I went into Rollies with a very vague understanding of what it is I was shopping for; I had many more questions than answers. Alex, one of the Rollies employees, spent probably 30 minutes explaining every piece of equipment for which I had an inquiry. Awesome inventory, patient and remarkably competent staff, and great prices with numerous opportunities for discounts. GO TO ROLLIES

Every single time my husband goes they give him the EXACT opposite thing every single time. He asked for a dab nectar collector and got a meth pipe, asked for a cart and gave him a disposable, etc. The person running it seems to have not that much knowledge about the products.

I would NOT recommend their delta products, (I wouldn’t recommend any of their products)- but specifically the Mellow Fellow Delta 10 airhead. It is my first time experiencing hives in my ENTIRE life. I bought this product 3 days ago; I redid my chores since the weekend- thinking I was being reckless messing with chemicals or whatever -I gave the candy a break for 24 hours, everything seemed to be wearing off and my skin was no longer itchy; I took another bite and I believe that one is my last; fresh and inflamed itchy hives are back

The staff is always friendly and helpful here and if youre looking for inexpensive glass or rig components its the place to go. I dont vape so I cant speak on that end from any kind of experience.

Had a girl set up my old nord 4 for me today. I didnt get her name but she was amazing! Took care of all my needs and even cleaned it up and super glued parts that were messed up. Highly recommend since her customer service was a+

Love this store !!! The owner is the sweetest and most helpful lady. She is very welcoming with great prices, and will take the time to answer questions and explain items to you. She can order what you want if she doesn’t have it, highly recommend, I drive out of my way to come here.

So glad to have found this place after moving to the area last year. They are always in stock and if not, the workers always try their best to offer other options. They dont seem like they are just trying to sell whatever, they seem to have a genuine care and need to help customers. We always come back here almost every week. Worth it!

The ladies who work her provide the most personable customer service and full of knowledge. Plus there are always deals.

This place is great for anyone who vapes, rolls loose tobacco or is looking for a really cool glass product. They have EVERYTHING you can think of - their CBD stock is one of the best in the greater Philly area. The staff is awesome, shout out to Kate; she is particularly knowledgeable about their inventory which is pretty vast! Also, Wednesdays they always have some kind of sale and you can get a punch card for CBD and tobacco juices. DEFINITELY WORTH CHECKING OUT! 🙌

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Kate assisted my wife and I with CBD Vape equipment and its use. They even had CBD drops for our dogs allergies. Its not a Vaping lounge, just a Tobacco and Smoking accessories retail store with the latest available supplies and information. AAA plus! Thank You!

Always just a bunch of teenagers hanging in there and vaping. The customer service is pretty weak when it comes to other shops in the area and Id much rather drive 15mins towards Exton than the 5mins to this place. Hell, the workers have their friends hanging behind the counter vaping and using liquid, and if a customer has a question or wants to look at product better wait your turn because hes gotta chat it up with his bro. The service used to be solid, I dont know what happened. Ive met the owner and he seems like a legit business man but he should think about tightening up that ship.

I went primarily for cigars. They have roughly 6-7 kinds (punch and acids), and cheap cigars ($1) typically used in the creation of blunts. Definitely a head shop that sells glass pipes, wicks, etc. The store person appeared helpful and friendly.

Despite hating the item they strongly recommended (and I regretfully purchased), I found the employees extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Yea, I know, that makes no sense, right? ;-)

I came here doe CBC oil, the woman working helped me out and know exactly what she was talking about. She was very friendly and its a clean environment. They also have CBD oil and the CBD chill gummies.

They have everything from vape products to glass wear. The only problems i have is they are not always open when they say they are. Also i feel as though they are under staffed. I usually have to wait several mins before I get help from someone because lines are long and theres usually only one person working

Great selection of tobacco, vapes, vape oil and CBD based products. The guy working definitely knew what he was talking about and helped tremendously. Went in with two broken vapes and no idea what to do. Walked out very happy and satisfied.
