This is a great place. Always there to help you out and love their customer loyalty. I live in Downingtown borough and will be able to walk to the new vape shop. Will I go? No. It’s a great place with amazing people.Edit: when you show up and expect the store to be open and it’s not. Knocking on the door but no answer I’ll take my business elsewhereSecond Edit: upon further consideration, this business has been great service for the two plus years that I’ve gone there so I changed my review to 4. It’s hard when a business doesn’t consistently open on time and doesn’t open without an attempt to inform customers. I truly hope the family crisis has resolved and that everyone is ok. I have since quit but if I ever take it up again I will come back. Good luck!

I have been a faithful customer here, they are always on top of the newest trends and devices, I love putting money into this family run business, theyre great conversation and never fail to have and suggest the best products for an affordable price. It maybe a hike but Im always sure to return.

I went in the shop Sunday bc my new vape was leaking and Im a new vaper. This man was so nice and even educate me a little about my vape. I cant wait to go back for my juice.

We have been coming here for two years now, and since Anthony has taken over the business it has gotten so much better! We love this place! My fiancé and I go in every Saturday for a few hours and just sit and hangout with Anthony. He’s so welcoming and makes us feel at home in the shop. He’s become such a good friend, and he really does take amazing care of his customers! 10/10 recommend !

The guys were incredibly friendly and helpful. I ran over my mod and they gave me free glass and coil to save me from replacing my whole tank. Purchased a Drag mod, works perfectly. These guys know there stuff and really help their customers.

I recently moved back to the area after about 11 years and Im so glad this is where I decided to try first for vape juice! Great selection of different flavors as well as decent prices. Super friendly service as well, I will definitely be coming back!

First time in there I wanted a specific coil and got told they dont have that kind. I should ask on of the other stores around. Went to one of the other stores nearby and even though I had my doubts that the coil fits the owner promised it does. It didnt and of course they didnt do any refunds.Next time I needed something I decided to go back to Vapor Crux for two simple reason: They are friendly and honest (if they dont have something specific they just say it).I bought liquid which tastes delicious and they let me try everything before I purchase, no surprise since their liquid is of great quality.

Just left Vapor Crux, didnt get his name but guy working today was very knowledgeable. Went in to get a new tank told him what I was looking for he pointed me towards a Uforce, showed me some different coils, and even sold me a neat tip. Would recommendEdit: This tank is great!

First time visiting this store and it wont be the last. The owner took his time letting us sample a few different juices before we found two we liked. He was very knowledgeable about his product and went above and beyond to take care of any questions we had. Will definitely be back again. The prices are fair and even comparable to online shopping. However you wont get the knowledge and in person recommendations you will get here so shop local not online.

Great store. People that work there are very knowledgeable. They are very kind and don’t rush you . They answer all your questions. They really care that you get what you want and they are not afraid to send you to another store if they don’t have what you need. I will definitely make this my first choice when I need more juice or anything that had to do with vaping.

Stopped in while I was in town visiting. Great customer services, bigger selection than I was expecting, and very competitive prices. I wasnt familiar with a few of their products but their employees were more than happy to take the time explaining it all to me. Customer service like that is very rare now a day. This is a great vape store and the only one that I go to now. They always take such great care of me, make sure that I am getting the selection that I want, provide great recommendations, and provide amazing conversation as well. They also have really good prices as when I moved up from Miami, I noticed that all of the vape stores here had significantly higher prices than my vape store in Miami did, but not Vapor Crux. Best vapor shop I have been to ever!! Prices are amazingly reasonable, staff and very friendly and knowledgeable, and they have lots of variety. Even their home brewed juices are great. You cant go wrong here, Ive been to many a vape shop and this is by far the best experience I have had.

Matt and Max are great guys! They are very knowledgeable and honest. They wont just sell you something to make a sale. They make sure that youre getting what you need, especially if you dont know much about vaping. Also, Vapor Crux is fun to hang out at, try different flavors and just relax and vape! Have given this place more than a few chances. Have been told numerous times they would have what was needed in stock, even with specific days. When I return, it’s not. Poor selection, low inventory (batteries, juice, etc). Would love to support a local business but this one has lost mine.

I am fairly new to vaping and have debated on putting some cash down in a decent box. And I want to help my girlfriend to stop smoking so we decided to check this place out. Right away the atmosphere was relaxing and laid back. We spoke to max and he made us feel welcome from the start. He wasnt intimidating or pressuring us to buy the most expensive setup. We told him our concerns and interest and told us the deals the store was having. After we settled on what we my girlfriend and I both wanted he helped up set everything up. Even when my girlfriends box want working Max immediately helped fix it no questions asked. I highly recommend this place and service if your a beginner or a well verse vet.

Ive been going to vapor crux for the past 6 months and I cant see myself shopping anywhere else. They provide amazing deals on bottles and are extremely helpful with setting customers up with a good setup that last for years. Definitely worth a 5-star right in my book.

I got so hyped to try a new place after reading the reviews. I already have a home base, but I love having options. I don’t know if the other reviewers are responding to the 8.5 x 11 sign on the counter asking for google reviews or they’ve just never been to a realllllly good vape shop.The Good: Exceedingly reasonable prices for a brick and mortar, especially in an industry that can sometimes take advantage of outsiders and neophytes with huge markups; I was surprised and very pleased! They carried the pods I needed for the system they sold me and thus far everything has worked great!The Bad: They had only 7 or 8 flavors of nic salt juices available, and only from one manufacturer. The display on the counter advertised 70/30 VG/PG, but all of the bottles they carried were 50/50. Dude behind the counter seemed pretty spaced out too.The Ugly: So I screwed up and didn’t inspect the bottle closely before I paid. I was expecting 50MG nic salt juice and got 35MG. I know I should have done my due diligence. I walk right back in from my car about 30 seconds after leaving the store and ask for 50 instead. They don’t have it. I ask if I can just refund my purchase on the juice. The guy working tells me he can’t refund me until tomorrow when the boss is in.I find it very unappealing to shop somewhere that your employees are not able to take ownership of a situation and correct it to the satisfaction of both parties.Bottom Lines: Prices are great. Selection leaves a LOT to be desired. Staff is not empowered to deal with customer issues which will only be resolved when it’s convenient for the owner.Rollies Tobacco & Vape is only a bit further down the road, save your time and head there first.

I generally am the kind of person who knows what theyre looking for and is just looking to buy something and get out, but that wasnt the case this time.As someone who knew nothing about vapes and didnt really know what questions to ask, I expected to get brushed off like I have in other similar situations. Instead, I was asked good questions to find out what I was after and received multiple recommendations based on what the employee had tried and liked, as well as what he had heard from other customers.I walked out with a Smok Novo and a vial of menthol nic salts to replace my Newport addiction. It was the perfect recommendation and I havent had an urge to switch back since.Vapor Crux is in an unassuming strip mall, but everything about the store is great. Every employee that Ive talked to has been knowledgeable, laid back, and helpful regardless of your familiarity.They have a large selection of non-salt juices, and a relatively small selection of nic salts. I go into this shop with my friend to buy vaping liquid when we are up in this area. It is a really nice vape store, the folks who work there are friendly & helpful. Im not a vaper, but my friend really likes the products they have. I think they also have CBD oil, You can check if you are in that area & you should happen to need some!

I hate too leave a bad review but this place is overpriced and has a poor juice selection. I went in because someone recommended them and was astonished at there mark ups . I recommend you go down the road to Dtown cloud company they are much more affordable and have a wider range of the highest quality juice.

I have been to a good amount of vape shops in the area but Vapor Crux stands above the rest. The selection, friendly atmosphere, helpful staff, and top of the line products make this shop better then any in the area. I would like to take a moment to piggy back on the 1 bad review about this vape shop b/c it seems to be inaccurateI own another vape shop myself, I know the owner of Vapor Crux and there manager and I can tell you for a fact there is nothing shady going on in there store, despite being my competition they carry great quality hardware and massive premium juice option for there customers.I find it very hard to believe that anyone who works there would be anything but caring for there customers due to the reason they are in business hence there mission statement. All I can say is dont always believe what you hear or read, sometimes you just have to see it for yourself and I must say its a shame for the vaping industry as a whole that anyone would go on a public google review site and put out such false claims for no apparent reason.So I do not know what Joe Anderson did, ,went etc all I know is I can vouch personally from knowing the staff first hand

Over priced, there house juice tastes like fermented vinegar.. they stock technology thats almost a year old however keep it at the price these mods sold at a year ago lol how does that make any sense at all?Well I asked and I was told that the old out dated technology met there standards to sell but somehow even though 99% of our Vaping community online and at shops all feel the newer models are actually better? Makes me wonder is it only a profitable standardIm not talking like 5% Im talking if you go online and add 40% for the PA tax they are still 50% more yet somehow I Rey being $1 less per 30ml then most other shops only on There rancid house juices that justifies me spending $150 more today? That means if I choose to ONLY shop at Vapor Crux in maybe 12-18months I would be at a break even for that purchase todayYou are NOT doing a service to your community or vapers the only service your providing is a luxurious lifestyle for yourself while bleeding our community dryKudos on however I was not born yesterday and I will support local business before shopping online but that business needs to show me support also and theres no way I can pay $200 for a RX200S, 3 batteries and a TFV8 tank yeah $200 lol I dont know if I should laugh or cry at this point
