Loved my experience here, Marissa is a fantastic esthetician and truly cares about her guests needs. The waiting area is absolutely beautiful and the little shop filled with products to continue your wellness and skincare journey is organized and helpful. I will be back for more services!

Updated on January 31, 2024The SPA was able to resolve the issue and my sister was very satisfied with the services she received. It was unfortunate that there were issues with the booking and with the communication but at the end, my sister would recommend this spa for their service and overall experience.--------------original review: I bought a gift card for my sister more than two months ago. She has called multiple times to schedule her appointment, has left messages and has gotten zero response. I have sent an email and gotten zero response, the online booking clearly shows there is a problem with staffing or scheduling … no matter what the reason, one does not need to STRESS about getting a treatment to relax! I will report this business to Better Business Bureau if I don’t get a response within the next day or two.

My girlfriend and I both got facials here and we had an amazing experience. The staff was kind and helpful and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Definitely recommend.

Love this spa! It’s beautiful and very relaxing inside. Everyone here is super friendly. I got the microdermabrasion facial and my skin looks amazing and glowy!

I had an awesome experience at the spa, thanks to Lynn! She really helped me with my concerns and tailored facial that would work best for me. I loved it so much, I made sure to book another with her in a month. She was so friendly, courteous and just overall pleasant to be with. All of that stuff smelled so darn relaxing and good. Looking forward to bettering my dull and tired face 😅 The Spa itself it very well maintained and feels welcoming.

A few of my girlfriends and I were looking for place just to relax without our kids for the day. This place checked all the boxes. The spa is beautiful with a relaxing room we could just relax in between our treatments. We all got a massage and a facial. Both treatments were top notch and done by knowledgeable staff that were well experienced in their craft. Even though I was just there yesterday I am already planning my next visit with others so they can experience the amazing services that I received. If you go to the Spa at Applecross you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary with a Massage and Facial treatment. The Spa was clean, decor was inviting, and the staff was the best Ive experienced in the local Chester County area. A nice amenity to Downingtown.I received a 90 minute massage that far surpassed treatments Ive had prior. My wife raved of her technician as well. We both have re booked for future services. Highly recommend

I had an amazing experience recently at the Spa! The space is beautiful and smells wonderful, plus the service is top notch. I had a 60 min. facial with Lynn and signed up for another one already. I highly recommend her and Applecross!

The spa and the staff are amazing! One of the most relaxing and beautiful spas I have been too. Staff were professional and were beyond helpful with my skincare needs. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Did not get the facial due to no one showing up for my appointment!! And now a good day later still have not heard anything from them after leaving two voicemails and sending emails. My mom already paid!I am visiting from NYC and my mom gifted me a facial for Christmas! I was a bit skeptical knowing this place hasn’t been in business for long but of course will not say no to a facial!I got there 10 mins early and had an extremely difficult finding the spa. Finally when I arrived at my time no one was there! The spa door was open so I walked around and no one was in sight!I called 5 times no answer and sent an email.

Beautiful Spa! Downingtown / Exton area. This spa is immaculate and the Massage and Facial was world class!
