Im not the most serious vaper in the world and Ive struggled to quit smoking for months now but even tho most of the time I was shopping for my boyfriend or brother, I have never met such a nice person. Howie has done so much for us even going as far as ordering coils for a tank that my brother has that no other customers have! Just so that my brother could continue going there! The shop may be small but he has a great juice selection, keeps stock of all the newest items, stocks special items for particular customers and still keeps a great price for everything! All in all its a great shop and it will always be my regular and I will always support Howie with his business and the kind things him and his wife do for the community!

I love this place. Even though its about a half hour away, Im always glad to make the drive. Howie is a great guy and runs his business strictly because he loves helping people quit and stay off cigarettes. I have just started to vape myself didnt know what or how to even go about vaping at all cause Im very new to this. Every time I come in, there is a great selection of juice and hardware. The staff is engaging and remembers their customers. I have never been disappointed in anything that Ive bought here, when lately it seems like other local vape shops are selling whatever they can fill their shelves with, with little or no regard to quality. Favorite vape shop the owner is a cool guy that doesnt care about the profit but more about your experience when you leave the store. First time visiting he sat me down and told me about everything I wanted to know and didnt force a thing on me. Aftter coming back many times he still uses very calm and relaxing sales tactic to make the customer know they are in control unlike other vape store that will force you to but the newest product. Knowing that hes used most products he sells he is giving facts and not bullshit. He goes out of the way for the customer. Have had the best experiences here. Had a beyond 5 star experience at this shop...... The first time I stopped in for a simple coil and was not judged for my lower end vape pen I had (very new to vaping and knew nothing about it when I bought it). Was not forced/tricked or made to feel like crap until I bought a new/ better pen/mod it was the complete opposite helped me fix the issues I was having with mine. Spoke directly to the owner about pricing on the smok g priv kit and he gave me straight forward information about the mod and tank. I couldnt ask for better prices compared to the vape shops in my area he also included a few bottles of juice that were some of his personal favorites all of which were of good quality. I will write this review again for you. I was in your shop around November 22. 100% real customer with nothing to gain. I was disappointed with the very limited amount of juice to choose from. I bought 120ml of panty dropper for $30 and looked online and boom its $9.99 not $10.00 sorry for the pricing error. I visit all shops in the area and I thought you had the worst selection. My first review was a little harsh so I will give you 3 stars on your response. Just giving my honest opinion. Wikkit and crux have a better selection all around. Thats all. Get some premiums and Ill come check them out!!

If I could give this place 0 starts I would, been going there for months to get juice, stop in and tell him I only have a couple minutes before getting to work she asked to check my ID which is fine I understand that and gave it to her, Im the only one in the store and the owner pulls his worker away from me so to try and get her to sell me something else so I said politely no thanks i just want this juice as I have to get going and he yells patience is a virtue you need to wait then proceeds to tell me to f*** off. This isnt the first time, Ive been in there where he yells at his employees in front of the customers and makes them cry, no wonder every time I go in he has new employees. Will never return.

I Love this Vape Shop.Howie is awesome. My husband and i took a friend of ours there and had the best time you can get in Vape Shop. His prices are affordable. I love the way he makes you feel at home while your there talking, hanging out and vaping oh and did i mention he has a gaming room to hes got a TV and XBox set up for those who wanna get away from home and hang out and relax and he dont care if you hang out and chat with him also. He likes to know his customers so he can get a feel on what they like and want, so he knows what to stock up with. If you go there and he dont have what your looking for hell order it for you and have it in his shop with in a few days if not the next day.Hes very informational on the Vape Gear and E-Juice and if your new at Vaping he helps you out with the information on what you would need to start out with. His shop is very clean and you dont get all vaped out with the vapor like most shops do when walk in them. Hes got a website that you also can checkout and see what he carries and what he has in stock. If you add him on Facebook he is constantly letting you know about the next best thing out. I tell everyone i know about him and his shop and website. I wouldnt go to no other Vape Shop but him and the other one i go to. So i have 2 Vape Shops i go to no where else. His Vape shop is my Number 1 Vape Shop i go to. There should be stars rating from 1-10 cuz id give him 10 stars thats how awesome him and his shop is.Definitely recommended .

The owner absolutely puts customers first. Great selection of gear and liquids. There is a big emphasis on locally sources products when available. They also are big on charity. The proceeds for the juice I just bought are to be donated to Childrens Miracle Network. I love this place.

This is easily the best vape shop in the delco area. The service is amazing, great choice of juices, and the new lounge is really comfortable. My favorite part about this shop is how the owner is straight forward and nice. Tons of good deals at this shop. I highly recommend it.

Im a seasoned vapor, so take my word for it, this shop is expensive, low quality juice, and simple put, rude. I would also like to mention that when this guy makes a post for a sale, he does so by bashing other vape shops. Just go back through his posts, Hes always saying stuff like, Our prices are discounted “UNLIKE OTHER VAPE SHOPS” or We will absorb the 40% tax “UNLIKE OTHER VAPE SHOPS”. Go to Wikkit Vapors down the road, much nicer vape shop. Also, every time he gets a bad review hes rude in his response and blames other vape shops. Trust me, its him and his business practices not other vape shops.

Howie is very passionate about this business and he truly cares about his Custome. This place was recommended to me and because I did not have time to get there I made the mistake of going somewhere else and having a very very disappointing and expensive experience in which I had to return the first product I bought and could not get a refund so I was given something else with no box no instructions nothing. When I saw Howie and told him about this he was very upset about the experience and about how much money I had to put out, it was double what he would charge and with no intention of purchasing at the time Howies Morality, compassion and passion about this business I ended up buying a new KBOX on the spot, He was very informative and did not play games and try to sell me the most expensive thing there,he worked with me and he is exactly the kind of business owner that I look forward to continuing investing in.Thank you Howie and Im sorry I dont remember the other gentlemans name but he was great too.

Now I can honestly say Im a one stop shopper, and thats all thanks to the Dtown Cloud Company Vape Shop and Lounge.When I need Juice, could, cotton, wire, the latest and greatest divice, or just a place to relax in a family like atmosphere with customers and staff, I head over to the Shop.The owner along with his staff have created an atmosphere in which any vaper of any (legal) age is welcome. If Something new is coming out that I want you can almost garentee that it will show up in the shop, which shows me that they take the time to get to know me and listen to my wants and needs as a vaper, which is so important when you dont ever want to smoke another cigarette again and you are just quitting.I could go on for days and days about this place! Great vape lounge ! I’m from jersey and have been trying to find a decent vape shop for mods and juice . Howie makes sure to find something that fits in your price range . I got a new tank, batteries, a tank and juice for such a low price so much better than illedelphs prices and selections. Wish I could have found their place sooner .

Stopped here over 3 months ago to start vaping and quit smoking. Owner helped get me setup and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I am happy to say Ive been smoke free since. Best shop in the tri state area. I have been to a lot of shops and by far this shop has the best customer service, products, knowledge and environment out of any of them (especially the other local shops). Other local shops will either rip you off, mock you if your not a regular and/or lie to you just to get you to purchase something you dont need. If your a beginner/new to the vape world or you want to save your own life and quit smoking, than DTown is the place to go. They will walk you through the whole process and only sell you what you need. I wasnt introduce to the vape world by them but they kept me from walking away from it due to no help or bad info from other shops. Thanks Howie for all your help and keeping me from going back to the evil death sticks!

Needed help with my tank. I called and received amazing help. I even texted the owner and he gave more assistance. I visited the shop and was amazed at the selection and quality of products. Great customer service and I ordered a new tank for a backup.

Very knowledgeable and was willing to explain everything was there for about an hour and didnt feel rushed or pressured was told by howie that he dosent care whether i buy from him or another shop but as long as i get what i correctly needed ...i lost my set up and they were willing to honestly take the time to talk to me at first he asked me questions and then directed me to the correct set up ....i was willing to spend wat ever i needed to and he actually steered me away from an expensive set up bc during our conversation it just wasnt what i needed . Very happy i found this place

Shop was just OK they had good prices on hardware but the juice all tasted low quality and not much flavour. The guy working there is why Im taking away a star he was snooty and I agree with another review I read that he is arrogant dont know if it the same person who was working the hardware was the only reason I gave 2 stars but juice and snootyness take away 3 I wouldnt recommend this place until they make major changes
