It’s nice to not feel like a bother when I go into these places like a lot of them do. I feel like a valued customer here and they have decent prices, plus a friendly staff. You don’t need to go anywhere else.

Super sweet customer service. They always take care of me. After getting the glass out and putting this together, she even gave the rubber band to protect.

Staff are always helpful nice to deal with. Pricing is a little on the high side but worth it for the customer service and variety of products.

This is a nice little shop off of 113, its easy to get in and out of. The staff is always friendly and the prices seem fair so far. Some of our favorite juices have been out of stock lately but that has been an issue everywhere these days. They have a loyalty program and offer discounts to military and civil servants.

Coils are definitely affordable here, been going here for 2 years now! As for Vape Juice my personal opinion is that it’s highly priced as $26-$30.00 a bottle. I believe with enough voices out here they might consider lowering or have better specials for regulars!

This is the best vape shop, for new and experienced smokers. The employees are very educated on the products that they sell, they will order what you need if they dont have it. If you have a question, they have an answer and if they dont they will find one for you. Very welcoming and friendly. Obviously every store has flaws and nobodys perfect but Ive never had a bad experience here. They also have a vape lounge with a pool table and seating. Never a dull moment in this store.

Not only do they have an amazing selection but also a wonderful staff who know their stuff. I went into there recently and an amazing woman by the name of Trish (sorry if I got it wrong) showed me what I needed based on my vaping needs and habits. She didnt just sell me she helped me. I refuse to go anywhere else and if they up and move I will be sure to follow.

First time going today and I wasnt disappointed. Their tester selection is pretty big and so is their lounge. Their customer service is great and the commute from base is also short! Im not sure about their mod selection, but Ill be sure to keep tabs on it. Other than that, Vape Nook has left a good impression on me. Will be sure to stop by again.

I went to Vape Nook to look at Vape Pen And I end up buying one also. Their prices are really good. They had a good variety of stuff, and the staff is very friendly and helpful with answering any questions I had. Brent and Nick Were super helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend that place for anyone looking for new vapes, oils, and accessories to go along with it. 👍🏾

I came in to purchase a set up to help me quit smoking a month ago. The customer service was great and they were super helpful. I had a problem with the product I bought and today came in to see if it could be fixed or if it needed to be replaced. The guys in the store were incredibly helpful with my issue and even though I ended up having to buy a new one I was very happy about the way it was handled and I was treated. I will not be going anywhere but here for any future purchases.

Its the best vape shop in the area. Brent is the owner and he treats his customers like family. I have been doing business with the Vape Nook for a few years and I will continue to shop there religiously! Good prices and fantastic knowledge of everything they sell. And they sell anything and everything you could possibly want.

Amazing service and open later than most. (9 p.m. even though it says 8 p.m. on the website). They have a huge selection of regulated Grade A, name brand juices like Bad Drip and King. Salt and regular nic levels. Military discount for those who serve! All are welcome!

Brent and his whole team are great! There a good company, and have awesome prices and selection! The only vape shop I will ever spend my time or money! Keep it up guys!!!!!

I have always had a positive experience here and the guys that work there, have always been more than patient and informative when needed. I live about 25 minutes away, pass many other vape shops daily, but have never given my business to another place that isn’t the Vape Nook.

Went by on a Monday, 15 minutes to 11 AM and the door was locked, despite the sign stating that they open at 10 AM on Mondays. Some older man opened the door and said we wont be open for a while, and then shut the door. Good job. Not following your own hours and then being rude. Not a way to conduct business when there are festivals in your area, or any other time really. Most places that sell things actually like to make money!

What a cool store, The vape juice and even MOD selection is off the hook. The prices are fair too. The nook part of the vape nook is really cool. what a cool place to lounge and vape. Love the Teevee and pool table. Even if Im known to loose just about every time i play.The staff is awesome. It seems like every time Im there its Brent the owner or Ryan, Both know there stuff. Ill be back , Thanks for keeping it 100!!

One star is giving too much right now. Got a mod from here and the interior nut made it keep spinning. Staff told me that this is not the first time with this mod. And this was a known problem. Owner said he would replace it if they could fix it, after 8 days my mod looked like it been through hell and back. Could see the digital panel from the front where you couldnt even separate it. Got told I put my tank on too tight (which I didnt), owner went back on his word saying its not there fault. Got told my mod was totalled from their work. It was bought not even a month ago. Was treated very rudely by owner. Never going back. If something breaks after you it too bad too sad is what I got told and I see others as well.

I may have just been seriously frosted but when I went in the cashier lady didnt look like she was wearing any pants just stockings. Also she sucked at selling flavors she wasnt recommending anything even though i was trying to explore new flavors. Kinda rough mate.

Great place! Im from New Hampshire, down here visiting and need a quick fix. The guy in there took care of me and also had the juice I needed. Im very picky, so that made me happy.Thanks

Staff was knowledgeable but sell inferior devices and do not readily stock replacement coils when needed. I purchased a vape from them that came with one bad coil out of the 2 included. When I went there to address the situation, they gave me a replacement out of another box... one of those only lasted 3 days. Afterwards, I called to inquire about replacements, they were out of stock but told me that the part was available at other shops. INCORRECT, no one else sells their specific coils. I feel very ripped off and will never go back...

This is my favorite vape shop in the Dover area. The owner calls you if you requested specialty vape juice and it arrives. They offer military discount and a customer rewards program. If I have to go to a vape shop, this is my absolute first choice.

Their customer service is on point, but I found that their prices were high and the vape juice selection is definitely lacking. Great for parts or to just go and try some vapes, but for any juice or large purchases, I would recommend going online.

Kim was very helpful with diagnosing what was wrong with my vape. Also very patient and knowledgeable when I had to purchase a new one.
