comfortable and happy with the results that I rescheduled before I even left. She explains every step to you, offers suggestions, and checks in for comfort frequently, but not to often. Amazing!

I am extremely unhappy with the male masseuse that I had at Massage Envy in Dover, Delaware recently. He was very inexperienced and didn’t listen to my request for some pain relief that I had requested him to work, on certain parts of my body. As a matter of fact, I felt very uncomfortable throughout the whole session and I should have stopped the massage minutes in but gave him a chance to improve, but now regretted not doing it. I talked to the manager on duty that day but he simply brushed me off. He didn’t offer any explanations or offer any remediation. So I felt again unsatisfied. Massage businesses are a dime a dozen, so I will never return to ME ever again.

Ive been coming here for a few months and I typically see Storm or Gina. They recently added facials back which is great because now I dont have to go to another location for that. Everyone at the desk is very nice and helpful. It also doesnt hurt that there is a Starbucks next door!

I received a gift card to massage envy for my birthday. I have never been so I wanted to try. I scheduled an appointment on the app, everything was accepted no issues on October 6th. Morning of October 8th I got a call/text stating I had to call to reschedule. Fine no big deal called and rescheduled for later in the day with a different person then selected. At this point its been a while since I had a massage and this was the only day to fit in my schedule. Arrived at 3:30 for my 3:45 appointment. Didnt go back until 4:15 again, I had the day off so I wasnt bothered by it. The 2 girls up front and I think the manager were very friendly and talkative. I go back for my 60 minutes booked massage talk to the gentleman for a moment, get on the table as hes in the process of the massage he makes a comment stating how tense I was in my arms. Again Ill admit I was/am, he stated If Im this tense for my entire body and due to my size I should have booked the 90 minute massage. So hold on, because Im tense and what fat? So I continue the massage thinking Im just getting in my head and overthinking it lets just move on. Until after he was done he reiterated his initial recommendation for the 90 minute massage or just focus on my back. I seriously just sat there thinking is this real right now. Im beyond embarrassed and angry. Waste of my time, waste of my gift card, and insulting. Never again

The lady in the front was kinda rude at first. The lady that did my “facial” was very very nice but I feel like the 100 that I spend there wasnt worth it. She only put products on my face and wipe them out btw one of them burn my skin.

Called today to make an apt for a Swedish massage spoke with manager Laura she was very unpleasant on the phone I still was trying to book an apt with the therapist Willie something told me just call Rehoboth and book there since I never had a problem with them Laura told me she was going to cancel my apt and to call Rehoboth when I told her she seemed very unpleasant. This site should really look into replacing this manager her customer service was not there.

I was so excited to finally go for a prenatal massage. There was 0 pressure. I pretty much paid to get lotion rubbed on me for an hour. It was such a disappointment. I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I really liked my massage and foot scrub. And I liked Willie a lot too. My only complaint is that I couldn’t smell the aromatherapy.
